"WVU37UC0FS1 Arrived to inspect noise. The sound on medium and high settings was reminiscent of a hive of bees and was steady throughout the use of the higher speed settings. Inspection revealed the installer had deformed the metal top of the vent assembly, where the damper is fitted. The installer had erroneously added sealing tape to the area and as air would leak through this area, it would vibrate the excess tape like an instrument reed, creating the tone.I was able to reform the metal in the affected area and then apply tape as a barrier in the area, as well. The issue was fully resolved and the blower operated at the normal sound pressures, as expected."

Upon further inspection, I found that water from the ice maker fill chute had over spilled and made its way onto the evaporator fan. The fan blades were coming in contact with the ice and causing that noise. I installed a piece of tubing to make sure the water would be directed into the ice maker without spilling. I tested the ice maker and it is operating as designed and no longer leaking. No leaks observed at the end of service. Job completed"

I explained to the customer that the unit is filling with the correct amount of water and there were no issues present in the diagnostic cycle. I ran a normal cycle as well and found the unit filling with the correct amount of water. No water leaks present at time of service. Call complete. No parts installed.

Ran diagnostics and found all components working, even heater. Heater was producing 225 degrees F. Advised customer to run unit again on Heat Dry to see if issue still persists. Arrived onsite for refrigerator not cooling. I found the evaporator cover frosted up and the evaporator also covered in frost. Intested the defrost heater from the molex and found it to be open returning tech to replace defrost heater. Told customer to run a defrost and see if the issue persist as the evaporator was full of ice and I was running behind on time. Return with all parts incase there are other issues. Arrived onsite for cooktop with orange flames. Upon arrival I noticed the customer had a humidifier running. I tested the cooktop flames and found good fuel flow as the flames were all uniform. There is a moisture issue present that is causing the flames to turn orange and I suspect it to be the humidifier. No parts were installed at time of service and no leaks are present. Call complete.

During test found additional leaks at tub near sump at front of unit and leaking from door vent. Will need vent deflector, vent assembly, inner door, tub assembly, and return with previously ordered parts. Also returning tech will need 2 hour weigh. "Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator ice maker noises. Upon further inspection, the customer advised that the ice dispenser is not dispensing ice and is loud. I tested the ice dispenser and found the motor is operating, but no ice is being dispensed. I removed the ice bin and found a large ball of ice in the chute (photo). I removed the ice and found the cubes, in the bin, are clumped together due to sweating and then freezing together. I poured a small amount of water down the ice chute and found the ice door is not sealing properly and allowing warm air inside to the ice bin. I inspected/tested and found no other issues with the unit other than frost in the freezer section due to the door being left partially open. I am ordering the separator and scheduled return service for 10/16/24. No water leaks observed during service. No parts installed today.; ordrng 1 W11572058 (Separator) and 1 CNOTE (NO TECH MA)"

Replaced part#s w11182108 , w10856603, and w11594224 .Checked polarity L1 to L2 (243.4) L1 to N ( 121.5) L2 to N (121.7) N to G (000.0) .Removed ground and preheated to 500 degrees temperature reached 500 without tripping breaker. Reconnected ground back on and preheated to 500 degrees with ground on. Temperature reached 500 degrees without tripping breaker product works as it's designed notified client to leave on for one and a half hours."

MED4500MW0 Arrived on site for a dryer not drying clothes per client . Upon Inspection found the air flow to clients home was in poor condition recommended client to get hold of landlord for maintenance cleaning. Further inspection found part#wp3392519 failed replaced and tested without dryer vent on product works as it's designed.

"Arrived on site to diagnose range with low flames. Tested unit and found flames are abnormally low, and if more than 1 burner is on they drop even further. I checked the wall gas valve and found it was in the closed position, almost seized. I was able to move the lever with some vice grips and retested. Found proper flame height, indicating wall valve was closed. Bubble tested installation gas line and found no leaks. Unit working as designed. No parts needed."

"Arrived on site to diagnose washer throwing over suds error when running, and also not finishing cycles. I tested the unit and found over suds and slow drain. When I ran the unit I did confirm the drain was barely flowing. I drained out water with a shop vac and checked the trap. Found trap was completely stuffed and not allowing any water through. Cleared trap and ran unit. Found it's filling and draining, but I found no excessive suds. Replaced the water levels sensor to resolve, once I saw the hose was clear. Unit now working as designed. No water leaks found. Parts used - W11316246."
