Entered diagnostics and found F3E1 (pressure system fault) error code stored. Cleared error code and reset control, cycled power, drain pump still immediately engages. Inspected pressure hose, found no kinks, punctures or restrictions. Valve is not leaking. Pressure switch on the control has failed. Arrived on site for washing machine model WTW8127LC0 that is leaking. Inspected unit and work area. Customer advised that the unit does not leak every cycle and only seems to happen on larger loads. Checked underneath the washing machine and found no evidence of any water residue underneath the machine. Ran the unit through an auto test and found the unit leaking once it got to the fabric softener dispenser. Found the fabric softener dispenser completely gunked up with fabric softener deposits that caused the dispenser to overflow and leak onto the floor. Cleaned out the fabric softener dispenser and tested the unit again. Found water flowing freely into the tub ring but found the tub ring splashing slightly due to an outdated tub ring. Ordering the new tub ring W11590590 and rescheduled the customer with KC approval to 12/5. No parts were installed and no other leaks detected during service; ordrng 1 W11590590 (Tub Ring)

Arrived on site to inspect range model WFG320M0MS0 possible vent problem and back right burner sometimes not igniting. Upon further inspection I found that the vent was in the correct position however there was a slight vent on the top part. I adjusted the vent and it is now sitting properly. I checked the burner and found it to be operating without issue. I informed the customer on proper cleaning and maintenance of the burner and cap. No gas leaks observed during service

Customer advised the machine displays the message immediately on cycle start and every dry cycle, even after cleaning the lint trap. "Arrived on site for SAFETY range WFES3330RS0 with issue of tripping breaker. Upon arrival, inspected unit. Cord is installed correctly . Test polarity and is correct . L1 and L2 to neutral is 124v and L1-L2 is 249.. neutral to ground is 0v. Checked resistance of both elements and is correct . Test wiring from neutral, L1 and L2 to ground and all read OL. Test amp draw when call for bake is made and get10.6 amp, 14.9 when relay clicks, then repeats over and over until preheat is done. Also test amp draw with cooktop on high heat and bake is set to preheat to 359 and get 46 amp. Breaker is a gfci Square D 50. Customer said they have had issue since moving in. Builder. Swapped breaker with non gfci breaker and did not trip. They then installed current new 50 amp gfci breaker due to code. I could not get unit to Tripp during testing today. Customer states that it trips every use. Contacted Techline for assistance. Spoke with Dylon. Explained all that has been done. Only recommendation is to run bake at 500 for 30 minutes. Am told to only replace elements if breaker tripped during the 30 minute operation. Case # 21763163. I followed techs instructions. "Arrived on site for a washing machine model MVW5435PW1 that is shaking when spinning. It's inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that the unit seems to bang the sidewalls when it's spinning on certain loads. I ran the unit through diagnostics and found no stored error codes. I checked the suspension and basket and found both in good condition with the basket properly secured to the drive shaft. I did find the unit on level and adjusted the feet. I ran the unit through a diagnostic cycle.Twice and found the machine working and operating as designed. I did advise the customer that the unleveling of the washing machine may have contributed towards the issue. But that the loading is going to be a major part of off balance issues. I went over proper loading procedures, and the unit is working and operating as designed with no leaks present during operation."

Upon further inspection, the customer advised that they've been washing rugs in the unit, and they've had to run the Drain & Spin selection because the unit hasn't spun out the water. I placed the unit in diagnostics showing error code F0E1-load detected during the cleaning cycle. I cleared the code and continued with testing, and the unit operated as designed. I tilted the unit back and gained access to the drain and filter. I removed the filter and found minimal debris inside, and cleared the drain with my shop vac. I re-installed the filter and performed another diagnostics test, and the unit continued to operate as designed. I explained to the customer why the unit isn't completing the cycle during the spin as it's getting off balanced and not able to balance the load and will shut down, leaving the items still wet. I made recommendations for use and care and demonstrated how to adjust the load if it's struggling to balance the load. Unit is operating as designed, and no water leaks observed during service, job completed."

"Arrived on site to inspect washer MVW6500MBK1 noises. Upon further inspection, the customer advised that the unit is making a loud screeching noise. I placed the unit in diagnostics showing error code F0E9-off balanced pause. I cleared the code and continued with testing, and the unit operated as designed. I tilted the unit back and inspected it underneath. I removed the pulley shield to find belt shavings on the underside of the shield. I found no signs of gearcase oil. I checked the belt and found it had lost tension, and there were signs of the belt slipping on the pulley and motor pulley. I removed and replaced the belt and calibrated the unit. Examined unit and found icemaker tube extension was not seated to the wall and had slipped down, resulting in water spraying all over freezer and rear panel. Due to fan blades hitting ice, fan motor shaft had developed play and was causing a lot of noise. Removed ice, sealed the icemaker fill tube to the liner with silicone, and replaced fan motor with new WP2315549 evaporator fan motor. Verified proper operation. No water leaks observed."

