Upon further inspection, the customer advised the unit display showed error code F2E0-keypad disconnected and provided a photo of the control panel that had steam built up inside the display. Customer advised they were steaming food and using both ovens at the same time. I inspected the door gaskets and found them new but thin and when opening/closing both oven doors, I found they both drop on the left side when closing. Due to the error codes and hinge issues, I am ordering the hinges for both doors, both door gaskets and will return with the main control and control panel. Arrived on site for a wall oven that is not heating. Inspected unit and work area. I ran the internet into diagnostics and did not find any stored error codes. I tested both bake and broil elements and found no heat coming from either during manual testing. We turned off the breaker and pulled the unit out of the wall. I went to turn the breaker back on to check voltage and found that the breaker itself kept flipping off and would not turn back on despite not grounding or arcing. I checked resistance through the bake element and broil element. I found both within range. I checked the oven TOD thermostat and did not find the TOD open. I did advise the customer that the most likely issue is with their electrical supply. Being that the breaker was having issues even turning on. I advised the customer of the issue.And his contractor is going to send somebody out to fix the breaker. I advise the customer to contact us back if any other issues persist. Call complete. No parts were installed.

"Arrived on site for a washing machine that is not completing this spin cycle on each cycle. Inspected unit and work area. Upon entry, I found the customer is hooked up to a closed drain. See photo. The customer stated that some loads will spin out properly, but other loads will not. I asked him if there was any correlation with bulky loads versus non bulky loads. He stated that the bulky load seemed to be the problem. I ran the unit through diagnostics and found an F8 E1 (long fill) and F9 E1 (long drain) error codes. I ran the innit through manual testing and found both valves, drawing in decent amounts of water. I did find the unit drain, but I found that the drain was really slow due to the closed drain and water would siphon back in once it was finished. I checked suspension and found the suspension was good. I checked the basket and found the basket wobbling on the drive shaft. I removed the agitator and found the hub assembly was partially stripped. I replaced the hub assembly and tested the unit. I found all portions of the machine working but did advise the customer that his issue would be with his drain situation through the home. I explained to the customer that he will need an open drain and showed him the installation instructions for draIning. The unit is now working and operating as designed. Call complete. W10528947."

WRS331SDHM06 Arrived on site for a refrigerator making sounds. On arrival found product working as its designed no issues with any motor or fan i did hear a slight rattling sound from kick plate. Removed kick plate put padding g unde right side of coil it was missing a small piece of foam . Product works as it's designed no water leaks visible from main water supply.

"Arrived on site to test unit for noise during spin. Upon arrival customer stated unit makes a knocking noise during every spin cycle. Tested unit, knocking noise became noticeable as soon as the spin began and would knock faster as the basket sped up. Removed bottom components, found no wear on the rotor indicating there is an internal bearing failure on the gearcase. Unit will require a new gearcase, slider and wash plate due to it being seized onto the gearcase shaft. Contacted claims thread to get authorization, ASP approved. Replaced gearcase (W11393685), slider (W10734521) and wash plate (W10902814). Ran a calibration cycle successfully. Removed the ice bucket and found a crack in it, and also found that the impeller threads were stripped and the impeller is sliding on the auger motor. "Arrived on site to install previously diagnosed and ordered parts. Per previous te is diagnosis, I was to complete the sealed system repair, replace a door gasket and evaporator fan motor. Before servicing, I tested the unit and found the evap fan motor does not function. Also found the UI missing digits and not chiming when pressing buttons. I checked the hv control and found it not installed properly and not providing voltage to the evaporator fan. I evacuated the system and used my nitrogen to clear the system and found that the previous company tech didn't solder the filter drier to the Yoder loop properly and was leaking. Once I had the system cleared, I removed and replaced the compressor, access valve, and UV dye drier and vacuumed the system down to -30/0 psi. While vacuuming the system, i removed and replaced the hv control, UI and evaporator fan motor with harness and positi9ed the defrost bimetal on the suction line. I installed 53g of R600 refrigerant and allowed the system to equalize. Plugged the unit in and monitored the system and found it cooling and operating as designed. I removed and replaced the right RC door gasket and using my heat gun, I heated and shaped the gasket. Unit is operating as designed with no water leaks observed during service. "On arrival verified complaint of tripping breaker. On arrival inspected unit and found no signs of arcs or damage. Visual inspection of the harness shows no signs of damage Terminal block is wired correctly and is tight twists in power cord removed). Verified voltage and polarity are correct. Removed power cord from wall. Replaced Bake and broil elements and main control. Checked continuity between element casings and terminals and found OL. Removed ground strap. Reconnected power. Ran bake element and broil elements in then ran bake cycle at 500 with ground strap off for 30 mins. Verified amp draw was under 16amps max. "Arrived on site to inspect washer noises. Upon further inspection, the customer advised the unit is making the same noise as before only louder. When I placed the unit in diagnostics it showed error code F7E7-motor unable to reach target RPM. I cleared the code and turned the basket by hand and turned the washplate and the unit began to make the loud plastic slipping grinding noise the customer described. I tilted the unit back and gained access to the cam assembly to find the cam was beginning to shred due to slipping on the pulley. Once I had a new cam assembly in hand, I had an old cam spring in my van and compared the springs and found the new springs are too short and not allowing the cam to engage with the pulley properly. Using the cam parts and the spring from my van stock, I replaced the old cam assembly with new and calibrated the unit. Retested and unit is operating as designed. I made recommendations for use and care, as well as, detergent use (water softener system). No water leaks observed during service, job completed. W10721967"

