"Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator ice maker not making ice. Upon further inspection, the customer advised that the ice maker isn't making ice and the water dispenser isn't dispensing properly. I found the order filter light on and advised the customer that the filter probably needs to be replaced. I removed the filter and tested the dispenser and it operated as designed. I removed the ice maker bin and found ice on the bottom of the ice maker tray (photo). I removed the ice maker cover and found a few cubes in the tray and ice at the back of bracket on the harness. I found some ice debris inside the fill tube as well. Removed all ice debris and cleaned out the fill tube and using my jump wire, I jumped the IM switch and tested the ice maker in diagnostics test 44. The tray harvested as designed. I tested the fill tube in test 45 and it filled the tray with water. I advised the customer of my findings and repairs. No water leaks observed at the end of service, job completed. "Arrived on site to test unit for grinding noise. Upon arrival customer stated unit makes a loud noise everytime its turned on. Tested unit, grinding noise began as soon as the cycle was started. Gained access to internal components, found pulley wheel bearing has failed causing the noise. Replaced pulley wheel and roller bearings using the repair kit (4392067). Noticed on the front bulkhead, there were 2 non-factory studs and roller bearings, new bearings would not fit onto the studs. Informed customer. Attached image. I found what looked like a rub or possibly hole in the cap tube, which I cut off. Installed new drier and compressor and pressure tested to 200psi. Found no leaks present. Precooler tubing was starting to get green, and if it's leaking we will need to confirm with dye since it held pressure. Vacuumed down unit and verified good vac. Charged to MFR spec. "On arrival verified complaint of tripping breaker. On arrival inspected unit and found no signs of arcs or damage. Visual inspection of the harness shows no signs of damage Terminal block is wired correctly and is tight and twists in power cord removed). Verified voltage and polarity are correct. Removed power cord from wall. Checked continuity between element casings and terminals and found OL. Removed ground strap. Reconnected power. Ran bake element and broil elements in then ran bake cycle at 500 with ground strap off for 30 mins. Verified amp draw was under 16amps max. Stopped cycle, disconnected power,and reattached ground wire. Reconnected power and Set bake at 500 Advised customer to run for 1.5 hours and turn off cycle, repair has been completed per instructions in SP w11490386 , spoke to TL 7740755427 and submitted picture of breaker and advised of sp W11525530 for GFCI manufacturer. "I write on site for an oven that is not heating. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that the unit does heat, but they are having consistent issues with this unit due to the prior damage that was done to it before it was delivered. The customer stated that the oven door does not sit flush, the microwave door has to be pushed in to get the microwave to start, and the unit still is damaged. She advised that she thought that because of the damage done to the unit, the unit would have had to have been dropped and she believes the whole machine may have warped, causing these other string of failures. I confirmed the customer's complaint and did find the oven door and microwave doors sitting unevenly. I checked the hinges and the receivers and found no abnormality with the door, hinges, or recievers. I found the door opening and closing smoothly. I called Whirlpool Techline and spoke to Butch SR# 7740758386. He had me send him several photos and asked if any parts have been replaced. I explained to him that both doors came out of the box broken and shattered and the trim had been bent. Thus, all three components had been replaced. He advised that he believed the customers initial thought of the unit being dropped was probably what happened due to all the damage noted. He advised that when this happens, it will cause the cabinet to warp, not sit evenly, and cause other issues like the ones . He advised to make no repairs at this time and advise that he was giving the unit a damaged designation. He advised the customer service will contact the customer for further resolution. I removed the basket, hub, stator, and rotor, and when I went to remove the drive shaft and bearings, the drive shaft would not come through the tub. I spoke to SW and PR for assistance, and after several attempts spanning 40 minutes, I was still unable to get the drive shaft and bearings removed. PR advised that we would need to order the outer tub at this point. Ordering the outer tub and the office will need to contact the customer about a return date when parts are available. "Arrived on site to inspect cooktop with no power. Upon further inspection, the customer advised that they have not been able to use the cooktop since they moved in 5 days ago. I tested the cooktop and found it non-responsive. When I checked to verify the model/serial numbers, I found the power cord pigtail hanging down from the bottom of the unit (photo). I also found the red and black wires with small cuts and abrasions on them (photo). I advised the customer of my finding. I checked the breaker and found it to be a gfci and it was tripped. I cycled power and retested the unit and it is heating as designed. I had the customer sign the waiver of damages when removing the glass cooktop and raised the cooktop using my supports and removed the glass cooktop to inspect inside the unit. I did not find any issues. I reassembled the unit and retested and it continued to operate as designed. I recommended the customermcontact their builder and have them correct the power cord pigtail. Arrived on site for a washing machine that is going off balance. Inspected unit and work area. The customer had removed the washer from the home and is storing it instead of a barn. He advised that it didn't matter how they loaded clothes or what types of clothes weere washed and that the unit was knocking holes through their walls with how bad it was going off balance. I checked suspension and found the suspension was good. I found the inner basket holes seemingly not fully punched through and used a flashlight to check around the basket. I could not see any light come8ng through the basket and checked Whirlpool on this model. I found a service pointer (W11684122) that advised about the inner basket not being punched through properly and need for a basket. I did find the model and serial numbers matched those that were affected with this issue and am ordering the inner basket for repair. I checked underneath thebunit and did not find any evidence of an oil leak or damage done underneath. The office will need to contact the customer about a return date due to an out of stock item. I removed the ice maker cover to find the harness not secured and the ice maker tray badly cracked (photos). Using my jumper wire, I jumped the ice maker on/off switch and tested in diagnostics test 44. The ice maker harvested as designed. They unplugged the unit for a few days and when plugging it back in and using it, all issues have gone away. Tested unit, found no error codes stored. Informed customer that cycle times vary due to a few factors, if water entering the tub is not hot enough, if unit is over sudsing, if dishes are more soiled then usual. WRF767SDHZ03 Arrived on site for a refrigerator with bottom icemaker issues. On arrival found product working as its designed. Low water pressure removed water filter great water flow client has water softener to home instructed client no need for water filter. I adjusted the left bottom leg product stable now . Checked bottom light switch made sure door was closing correctly. Icemaker is working as its designed no parts used no water leaks visible from main water supply.

