Arrived on site to test unit for unit making noise when filling. Found noise coming from fill valve. While in test saw unit leaking from diverted motor. Replaced motor . When arrived customer informed that the unit started to heat again but it started to make noises. I tested to confirm and found that the rollers where worn out and. The element is showing cracks. "Arrived on site for refrigerator, inspected unit and work area. Disassembled unit to gain access to the evaporator and found the evaporator cases up in heavy ice. Customer informed that previous tech instructed it only needed 2hrs for defrost. I asked customer to allow 24hrs to defrost and with the doors open. Ive scheduled the customer . No leaks where observed during service.

"Arrived onsite for a washer not draining or spinning the clothes out. I checked stored codes and found an F0E2, F6E3, F9E1, F0E1, & F6E1. I found nothing wrong with the main control or the UI. I ran the service diagnostics cycle and found the unit taking a long time to drain. I found no suds during the cycle. I removed the drain pump screen and found it packed with debris. I cleaned the screen out and tested. The unit is draining properly now and spinning properly. I did find a leak on the front of the machine due to a torn bellow. "Arrived on site to inspect wall oven/ microwave combo unit error codes. Upon further inspection, I placed the unit in diagnostics and checked error codes and found F8E0 & F1E1. Tested the fan and I could hear a rattling noise in the beginning of operation but the noise faded out. Following the tech sheet, I was going to remove and replace the main oven control and blower assembly; however, when I went to pull the unit out of the cabinets, i removed the vent and vent trim and found both damaged and the vent fell apart in my hands when I removed it. I found the unit was installed incorrectly and the cabinets were not cut to installation instructions and I could not get the unit out of the cabinets due to the base board not sitting flush with the cabinet trim at the front of the unit causing the leveling feet to not clear the cabinet trim (photos). I advised the customer of my findings and recommended they contact their builder and have them make the unit available for repair. I demonstrated for the customer showing them that the cabinets were not cut the correct size for this unit and the unit was basically shoved into the space causing damage to the unit (photo). Arrived onsite for refrigerator which had been previously serviced for power cycling on its own. Now experiencing high temperatures and spoiling food. Unit had been off and was turned on to cool 6 hrs before service arrival. Unit temps on first open were 28f in the air tower RC and 11f in the FC drawer. Cabinet thermistor reading in the 50s f with doors having been opened RC evap thermistor reading 11f even with doors open in diagnostics. Coldest temp registered at 28f in the air tower. And 34f under the evap. Possible out of range evap thermistor causing not cooling long enough. Advised customer that to provide a rounded assessment with comprehensive solution we will need to establish a longer data log. Customer will leave fridge on and use non perishable drinks to help hold normal cooling conditions.

"Arrived on site to diagnose range that was not running the oven. On arrival found the control was unresponsive, and display blank. Tested and found the elements are all working properly, but control was unresponsive. I checked incoming voltage and found 120v at L1, L2 and also 120v at neutral. Removed power cable and tested voltage and polarity, from wall plug and found proper voltage and unpowered neutral. Found 240v L1 or L2 to neutral, and 120 neutral to ground. Found neutral is getting powered with the power cable attached. I replaced the control since it seemed the K4 relay was stuck open powering the neutral. No change found. Either new control is bad, or there is a short somewhere in the harness. Ordering a new control and harness to rule out possibility of failure from unit. If this does not resolve there is a present electrical issue in the outlet under load. Office to reschedule when we have both parts. ; ordrng 1 W11432194 (Harness) and 1 W11594224 (Control)"

"Arrived on site for a washing machine that is not agitating or spinning. Inspected unit and work area. Ran it through diagnostics and found an F7 E6 (motor fault) error code. I attempted to run the unit and manual diagnostics on agitation and spin. Found the unit not making any noise, indicating that it was attempting to try to agitate or spin. Checked underneath and checked all connectors. Found the agitation cycle immediately start working as a attempted to put the wire harness back in place. Found moving the wire, harness upward would cause the unit to agitate but as soon as the wiring was let down, the unit would stop until the wiring was raised up again. advise the customer that this would indicate a split wire, causing the issue. Ordering the lower harness and rescheduled the customer to 4/21. The customer is requesting earlier service if possible.; ordrng 1 W11448788 (Lower Harness) and 1 W11481722 (Actuator)"

