"WRS325SDHZ08 Arrived to inspect no ice and cooling issue. Upon arrival, I found the evaporator fully filled with frost and the unit had elevated temperatures, causing ice production to cease. Testing of the defrost element circuit revealed and open load and it will need to be corrected after the customer defrosts the unit. The defrost thermistor read 23.35 K with the evaporator encased in ice and was a likely correct reading. The evaporator fan was 99.9 . I tested the circuit at P2-7 to N and found it provided line VAC only when called for. I advised the customer to allow the unit to stand with the doors ajar for 48 hours and also with the placement of towels to catch any overflow. We will return with the required parts. Arrived onsite for previously diagnosed parts. On inspection found that I needed the inner gasket and I had the outer gasket on the truck. Ordering the inner gasket; ordrng 1 W11177741 (Inner gasket)

Arrived on site to test unit for broken adjuster wheel. Found shaft was broken off where e-clip locks shaft into place. Needing shaft and clip. Office to reschedule. ; ordrng 1 W10115793 (Short shaft) and 1 489504 (E-ring)

"Arrived on site and found water is cycling but there is no cooling, found condenser fan is running and compressor is warm but not running. Replaced start device and this had no effect, sealed system repair will be needed.; ordrng 1 WPW10218037 (Evaporator) and 1 WP2313624 (Condenser) and 1 WP759113 (Gas valve) and 1 WPW10605286 (Compressor) and 1 WPW10200037 (Drier) and 1 Sf8404 (Stub)"

"Arrived on site to test unit for lights flickering. Found FC module connection was loose causing interference with voltage. Secured connection, unit now working properly. No leaks detected. Job complete."

"KUIX305ESS1 Arrived to inspect no ice. The unit had all functions present, but the sealed system would not make heat on the high side, nor cold on the low and was verified running. I found debris from tubing failure in the back corners of the chassis, under the evaporator and determined the unit will require the compressor, service port, non-dye drier and evaporator plate assy.

"Arrived on site to inspect dryer not drying clothing. Upon further inspection, I tested the unit with the door open and the door switch closed. I found the element illuminating in the back right corner vent area and the unit getting hot. The unit is stacked and I pulled the right side out to gain access to the vent tube at the back of the unit. Using my vent test kit, I tested airflow and found the the first two tests failed (photos). I tested temps at the back of the unit inside the tubing and temps were within range. I removed the vent tube from the back of the unit and retested and the unit passed (photo). I found the vent goes directly outside and the tube was crimped at the tube going out of the unit. Using my borescope, I ran it down the tub to the outlet and didnt find any obstructions. I adjusted the tube and re-routed the tubing and re-installed it to the unit and retested. The test passed on the first try. I put the unit back in its space and retested and the test passed again. No lint observed during service, job completed."

Arrived on site to install previously diagnosed parts. Upon arrival I installed the Moisture sensor (electrode and harness). And tested unit and found unit operating as designed . Job complete.

Arrived onsite for dishwasher leaking. On inspection found the leak in the middle of the pump. Replaced the pump and tested unit in diagnostics mode. No leaks detected during service. Found following errors on the unit F5E1 F9E2 F9E1 F9E4

"Arrived on site for a washing machine that is flashing and F20 (no water detected) error code. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that the unit will sometimes not complete cycles and leaves the clothes completely sopping wet. Ran into diagnostics and did confirm the error code. Around the unit through an auto test and found that the hot water was not drying in enough water causing the failure. Removed the back hose and found rocks and debris inside of the hot water valve. Replaced the water valve and tested the unit. The unit began to fill a lot better but was still weak. I removed the hot water hose from the machine and turned the water line on into a bucket. Found reduced water pressure coming from the wall. I did explain that the customer would need to have that checked out due to potential continual issues with any hot water cycles. The customer was aware of the pressure differences between hot and cold lines. Call complete."

