Unit has good airflow, and vents to the other side of the wall. I went outside and examined the vent and found the louvers are stuck open, and house is at the end of the street. Wind is able to blow directly into the vent, and the moisture causes it to stick to the grille. Advised customer to replace exterior vent to resolve, unit is working as designed. Upon inspection I found that there was no leak at the float switch seal, sump&motor, drain hose, and the water inlet no leaks at the tub either. Upon further in I found that the gears in the lower spray arm war jammed which can cause the arm to get stuck in one position and in the case it would get stuck where it would spray at the bottom of the door causing the leak. While testing the door closing/opening, I found the lower hinge was loose. When I went to tighten the screws, I found two of the three screws were broken and the door was basically hanging on with the top hinge. I removed the door and removed this hinge and I used the good screw to hold the hinge in place and used a temporary screw to hold the screw plate in place. Arrived onsite for a dishwasher thats not heating. I found an F7E1 error code and ran the diagnostics cycle to reset the control. I found the pump cavitating real bad. I asked the customer if they were cleaning the filter and the customer stated they didnt know about the filter. I checked the filter and found it completely packed with debris and the OWI covered with debris. I cleaned the filter and OWI. I tested the machine and all is working as designed. "Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator no airflow in the fresh foods section. Upon further inspection, I tested temps in the RC=62 degrees and FC=0 degrees. I placed the unit in diagnostics and tested the RC evap fan and found it was not operating. When I went to remove the evap cover, I found the cover would not remove due to the evaporator being engulfed in ice. "Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator not cooling. Upon further inspection, I tested temps in the FC=12 degrees and RC=44 (setting of 35). I pulled the crisper drawer out and found the RC evaporator engulfed in ice/frost. I placed he unit in diagnostics and forced defrost and could not hear any sizzling from the ice hitting the defrost element. Pulled the unit out and tested the RC evap thermistor at the main control and found it at 88.6 kohms, well out of range. Tested amp draw to the defrost element and it was at 1.32amps and getting 124V. I inspected the FC evap cover and it was good/no ice. Returning tech will replace the RC defrost thermistor and defrost element. I had my customer sign the waiver of damages from defrosting refrigerator and recommended they unplug the unit at least 24 hours before were return and to place towels around the unit to catch any overflowing water from it defrosting. No water leaks observed during service."

The cabinet installation has not been corrected and the chassis, due to being mounted within the incorrectly installed cabinetry, is still causing refrigerator cabinet twist and cannot be corrected without severely protruding out of the cabinet in several areas. The customer is requesting us to contact the MFG to attempt a replacement. I advised the customer we would contact the MFG the following day and follow up. "WRF535SWHZ07 Arrived to instal previously diagnosed and ordered parts. I removed and replaced the FC rails and noted the door operated as designed, without having to manually push it closed. Since the FC door has been operating better than prior, now a baseline of operation could be established. The RC was over-cooling significantly and I verified the damper operating as designed. I tested the thermistor in a known-temperature glass of water and found it showing 9.47 K at 75?F, (9.88 @ 70? during test imagery) which matches this model per the MFG service manual and has ruled the thermistor out, as the issue. According the the MFG manual, this thermistor does not match the usual temperature charting. All other tests proved the evaporator fan and damper were working as designed, with good airflow. The unit had experienced an exploded water filter prior, drenching the interior of the RC and I suspect the control may have gotten wet and is now not responding to sensor readings correctly. The right RC door gasket had a tear at the top. Office to contact the customer to arrange return service. Found the steel tubes were vibrating and make the noise I used tie wraps to help to quiet the unit down. The unit was not squared up, the doors were not even. Arrived on site for F9-E1. Upon arrival ran diagnostics and getting F8-E1 long fill. Ran automatic test cycle and components operate correctly. Ran a normal cycle and unit is operating correctly. Checked water pressure and is good. Due to being second time getting F8-E1 long fill error code. Will order control and water valve for replacement. Office to reschedule ; ordrng 1 W11614515 (Fill valve) and 1 W11624943 (Control)

Arrived on site to test unit for ice not dispensing. Found when door closed ice not dispensing but when activating switch with my hand unit dispensing ice. Removed door switch and verified continuity was good and door making proper contact with switch. Recommend switch replacement. Ordering UI as a precautionary. Rescheduled for 04/19. ; ordrng 1 W11123941 (Door switch) and 1 W11239666 (UI)

"Arrived on site and found saved error code for motor fault. Set washer into a diagnostic cycle and lit lounge is working properly. Washer will agitate correctly but when set to spin motor just makes noise. Washer was able to spin on previous visit. Control board was replaced on last visit will need to bring back motor, lower harness, and capacitor to ensure repair on next visit; ordrng 1 W11095106 (Lower harness) and 1 W11026785 (Motor) and 1 W11395618 (Capacitor)"

"Arrived on site for refrigerator, inspected unit and work area. Customers complaint was refrigerator not cooling well. At arrival I retrieved temps and RC 50? FC 34?. Pressures took 2:55 to equalize. Called tech line to document and spoke to Chris SR#7736110310 and want us to call techline before we replace the compressor to test the compressor with a watt meter. Im ordering compressor, non uv drier, access valve and watt test kit. Office will contact the customer once all parts are available. No leaks where observed during service. ; ordrng 1 W11592009 (Compressor) and 1 W11506635 (Access valve) and 1 Inverterwattmetertest (Inverter watt meter test kit)"

"Arrived on site. Powered unit on water filed pan,recirculating pump not powering on voltage at pump diagnosed a defective recirculating pump customer does not want repairs

Arrived onsite for unit non functioning following overheating when broil was left on unattended. Determined TOD is good. Advised customer on findings and on repair not being viable.

