"Arrived on site to inspect dishwasher noises. Upon further inspection, the customer advised that the unit will make a loud groaning noise during a wash cycle. I placed the unit in diagnostics showing no error codes and tested. During testing, I heard the groaning noise and opened the unit door to find a large amount of suds in the bottom of the tub. I advised the customer that the suds issue could be causing the motor to work harder causing the noise. I made recommendations for use and care, as well as, detergent use. I recommended the customer change detergents and monitor the unit and if it continues to call it in for service, at which time, the sump/motor assembly will be replaced. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

I made recommendations for use and care. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

"Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator ice maker not working properly. Upon further inspection, I tested temps in the FC section=3 degrees. I found ice cubes in the bin. I disassembled the FC section and inspected the ice maker and found cubes wedged in the ejector blades causing the blades to bend upward. Removed and replaced the ice maker and tested and unit is operating as designed. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

"Arrived on site for a dryer that is not starting. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that before the dryer stopped working, the unit was having a hard time drying clothes and would take multiple cycles to drag their clothes. Last week when the unit went out she noticed steam entering up into her user interface area and it caused the machine to be unresponsive For 48 hours. She advised that she is still able to dry clothes but she does notice steam build up and she immediately shut it off when she starts to see the steam on the user interface. Checked behind the dryer and found the vent hose had water inside the vent hose indicating a clogged venting system. The customer advised that they have not cleaned out there vent since they moved in five years ago. I did advise the customer that the issue is most likely with their venting and they will need to have their vents cleaned by a vent cleaning company. The unit is working as designed. Call complete."

"Arrived on site to inspect dishwasher not draining properly, not heating and tripping the breaker. Upon further inspection, I found a fork resting on the heating element. Removed the fork and removed the drain filter and found it badly clogged with debris. I cleaned the filter and placed it back in its space. I placed the unit in diagnostics showing no error codes and tested. While testing, I placed my multimeter on the L1 (black wire) at the terminal box and monitored amp draw to the components. I found all components within amp draw range and the element is getting 7-9amps during wash & drying cycles. Customer advised they have a filtration system on the home. I found the dispenser door broken and wont stay closed. I am ordering the dispenser and scheduled return service . I made recommendations for use and care, as well as, detergent and rinse use. Arrived on site for a washing machine that is flashing an F7 E2 (MCU overheating) error code. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that the washer had begun to start making buzzing sounds when it was attempting to spin but would not actually spin and then finally has been starting to do absolutely nothing. I spun the basket by hand and found it spun freely. Removed the top cover and checked all electrical connections. Found all electrical connections good and no split wires. Checked resistance on the motor windings off of the J6 connector and found all resistance readings measuring 12.5 to 12.6 ohms of resistance indicating the motor was still good. Attempted to run test number seven for the motor and found the control clicking repeatedly but not spinning the basket. "Arrived on site to inspect wall oven door glass broken. Upon further inspection, I found the oven door was good. Customer advised that the builder had replaced the door, but since doing a cleaning cycle on the unit, the microwave interior light does not work and its not heating properly. I opened the microwave door and found the light does not come on. Using a cup of water, I measured the temp in the cup and got 78 degrees. I placed the cup inside the microwave and tested for one minute on high setting. I tested the water temp after one minute and it read 123 degrees. I tested temps in the oven and they were good. The customer advised that they have a defrost issue in the freezer section and that they had another company come out to months ago to address this and it is done this sense. They advised they had unplugged the refrigerator on Sunday and had plugged it in two days ago and everything seems to be cooling off probably. Ran the unit through diagnostics and was unable to get the heater to come on. Gained access to the freezer evaporator and checked resistance from the freezer harness plug through the diodes and heater. Found the heater registering 25.9 ohms of resistance. Went ahead and replaced the evaporator thermistor and went to replace the control but found the control set with me was the wrong part. "Arrived on site to inspect washer leaking water. Upon further inspection, I removed the outer section of the panel and tested the unit in a normal wash. The basket filled approximately 3/4 full and began to agitate. I found no signs of a leak. I advanced the timer to spin and inspected the drain and hoses and again found no signs of a leak. I did find that at the back of the unit on the wall where there was a place on the baseboards where it was clean and on both sides of the clean area there was lint. I suspect the drain pipe might have possibly leaked or overflowed. I retested the unit three more times and it continued to operate as designed with no leaks. I recommended the customer monitor the unit and if possible to get a video of the leakage and contact our office if it does leak again. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."
