"Arrived on site to inspect venthood pellets falling from the filters. Upon further inspection, the customer showed me how the carbon filters that are attached to the blower assembly are falling out. I found the carbon filters had been melted at some point due to excessive flames on the cooktop (photos). I advised the customer that the carbon filters are only to be used if the unit does not vent outside and due to this unit venting outside and the screened filters being dirty; when the customer was using the cooktop, the flame was too high and the venthood sucked the flames up into the blower assembly and melted the filters. I removed the filters and recommended that the customer throw them away as they are of no use in their condition. I tested the unit and it is operating and venting as designed. No repairs needed at this time, job completed."

I found the issue was that only one side of the bake tube would light, due to an incorrectly adjusted air shutter, and the other side that would not light was allowing unburnt gas to flow, creating the odor issue. "Arrived onsite for a refrigerator with the compressor turning on and off, fast ice freezes the lines, and the drawer will not close. I ran the compressor and condenser fan test finding all working as designed and the sounds were normal. I ran the dampener test and it sounds normal. I ran the evaporator fan and the customer stated that sounded the closest to the noise they had heard but stated it was muck louder. I started and stopped the fan multiple times and it ramped up and sounded normal at this time. I tested the ice box thermistor, the ice level sensors, and the icemaker fan. All checked good and worked as designed. The ice bucket was about an inch from being full. I put the unit back in operating mode and set the unit to max ice. I found the fan working as designed. I found no air leaks at this time. The customer wasnt sure if the dispenser works when the unit stop making ice. I gave the customer a few things to watch and check if it happens again to narrow down what the issue could be. The customer will also tape the noise if it happened again. I found the deli drawer opening up about a 1/2 inch after it is closed because the refrigerator is not level and low in the front. I was unable to get the refrigerator as high as it needed to be in the front because the cabinet doors above it would hit the refrigerator doors and not open. I set the front as high as possible and it did improve the deli drawer. The customer said they would live with however it works because they dont want to raise the cabinet. At this time all is working as designed. Call complete."

"Arrived on site to inspect cooktop burner flame not staying on. Upon further inspection, I tested all burners and found all burners operating as designed except the middle burner. When turning the middle burner to simmer, the flame goes out. I cleaned the orifices and retested and it continued to fail. "Arrived on site for a refrigerator that is not dispensing water or ice. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised they had a few instances where the unit would not dispense water. She advised that since she called in, the unit has been working properly, but shes also has issues with her water filter showing that it needs to be replaced after only having the filter for less than 30 days. I did ask the customer about their water supply and she did said that they do have hard water. I asked the customer how often they used their water. She advised that she uses it fairly frequently and they have two ice-makers. I explained that this unit goes off of time that the water filter was last replaced, as well as water usage. I advised that it is all due to programming and if they are using consistent water, especially with hard water, and may be causing their filters to go out prematurely. I tested the unit in diagnostics and found all tests working and operating as designed. I checked the door for any signs of indentation from the door switch and found an indentation. Use the plastic square to fix the positioning of the door switch on the left hand door. Tested the unit several times and the unit is working and operating as designed. Call complete."

"Arrived on site for a washing machine that is leaking. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that the unit did leak intermittently, but was usually a few drops at a time and not a heavy flow. Checked the gasket and found the gasket fully intact. Found a bunch of dog hair stuck against the door on the bottom side creating an issue with the seal around the bottom side of the gasket. Remove the dog care and check the rest of the bellow. Found no issues with the bellow. I tested the unit in a normal water wash cycle and found water coming up against the gasket and not dripping. The main reason why they called was due to certain cycles, not spinning out the rest of the clothes. He advised that on the normal cycle, the unit will not spin thoroughly. He said that on heavy duty, the unit would finish out properly. Checked the spin settings on the normal/regular cycle and found the spin turned off. Did advise the customer that if the span is turned off, the unit will not go into the final spin. Whenever they use some care guide in the unit is working and operating as designed. Call complete."

Arrived on site to replace faulty tub. Replace tub and transferred all components. Advised customer to please tape over transferred model and serial tag so that it does not get lost. Tested unit and no signs of leaking at this time. Door is working properly. Job complete.

"Arrived on site for refrigerator needing previously diagnosed sealed system. Upon arrival reconfirmed issue and recovered refrigerant. Installed non-uv drier, compressor and access valve. Pulled vac and found unit would go past -10 psi. Found compressor was cracked around access port/compressor liner body and couldnt be repaired due to espoused rubber seal in compressor. "WRS325SDHZ08 Arrived to inspect cooling issue. I found the evaporator was completely filled with frost and inspected the defrost system. One of the wires supplying the element had disconnected and I corrected and tested. The defrost system began working as designed and I removed the ice from the evaporator area. Operational test good, no leaks observed during service."

"Arrived onsite for dishwasher turning off during cycle. On inspection there was no power to the ui. I unplugged the unit and then when I plugged it back in it came up. I took the toe plate and I heard a noise, I opened the door and the heating element was on and very hot. The unit had pitched up were it powered off at. I canceled the cycle and started all over. Now as it is running from the beginning I see a leak from underneath. Pulled the unit out and found the hose between the pump and the diverter had a few rips in it. Ordering new hose. Arrived on site to inspect gas cooktop. All burners wont ignite except for the middle burner. I found the switch harness bad. I removed and replaced the switch harness and tested. The unit now operates as designed. No gas leaks detected during service.

"Arrived on site for Rc not cooling, but fc cooling correctly. Upon arrival, inspected unit and the fc has lots of frost and the rc cabinet has lots of water condensation. Found large gap at bottom of rc cabinet. Uploaded pictures to SD. Contacted techline for assistance. Chris from techline. Explained to tech about findings. Tech requested pictures. Submitted pictures. Tech advised that there is no repair that can be made at this time. Will send pictures in for review and customer will be notified. SR#7737828514. Job complete"

"Arrived onsite for a dryer that is not operating. Upon arrival I ran the unit and found the it would run for little bit and when it started to heat it would stop heating and tumbling. I tested the voltage and found that it was stable when the unit is running.
