"Arrived on site to install previously diagnosed and ordered part. Due to the intermittent issue o f the water not dispensing and not making ice, I installed the filter bypass and found the water turned off at the wall. Turned the water on and tested the water dispenser and it is operating as designed. Removed the bypass and placed the filter back in and retested and it continues to operate as designed. I tested voltage to the RFID board at the main control and got 13.69VDC. I recommended the customer leave the bypass installed and monitor the unit. Advised to contact our office if the unit continued to intermittently malfunction and at that time, I would recommend replacing the filter head and RFID board. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

"Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator ice maker producing slowly. Upon further inspection, I found ice cubes wedged in the tray and not allowing the tines to complete a harvest. Also found the full tube chute full of ice. I removed the ice maker assembly and we so over the ice in the chute and didnt find any debris clogging the chute. I advised the customer due to the ice getting wedged in the tray and the chute filling with ice, the ice maker and dual valve would need to be replaced as the valve is weeping causing the water to drip into the chute and create the ice build up. I removed and replaced the valve and ice maker and tested. Unit is operating as designed. No water leaks observed during service. I cycled power to,the unit to reset controls. Job completed."

I did confirm both issues and found the lid lock trying to lock but not able to. I asked the customer if they wanted to deal with both issues at the same time and the customer advised that they did not want to work on the water issue at this time. They asked for us to just continue forward with a lid lock assembly at this juncture. Replace the lid lock assembly and tested the unit. The unit began to work as designed. Call complete."

"110.25132412 Arrived to inspect noise during spin. I found the unit had slightly excessive chassis movement during spin and I removed the wash plate and inspected the drive hub. All six screws required tightening and after the repair, the basket movement, independent from the tub, was lessened. I found no signs of gear case failure or other issues and re-calibrated the machine. Opera test good, no leaks observed during service.

I removed the fuse and tested and it was good. Placed the fuse back in its space and plugged the unit in and tested. Unit is operating as designed. Customer advised they did a cleaning cycle on their oven and thats when the unit stopped working. I advised the customer that the microwave got too hot and the sensor detected the heat and wouldnt allow the unit to come on. No repairs needed at this time. Job completed."

I range a diagnostics cycle and found the unit filling with water , the wash motor coming on, and the heating element turning on and heating. I spoke to the customer about the unit having a plastic tub and because plastic does retain heat like stainless steel the unit wont dry as well. I recommend running the unit on normal, with heat dry and high temp wash selected and to run the hot water at the sink before turning the dishwasher on. The unit is operating as designed. When I removed the dryer from the exterior vent I retested the dryer and found air flow drastically improved. Indicating the exterior vent has some kind of restriction or the exterior vent is not opening. The exterior vent needs to be inspected to ensure it has proper air flow for the dryer. Job complete.

"Arrived on site to inspect dryer error codes. Upon further e, I placed the unit in diagnostics showing error code F4E3-poor airflow. Cleared the code and using my vent test kit, I tested the airflow to the unit. The first 2 tests failed (photos). I checked the vent that goes outside and its a direct shot from the unit to outside and it is clear. I pulled the unit out and remove the vent tube at the back of the unit and found a large amount of lint inside. Removed the lint and using my borescope, I scoped the vent pipe inside the unit and the vent going outside and both are clear (photos). I re-installed the vent tube to the unit and retested and unit vent test passed (photo). I advised the customer of my testing and findings and adjustments. No lint observed at the end of service, job completed."

I fully seated the connector and tested the unit. Found unit is running on cold wash, however no hot line is installed. Advised customer to get a new hot water line installed to unit to ensure proper operation, and to follow up if issue returns with a functional hot water line. If issue returns, control should be replaced, but as of testing time there are no errors popping up. Call complete."

"Arrived on site for a washing machine that is not completing cycles. Inspected unit and work area. The customer also stated that beyond the washer not completing cycles, the unit is making screeching sounds when spinning. Ran unit through diagnostics and found an F8 E1 (low/no water detected during fill) error code. Tested both valves and found both valves pulling insufficient water. Filled up the basket a third of the way up the basket and attempted to drain out and did not find any siphoning conditions. Round the unit there an auto test in the unit ran as designed. I did hear the belt slipping on the cam causing the screeching issue. Ordering the cam and belt and will return with the water valve and control. I found the float switch drip pan installed upside down and the brass elbow adapter only hand tight at the fill valve causing the leak. I took a pic of both. My customer advised of the unit which water all over their floor when they were washing some bedding material and had cause the sink next to it to fill up with water as well. Ran the unit through an auto test and found the unit working as designed until it got to the drain portion of the cycle. Found that the standpipe at the wall was backing up and overflowing leaking water onto the floor and causing the sink next to the washer to fill up with water as well. Did explain to the customer that the issue is not with the washer but with their drain pipe being clogged. Advised the customer that they will need to fix their draining issue for full resolution.