"Arrived on site to inspect wall oven error code. Upon further inspection, the customer advised they tried to use the oven and it shut down and the error code F8E0 appeared on the display again. Customer also advised the display went blank and came back on. I placed the unit in diagnostics and checked error codes and found F8E0. Cleared the code and pulled the unit out to check voltage readings at the P5 connector. I turned the blower on the low setting and checked voltage at the P5-4 to Neutral and got no voltage reading. I tested the high speed at P5-5 to Neutral and got the same results. I tested the blower at the P4-1 to P4-2 and got 9.2VDC which is a little high/out of range. I contacted techline and spoke to Andrew and advised of the complaint, previous repairs and my findings. Andrew had me jump the P5-4 to P5-7 and restore power but the blower never came on and I had no voltage at the blower connector grey to white. Andrew recommended replacing the main harness and main ACU (control) and provided SR#7736198314. I am ordering the main harness and will return with all prescreened parts. "Arrived on site to inspect dryer not turning on. Upon further inspection, I tested the unit and found when seeing the start button, nothing happens. I raised the top panel and found the drive belt was broken causing the tension pulley to drop down and engage the belt switch. I removed the front bottom panel and found a large amount of lint inside the unit. I disassembled the unit and inspected the rollers and tension pulley and found they needed to be replaced. I removed and replaced the four rollers, tension pulley and belt; cleaned the unit (before/after photos), along with the rollers shafts and reassembled the unit and tested. Unit is operating as designed. No lint observed at the end of service, job completed."

"WOC54EC0HS20Arrived to inspect Started testing at 1:23, 350?F, internal temperature of 68?. The unit claimed preheat at 1:35, internal temperature of 407, with a climb out of 418. Cycling temperatures were 335, 384, 345, 375. The unit was well above the expected temperature, and I found a 30 offset and lowered. Operational test good."

"Arrived onsite for a washer with a water leak coning from the bottom. The customer stated the unit will start leaking when it goes into a drain. I checked stored error codes and found an F8E3, F6E3, F5E4, & F0E1. I ran diagnostics and the unit completed the cycle and worked as designed with no leaks. I ran a quick wash with towels and found the leak at the back left corner. I pulled the unit out and removed the back cover and found the leak coming from the pipe ventilation assembly. The seal between it and the tub was leaking at the bottom.

"MVWB835DW3 Arrived to complete service. I removed and replaced the failed gear case and rotor. I re-calibrated the control and tested within automatic and manual modes. The unit resumed normal operation and no leaks were observed during service.

Arrived onsite for a wall oven not heating. The customer stated it heated one time and reached 140 degrees and then stopped heating. I found the oven turning on and could hear the control cycling between the elements but the unit was not heating at all. I checked the circuit breaker and it does not appear to be tripped. I pulled the oven out and showed the customer that they were loosing L2 at the wall. From L1 to L2 I had 100VAC . From L1 to ground and neutral I had 122VAC. From L2 to ground and neutral I had 0VAC.

Arrived on site to test unit for console not responding. Replaced console. Job complete.

I checked the breaker and found it to be a GFCI breaker and it was tripped. I attempted to cycle the power and the breaker would not cycle. After several attempts I was finally able to get the breaker to hold and tested the unit. Unit is operating as designed. I reattached the vent tube for the customer. . I recommended they check/replace the GFCI breaker. No lint observed during service, job completed."

