"Arrived on site to inspect washer leaking water. Upon further inspection, the customer provided a photo of where the water was in location to the laundry room at the front door (photo). Before testing the unit, I inspected the water level sensor hose at the main control and tub and it is secured/attached at both positions (photos). I tilted the unit back and inspected the tub and drain pump and did not find any signs of a leak. I inspected the drain hose at the drain pipe in the wall and found no signs of a leak and the hose was secured (photo). I walked the house where the water had gone and took several photos and found no signs of damage (photos). In the photo that the customer provided, i saw a rug at the couch and it is not there today as its getting cleaned due to the water leak. I placed the unit in diagnostics showing no error codes and tested. Once the valve had stopped filling the tub and the drain pump came on, I found water coming from under the unit at the front left corner (photo). I stopped testing and raised the top panel to find water leaking from the front left suspension rod area. I tilted the unit back and found a small hole in the tub near the suspension rod (photo). I suspect a load had gotten off balance and due to the 'banging around' motion of the tub assembly, it caused the suspension rod to get slammed into the tub and cracked it. I advised the customer of my findings and provided a photo of the damaged tub. I am ordering the tub and gearcase and office to schedule return service due to the availability of parts. Upon furtherinspection I observed error code F9E1(longdrain) I checked the condition of the wiringharness and found that the wire to the drainpump was severed.I replaced the lower harnessand tested the unit. "Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator doors not sealing. Upon further inspection, the customer pointed out that the freezer (FC) is not sealing and there's frost building up in the freezer. I removed the crisper drawer pan and found a gap in the FC door gasket from the middle of the door to the left side (photo). I attempted to close the gap and was unsuccessful. I removed and replaced the bracket kit and using my heat gun, I heated/shaped the gasket and was able to get the gap to close. After approximately ten minutes, the door remained sealed. Using a yard stick, I placed the stick across the mullion above the FC door and found the mullion has a slight bow inward (photos). I recommended the customer leave the FC door close for a few hours to allow the gasket to mold to the chassis and if it begins to gap again to contact our office and schedule service. I found, on the tension pulley roller, where the belt had been slipping. I removed and replaced the dryer repair kit (2 rollers, tension pulley, belt) and reassembled the unit and retested. The customer demonstrated how the inspector moved the unit which was a little aggressive. Arrived onsire for oven showing do not unplug message constantly. Customer stated they already performed the power reset. Customer told me they were not setup on wifi. "Arrived on site to test unit for tripping breaker.Upon arrival builder stated unit will trip breaker within 15 seconds of starting a preheat cycle.Gained access to rear components, inspected and found no broken or pinched wires, no evidence of any shorts. Unit is receiving proper voltage and bonding strap between ground and neutral has been removed. Started a bake cycle, bake element is pulling 11 amps, as soon as the relay clicked to switch to the broil element the breaker tripped. Followed service Pointer W11490386. Replaced control (W11707168), bake element (W11182108) and broil element (W10856603).Removed ground strap from terminal block and started a cycle at 500?. Ran a 500? cycle for 30 minutes, reconnected ground strap after time expired. Started a 500? bake cycle after reconnecting, breaker no longer trips. Contacted SAFETY to document SR#7740651930. Also contacted techline to document SR#7740698507. Advised builder to run an additional 90 minutes to ensure a proper burn off. If issue returns recommend builder to replace the breaker, if issue still persists contact Whirlpool customer care for next steps. Builder not on site for a signature. Unit is now running as designed, job complete."

"Arrived on site to inspect wall oven lower oven not heating. Upon arrival, I attempted to pull the unit out to gain access to the back of the unit to get access to the elements to test. I found the unit is not properly installed with the plug outlet at the bottom of the unit and no slack on the power cord (photos). I notified management of the situation and was advised to let the customer know to contact their builder to move the outlet above the unit to the right or left corner of the unit on the back wall to allow for slack on the cord and to be able to safely service the unit. I advised the customer of this and they advised they should've been advised of this issue at last service call. Management advised to not service unit and previous tech would be scheduled to go back out to finish, but the unit must be serviceable safely. "Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator temps. Upon further inspection, I tested temps in the FC=11 degrees and RC=38 degrees. I found frost on the evap cover and removed the cover to gain access to the evaporator. In the process, I found the evap fan not operating. Following the tech sheet, I checked for error codes and found none. I tested voltage at the hv control and got 124V and I removed the P100 connector and turned thenunit on and the unit powered on and per tech sheet, the recommendation is to replace the hv control. I am ordering the hv control and office to schedule return service due to the availability of the part. Unit left turned off for safety. Arrived on site for a washing machine that still will not finish a drain. Inspected unit and work area. The customer stated that the washing machine would not drain out his previous cycle and that the previous technician has repaired the wire harness twice. I found the the unit full of water and voltage leaving the control down to the drain pump. I checked underneath the unit and found the wire split again. I replaced the entire wire harness and tested the unit. I found the unit working and operating as designed. I checked the suspension and found the suspension was good. Call complete. W11643701.

"Arrived on site to diagnose refrigerator not making / dispensing ice. Customer clarified that unit stopped making ice, and now also isn't dispensing water. I checked the fill tube for the icemaker and found an extension wedged on the water slide going to the icemaker that had been leaking. Customer had locked the console, and when I unlocked it I couldn't get any water or ice to dispense at all. I reset the unit and checked the valve, and after a power cycle the unit started dispensing properly. Tested icemaker and verified it does cycle and has no issues / leaks going down the back wall. Arrived onsite for oven not heating. I confirmed oven will not heating and I didn't hear any gas coming through. I pulled off the bottom cavity plate and found the ignitor not glowing. I checked voltage coming from the harness in the back and found correct 120v coming through. This indicates the ignitor is bad and needs to be replaced. I replaced the ignitor and tested unit. The ignitor now glows and oven is now heating as designed. No gas leaks present. Call complete. Installed W11176454 IGNTR-OVEN.

Arrived on site to test unit for no lights and not cooling properly. Found damper opening and closing as designed. Internal RC temp was 36 set to 34 but display showing 48 degrees. Arrived onsite for unit not heating properly and burning smell present. I found the elements to be good on resistance. I found the door latch to not close indicating the latch has been blown. I suspect the smell came from the latch blowing as everything on the unit checked good besides the latch. Customer stated the inner glass door needs replacing as well due to scratches present. Arrived onsite for range on indicator staying on and LR burner not turning on. I found the RF infinite switch burned up and the LR infinite switch showing continuity when off. I replaced both infinite switches and found the RF harness to be damaged and LR burner to still not turn on. Will need to return with LR element and order the right harness for the elements.
