Removed ice build up ran service test 4 and applied bubble solution and monitored. Found when bubble solution applicator pushed into cabinet where suction tube and cap tube enter bubble would form. Slightly moved cap tube and obvious hissing present. Took video of leak and sent to whirlpool. Unit sent for review for refrigerant leak within cabinet. SR#7736143358

"Arrived on site to diagnose wall oven that is not turning off properly. Spoke with customer who clarified that they feel the unit may not actually be shutting off when they cancel / power off the cycle. Checked for error codes and found none present. Customer said they can hear the fan running for an extended period of time after cycles are off. I checked a bake cycle and found it is canceling properly. I let the customer know that the fan running for an extended period of time is normal to cool off the chassis. I advised if the console is unresponsive that the customer needs to power cycle from the breaker, per service pointer. Customer can also use a hanging thermometer to confirm temp is dropping. Repair completed."

Arrived onsite for cooking burners not igniting. On inspection the flames were ignited on half the burners. I pulled the regulator and changed from propane to natural gas setting. The unit is working as designed and no gas leaks detected during service.

Arrived onsite for a washer that will throw a f6ee error code. Upon inspection I found that the unit did have the code. Which is a communication error between the control and ui. I replaced both and tested unit in quick wash and drain and spin and found unit operating as designed no leaks. Job complete

Arrived onsite for a dryer that will not turning on. Upon arrival the machine man and I found that there were loose aggressive dogs in the apartment. The customer was not home. We attempted several times to contact the customer at several different numbers found that no one answered. I am leaving it up to the apartment complex to coordinate with the customer a time when they can be home to secure the dogs so that we can work on the unit.. apartment complex to contact us to reschedule visit

"MVWC200BW0 Arrived to inspect washer shaking badly. I found the suspension failed and allowing the basket assembly to bounce up and down, nearly freely. The horizontal motion is transferred into vertical hop when this condition exists and I advised suspension R/R. I tested all other functions within manual test mode and verified the gear case seals were intact and there was no signs of any oil leaks. I removed and replaced the suspension, re-calibrated and tested. All functions were present and the unit did not vibrate as prior, freer the repair. During service I found the recently replaced cold water supply line was not fully tightened at the washer inlet and after correcting, a leak was corrected and did not return throughout the rest of the service.

Arrived onsite for range oven not igniting. On inspection the bake would light for 2 seconds and shutdown. Tested the coils on the regulator and they were not getting constant voltage. Replaced the DSI board and the unit started working as designed and no gas leaks detected during service.

"Arrived on site to inspect wall oven not heating. Upon further inspection, I found the unit not connected to wifi and assisted the customer in connecting it to wifi. I pulled the unit out onto my dolly and found that the power cord was too short to fully pull the unit out (photo). I found the unit power cord is installed in the cabinets above the microwave (photo) with no slack in the cord. I advised the customer that the cord would need to be moved to at least behind the microwave in order for us to be able to service the unit completely. I tested the unit at the control and found no voltage between points PX1-1 to PX3-2 for the bake element and points PX4-2 to PX3-2 for the broil element. I could hear the relays clicking, but no voltage. I recommended that the customer have their builder check the wiring for the unit as they should be getting at least 240V and the unit is only getting 120V. I recommended the customer contact our office should they continue to have issues once the electrical has been corrected. No repairs needed at this time, job completed."