Arrived onsite for range not functioning. Upon arrival inspected unit. There was no power to unit. Found breaker tripped. Powered unit and found unit is tripping breaker on preheat cycle. Ran test mode and isolated broil and bake element separately. Had no issues heating. Allowed internal temperature to reach desired temperature and then ran bake cycle. Unit cycled with no issue. Found that if only one element is cycling at a time there is no issue. The unit is connected to GFCI breaker. The GFCI is being triggered and cannot carry the load. Explained to customer and she will contact builder. Job complete

I verified the unit was plugged in and also checked the breaker and the unit is getting power. I checked the harness at the junction box and it was wired correctly. Using my outlet tester, I found the unit is not getting voltage. I was going to plug the unit into the outlet where the disposal is plugged into when I found there is a switch for the dishwasher next to the disposal switch and it was in the off position. Turned the switch in the on position and the dishwasher came on. I tested the unit in diagnostics showing no error codes and the unit is operating as designed. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

"Arrived on site to inspect cooktop humming noises. Upon further inspection, the customer placed a pot of water on the cooktop and turned it up to 6 and the element began to make the normal electrical humming noise. I explained that the noise is normal and the lower temp will result in a lower humming sound and the high the temp the louder the humming noise will get. I provided the wording from page 12 of the owners manual explaining the humming noise. No repairs needed at the time, job completed."

"Arrived on site to inspect dryer noises. Upon further inspection, I turned the unit on to test and immediately the unit began to make a high pitched squealing noise. I disassembled the unit and found the back right roller inner shaft had rust built up on it due to hair and other debris built up on the roller shaft. I attempted to clean the roller, but it continued to fail. I replaced the roller with one from my van stock (4581EL2002C) and cleaned the remaining rollers and shafts and reassembled the unit. Retested and the unit is operating as designed. Being as the rollers were replaced within one year, they are still covered under the 1 year AEX warranty. No lint observed during service, job completed."

Arrived onsite for oven with a burning smell. On inspection the oven has not been used very much. Informed the customer that you need to burn the oil off the unit before the smell goes away. I turn the oven to 475? for 1 hour. The smell has lessened but still faintly smell it. Told the customer to put a pan of water with spices in it and let it vaporize in the oven to help get rid of the smell.

Arrived onsite for refrigerator door handle loose. On inspection 1 set screw was missing out of the handle. Replaced the handle and tested unit. The door opens as designed and no water leaks detected during inspection.

Arrived on site to diagnose washer throwing F7E1 error. Tested unit and heard a loud buzzing under the unit. Checked and found capacitor leaking fluid and dripping. Replaced capacitor. Retested unit and verified proper spinning and function. Repair completed.

"WED5050LW0 Arrived to inspect no power. Upon arrival, I found the unit had started working again, but the customer advised me that it had gone out for approximately one week. I tested all connections, supply voltages and corrected terminal wiring issues. Voltage was steady through all tests and I also checked all other connects within the unit. During testing, I found the airflow appeared to be somewhat restricted and advised the customer they should have the venting cleaned. Operational test good."

"MED6200KW0 Arrived to instal previously diagnosed and ordered parts. Prior to part replacement, I inspected the unit. I immediately found the front drum bearing dislodged, canting the drum off-center. I corrected the issue and then found the drum would drag on something within the chassis. Inspection revealed the front motor mounting clip was reversed and the motor was semi-loose, allowing the torque from drum rotation to rotate the motor frame within the mount, causing it to rub on the drum. I corrected the motor mounting position and clip issue and tested. The unit operated the rotational system as designed, but testing heating showed a very slight temperature rise, only in the first few seconds of operation. I removed the back cover and found the thermistor on the air plenum was not connected on one leg. Correcting the issue and re-testing, I found all functions had returned and the unit heated and cycled as designed, with a very good heat-to-cool timing ration, indication good airflow. No parts required."

Arrived onsite to replace faulty timer. Found that original timer seized and fractured selector knob internally. Replaced timer but knob will be needed to complete repair. Ordering knob. ordrng 1 W11328381 (Center knob)

"WDT970SAHZ0 Arrived to inspect leak. F2E1, which is an unknown error and likely from testing and /or installation. Proceeding with inspection, I found the drivetrain within the spray arm felt too loose and due to having a replacement, elected to disassemble and check. The slide valve had popped out of the gear train, causing intermittent binding of the slide valve and likely stalling of the arm. Due to the erratic nature of the leak, it is likely that there were only certain positions the arm would stop within and during the cycle, the position was randomly hit, causing the leak. I removed and replaced the spray arm assembly and tested. The issue appeared corrected and the customer will monitor and contact if there are further issues. No leaks observed during service."

