Proceeded to inspect slider and found to be the updated slider. In addition, found gearcase oil around rotor. Continued to replace W10754448 clutch and W11687817 control. Started unit and started like normal. Ran diagnostics and passed with no issues. Ordering W11449841 gearcase. No water leaks detected at this time. Arrived on site to install diagnosed on previous visit to resolve non functional hood lamp. Replaced control and found there was still no light. Verified 120v at yellow wire going to bulb. Inspected housing and found the 2 side prongs that contact the bulb were folded back and not making contact. Used a small precision screwdriver and folded the prongs out to make contact with the bulb. Tested and verified proper operation. Parts used - W11342846.

"Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator leaking water from FC section. Upon further inspection, I found a large slab of ice under the bottom drawer in the FC section. Once imremoved the drawer and ice, I found the FC evaporator drip pan full of ice and the drain clogged. I pulled the unit out and removed the drain tube and found debris in the tube and cleared it. Re-installed the drain tube and cleared the ice from the evaporator drain pan and cleared the drain tube. Tested flow in the tube and it is operating as designed. No water leaks observed at the end of service, job completed. No parts installed."

"Arrived on site to test unit for smell. Upon arrival customer stated every time unit is in use there is a burning smell present. Inspected unit, found no issues with the harness. "Arrived on site to inspect microwave humming noises. Upon further inspection, the customer advised that the microwave is making a humming sound while not in use and the interior is warm. Customer advised that the interior light is not on and the display shows current time. Customer also advised that they cycled power at the breaker and the humming noise came back on, but they have not been able to duplicate the noise. Upon my arrival, the unit was plugged in and not in use and not making any noises. I tested the unit and once I stopped testing, the unit did not make any abnormal noises. I pulled the unit down and gained access to the heating components by removing the cover. I didn't find anything unusual. I inspected the heating components, main control, fuse, and switches. I tested the venthood light and fan and could not duplicate the noise. I contacted techline and spoke to Kurt and advised of the complaint and my findings. Kurt advised that it could possibly be a relay on the control, but if I could not duplicate the noise, then he could not recommend any parts to replace and provided SR#7740796690. I advised the customer of my conversation with tech support and that since they did not recommend replacing any parts, then they would need to contact customer service to discuss further services. I provided the SR number to the customer and sent a message to the office to add the call onto my route the next business day to contact the safety department to have my findings documented. No repairs made at this time and customer was going to cycle power at the breaker for safety. Job completed."

"Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator with roller issues. Upon further inspection, the customer informed me that she is concerned that the refrigerator wheels are not locked and will roll forward sometime when opening the door. I informed the customer that this unit doesn't have adjustable feet and it is how it is designed. I found that the refrigerator was a little un level, and I leveled it, and I made front wheel stops out of some extra pieces of rubber. The rubber stops fixed the customer's issue. The unit is operating as designed water leaks observed during service."

"Arrived on site to test unit for oversudsing. Upon arrival customer stated when draining the unit sounds a lot louder and a SD message appears on screen. Entered diagnostics, found F0E2 oversuds and F8E1 long fill error codes stored. Ran a diagnostic cycle, when draining, the pump sounded strained and not pumping enough water out. Removed filter and found it packed with debris and clothing items. Removed all debris and tested unit, drain pump has been restored to its optimal performance. LoFlo error code was due to the unit being started, but the water was off. Inlet valves have not debris on the filters. Customer is using minimal amount of detergent. If callback occurs, advise returning with shocks. Unit is now running as designed, no leaks detected, no parts installed, job complete."

Arrived on site to test unit for freezing items in RC. Found RC thermistor was reading 3700ohms(60-65). Replaced RC thermistor. Advised customer to monitor. Able advised customer if doors are not being opened allot throughout the day cold air will settle in bins and cause items to freeze. "On arrival verified complaint of dishwasher, not washing verified voltage and polarity at the outlet is correct. Ran diag mode and confirmed something motor is not activating. There's vaulted to the sump is 115 V,AC. Replaced some assembly and found sump now activates, but only pulses. Reverified voltage is correct. Replace sump assembly again with a sump from another job. Unit is still pulsing, and not pumping. Rerun diag test and verify voltage coming from the control Control board is sending out variable voltage. Replace the main control unit is now sending out constant voltage from the main control board. The customer showed me what was happening with her ice cubes and I did confirm the customer's complaint. I checked the ice maker and found a proper batch of ice inside of the ice mold. I found that when you went to dispense ice, the ice wouldn't completely make it out of the mold and would then over fill causing the sheets. I found mineral buildup inside of the ice maker causing the issue. I replaced the ice maker and tested the unit. I found the unit working and operating as designed. Call complete. W10908391."

"Arrived on site to inspect wall oven microwave combo unit with the oven not heating properly. Upon further inspection, I placed the unit in diagnostics and checked error codes and found none. I tested the components and the unit appears to be operating as designed. I went into the tools selection and found the unit not calibrated. I removed the oven door and vent and found the unit not properly installed (photos of installation). I attempted to remove the unit from the cabinet and the unit would not budge. I found the unit is wedged into the cabinet and possibly forced into the cabinet when installed. The front right leveling foot is bent (photo) and the surface board is thin and warped. The surface board is not level with the cabinet at the front which is causing the unit to rest on the vent. I advised the customer that they would need to contact their vendor to get the installers to come and uninstall the unit so I can properly service it. "Arrived on site for a coffee machine that is still not dispnsing enough espresso. Inspected unit and work area. I tested the espresso machine and did find the unit dispensing espresso but slowly. I called Whirlpool Techline and spoke to Derrick SR# 7740685262. He had me run through various testing, checking multiple components and the water dispensing system. He also spoke with the engineer of the machine and after all testing, advised me to run the descaling process on the machine due to the water supplied during the hot water testing. He advised that they believed the coffee grinds probably got into the dispensing system and is slightly clogging up the water supply. He wanted me to try that and to try running the espresso cycle again. I ran the descaling process on the machine and after running that, I ran through an espresso making cycle. I found the unit working and operating as designed. Call complete. No parts were installed."

Arrived onsite for vent hood not working. I found neither low speed or high speed is not functioning. Switch is getting correct voltage when turned on (120v) but no operation from motor. The fan motor needs to be replaced. When opening the new fan motor to replace i was ready to wire it when I found the fan blade to be cracked. Will need to order a new fan motor to repair. I advised the lead to leave the unit unplugged and I also turned the breaker off for the time being. Ordering W11105126 Fan motor to continue with repair. I checked voltage going to the user interface and found 5V DC going to the UI. I went ahead and replaced the control to see if there was an issue with that. I still have the same issue where the touch panel would not illuminate or work. "Arrived on site to test unit for not cleaning dishes. Upon arrival customer stated they will start a cycle and intermittently it will not fill with water. "Arrived on site to inspect wine cooler door damage and light won't turn on. Upon further inspection, I found the interior light turned on and the door was closed and the auto light selection was turned on. I turned the auto light selection off and the light turned off when the door was closed. I found a small dent in the lower section of the trim (photo). Arrived on site to follow up on oven repair. I removed the unit from the cavity and tracked down and replaced the lower TOD. confirmed TOD was open. Tested unit with new TOD installed and verified unit working as designed. Had customer present to verify unit was heating. Parts used - WP4449751.

Arrived on site to test unit for unit not draining. Test unit and found drain motor working correctly. Found drain hose has been modified to reach under sink due to how far the sink is. Hose is made out of rubber so when the unit gets pushed back the hose gets pinched not allowing unit to drain. They will need to re route the drain hose. Job complete.
