"Arrived on site to inspect washer error code. Upon further inspection, the customer advised the unit is showing error code F3E2. I placed the unit in diagnostics showing error code F3E2-pressure system fault. I cleared the code and continued with testing. I found the unit operating as designed. I blew through the sensor tube at the control and the tube was clear. The customer advised the unit will intermittently make a banging noise so I pushed down on the tub assembly, and when the assembly bounced back up, it had too much movement and didn't bounce straight up. Due to the error code and tub suspension issues, I removed and replaced the main control (water level sensor) and suspension rods and calibrated the unit and retested. Unit is operating as designed. Upon entry, I found a little bit of water at the bottom of the tub but the door unlocked. I plugged the unit in and tested the drain pump. I found the drain pump running but barely any water trickling out. I gained access to the drain pump filter and found, change, plastic stickers, and a bra pad stuck in the filter. The customer stated that the unit was initially making a loud noise but then stopped cooling since they called back in. I found the unit unplugged and plugged the unit in. I gained access to the compressor area and did not find any leak's present inspected or around any of the components replaced last trip. I took an amp draw off of the compressor and found it pulling .407A indicating a loss of refrigerant. I gained access to the evaporator and did not see any dye present. I found the compressor kick off within two minutes and the freezer appeared not to be attempting to cool even though the freezer was at room temperature. I turned the freezer setting down to try and get the un8t to start cooling again and found the refrigerator take 16 minutes before attempting to do anything. Ordering the control and sealed system parts for repair. The office will need to contact thecustomer about a return date when parts are available. The customer advised they just moved into the house and it was the first time using their dishwasher. I checked the garbage disposal and found the knockout punch had not been knocked through. I found the unit to agitate however when in spin I found the agitator only to spin. I pulled off the rotor and found the teeth chewed. I pulled the slider and found the metal ring to be separated off of the plastic. Unit will need a new rotor and slider. Ordering W10915701 Rotor and returning with slider to repair unit. "Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator not cooling. Upon further inspection, I checked temperatures and measured 44 degrees in the Fresh food section and -2 in the freezer section. I found that the evaporator fan had seized up and no longer operating. I replaced the evaporator motor and reassembled the unit. "Arrived on site to diagnose range with squeaking noises when in use. Tested unit and let it preheat. Confirmed the noise is a squeaking coming from inside the oven compartment. I traced the noise to the racks / bake element, and noise is the bake element expanding / contracting when it's heating and moving against the retainers on the element bracket. This is not abnormal and is normal heat expansion, and does not affect any function of the unit. Customer wanted to make sure it was normal. Unit working as designed. No parts needed. "Arrived on site for built in refrigerator not cooling. On a rival found a large defrost issue on the freezer evaporator and after accessing the power supply and harness connections. I found the defrost heater itself was broken, not allowing unit to defrost. Model and serial provided before diagnosis was not correct and I am ordering the following parts to fix the issue W11626104 Ui control, W11752963 hv control, W11626107 heater, W11629268 evap thermistor, WP2188820 thermistors(2x). Arrived onsite for dishwasher with F9E1 present. Upon arrival I checked diagnostics and found a single wssh motor error present but no drain errors. I found the motor not to be functioning and the drain to not be actuation. I replaced the pump and motor and tested unit. Unit now operates as designed and is inspected the underside while running the unit and found no leaks present. Call complete. Installed W11416362 PUMP&MOTOR.

"Arrived on site for washer not turning on. On arrival found a u getting 120v. Found ui wouldnt turn on and Unresponsive. Found no resistance to drain pump at co t4ol and confirmed pump had an open line as the pump and had failed. Also found capacitor damaged. "WGD8000BW0 Arrived on site for unit not heating. Upon arrival, found unit heating to 90F only. Disconnected dryer vent and found no air blowing out the exhaust. Proceeded to disassemble unit and found blower wheel belt came off. Upon further inspection, found excessive amount of lint in the blower housing causing the belt to come off. Clean the all lint, buildup and reattach belt. Ran test and now unit is functioning as designed. No parts needed"

"Arrived on site to inspect washer displaying error code F02 and not draining properly. Upon further inspection, I gained access to the hose that connects from tub pump and found 2 articles of clothing lodged around the ball in the hose. I removed the obstruction and re tested the washer. The washer is now operating as designed no water leaks observed during service."

Arrived onsite for washer not filling and skipping to done. I found a F7E4 error present basket not engaging. I inspected the rotor and slider and found gearcase oil present. Arrived onsite for display not functioning properly. I found the screen frozen and no function working. After 2 minutes the screen turned off and showed an hourglass symbol. Units ui panel has been corrupted and needs replacement. I replaced the ui panel and tested unit. Unit now functions properly and gave customers the wifi team number to have it set to 2.4g internet. Call complete. Installed W11616683 Console.

"Arrived onsite for range tripping breaker. I found all wiring to be correct. Snapped photos of wiring and breaker. I replaced the bake broil and control. Ran unit to 500 degrees with ground off and then re attached ground. Ran unit to 500 degrees with ground on and unit reached temp with no issue. Call complete. Noone at house to produce signature since this is a builder home and builder not on site. Call completed."

"Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator freezer door not closing properly. Upon further inspection, i found that the refrigerator doors were out of plain and not alligned. I lowered the front right of the fridge and slightly adusted the left fc door at the top hinge. I lightly heated and shaped the gasket, and the door is now closing properly and making a good seal. No parts installed. No water leaks observed during service."
