"Arrived on site to diagnose washer throwing over suds error when running, and also not finishing cycles. I tested the unit and found over suds and slow drain. When I ran the unit I did confirm the drain was barely flowing. I drained out water with a shop vac and checked the trap. Found trap was completely stuffed and not allowing any water through. Cleared trap and ran unit. Found it's filling and draining, but I found no excessive suds. Replaced the water levels sensor to resolve, once I saw the hose was clear. Unit now working as designed. No water leaks found. Parts used - W11316246."

I checked the wall gas valve and found it was in the closed position, almost seized. I was able to move the lever with some vice grips and retested. "Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator ice maker noises. Upon further inspection, the customer advised that the ice dispenser is not dispensing ice and is loud. I tested the ice dispenser and found the motor is operating, but no ice is being dispensed. I removed the ice bin and found a large ball of ice in the chute (photo). I removed the ice and found the cubes, in the bin, are clumped together due to sweating and then freezing together. I poured a small amount of water down the ice chute and found the ice door is not sealing properly and allowing warm air inside to the ice bin. I inspected/tested and found no other issues with the unit other than frost in the freezer section due to the door being left partially open. I am ordering the separator and scheduled return service for 10/16/24. No water leaks observed during service. No parts installed today.; ordrng 1 W11572058 (Separator) and 1 CNOTE (NO TECH MA)"

"Arrived on site to diagnose dryer making noise when running. Heard a slight rumble, but nothing excessive on first glance. Disassembled unit and found blower wheel was broken, causing the noise. There were also large amounts of black marks on the tensioner pulley, like belt had been rubbing it as well. Replaced rollers belt and pulley from repair kit. Tested unit and verified all working as designed. In terms of the unit not fully drying, customer has been using timed dry lately and I recommended turning up the heat level. Unit has no error codes, and heats well. I found nothing disconnected or damaged inside the cabinet and heat level is good. Advised for auto dry cycles to make sure loads are big enough to contact the sensor Bars in the front of the unit. Repair completed. Parts used - WP697772, 4392067."

Arrived onsite for micro/oven combo with door not shutting. Upon arrival I noticed when pushing on the door the left side door switch would click meaning it engaged when pushing on the door. When let off the switch would not be activated. I was trying to pull the combo out however after getting it a tiny bit out I could not pull further. The trim on the cabinet was trying to pull out when attempting to pull the combo out. The trim will need to be cut more in order to pull the oven out without damaging the trim. I tried pulling on left side and then right side and the combo wouldn't pulled out.
