"WT7600HWA Arrived to inspect draining issues. I found the dispensers were full, but after watching the unit for a few minutes, I could see very slow flow of water entering from the cold side. The tub was also 20% full upon arrival and eventually drained in its own. Removing the supply lines, I found a large amount of softener resin beads within the valve assembly, causing the valve to not fully close. I removed and replaced the valve assembly and tested. The unit had full function and the trickle of water was corrected. I advised the customer of the issue and thoroughly flushed the hoses prior to reinstallation. No leaks observed during service.

"11087872603 Arrived to inspect unit not starting and F1 code. I found the relay to the motor would always allow 107VAC to the motor, whenever the unit was plugged in no during attempted startup, there were no relay clicks heard. The door hinge has failed, but unlikely to be the cause of the issue. Thermal fuses and sensors were intact. Inspection of the control board showed the failing relay had caused the motor side relay contact to destroy the solder joint and pin, likely due to overheating, requiring control board replacement. Further testing revealed jumper-ing the P9 connections and applying power proved the motor circuit intact.

Customer advised that they placed Dawn detergent in the unit to test it and it began to leak badly. I advised the customer that they cant use Dawn or any other hand dish washing liquid as it creates too many soap suds and the unit will leak water. I cleared the detergent/suds out the unit and its components and tested. Unit is operating as designed with no water leaks. I made recommendations for use and care, as well as, detergent and rinse aid use. No water leaks observed at the end of service, job completed."

Upon further inspection, the customer advised the unit is making good ice, but theres a lot of heat coming off of the unit. I placed the unit in diagnostics and tested and it is operating as designed. I tested the unit in a normal cycle and it continued to operate as designed. The cutout in the cabinets appears to be too tight, but after measuring the cabinet space and the unit and comparing to the installation instructions, the unit is installed correctly. I advised the customer of my findings and that the unit is operating as designed and the installation is good. I recommended to monitor the unit and if it began to fail and not make ice due to the heat, to call it in for service. No water leaks observed during service and no repairs needed at this time, job completed."

"Arrived onsite for a refrigerator that stopped cooling and is making a clicking noise along with the customer smelling gas when it was running. I found the compressor starting at 17 amps and dropping to 7.75 amps then tripping the overload. The compressor was extremely hot. I found the sealed system completely flat. I could smell the same smell the customer experienced when the compressor would try and run. I filled the system with nitrogen and found a leak at the joint between the process stub and compressor. I replaced the compressor, drier, and installed an access valve. I vacuumed the system and charged it with 56 grams of R600A. I tested the unit and the evaporator had a full frost pattern. The unit is working as designed. Call complete."

Was able to get the door to Latch in diagnostic mode. I did find an F900 (door lock changed states unexpectedly) and F910 (door lock failed to change to expected state) error codes. Found all connectors properly connected with no evidence of any wire damages. For the tech sheet, was advised to replace the door lock assembly. Replaced the door lock assembly and tested the unit. "Arrived on site for a dryer that is not heating properly. Inspected unit and work area. Because you advised the unit does heat and tumble, but has not been drying her clothes properly. Did find her vent hose crunched behind the unit due to the both units being pushed back against the wall. The customer requested that we swap both units to give the dryer a shorter vent. Did go ahead and swap places for both units and Short and her vent hose. Found that I could only push the unit back far enough to leave 4 inches for the vent hose, which caused an issue with her back door opening and closing fully. Because the mayor asked if we could swap the two back and I did advise the customer that we could swap the two back, but she would still need to leave room for the vent hose not to be, squished and restricting airflow movement out through her wall