Arrived onsite for cooktop center burner having issues. On inspection the center burner goes out when going between high and simmer. WP said that it is a known issue that is resolved by changing the manifold out. Ordering a manifold. No gas leaks detected during service.; ordrng 1 W10594397 (Manifold)

"Arrived on site to follow up on sealed system repair on non cooling refrigerator. Tapped system and found no pressure built, but unit has been off. I replaced the compressor and the dryer both. I followed up by pressuring the system with 100psi of nitrogen to check for leaks. I found 0 pressure drop at all, and system fully pressurized and equalized. Vacuumed unit and charged to mfr specs. Tested unit and verified all working as designed, cooling present. Repair completed."

"KRMF706ESS01 Arrived to inspect ice dispensing issue. I found the issue was actually with water not being dispensed and the ice worked as designed, notably with a full bin and the appearance of good production. I found the water dispenser solenoid would not actuate and testing at the solenoid, there was no voltage being sent. I traced voltage to the control and it was absent there as well. Inspection of the UI revealed the connector seated, but when disconnecting and reconnecting, the issue was resolved and through multiple tests. The chassis required squaring and setup and after performed, the unit was up to standard. No leaks observed during service."

Arrived onsite for washer panel not responding with tone. Upon arrival inspected unit. Found volume turned all the way up but no tone responding. Power cycled unit and no change. Ordering panel due to speaker not functioning. Office to reschedule ; ordrng 1 W11478526 (UI panel)

Arrived onsite for a refrigerator not cooling correctly. I checked the frost patterns on both evaporators and both were not frosting correctly. I checked the entire system and all the lokrings and welds for dye finding none anywhere. I found a faint trace of what looked like dye in the condenser drain pan but both evaporators and both drip pans along with the drain tube were completely clean. I could hear the refrigerant spitting and sometimes the flow into the evaporators would stop. I put the unit in service test 4 and hooked my gauges up. I found the compressor working properly pulling down into a deep vacuum in step 3. In step 4 my pressure on the low side started in an 8 psi vacuum and my high side was at 75 but after a few seconds I could hear the refrigerant flow start spitting and the low side went into a deeper vacuum and the high side went up to 95 psi. When it switched to the FC in step 5 it did the same thing. I dumped the charge and vacuumed the system for 45 minutes the stopped the pump and watched my gauges for 15 more minutes and they never moved. I charged the system with 65 grams of R600 and ran test 4 again. The pressures were good and the refrigerant was flowing properly the entire time. Both evaporators were developing full frost patterns and the unit was cooling properly. Call complete.

"Arrived on site to inspect washer not getting water. Upon further inspection, the customer advised that the dispenser has water remaining inside after each wash. When the drawer was pulled out, I found the softener cup full of water. I placed the unit in diagnostics showing no error codes and tested manually and automatically and the unit is operating as designed. Per service pointer #W11504923, No water leaks observed during service.; ordrng 1 W11524105 (Dispenser assembly)"

Arrived on site for unit turns off after 3 second. Upon arrival test unit and unit shuts off after 3 seconds. Replaced lower interlock W11551761 and there was no change. Replaced control W11552018 . Test unit and unit is now operating as designed. Job complete

Arrived on site for refrigerator tripping breaker. Upon arrival confirmed issue and found breaker off. Found starting amp draw to compressor at 1.1amps and stabilized at 0.6 after 10 seconds. Arrived onsite for a refrigerator to replace the previous diagnosed parts. Upon trying to remove the RC evaporator cover I found out the unit had a defrost issue and the coil was packed in frost and ice. I defrost the coil with my steamer and made sure the drain was clear. I tested the defrost element and found it good. I replaced the evaporator cover and main control. I turned the water on and tested the dispenser finding the leak the customer experienced coming from a cracked dual valve. I took a photo. I explained to the customer that the cooling issue should be resolved but the valve had to be ordered. I turned the icemaker off and turned the water off at the wall. Arrived onsite for an ice machine that the production has slowed down on and water is dripping from the top. On arrival the customer stated they replaced the filter and the production had gotten better but still wasnt like it once was. I tested the machine and found the filter housing dripping water and melting the ice in the bin. The customer stated it did the same thing with the old filter.
