"Arrived on site to inspect washer leaking water from the bottom of the door. Upon further inspection, the tenant advised that the water is coming from the back or underneath the unit. I placed the unit in diagnostics showing no error codes and tested. While testing, I removed the top panel and inspected for an6 signs of water leaks and found none. The unit completed testing and no leaks were found. I checked the back panel for the unit and found dry water spots/streaks under the vent (photos). Tenant advised they washed a large comforter when it leaked. I advised that washing large loads, such as a comforter, can cause the unit to leak through the air vent at the top of the drum. I made recommendations for use and care, as well as, detergent use. Unit is operating as designed, no water leaks observed during service, job completed. No parts installed."

"Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator ice maker not working. Upon further inspection, I was advised by maintenance that the unit had been moved to a different apartment. Notified the office to change the apartment number in the ticket. I found the unit pulled out and unplugged. Plugged the unit in and inspected the ice maker. I found condensation built up throughout the freezer section and water in the ice bin and ice maker tray. Removed the water from the bin and tray and tested the ice maker and found the ice maker operating as designed. Contacted maintenance and they arrived at the apartment and provided photos of the issue (photos). It appears the ice maker valve did not close and completely filled the ice maker tray, ice bin and overflowed into the freezer section and froze. I turned the water on at the wall and retested the ice maker and found the water would not shut off once it filled the ice tray. Used paper test with vent paper needed to be on 80% of vent holes without vent paper was held by 20% of holes. Showed customer findings, inspected vent at wall found lint within tube, tubing wasnt excessively long or with harsh turns. Customer also stated vent goes to roof and has bird cage and has cleaned lint off the bird cage on roof previously. Recommended customer have air flow looked at due to findings of singe marks, paper test, and excess lint stuck in vent hose. Job complete. NO PARTS USED"

"Arrived on site for a washing machine that is not washing clothes again. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that after the previous visit, they were able to run two loads before the unit stopped working again. She advised that since then, the unit just stays in a drain. I did confirm the customers complain and ran the unit into diagnostics. I found an F1 E1 (main control failure) and F9 E1 (long drain) error codes. I found the unit was trying to drain even in diagnostics. I checked the pressure hose off the back of the unit and did not find any kinks or abnormality with the pressure hose. I checked resistance through the drain pump and found 21.3 ohms of resistance from the control. I called whirlpool tech line and spoke to Art SR# 7739616791. He had me check several different items, and we found the shifter from brown to black and white, showing open from the control, but proper resistance at the actuator. He advised that the line split couldve caused the control to get knocked out. He advised to replace the wire harness and control at the same time. We did not receive the Control in time for service today so I rescheduled the customer to 8/2. No parts were installed. ; schdld next appmnt for 8/2 FRI !"

I observed that the basket is defective and does not have any of the drainage holes punched completely due to factory defect. This would be the ultimate cause of the washer not balancing. "WRF757SDHZ03 Arrived to inspect cooling issue. The customer advised the unit took 1.5 days to cool and then anytime it was opened, cooling recovery took many hours. Thermography showed the high side with no detectable heat at the condenser return and pressure reveled the system low on refrigerant, with 5 of vacuum and only 100 psi. I vacuumed the system and found it held below 310 microns. I charged with the precise MFG calculated charge and tested. The unit began cooling as expected. No leaks observed during service."

"Arrived on site for a refrigerator that is not cooling properly. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that the unit is cooling but its not cold enough to make ice and is taking days to freeze bottles of water. I checked temperature in the freezer section and found it at 23?F. I checked the refrigerator and found it at 44?F. I checked pressures off the backside of the unit and found it in a vacuum at -10 psi, and the high side was at 100 psi. I checked for any signs of leaks and found none present in the evaporator area or compressor and condenser areas. I spoke to SW and GC. They advise that the issue would most likely be with the unit being under or over-charged. I was also advised to run the vacuum on the unit for at least 30 minutes prior to charging it. I replaced the drier and vacuumed down the unit to -31 psi and vacuum down the unit for over 30 minutes and charge the unit up with 68 g of R600 refrigerant. Advise the customer to keep an eye on the unit and call back if any other issues persist. Call complete."

"Arrived on site for a washing machine that is intermittently not completing cycles. Inspected unit and work area. The customer stated that he washes alone twice a week and that sometimes the unit will finish through the cycle but other times it wont. I ran the unit through diagnostics and did not find any stored error codes. I ran the unit through an auto test, and the unit ran and operated as designed. I checked the suspension and found the suspension was good. I asked the customer what type of loads where he was having problems with an advisor in generally happens when he runs his sheets and towels together. He advised that he notices that certain items will clump together, and if he pauses it in time, he can rearrange the items and itll finish. I did advise the customer that the issue would most likely be with off-balance loads. The customer advised that would make signs as some of his loads are finishing cycles. He just wanted to make sure there was nothing wrong with the unit. The unit is working and operating as designed. Call complete. No parts were installed."