Arrived on site for unit won't stop filling. Customer informed me issue only happens on bulky cycle. Ran bulky cycle unit exceeded water level. Replaced control ran calibration and test cycle. Unit is now functioning properly and as designed job completed. Parts usedw11116590

"Arrived on site to inspect dishwasher not getting water. Upon further inspection, I placed the unit in diagnostics showing error codes F4E3-motor failure and F7E1-no heat. Cleared the codes and continued with testing and found the unit is getting water, but the motor failed to come on. I advanced through testing and found the dispenser, drain pump and element are all operating as designed. I removed and replaced the sump assembly and retested and unit is operating as designed. No water leaks observed during service, job completed. W11025157"

"Arrived on site for not making ice and possible temperature issues. Upon arrival, ran temperature checks. Get 0 in FC and 38 in RC. Inspected unit. Ice container is empty. Inspected icemaker and there is no ice or water in ice tray mold. Ran diagnostics and confirmed evaporatior and ice box fan operate correctly. Ran ice maker harvest test and completed correctly. Ran ice maker fill test and filled correctly. Power cycled unit. Cannot find any issues at this time. Customer will monitor ice production and call back if necessary."

Arrived onsite for previously diagnosed parts. When attempting to turn off water from the wall i noticed the knob would not tighten down and would spray water if attempted to further tighten. The valves on the wall will need to be fixed or replaced. Office is to RS when problem has been solved and we can get the valve on the washer replaced. No parts installed. Office to RS when wall valves are fixed. Return with all parts.; O-emld tckt

"Arrived on site for a washing machine that won't unlock the lid. Inspected unit and work area. The customer stated that the unit was full of water and that they were able to get it to work one time before. However, after the first time it reset, it did the same thing and left the clothes in the washer. I confirmed the customer's complaint and found half the tub full of water. I gained access underneath and attempted to wiggle the drain pump wiring. I found the drain pump immediately kicked back on. I held the wire in place to drain out the water, but found the unit will need a wire harness for replacement. Ordering the harness and the office will need to contact the customer about a return date due to an out of stock and PSP item. ; ordrng 1 W11643701 (Lower harness)"
