"Arrived on site to inspect washer not spinning out clothes. Upon further inspection, I placed the unit in diagnostics showing no error codes and continued with testing. When the unit went to agitate I heard the cam grinding on the pulley but the unit agitated and spun. I tilted the unit back and inspected the the gearcase components and found the belt had lost tension. When I removed the pulley, I found gearcase oil inside the cam assembly and on the teeth of the cam and pulley causing it to slip and make the grinding noise. I cleaned what I could off the cam and pulley and reassembled the unit. I advised the customer of my findings. I am ordering the gearcase and belt and scheduled return service for 01-24-25. Advised home owner on findings and advised following up with builder for cabinet cosmetic warranty repairs.

Hub nut is stripped. Attempted to remove wash plate but it is seized to the gear case shaft, broke out the wash plate and replaced hub nut (W10528947) and wash plate (W10902814). "Arrived on site to inspect dishwasher leaking water. Upon further inspection, maintenance personnel advised the unit leaks water and does not drain. Upon further inspection, I pressed the cancel button to engage the drain pump and nothing happened. Using my shop vac, I removed the water from the unit and gained access to the drain pump and removed it and tested it. I found the pump getting voltage, but not operating. Using the pump prescreened for today, I installed the new pump and tested and it operated as designed. I found the new pump housing cracked. Also, found the left track rear roller had fallen off and was able to get it back into position. I found the top left corner of the inner door panel is badly damaged as is the outer door panel which is causing the unit to leak water due to the door not sealing properly. I advised maintenance of my findings and am ordering the outer door panel, inner door panel and drain pump. Office to schedule return service due to no service on my tablet to schedule return service. Advised tenant to not use the unit until we return to complete repairs. Arrived onsite for dryer wobbling. I found one of the feet to be broken. I replaced the one foot and checked leveling. I found the back left floor to be unloved causing unit to wobble when pushed back into its place. I was able to level the unit by adding a sound pad to the right side foot as all of the feet were already on last thread. Unit no longer wobbles and adjustments to the back left floor will need to be made. Call complete. Installed 1xW11025920 and 1x sound pad W11113654 from other unit.

"Arrived on site to test unit for not dispensing water. Upon arrival customer stated water will stop dispensing intermittently, seems like its getting frozen. Inspected unit, found the issue is the reservoir is freezing up. Unit has proper airflow, return is clear, no food pushed up against the liner. Per GC sealed up all gaps between the liner and outer cabinet to prevent air from leaking out of the RC and causing the unit to overcool. Advised customer to monitor. Unit is running as designed, no leaks detected, no parts installed, job complete."

I found water in the bottom of the tub, ran a drain cycle, unit drained, but it was a slow drain, I went to remove the dishwasher, but the feet are below the wood floor so I can not removed the unit. "Arrived on site to replace previously diagnosed parts. After replacing the stator and rotor, I ran diagnostic test cycle. Found basket was not floating, and therefore not advancing cycles. I removed tub ring and wash plate to try to remove inner basket. Inner basket is seized onto bearing shaft, I added some rust buster to try and free up the inner basket, with no luck. Will need inner and outer tub to complete. Parts used 280146 and wpw10419333 did not get signature ; ordrng 1 W10118182 (Inner basket) and 1 W10193886 (Outer tub)"

"Arrived on site to test unit for cycle not starting. Upon arrival customer stated unit stopped mid cycle and would not unlock the lid. They cycled power, lid unlocked. They attempted to start another load, would not fill. Inspected harness, found drain pump wire broken. Repaired harness using a butt splice and secured harness to prevent future breakage. Tested unit, unit is now running as designed, no leaks detected, no parts installed, job complete."

"MVW7232HW0 Arrived on site for unit sensing then goes to 'done'. Upon arrival, proceeded to check error codes and found F7E4 basket re engage failure. Cleared codes. Proceeded to inspect underneath unit and found faulty slider. Proceeded to replace W10734521 slider. Tested Unit and now Unit is functioning as designed. No water leaks detected at this time."

"Arrived on site for customer complaint of control not responding all the time and that the oven is leaning forward. I found intermittent console issue not responding and found the oven itself is leaning forward. I took pictures of a level placed on the racks inside the oven showing the oven is leaning forward. Ordering Console, and instructed customer to contact builder to either have the cabinet worked on or place a shim under the oven. ; ordrng 1 W11659261 (Console)"

Arrived onsite and replaced the icemaker following no ice production after clearing the fill tube. Found e2 error. Replaced the icemaker and tested. Unit is set up to operate properly. All checks good.

"Arrived on site to install previously diagnosed and ordered parts. Due to the compressor, rc fan motor, fc fan motor, hv control, ice maker, right door gasket being torn and rc evap drip pan failures, I removed and replaced the mentioned parts including the access valve and uv dye drier. I evacuated the system, removed and replaced the compressor, access valve and drier and vacuumed the system down to -30/0psi. Installed 6oz of R134a refrigerant and tested in test 4. Unitmis cooling and pressures are good. Removed and replaced the remaining mentioned parts and retested unit and it continues to operate as designed. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

Arrived on site for water periodically not dispensing water . Found temps too cold and possibility freezing water line also sometime items are freezing on top shelf . No dispensing issues found at time of service . Bumped temp up one notch and adjusted freezer dampner . If problem returns recommended changing control . No parts installed . "Arrived on site with parts ordered for bad gearcase and pressure issues. Removed drum. Replaced gearcase, capacitor, actuator, cam, belt, lower harness, agitator and control. Recalibrate and completed diagnsotics, working as designed. No leaks."

"Arrived on site to follow up on sealed system repair. Found system had incredibly low pressure. I added some nitrogen to find the leak. I found a hissing coming from the evaporator, showing evap as source of leak. I removed the evaporator and the drier. I positioned the evap, and tried to install a drier. Had to remove some pipe length to get the new drier on, and the condenser joint flexed and broke requiring replacement. Ordering a condenser and new drier. Office to schedule. Taped off and open ports and lines. Parts used this visit - W10218037, W10843121. ; ordrng 1 WP2313624 (Condenser) and 1 W10843121 (Nom uv drier) and 1 Wpw10218037 (Evap)"

"Arrived on site to test unit for no cool in RC. Tested unit, Rc was at room temp and FC was at 15?. Tested components, found evaporator fan not engaging. Gained access to evaporator fan motor, found no voltage going to the motor. Replaced control (WPW10503278) and evap motor (WPW10128551) as precautionary. Programmed control to 01. Tested unit, evaporator fan is now engaging and RC is beginning to cool. Advised to monitor. Unit is now running as designed, no leaks detected, job complete."

"Arrived on site for customer complaint of unit not finishing cycles. Found f0e2 and f0e5, out of balance and suds. Found out customer was using too much soap and has never run a self clean. Unit passed diagnostic tests, instructed customer to use less soap and clean unit 2-3 times a year since they are on soft water."