"Arrived on site for ice in freezer compartment clumping. Refrigerator section ice is good. Upon arrival, inspected unit. Found ice in container, but clumped together. I tested the unit and confirmed that the unit was heating and the gas valve was opening up to allow the flame spreader to ignite. I checked resistance values on my thermisters and found them showing close proximity to my readings. I went ahead and replace both the main control and user interface. "Arrived onsite for a washing machine that is still going off balance. Inspected unit and work area. The customer stated that the machine has not gotten better and that the issue is getting worse with time. He advised it didnt matter if he put in a small load or a big load. It will make crazy noises and walk across his floor. I ran the unit through diagnostics and did not find any stored error codes. I tested the suspension and found the suspension was good. I ran the unit through an auto test and the unit ran as designed. I called Whirlpool Techline and spoke to Kurt SR# 7740644695. He asked a few questions regarding the basket and tub. We found no wiggling of the basket on the drive shaft. He asked if the unit it was installed on a pedestal and it is. He asked if the legs on the pedestal were screwed down and we found the legs were completely screw up against the locking bolt against the cabinet. He stated that that would be the problem because the legs end up causing excessive vibration and off balance issues. He advised to screw the legs down about an inch and use the locking bolt to lock the legs in place. He advised that other than that, we have done everything that would have otherwise been causing this issue. I did as Kurt advised and advised the customer to call back if issues persist. "Arrived on site to diagnose dryer not drying clothes. Customer said it was taking 3-4 cycles to dry 1 load. Tested unit and found unit is heating fine, but has no airflow whatsoever and is actually blowing back out the lint screen, with debris on the back side of the screen. Disconnected vent hose and showed customer unit blows freely with hose disconnected. Advised customer to not use the unit until the builder can come sort out the issue with the venting, since it is completely closed off. Unit itself is working as designed. Arrived on-site for previously diagnosed parts. When replacing the control is found the control sent to me was the wrong control. The part number on the call and tag is correct however the part itself is a 6681 control not a 0681 control. Need to reorder W11400681 control and return with console to replace at the same time. Arrived on-site for dryer door not closing properly. Upon arrival customer stated he felt it was too rough to close. I tested the door and it closed as designed. I explained to the customer that the dryer doors are hard to close as they have a expandable strike so that the latch locks in and doesn't allow clothes to open the door. Dryer is operating as designed and no issues are present at time of service. Call complete. No parts installed.

Arrived on-site for washer that wouldn't drain. I found water remaining in the basket and drain pump not functioning. I checked continuity on the drain pump from the control. I found the harness to show open. I inspected the harness from below and found the black wire broken off. Drain pump tested good at 20.1 ohms. I replaced the lower harness and tested the unit. Unit now operates as designed. No water leaks present. Call complete. Installed W11643701 LOWER WIRE HARNESS.

"Arrived on-site for range tripping breaker. I found the wiring to be correct. I found voltages to be good coming from the wall outlet. I replaced the control, broil, and bake elements. When running unit to 500 degrees it reached 495 and tripped the breaker. This signifies that the breaker is either weak or he has a bad breaker. I ran the unit to 500 degrees with the ground on and it reached temp. I advised the customer to leave the unit running on the cookie I set for 1hr 30min. Customer agreed and signed for it. "Arrived on site to inspect wall oven temps. Customer advised that their inspector tested the oven and said the temps are off by 25 degrees. I questioned how the temps were tested and the customer provided a photo of a round thermometer. I advised the customer that per the manufacturer, wall oven temps cannot be tested properly using a round thermometer and provided a copy of Service Pointer W10565140, which discusses proper wall oven temps testing using a thermal couple and multimeter or digital readout. Using my multimeter, I placed my thermal lead in the middle of the center rack and tested temps on Bake at 350 degrees. My temp readings were 344, 300, 369, 347, 357 for an average temp of 343.3 degrees. I advised the customer that the temps are well within range and is operating as designed. No repairs needed at this time, job completed."
