Advised that the compressor started making a noise and then completely stopped cooling. Found the freezer and the refrigerator at proper temperatures with ice cream solid inside the freezer. I did advise the customer that if the temperatures are below 60?, it can cause issues like this with the refrigerator and that they will need to make sure that they keep their inside temperature between 60?F and 85?F. Arrived on site for a washing machine that is not completing cycles. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that the unit will get to the rent cycle and then completely stop and will not do anything further. Around the unit into diagnostics and found an F7 E1 ( basket speed fault) error code. I ran the unit through an auto test in the unit ran as designed. Around the unit through a high speed spin for over two minutes and found the unit working as designed and not shutting down. I ran the unit through a tactometer test and found the tactometer was registering the basket speed properly. I checked polarity at the wall and found proper polarity. I called Whirlpool Techline and spoke to Steve SR# 7735383656. He had me run a couple checks through the capacitor and the motor in the wire harness and advise that everything checked out with the unit and to instead replace the control. I replaced the control and tested the unit. The unit began to work and operate as designed. Advise the customer to run through a few cycles and call back if any other issues persist. Call complete.

Arrived onsite for loud grinding noise. Upon arrival ran diagnostics and got F0-E5 off balance load. Customer played video and sound occurs when agitating from clockwise to counter clockwise. I tested the unit with a cup of water and the unit began to heat and after approximately 20 seconds, the unit stopped and showed error code F4E4. "Arrived on site for fridge raider that is not cooling. Inspected unit and work area. Found both fridge and freezer both operating as designed. The customer advised that the unit was initially cooling the freezer but theyre not calling the refrigerator and so she messed with the cold control inside the freezer and then the unit started calling the refrigerator but not freezing in the freezer. She advised that she had tried changing the temperature on her control and found it was not responding to any attempts to change the temperature setting. She advised that everything had come back on two days ago and has seemingly started to work but thought the control might still be causing an issue. I did not find any evidence of a defrost issue or a cooling issue. There was no frost or moisture buildup in either compartment. I did advise the customer that because the unit was cooling and operating as designed, there was not really a way for me to determine that at this juncture. Will go ahead and order a Control just in case and advise the customer to call us back and cancel if the unit continues to cool and operate as designed. "Arrived onsite for washer making noise and not finishing a cycle. On inspection ran diagnostics mode and when the spin cycle started it sounded like a airplane taking off. Replaced the gear case,actuator and the clutch. Re ran the unit in diagnostics mode in the unit was quite during spin cycle. Customer said that the unit was always loud when washing. When they heard the spin cycle with the new gear case they could not believe how quite the unit was. Unit working as designed and no water leaks detected during service."

"Arrived to instal previously diagnosed and ordered parts. I removed and replaced the lower hinge assembly that had been sprung at some point. I removed and replaced the door panel adjusters and mounting hardware and re-aligned the door. I found the cabinet that the unit was installed into was leaning out at the top of the unit, nearly one inch. I attached images of a plumb line for illustration and advised the customer that was the original cause of the door closing issue, as the unit was tilted forward and gravity was constantly pulling the door open. I leveled the unit and the door issue was resolved, but it had the appearance of tilting back in the cabinet and the issue can only be resolved by correcting the plumb of the cabinet and not the refrigerator. No leaks observed during service."

"Arrived onsite for unit not operating. Upon arrival ran diagnostics and got F7-E5 shifter fault, F1-E2 motor fault. Ran automatic test and when going to spin unit fails. Tested valves, drain pump and agitation and all operate correctly. Tech recommended replacement of Lower harness and control. Tech gave SR# 7735361491. Ordering harness, motor, actuator, and control. "Arrived onsite for not draining. Upon arrival ran diagnostics and got F8-E1 long fill, F0-E3 over load, F7-E1 tachometer missing or wrong signal, F7-E6 motor circuit open. Ran automatic cycle and unit filled and drained correctly. Unit then agitated and spun correctly. Found that on any dial selections such as normal, quick wash, and drain and spin the unit stays stuck on sensing. Need to replace control. Ordering control; ordrng 1 W11513246 (Control)"

"Arrived on site for a dryer that will not start a cycle. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised the unit attempts to turn on but then shuts off and pauses and will not continue forward. Did confirm the customers complaint and attempted to spend the basket by hand. Found that the basket would not move. Disassembled the unit And found the rear bulkhead broken in multiple places and not attached to the rear panel. Found that attempting to lift the basket out of the dryer was nearly impossible due to the bulkhead and the drum being stuck together. The unit will need a full rebuild for repair and the office will need to contact the extended warranty about potential alternate resolution due to the cost of repair. Ordered all parts potentially needed for the repair including the wire harness, rear Boquet assembly, drum, roller shafts, screws, nuts, light bulb bracket, motor, belt, and cabinet. Arrived on site to inspect unit for damage to manifold cover. Verified and took pic of scratch. New cover did not have protective film and had scratches/blemishes. "WTW6120HW2 Arrived to inspect error code. I found F7E1 and F0E7 stored in memory and I cleared for testing. I found the basket was in the front right corner of the chassis and undoubtedly making contact with the inside of the chassis during spin ramp up, causing off balance triggering. The suspension was questionable as well and will require replacement. During spin test, I could hear a loud screech and found the belt had started to stretch, enough I could rotate it by hand in the pulleys, belt will require replacement as well.
