"Arrived on site for a dryer that is not turning on. Inspected unit and work area. Check voltage at the terminal block and found 36.7 V from line 1 to neutral, 120 V from line to the neutral and 90.1 V going from line 1 to line 2. Went to check voltage at the plug and found the unit turn on. Found arcing going on inside of the plug potentially causing the issue. The customer also explained that the timer was not advancing prior to the no power issue. Did verify the timer would not advance when I was able to get the unit to start. Found the timer itself was bad. Replaced the timer and tested the unit. The unit began to work and operate as designed. Call complete."

Arrived on site for dishwasher leaking. I inspected the unit and work area. The customer showed me a video of the unit leaking out the door. Inspected the interior of the door and found water splashing out. I inspected the bottom door seal and found it in good condition. I inspected the lower spray arm and found it split spray water where its not supposed to. I installed the new spray arm. I tested the unit and found everything cycling properly.

"Arrived to inspect no power. I found the foam block above the upper cooling fan appeared to be incorrectly placed during manufacture and after time, it fell and was drawn into the blower, stopping upper blower rotation and subsequent cooling. I found the thermal fuse open and after removing and replacing, the unit would not power up. I verified both L1 and L2 to the expected contact points and did find 32.6 and 12.7 VDC at the connector for the UIs VFD at points 1-7 and 1-8, respectively. None of the MFG documentation listed the voltages for the UI and I elected to contact the technical assistance line, MFG tech Steve,SR#7735385509. I advised the of the initial findings and that there were no low VDC voltages published, required to diagnose the no power issue as being the main control or the UI. The tech contacted engineering and they could not provide the required documentation. The MFG tech recommended replacing the user interface and the main control. Due to the voltages found, I suspected the UI to be the issue. The customer is going to discuss with family members and may contact the MFG due to fears of other issues, and will contact us if they elect to have us instal the UI.

Arrived on site to reinstall oven door. Found tabs were not locked into the door. I was able to reset them and get the door reinstalled. Door did not have to be disassembled. Call complete.

"WRV986FDEM01 Arrived to inspect no cool. I found the unit was not cooling and tapping the system revealed 4 of vacuum after the system was balanced and 19 of vacuum with 71 psi while running and after settling for 10 minutes. I exposed both evaporators and found no signs of leaks or dye. The back of the unit had evidence of a cabinet cold spot two inches below the control board cover, at the right lower corner. The appearance of the evaporated condensate was more recent in appearance and the cabinet was not corroded, but the amount of internal cabinet cooling must have been substantial due to the size of the affected area and amount of condensate that had ran down the back of the unit and onto the lower unit cover. I contacted the MFG tech line and spoke with tech Andrew. I advised of my findings and was given file #7735380595 The tech agreed with my findings, but due to MFG constraints, had to require pressure testing. I isolated the suspected affected section and found no issue at 140 psi. I elected to isolate the Yoder and found a leak and contacted the MFG a second time. I spoke with tech Adrian and advised the yoder isolation showed 6 psi of drop in 5 minutes. The unit has been submitted for review and the customer will be contacted for further instructions. No leaks observed

Found the freezer and the refrigerator at proper temperatures with ice cream solid inside the freezer. I did advise the customer that if the temperatures are below 60?, it can cause issues like this with the refrigerator and that they will need to make sure that they keep their inside temperature between 60?F and 85?F. Arrived on site for a washing machine that is not completing cycles. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that the unit will get to the rent cycle and then completely stop and will not do anything further. Around the unit into diagnostics and found an F7 E1 ( basket speed fault) error code. I ran the unit through an auto test in the unit ran as designed. Around the unit through a high speed spin for over two minutes and found the unit working as designed and not shutting down. I ran the unit through a tactometer test and found the tactometer was registering the basket speed properly. I checked polarity at the wall and found proper polarity. I called Whirlpool Techline and spoke to Steve SR# 7735383656. He had me run a couple checks through the capacitor and the motor in the wire harness and advise that everything checked out with the unit and to instead replace the control. I replaced the control and tested the unit. The unit began to work and operate as designed. Advise the customer to run through a few cycles and call back if any other issues persist. Call complete.

"Arrived on site for fridge raider that is not cooling. Inspected unit and work area. Found both fridge and freezer both operating as designed. The customer advised that the unit was initially cooling the freezer but theyre not calling the refrigerator and so she messed with the cold control inside the freezer and then the unit started calling the refrigerator but not freezing in the freezer. She advised that she had tried changing the temperature on her control and found it was not responding to any attempts to change the temperature setting. She advised that everything had come back on two days ago and has seemingly started to work but thought the control might still be causing an issue. I did not find any evidence of a defrost issue or a cooling issue. There was no frost or moisture buildup in either compartment. I did advise the customer that because the unit was cooling and operating as designed, there was not really a way for me to determine that at this juncture. Will go ahead and order a Control just in case and advise the customer to call us back and cancel if the unit continues to cool and operate as designed. Arrived on site for unit not draining . Customer had to remove water twice from tub due to pump not coming on . Found wire broken on harness at drain pump. Respadeed wire. "Arrived onsite for washer making noise and not finishing a cycle. On inspection ran diagnostics mode and when the spin cycle started it sounded like a airplane taking off. Replaced the gear case,actuator and the clutch. Re ran the unit in diagnostics mode in the unit was quite during spin cycle. Customer said that the unit was always loud when washing. When they heard the spin cycle with the new gear case they could not believe how quite the unit was. Unit working as designed and no water leaks detected during service."

Arrived onsite for cooktop with scratches on the stainless steel surface. On inspection there were several scratches all over the cooktop. Installed the new cooktop and adjust the flames for the customer. No gas leaks detected during service.

"Arrived on site to inspect range not getting gas. Upon further inspection, I met the builder rep at the home and he advised that the unit is getting gas and operating now. I inspected the unit and tested the oven and cooktop burners and all are operating as designed. Checked the regulator and orifices and they have been properly converted to propane. I adjusted the flames on the cooktop. No gas leaks detected during service, job completed. I made contact with the builder via text."

Arrived onsite for turntable not spinning. Upon arrival found motor has failed. Need to replace motor and support. Replaced motor W10642989 and support W11245707. Test unit by heating cup of water. Unit is operating as designed

Arrived on site for no lights. Diagnosed a defective led module per service pointer removed all leds installed updated led modules all leds working as designed

Arrived onsite and found the refrigerator water line freezing in the fresh food section. Set temp to raise refrigeration temp above freezing along the back wall. Unit is now operating as designed. Advised customer on steps to remedy problem.

Arrived onsite and found noise related to a noisy blower. Found blowe shape is good but full of lint build up. Removed lint to restore smooth operating. Unit is now operating as designed. Advised customer on repair. All checks good.

Sr#7735358837 spoke with RJ and determined all function operating when bypassing the control. Replaced the inlet thermistor cutoff assembly. Unit is now operating as designed. Control not closing the relay due to thermostat short. All checks good.

Arrived onsite for unit making noise. Upon area found vibrating noise coming from compressor area. Installed padding. Unit is operating as designed

"Arrived onsite for dishwasher not cleaning. On inspection found the heater had a crack in it and the bottom spray arm was not spraying water. Replaced the heater and the motor. The unit is lower arm is now spraying, the unit is operating as designed and no water leaks detected during service."

Arrived onsite and found unit had been moved and left uninstalled to 1234. Reinstalled unit to test for leak. Unable to replicate a leak during normal cycle full function. All checks good. Unit is now operating as designed.
