"Arrived on site for a refrigerator model JFFCC72EHL03 to install previously diagnosed parts. The customer explained that he also was dealing with an issue with his ice clumping. I gained access to the the dispenser motor and found this shaft was in good condition. I replaced the dispenser motor (W10822606) and tested the unit. I still found that there the refrigerator would not attempt to dispensed ice. I checked all electrical connections at the user interface and dispenser motor and found all connections were tight. I tested the dispenser again. I heard a relay click on the control board, indicating it was trying to send voltage and the ice door open to allow the ice to come through. However, the ice dispenser motor would not activate. Ordering the door and controls for the return trip. The office will need to contact the customer about a return date due to an out of stock and special order item. ; ordrng 1 W11610988 (Left RC door) and 1 W11585971 (UI) and 1 W11664342 (Control)"

"Arrived on site for a refrigerator model MFI2570FEZ05 that has lights out 8n the refrigerator section and no lights on the user interface. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that the whole machine is not working besides the freezer light. He advised that there are no fans or compressor running. He advised that after the previous repair that the unit was working fine up until this happened. I checked voltage at the wall and found proper voltage. I checked voltage at the control and verified a 124V at the control. I found no power going anywhere else, indicating a control related issue. A replaced the control (W11043763) and tested the unit in diagnostics. I found all portions of the machine work without killing the new control. The unit began to work and operate as designed. Call complete."

Upon further inspection, the maintenance personnel advised that the dishwasher door strike was badly bent upward, and they corrected it, and the unit seemed to operate as designed. I found the unit door closed, and I opened it and reclosed it. The door is securing properly. I placed the unit in diagnostics showing error code F5E1-door stuck open. I cleared the code and continued with testing, and the unit is operating as designed with no error codes showing at the end of testing. I advised the maintenance personnel that the unit is operating as designed, and I see no damage to the unit. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

"Arrived on site to diagnose an ice machine model KUIX535HPS01 not producing much or any ice. Ran diagnostics and found water barely dripped into the reservoir. Repeated the test with the filter removed and saw the same result. Pulled the unit out and replaced the inlet valve W10897719 to resolve the issue. Noticed the supply hose had been slowly dripping, so I tightened the water line and added pictures of potential visible failure. Reinstalled the unit and tested it. Verified proper operation and fill. No water leaks remained at the end of service. Repair completed."

"Arrived on site to replace a defective compressor on a refrigerator model JFFCF72DKL04. Checked pressure before evacuating and found 0 high side pressure. Removed the dryer with tubing cutters and confirmed no pressure. Cut compressor lines due to suspected buildup and found backpressure at the condenser line. Once opened, trapped refrigerant released. Replaced the compressor and drier with W11506635, WPW10143759, W11557425. Vacuumed down the system and verified a good vacuum. Charged unit to spec with 55g. Started the unit, heard healthy compressor sounds, and felt the condenser line was hot. Unit began cooling immediately. Repair completed."

Spoke with customer on what she was washing when unit stopped and was acting weird customer informed me 2 blankets and a sheet. Informed customer on how to properly load bigger items such as sheets and blankets inside unit and to not overload as well. Advised customer with this machine bigger items such as big blankets should be washed in a commercial unit. No leaks present at this time job completed

WFES3030RS0 Arrived on site for a range with nothing working. On arrival I verified that the range is tripping the breaker. I asked client if the home builder replaced the breaker they said no . I recommend client to contact the gfci breaker company for a solution on the breaker. Also I strongly recommend client to contact the home builder to replace the gfci breaker. I removed the ground wire and preheated to five hundred degrees temperature reached without tripping breaker. I took amp draw only oven on it was 14.89 with all burners on high and oven on it was 37.26. I checked polarity and voltage readings were correct product works as it's designed. No parts used. Client stated that she is going back to work after I finish. I recommend client to preheat oven for one hour when she gets back home. Calling whirlpool tech support Sr # 7740871732 same as last time whirlpool documented it .

I calibrated then I tested on quick wash and I noticed that the cold water valve to clients home wasn't turned on all the way. Cold water was just just trickling. I turned the water all the way on and tested again on quick wash until cycle ended. Product is working as its designed no parts used no water leaks.

I ran the unit and found it to fill but no spray occurring. I accessed error codes and found a F7E1 motor failure present. In order to do further testing a new pump replacement is needed. I will also order a OWI sensor as it popped up an error on it aswell. Ordering W11416362 Pump and motor and W11410464 OWI. RS for Tuesday, September 18, 2025. No parts installed. No leaks sighted during time of service.; ordrng 1 W11416362 (Pump and motor) and 1 W11410464 (OWI)"

Following Service Pointer W11738632 for low or no ice production and service pointer W11770836 testing the optics, I found the receiver LED is not flashing and ice maker not harvesting. I tested voltage at the emitter and receiver boards and found 120V at both. Per the service pointer, I removed and replaced the emitter/-receiver boards and retested. The boards are communicating now, but the ice maker continues to fail. I removed and replaced the ice maker and retested, and the unit is operating as designed. Arrived on site to unit 1021 to inspect refrigerator tripping the breaker as soon as it was plugged in. Upon further inspection I plugged in the fridge and it began to operate as normal. I let the fridge run for several minutes. I unplugged the fridge and gained acces to the rear and examined the wire for any damage or shorting. There were no issue found with any wiring. I placed the fridge into service mode and activated all test of components and could not replicate the issue. I hooked the fridge up to the water line and cycled the ice maker and found it to be operating and filling without issue. At this time the refrigerator is operating as designed.