I removed the ground wire and preheated to five hundred degrees temperature reached without tripping breaker. I took amp draw only oven on it was 14.72 and with all burners on high and oven on it was 41.97. I rewired the ground wire back on and preheated to five hundred degrees temperature reached without tripping breaker. I checked polarity, and voltage readings were correct product works as it's designed no parts used. I recommend the client contact the gfci breaker company for information on the correct gfci breaker for the range. Also I recommend to leave oven on for one hour. Explained to maintenance that yes it's gonna happen if you use auto sense with nothing inside unit tenant is not drying clothes of items. Informed maintenance to tell tenant to start using timed dry. "Arrived on site to test unit WTW8127LW0 for squealing noise. Upon arrival customer presented video of loud squeal during spin, happens every cycle. Entered service mode; no stored error codes. Ran diagnostic spin and was able to duplicate noise. Gained access to drivetrain and found gearcase shaft rubbing on rubber seal; also discovered slider missing multiple rivets and rotor hub stripped. Contacted claims; extended warranty authorized repair. Replaced gearcase (W11449841), slider (W10734521), and rotor (W11260238). Ran calibration cycle successfully, then full diagnostic cycle with all components engaging properly. Noise has been eliminated and unit is now running as designed, no leaks detected, job complete"

"Arrived on site to test unit WTW4957PW0 for pump running. Upon arrival customer stated drain pump constantly runs unless power is removed. Applied power, drain pump immediately engaged indicating a pressure system fault. Entered diagnostics and found F3E1 (pressure system fault) error code stored. Per S code S153EB, followed TSP W11766193. Both model and serial number fall within the rework. Cleared error code and reset control, cycled power, drain pump still immediately engages. Inspected pressure hose, found no kinks, punctures or restrictions. Valve is not leaking. Pressure switch on the control has failed. Replaced control (W11608056) and applied power, drain pump no longer immediately engages. Ran a calibration cycle successfully. Unit is now running as designed, no leaks detected, job complete."

Need to replace control. I replaced control W11657965. Test unit by running a mixed cycle on deep fill. Unit filled correctly and began washing correctly. Unit is operating as designed. "Arrived on site to inspect washer model WTW4816FW3 continuously draining unless unplugged. Upon further inspection, I placed the unit into service mode and observed error code F3E1. I checked the condition of the pressure hose and found no obstructions or damage. The control has a failed pressure sensor, which is causing it to drain continuously. I replaced the control and calibrated and tested the machine. The machine is now operating as designed. No water leaks observed during service. W11603810"

"Arrived on site to inspect range oven WFG550S0LZ5 not igniting. Upon further inspection, I tested the oven on Bake and could hear the main control relay click, but the bake ignitor was not arcing. I tested the broil and found the ignitor make three loud clicking noises, but never actually ignited. I tested voltage to the main control and module and found 123V. I verified polarity at the outlet. I inspected the ignitor harness to the bake ignitor, and I found a connector on the gas valve had been removed. I reconnected the connector and retested the oven, and it is operating as designed. I tested the cooktop burners, and the unit is operating as designed. No gas leaks detected during service, job completed. No one on site to sign for the receipt."

Unit was moved to 6303. Arrived on site with helper. Put washer on side. Tightened the loose screws for bottom counter weight. Ran spin test. All working normally. Call complete.

"Arrived on site to inspect wall oven KOSE500ESS20 error code. Upon further inspection, I found the display showing error code F1E0-UI failure. I placed the unit in diagnostics and checked for other codes, and found the F2E1-stuck key error code. I cleared both codes, and when I went to test the unit, the F1E0 error popped up on the panel display again. Following the tech sheet for the error code, I verified the ground connection and removed and replaced the console, and tested the unit on Bake at 350 degrees. While testing, I contacted techline and spoke to George and advised of the history, previous SR number, and my findings today. George advised that with all parts being replaced that could be causing the errors, he believes that possibly the UI harness is getting too hot and causing a drop in VDC intermittently. I advised that when I cleared the code and attempted to test, the unit failed and showed the error code again. George advised that unless I could catch the unit in failure mode and be able to test the voltage at the UI and control, then he can't give a good diagnosis/recommendation other than repalce the UI harness should the unit fail again. George provided Case #21746703. I provided my customer with the case number and recommended they call customer service and provide them with the case number if they're not satisfied or the unit fails again. Unit is currently operating as designed. Job completed. W11600651"

"WTW5020SW0 customers stated that the wash machine would shake vibrate and walk ran diagnostics and found no fault.Codes checked in her basket, and it was tight.So the bench and rod seemed okay.Removed and replaced suspension w11130362 rods tested washing machine.And it spun fine, did not shake or vibrate advised customer that if she's washing a blanket.Make sure to add two or three bath towels to help balance the load.Because blankets can slide off to the side and cause a machine to become unbalanced.Washing machine is working as intended.No leaks at times of service"

Arrived on site to diagnose ice machine KUIX535HPS01 that is not producing ice. Tested unit and confirmed no water flowing. Removed filter with no improvement. Found good flow to the valve but not out of it. Replaced valve with a new water inlet valve and ran the unit again. Verified proper operation and fill level. No water leaks observed.

Arrived onsite for previously diagnosed part. I replaced the valve and tested unit. I found the unit to now fill as designed and complete cycles. Ensured the door latch works and it is operating as designed. Call complete. No leaks. Installed W11038689 VALVE.