"Arrived on site to inspect range cooktop damage. Upon further inspection, I found the cooktop cracked at the back left corner (photo). I removed and replaced the cooktop and tested and unit is operating as designed. Job completed."

Arrived on site for a dryer that it making screeching noise when in use. Upon inspection I found the noise coming from the idler pulley. I installed new pulley and tested unit and found unit operating as designed

Arrived on site to test info for run away temp and f9e1 error. Found bad control board again and sensor ready 103? at room temp. Replaced control board at no charge and sensor. Test unit and unit test good job complete.

Arrived on site for refrigerator needing previously diagnosed icemaker. Upon arrival reconfirmed issue and installed required part. Reassembled and tested unit. Found unit harvesting/filling as designed with no leaks. Call complete

"Arrived on site for a washing machine that is not starting cycles and has water at the bottom of the tub. Inspected unit and work area. Did confirm the customers complaint and found the unit nonresponsive. Took apart the machine and verified voltage going to the control but found the control not sitting voltage anywhere else. Measured resistance on the drain pump and found 16.9 ohms. I did advise the customer that they would need a new motor control/main control for repair.

"Arrived on site and customer says they are experiencing off-balance loads. Ran washer empty and it did not vibrate excessively. Customer provided a load of sheets and when loaded correctly it is spinning normally. Showed customer the difference between when things are loaded correctly and when they are loaded off balance. Did not find any other issues with washer and sent multiple videos to KB/service management of washer spinning properly, job complete

Arrived onsite and tested unit for intermittent ignition problem. Adjusted ignition stem . Tested and found likely cause to be pan shorting the arc to ground before reaching the bake manifold. Advised accordingly. Unit is now operating as designed.

"Arrived on site to inspect washer not agitating or spinning. Upon further inspection, I placed the unit in diagnostics and checked error codes. I found F7E1. Cleared the code and continued with testing and the unit operated as designed except in spin mode, the unit began to make a loud screeching noise. I tilted the unit back and found the cam pulley had ground itself into the pulley shield due to the customer washing too large of a load. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

Arrived on site to test unit for oven not getting to temp at bake. Found bad console

"Arrived on site and inspected refrigerator and found freezer right hand side rail slide will not close all the way.

"Arrived on site for loud noise. Diagnosed loud noise from compressor compartment,removed cover found fan blade disconnected from shaft reinstalled blade noise no longer present.

"Arrived on site. Found control locked,unlocked control reset power failure and adjusted temp. Advised customer to let unit run 24-48 hrs to regulate temperature.

"Arrived on site to diagnose dryer that is not heating at all. Ran unit and confirmed no heat. Voltage good, airflow good. Tested safety devices. Found high limit thermostat open, all other devices test good. Did not find element grounding. Replaced high limit and tested. Verified unit working as designed. Call complete."

Arrived on site for a refrigerator not cooling properly in Rc. Upon further testing found that defrost heater and thermostat were working as designed as well as main control board without failure was due to DC fan motor failing. Found noise no longer present and unit distributing air cross evaporator coil as designed and inform customer to give you 24 hours to stabilize temps. Call complete

Arrived onsite and determined f1e1 error code but all other function operating as designed. Advised that possible control glitching due to ongoing construction onsite. Advised that replacing the control would be the next logical step after resetting and customer requested control replacement. Completed repair. Tested function. All checks good.

"Arrived onsite for ice machine making a noise. On inspection the unit was off, I turn unit on and let the system run the flush cycle. Checked and saw that the unit started making ice. Waited for 45 minutes to see if the unit would reproduce the sound. Noise never came back and I told the customer to run the unit and when the noise appears again to call us. The unit was operating as designed when I left. No water leaks detected during service.

"NX58H9500WS/AA Arrived to inspect bake issue. I found the igniter registering in the M range and tested the supply voltage. The unit provided line VAC to the hot surface igniter and I removed and replaced it. All functions resumed normal operation and the unit heated and cycled as designed. No gas leaks detected during service.
