After other tests, exposure of the evaporator yielded a detectable area of dye at the,eft side of the evaporator and appeared to be a very small pinhole in the area the tubing was bent during manufacturing. I was not sent with the lokring tool necessary to perform the repair and it will need to be added for return service. Office to set sealed system service for two hours. Returning tech will need to replace compressor and dye drier as well, due to low side leak and acidification prevention is required. All heat loop tubing is AL on this unit. Installation of the filter to valve line failed due to finding the filter housing outlet would not stop leaking. I attempted the MFG updated part and it was too long and bound, increasing the likelihood of future failure. Standard 1/4 line did not seal either and the filter housing will require replacement. I left a length of tubing for the returning tech, but they will need to trim the tubing to the correct size and dress the ends prior to connection. Contact tech GC if thee are any questions. "Arrived to inspect error code on range. Upon initial discussion, prior to entry into the residence, the customer advised me the unit was no longer even turning on.

"Arrived on site to inspect dishwasher not cleaning and sprays arms not working. Upon further inspection, the tenant advised that their dishes arent getting cleaned and they have had dishes get broken. Tenant said the dishes that are getting damaged were placed on the bottom rack. I advised the tenant that due to the new design, both spray arms are operating at the same time and the lower spray arm is putting out more pressure which can cause the more fragile dishes to get broken and I recommended they place the fragile (glass) dishes on the top rack. I placed the unit in diagnostics showing no error codes and tested. While testing, I placed my multimeter on the black wire at the junction box and tested amp draw to the components. I found all components are within amp reading range. Also tested the temp of the water at the kitchen faucet and got 122 degrees and maintenance verified. I made recommendations for use and care, as well as, detergent and rinse aid use. Also, I changed the rinse aid dispenser dial to number 2 due to tenant complaint that theyve had a white film on their dishes. Tenant continued to be unhappy with the product, at which time, I directed her to maintenance and management to discuss possible resolutions. I contacted techline and spoke to Scott and advised of the complaint and my findings. Scott advised to not replace any parts mid the unit is operating as designed and provided SR#7736078716. "Arrived on site for no cool in fresh food section. Removed evaporator,3 way valve and evaporator attempted to flush cap tube to remove possible restriction,replaced drier,evaporator and 3 way valve. Vacuumed system down unit kept vacuum recharged system to manufacture spec ran test 10 no frost forming on evaporator pressure reading -20 high side 75-100 called tech support gave description of all work down and readings diagnosed a restriction in cap tube whirlpool will contact customer.
