"WRS325SDHZ08 Arrived to inspect ice dispenser issues. I found ice had frozen into a mass within the ice bin crusher section and there were other large masses of congealed cubes within the bin. I found the doors still incorrectly aligned, and while preventing the large amount of airflow from prior to the previous service, the issue was still occurring and causing the ice issue. I was able to adjust the rollers slightly, but found they had been stripped out on both sides and will need to be replaced to allow the machine to be squared. "Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator leaking rusty water. Upon initial inspection I observed that the freezer door was not closed properly or able to be closed properly due to the rails being seized up. I gained access to the to evaporator and found that the drip pan had rusted as well as the evaporator cover. I gained access to the to the rear of the unit and found that the condenser drip pan was completely full with rusty water. The freezer was accumulating too much frost and moisture due to the door being open. I vacuumed the water out of the condenser drip pan. I will need to replaced the evaporator cover W10308415, evaporator drip tray W11524470 and the slides W11658402 and freezer grille WPW10175909. Office to schedule return service. She has to manually enter a drain and spin cycle, and that only works about 30% of the time. When it does work, basket does spin.Entered diagnostics, found F9E1 long drain and F0E2 over suds error codes stored. Cleared error codes and ran a diagnostic cycle, when drain pump engaged water was barely trickling out of the drain hose indicating an issue with the draining system. Gained access to the drain pump, removed filter and found filter packed with hair and debris and also wrapped around the impeller. Replaced drain pump (W11578225) and assembled unit. Ran a diagnostic cycle, drain pump is now engaging properly and draining the water in an ideal amount of time. All other components are properly engaging and unit is now running as designed. Advised customer to run a load and monitor. Also advised to run cleaning cycles every 30 loads. No leaks detected, job complete."

"Arrived on site for a wall oven. That is not hitting proper temperatures. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that the upper oven was working just fine but that her lower oven was about 25? off and temperature. She advised that her husband tried to calibrate it, but he was unsure if he did it right. I checked the temperature calibration and found that it had been set for -30?F on the lower oven causing the oven to operate at lower temperatures. I readjusted the calibration back to the normal factory setting and tested the unit. I found the unit heating and operating as designed. Call complete. No parts were installed."

"Arrived on site to inspect leaking dishwasher. Upon further inspection, the customer advised that a representative from Costco came out and found there was a leak from the dishwasher and he turned off the water supply and left the unit unplugged. There is a heavy amount of water damage and mold from the leak. (Photos) I removed and examined the dishwasher and checked for cracks in the tub, hoses, and water connections. I found that the hose from the valve is not fastened by the clamp properly and there is evidence of rust (photo). I ran the dishwasher to replicate the leak. I could not replicate the leak however this hose appears to have been the source of the leak. I left the unit as it was found and reporting the findings. I also found that 1 roller assembly from the bottom rack had fallen off and damaged from the heating element. No parts used and no water leaks observed while I was there. I documented my findings with techline SR 7740307558"

Arrived on site to inspect dishwasher tripping breaker toward end of cycle. Upon further inspection I placed the unit into diagnostics and observed no error codes. I inspected all the wiring and verified that the wiring is good and the connections are good. I found that the heater is showing signs of corrosion and pitting. The heater is most likely shorting and causing the unit to trip the breaker. I replaced the heating element and tested the dishwasher. The unit is no tripping while component testing or running the heater. Unit I operating as designed. No water leaks observed during service. W10518394

Arrived on site to inspect dishwasher not cleaning properly. Upon further inspection I placed the unit into diagnostics and observed error F7E1 (no heat). I check the incoming water temperature and found it to be 75 degrees. The dishwasher requires 120 degrees incoming water temperature. The unit was not receiving hot enough water and the heater locked out. I advised the custumer of my findings and that they need to run the hot water at the kitchen faucet for a min or two before starting the dishwasher so that the incoming water will be the properly temp. I ran all components and all components are operating as designed. No water leaks observed during service.