"Arrived on site to inspect wall oven error codes. Upon further inspection, I placed the unit in diagnostics and checked error codes and found F8E0-cooling fan speed. I tested the cooling fan on high and found the fan motor humming, but the blades failed to operate. I removed the unit from the cabinets and found the back panel badly damaged (photos). Removed the panel and found the fan mount bracket badly damaged as well (photo). Also found the fan housing badly damaged and pushed into the blades keeping them form rotating (photo). I removed and replaced the blower assembly and using my rubber mallet, I was able to semi straighten the back panel and get placed back on the unit. Tested the blower and it is operating as designed but the panel is vibrating. I am ordering the back panel, the mounting bracket & foam, along with CNOTE-LSO PER CUSTOMER REQUEST. "Arrived on site to inspect cooktop burners taking too long to ignite. Upon further inspection, the customer explained that when they would go to turn the front right burner on, it would take a long time to ignite and when it ignited there would be a large flame. I tested all burners and all are operating as designed. With the front right burner, I moved the burner cap to the side of the burner head and demonstrated what happens when trying to light the burner and the customer advised thats what she was seeing. I advised that the burner cap is not seated correctly which causes the ignitor to not arc against the cap like the designed too which in turn allows more gas to escape and once it does ignite, it shoots out a large flame. I made recommendations for use and care. No gas leaks detected during service and no repairs needed at this time, job completed."

Initial testing was the timed heating/cooling to prove airflow and I found the unit would not heat above 165?F. I checked the electrical supply and it was L1 122.3VAC L2 121.4 and L1-L2 211.8, the combined expected as the complex is on a 3-phase supply. Under load, the 211.8 declined to 208.9 and is sufficient. I found no heater circuit shorts to chassis and reran the test, viewing the element. There was very little element that heated to glow, only at the very top of the element. 19.9 amps were measured at L2 and no heat, L1 was 6.2 amps. With heat, L1 registered 25.6 amps. The motor made a very loud vibration and I elected to replace it and the blower. The door switch was intermittently failing and I removed and replaced. Testing after service showed the unit still heating slowly, but I attribute that to very good airflow. I advised the tenant of my findings."

"KRMF706ESS05 Arrived to inspect noise. I was able to somewhat recreate the noise the customer heard, but at a lower intensity. The sound heard was vibration within the lower unit area and started at the condenser entry loop. I secured the loop and added sound deadening material to the general area. I found the drain tube assembly gapped and I corrected. I squared and leveled the chassis and found the left door hinge, badly bent downward, preventing proper fitment with the ice bin to fascia contact area. I removed the door and corrected the hinge issue and tested. The unit operated as designed, no leaks observed during service."

"Arrived on site for washer, inspected unit and work area. Customers complaint was stoped while washing bath rugs. Inspected and found water in tub. Used my jumper harness to activate water pump and drain water. Found that the harness on the water pump broke. I did a successful repair on the harness and tested. Unit is now operating as designed. Arrived onsite and replaced heater under service pointer #w11540694 guidance. Unit is now operating as designed. Unit had not developed leak failure prior to repair.

"Arrived onsite for dishwasher not working. On inspection found that there was a error of F4E3. I found that the strainer in the dishwasher was clogged. Explained to them that the strainer needs to be clean at least once a month. Ran diagnostics cycle 3 times trying to Get the unit to fail, the motor never got hot. The spray from the arms was very significant. Information the customer that if it happens again lets know"

"Arrived onsite on refrigerator making a noise. On inspection the compressor was vibrating and make a noise, I secured the compressor to keep from vibrating and the noise quiet down, you can hardly hear the noise any minute. No water leaks detected during service."

"Arrived on site to inspect range oven door not closing. Upon further inspection, I tested the unit and found the door hinge drops when closing the oven door. I removed and replaced both hinges and retested and unit is operating as designed. No gas leaks detected during service, job completed. No one available to sign for receipt. New build/vacant home"

Arriving onsite for a cooktop with the rear deft burner not working. Upon inspection I found that the burner was shorted out. I replace it and tested the unit several times and found unit operating as designed.

"arrived on site for no ice. Ran diagnostics shorted evap sensor,unit passed all diagnostic test,good water flow filled pan,recirculating pump working good frost formation on evaporator plate. Replaced evaporator sensor."

Arrived on site to test unit for unit moving not secured to counter. Customer had the brackets but we dont have long enough screws. Advised customer to get installers back out to install the unit correctly. Job complete.