"Arrived on site for a washing machine. That is not completing cycles. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that the unit will consistently not finish the cycle and it sounds like its draining on and off repeatedly. Inspected unit and work area. I found the unit seemed dead on arrival as none of the buttons were working. I gained access to the control and found lights on the control indicating power being supplied. I checked voltage going to the drain pump and found 121 V. I want to lift up the washing machine and found the drain pump immediately kicked back on. I removed the pressure hose from the control and still found the unit trying to drain. After leading down the unit, I found the drain pump kicked back off. After lifting it up again, I found the drain pump reactivate, indicating an issue with the harness. I checked underneath and could not find any wire splits anywhere visible. Ordering the lower harness and will return with the control for repair. I rescheduled the customer to 8/6.; ordrng 1 W11665968 (Lower harness)"

"Arrived on site for a refrigerator that is making abnormal sounds during operation. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that after the unit was delivered, within 10 minutes, the unit was starting to make a loud, grinding noise. After several minutes, I found the unit start cooling and found the abnormal noise coming from the back of the unit. I gained access to the compressor and condenser area and found the condenser fan blade hitting the housing. I checked the condenser fan and found the shaft was wobbling from side to side causing the issue. I replaced the condenser fan and tested the unit. I gained access to the ice maker and all harness connections were good. I checked the harnesses at the bottom left corner and all were good. Using my jumper wire, I tested the ice maker and it harvested and filled as designed. When I tested the emitter/receiver boards, I had the bin removed and the display was showing 01-bin full or not present. I placed he bin back in its space and the display continued to show 01. Using an emitter/receiver board from my van stock (W10898445/W10870822), I removed and replaced the boards and retested and unit is operating as designed. I explained to the customer how the boards function and demonstrated by retesting in diagnostics and showing how the display changes from 01 to 02 when the bin is present. Spoke with management (MS) and advised the main control was not needed at last service call and the emitter/receiver boards were the issue. I was advised to install the parts at no charge. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

"Arrived on site to inspect freezer high temp alarm not turning off. Upon further inspection, customer advised me that there were no problems with temperature of unit, only flashing alarm. I verified this by taking temperature and found temperature to be -2 degrees. Sensors tested good. Alarm had been triggered due to unit being unplugged prior to repair. I found that the control temp/reset button was not making good contact with the control. I reseated the control and now the button is making good contact allowing button to easily be used. No parts installed and no water leaks observed during service."

Arrived on site to test unit for unit not filling with water. Test unit and found float stuck in the upper position not allowing water in due to unit thinking is full of water from float being stuck in the up position. Secured float test unit and unit test good job complete.

Arrived on site to test unit for gas smell. Checked all connections at regulator and stove no leaks found. Turned oven on and can smell gas from initial ignition but no gas leaks. When oven is on the unit will smell like gas due to oven venting from the flu. Turned vent on while oven is on and no gas smell at all job complete no leaks present at this time on the unit it self.

"Arrived on site to diagnose range not powering on. Customer advised me that the unit is actually popping the breaker when baking. I disconnected the ground and set the unit to bake to 500 to dry out element. Reconnected ground and verified unit would heat to 500. Advised customer that if issue keeps repeating and they have to bake more than an hour again, to have the builder change out the breaker. No parts used, unit now working as designed."

Arrived onsite and found unit operating with failed fill spout to upper icemaker. Cleared blockage and replaced triple valve. All checks good. Advised customer on repair. Unit is now operating as designed. W11579561

Arrived onsite for a refrigerator with water puddling on the upper shelf in the RC and its coming from the air vents. I found multiple issues. There is a gap between the liner and chassis around the FC door. I had to defrost the evaporator cover and styrofoam to remove it. I found the drip tray frozen over because the drain was plugged. I cleared the drain and removed all the ice. I tested components in diagnostics and all passed except the evaporator fan. I had voltage to it and the blade would just shake back and forth. The fan motor will need to be replaced and the liner/chassis sealed around the FC. Ordering WP2315539 evaporator motor & WP482338 adhesive. RS for Fri 8/2/2024. NO PARTS INSTALLED.; ordrng 1 WP2315539 (Evaporator motor) and 1 WP482338 (Adhesive)

"Arrived onsite for a refrigerator to replace the previous diagnosed parts. I tapped the system and found it full of refrigerant. I replaced the compressor and dryer. I added an access valve on the new compressor. I attached the aluminum capillary tube to the dryer with a Lokring fitting. I vacuumed the system and charged it with 47 grams of R600A. I tested the unit and all is working as designed. I found the evaporator fan noisy and the customer showed me the FC had frozen water droplets on the ceiling and ice build up around the door. I found the liner not sealed to the chassis and gaps all around it. The gaps will need to be filled with sealant and the fan might need to be replaced. Ordering WP482338 adhesive, WP2315539 evaporator motor, and WP2163777 fan blade. RS for Tuesday 8/6/2024. INSTALLED W11582592 COMPRESSOR, W11504434 COUPLER, WPW10143759 DRIER, & W11506635 COUPLER.; ordrng 1 WP482338 (Adhesive) and 1 WP2315539 (Evaporator Motor) and 1 WP2163777 (Fan blade)"

"Arrived onsite for a washer not agitating, not filling, and not going thru a cycle. I checked stored error codes and found an F7E5 & F8E1. I found 123VAC to the cold valve and it was not opening. I found the actuator sticking and that caused the cam teeth to get chewed up. I replaced the valve, cam, and shift actuator. I tested the machine and found it working as designed. No water leaks were present at the time of service. Call complete. INSTALLED W11210459 VALVE, W10721967 CAM, AND W10913953 SHIFT ACTUATOR."

"Arrived on site for washer/dryer not turning on. On arrival confirmed failure and found water falling from top outside panel and inside top flannel all over unit. Found dryer had over heated from a clogged vent and the mini Split ac uni5 above dryer cooled the heat down and caused water to flood both washer and dryer, all electrical components and control are burnt out as a result. Reported findings to commercial techline(they dont give sr#s). Techline advised cup er to call trade care team to discuss next steps. Spoke with service management on site as well. Call complete"

Arrived on site for a dishwasher having power issues. Further inspection install was the issue found that the unit was not leveled. It was leaning forward causing unit to fill on the front side causing our flow water leaking under cabin. This caused drain pump to fail over working part. Replaced part#w11611440 drain pump tested product works as its designed call complete.