Arrived on site to test unit for unit giving miss wired unit. Reset unit and unit working as designed

"WTW4850HW1 Arrived to inspect no operation. I found the unit would not turn on, nor could service test mode be accessed. Line VAC was present and the customer advised me a similar event had occurred prior, later finding it to be SO 368879. From the control, the drain pump showed 20.3 . The 50 ?F rated capacitor was 400 ?F, well within specifications. The unit appeared to have a simple control failure and unplugging for a few moments and then re-plugging yielded an audible relay click, but no other functionality. Unloading every connector on the control, but the power supply, finally allowed service mode entry. The unit had F2E3, F2E1 and F1E1 wee stored. I was able to determine the mode shifter J12 connection as the source of the issue. J2, 1-2 2.49 . J12 1-4, 10.65VDC loaded and 11.2 unloaded. Tach verification mode worked as designed and I utilized a swing-tested mode shifter and found the same issue. Due to the lower than expected VDC at J12, I suspected the control low VDC power supply was damaged by a prior reported storm and R/R/Rd the control. The unit resumed all normal functions and operated as expected. No leaks observed during service.

"Arrived on site to inspect cooktop for gas leaks. Upon further inspection, the customer advised that the gas company had inspected the home for a gas leak and both advised the cooktop is leaking somewhere. Using my gas sniffer, I tested the unit and sniffer would indicate a strong sense of a leak at the far right two burner valves. I disassembled the unit and using my liquid leak detector, I checked the valves and did not find a leak. I checked the valve stems and found the right front and rear valves are leaking at the stems (photos). I removed and replaced the valves/manifold and tested all gas line connections and found no leaks. Reassembled the unit and tested and unit is operating as designed. Manufacturer covered the diagnostics fee. No gas leaks detected at the end of service, job completed."

"LFXS26973S/00 Arrived to inspect continuous dispensing. I found the unit would fail at either ice or water curing dispensing operations and it would not stop. Inspection of the paddle revealed the plastic had started to bind within the housing and I was able to apply high-purity silicone grease to the affected areas, correcting the issue and restoring the positive feel of the paddle. This particular unit is extremely difficult to remove the UI, compared to others of the same model/design and I elected to not risk damage, as I was able to fully correct the issue without complete disassembly. No leaks observed during service.

Arrived on site to follow up on washer that lost spin function due to damaged stater. Replaced stater with correct model with no RPS sensor. Tested unit in diagnostics mode. Verified all functions working as designed. Repair completed.

"Arrived on site to diagnose washer making a clicking sound. Tested unit and found spin good, but when draining the unit makes a grinding sound. Drained unit with transfer pump are checked trap. Found no obstructions present in trap. Failure is in the drain pump and requires replacement.Replaced drain pump and tested unit. Verified all working as designed with no water leaks present. Repair completed."

"Arrived on site and installed repaired part, I welded retention bolt to switch engagement extension. Unit now working as designed. No leaks detected.

Arrived on site to test unit for unit givign F2E1 shorted keypad error. Test unit and unit giving shorted keypad and ui disconnected and display board not working all had to do with the console. Also found relay error. Replaced console. Test unit by heating to 350 and unit test good job complete.

Arrived on site to test unit for unit not getting to temp. Calibrated unit to 20? test unit and unit test good on average temp job complete.

Arrived onsite for a range with a oven section that wont heat. Upon inspection I found that the glow igniter was not getting hot enough to ignite the gas. I installed the new igniter and tested the unit several times and found that it operated as designed.

"Arrived on site. Tested dispenser weak flow,jumped power straight to valve same issue diagnosed a defective valve,customer provided part. Installed new valve ran water dispenser unit working as designed.

"Arrived onsite for water under the fresh food drawers. On inspection found that the tray drain on the rc evap was clogged. I informed the customer that if we work on the unit and something else happens not releasing to the issue we will not be responsible for it. I read the disclaimer about all the issues that this unit has. The customer understood the situation of the unit. The drain was iced up. I defrosted the unit and got it draining again. I check the unit for gaps i the gasket found none. Cleared the s trap out, checked the harnesses for the fresh food drawer no visible evidence of damage.

Arrived onsite for refrigerator not cooling and a error message H1. On inspection found a huge ice block in the freezer on the evap. The boots bin in the fridge was iced In and could not be removed. Found that the light in the rc had burnt through the liner and burnt some of the foam. Consensus is that the rc door properly got left open and the light bulb heated up and burnt the liner. It also let moisture into the unit and the FC evap froze up. I got the manual defrost to turn on and could hear it defrosting the evap. Informed the customer that the thermistor is probably bad with a good chance the control board was damaged by the halogen bulb that is next to the control board.

"Arrived on site for not making ice. Upon arrival, unit is turned off. Restored power to unit. Tank began to fill. Found not getting voltage from control to compressor. Contacted SW for assistance. Recommend replacement of control and harness. After researching parts found Harness and control are not available . No repair can be made.
