"Arrived on site to test unit for no ice production. Upon arrival customer stated unit made ice for a few days then production ceased. He cleared out the ice between the ice maker motor and frame and production started once again, but only for a couple cycles. Inspected unit, found ice in between the frame and motor and frozen bail arm. Once ice production ceases due to frozen parts, fill tube heater turns off causing fill tube to freeze. Contacted techline to document SR#7740699085, per techline thawed out fill tube and ran test 97 with and without the filter to see if there are any drips after the valve closes. Ran test 97 with filter, three drops dripped out after valve was closed, without the filter there were no drips. Provided videos to techline. Advised customer to leave the filter out to test and see if the three drips are the cause of the ice maker motor freezing. Spoke to service team, will be ordering HMI and grease. No parts installed, office to order parts and reschedule.; O-emld tckt"

"Arrived on site to inspect ice machine not making ice. Upon further inspection, I placed the unit it in diagnostics and tested each component and the unit operated as designed. I tested the unit in a normal cycle and while the water was filling the reservoir, the water began to spill over the reservoir and the external drain pump came on then approximately three seconds after, the entire unit lost power. I tapped on the front of the unit and the external drain pump came back on as did the whole unit. Due to the external drain pump shorting out internally, I removed and replaced the external drain pump and retested. Unit is operating as designed. I recommended the customer clean the unit as theres buildup at the front of thd evaporator causing the ice slab tomgetmstcuk while on the evaporator and melting. No water leaks observed during service, job completed. W11539855"

"Arrivedmon site to inspect refrigerator noises cool. Upon further inspection, the customer advised that the freezer would warm and the ice would sweat then it would start cooling properly and the ice would freeze into a clumping. I tested temps in the FC=6 degrees and RC=36 degrees. I pulled the unit out and connected my gauges to the sealed system and my readings were not equalizing. Once the compressor came on, my readings were showing a possible leak in the system. Using my black light, I checked for leaks around the compressor, drier, condenser and the evaporator and found no signs of a leak. I checked around the RC doors and the FC door and found nothing. I advised the customer that I would have to isolate the system to find where the leak is located. I am ordering CNOTE-SCHEDULE 2 HOUR REPAIR TO ISOLATE SYSTEM and office to schedule return service. I also found one of the lines going into the compressor cut. I attempted to swedge the compressor port, but was finding that it wasn't going to be big enough for the cut line. I went ahead and replaced the compressor, drier, and access valve. I used nitrogen to blow oil out of the high and low sides and found most of the oil stuck in the condenser. I spoke to SW and was advised to order the suction line. Ordering the part and will return with remaining parts. "Arrived on site to test unit for leak from FC. Upon arrival customer stated when unit goes into a defrost cycle it does not drain into the drain pan and collects on the bottom of the FC causing an ice slab and eventually leaking out. Thawed drain line and inspected, found a red plug stuck inside the drain port not allowing water through. Removed plug and tested, unit is now draining properly and is functioning as designed, no leaks detected, no parts installed, job complete."

"Arrived on site to test unit for frost in FC. Upon arrival customer stated there will be frost buildup on the drawer in the FC. Upon inspection found no frost. Inspected gaskets, found no gaps and all sealing properly. Damper control is operating properly. Sealed RC and FC frame to liner gaps with silicone (W10841140). Advised customer to make sure FC door gets shut properly to prevent any buildup. If issue reoccurs recommend replacing FC slides. Unit is now running as designed, no leaks detected, job complete."

"Arrive on site for a washing machine that is going off balance and has a smell. Inspected unit and work area. The customer explained that the unit is going off balance, not spinning out fully, and made a weird smell during one of the washes. They explained that it was working until just recently. I tested the unit and found the unit fill and drain with no issues. I found the basket spinning properly without going off balance. I spoke to DW and ran a few tests. I found that if you set the unit for spin and held onto the basket when it went to spin that you could hold the basket in place while the motor was still running. I was instructed to order the clutch, basket drive, rings, thrust, and gearcase for repair. Ordering parts and the office will need to contact the customer about a return date when parts are available. Please schedule for two hours on the return trip.; ordrng 1 W10820043 (Basket drive) and 1 WP63292 (Thrust) and 1 WPW10080230 (Ring) and 1 285353 (Ring 2) and 1 285785 (Clutch) and 1 3360629 (Gearcase)"

"Arrived on site to diagnose refrigerator not making ice and also experiencing an issue with the door seal. Examined unit and found the icemaker door seal had popped off it's ring. Customer said unit has been making ice recently and seems to have resolved itself. I reattached and clocked the icebox seal, and added some silicon adhesive to keep it from popping off again. This should fully resolve the seal issue and increase ice production since air is no longer infiltrating. Unit working as designed. No parts used."

"Arrived on site to inspect wall oven interior light not turning off. Upon further inspection, I found the light on and the unit not in use. I opened the unit door and pressed the door switch closed and nothing changed. I placed the unit in diagnostics and tested the light and it turned off and on as designed. I pulled the unit out and gained access to the main control and tested the door switch at the J7 connector and found the switch open whether I had the door switch showing the door open or closed. I removed and replaced the door latch assembly and retested and got the same results. I disconnected the J7 connector from the control and traced the harness to another connector and disconnected the molex connector and tested continuity to the harness and found it good. Before reconnecting the harness, I found the orange/black wire pin wasn't fully seated (photo). Reseated the pin and retested and unit is operating as designed. Job completed. W11686858"

Arrived on site to follow up on refrigerator with defrost issue. Unit was defrosted on arrival. I removed the evap cover and checked the wiring to my heater. Found the heater brown wire was partially unplugged and not completing the circuit. I reattached the connector to the molex and added some electric tape to secure it in place. I put the unit in defrost and verified a proper complete circuit and 120v to heater. Reassembled unit and tested again with full reassembly. Verified heater is on and working as designed. No parts needed. Call completed.

Arrived onsite for microwave power resetting. I confirmed same issue is occurring. Even when using a extension cord to different outlet unit will still reset. No other appliances are showing this issue and it will turn off when not in use aswell. I suspect that the ui or harness is causing the power reset issue. I spoke with techline and they advised the door and possibly harness to be replaced as that is the only thing that can be resetting the unit after replacing the main control already. Office is to RS due to parts not in stock at the time. Spoke with customer and determined the issues were mainly occurring with sheets and towels and also with mixed loads with one item that water logged more than the other articles. Explained the machines ability to detect off balance loads and the programming that initiates additional rinses to rebalance a load before eventually not entering hi speed spin when the load cannot be balanced.
