"Arrived on site to follow up on ice machine with low ice production. Examined unit and watched a slab drop. Slab was fairly thin and not full on the edges. When I watched the unit fill, I noticed a super slow trickling fill. Removed filter and fill was not improved. Recommended we replace valve, Replaced valve and verified reservoir is filling. Customer advised to get and run ice machine cleaner to remove scale on chill plate.

"Arrived onsite for a dryer that is not heating. Upon inspection I found that the cutoff thermistor and the thermal fuse showing open. I replaced both and tested unit and found that nothing changed I tested the voltage and found that the was only 120vac at the wall. I went to check the breaker and found that they where not labeled, I then advised the customer to have to figure out with breaker the unit is on and have it reset for her. Job complete."

Arrived onsite for previously diagnosed part. Installed the new switch according to SP W10365444. Once switch was installed the unit was making a jack hammer noise. I found that the power switch was wired backwards. Flipped the wires in retested the unit and it is operating as designed.

We the put unit into diagnostics mode and found no codes and was able to run a full diagnostics cycle. The we ran the unit in quick wash and found the unit operating as designed. We the advised the customer that if this Situation should arise again that they should try doing a hard reset by Unplugging, or turning the unit off at the breaker and waiting for Add to power all the way down and then turn it back on again and test. "Arrived on site to inspect wall oven error codes. Upon further inspection, I turned the unit on and immediately F2E1 came on the display. I cycled power at the breaker and placed the unit in diagnostics showing the error code. Cleared the code and tested the components. All components operated as designed. I cancelled diagnostics and tested the unit on normal Bale mode and the unit operated as designed. When I searched the control panel, I found its out of stock with no ETA at this time. "Arrived on site to inspect dryer not heating. Upon further inspection, I tested airflow to the unit using my dryer vent test kit and the frost two tests with the vent hose attached, failed. I removed the vent tube at the back and retested and the unit passed. I disassembled the unit and tested the element, cutoff and thermostat and found the element and thermostat bad. I removed and replaced the element assembly and cleaned the unit (before & after photos) and reassembled the unit. Tested and the unit is operating as designed. No lint observed at the end of service, job completed."

"Arrived on site to inspect oven temps. Upon further inspection, the customer advised that their food was burning on the top rack and the temps werent correct inside. They advised they placed a dial type thermometer inside and it never reached preheat temp so they calibrated the unit 30 degrees. I advised the customer that the manufacturer does not approve the dial type as it cannot keep up with temperature fluctuations and wont give accurate temps readings. I went into the settings and changed calibration back to 0 degrees. I placed the unit in diagnostics and checked error codes and found F6E6. Cleared the code and following the tech sheet tested the continuity between P1 and J4 and P1-1 and P1-2 and got good continuity. I removed and replaced the main control and tested temps. Using my multimeter, I placed my thermal lead in the middle of the center rack and tested temps on Bake at 350 degrees. My preheat temp was 416. Next five readings were 337, 391, 330, 379, 338 for an average temp of 355 degrees. I made recommendations to the customer of waiting approximately 15-20 mins after preheat to place food inside. Job completed."

Arrived onsite for a refrigerator to replace previous diagnosed parts. I found the fill line on the refrigerator not long enough to pull the refrigerator out from the cabinet and there was not a tee valve installed at the front of the refrigerator to shut the water off so the customer had to cut the water off to the home to remove the refrigerator. I found a lot of trash in the line and cleared it out. The customer went and picked up a tee valve at Lowes while I was clearing the lines and I installed the tee so the customer could turn the water on to the home. I replaced the filter per techlines recommendation and I replaced the smart valve due to all the debris that came out of the lines. I suspect the valve of not closing properly sometimes due to the debris. I pushed the unit back in the cabinet and when I went to set the legs on the left side the rear adjusted broke and the front adjuster stripped. The left support will need to be replaced. Arrived onsite for a washer making a grinding noise. I checked stored error codes and got an F1E2 motor control fault. I ran the auto diagnostics cycle and found the unit working properly all the way thru agitation but when it went into the spin cycle the control just shut off and the door unlocked. I ran manual diagnostics and when putting the unit in the spin cycle the motor would just hum and get hot. I tested the capacitor and it tested good at 45mf. I tested the motor windings and both showed 7.5 ohms and out of range. I suspect the metal grinding noise sound the customer described was from a failing triac on the control but I cannot duplicate the noise at this time. Need to replace the motor and the control. Arrived onsite for washer making noise. On inspection found the belt had fallen off. Once the shield was removed found that the nut for the pulley was lose from the factory. The shield was damaged by the belt coming off. Replaced the clutch and the belt and ordering a new pulley shield W11409708. "Arrived on site to inspect washer noises. Upon further inspection, I placed the unit in diagnostics showing no error codes. Continued with testing and the unit operated as designed up until the agitation/spin cycles and the unit began to make a loud rattling/groaning noise. I tilted the unit back and found gearcase oil on the rotor and all four panels (photo). Also found the rotor bolt missing (photo). I removed the rotor and found gearcase oil on the slider and clutch. I provided photos for the customer and advised the gearcase, slider & clutch would need to be replaced to complete the repair. Customer advised that another company had been out back in 2021 and replaced the same parts. I gained access to the gear case and found it leaking oil, I found the slide damaged, I replaced the slide and ran the unit in a high speed spin for several minuets. I gained access to the stator and found it scolding hot to the touch. The oil has penetrated the coils on the starptor and causing it to heat up. I found the unit not leveled properly. I leveled the unit and still found the basket leaning to one side. I am ordering a stator, and suspension and returning with the gear case for replacement. "Arrived on site to inspect dryer noises. Upon further inspection, I tested the unit and immediately it began to make a loud clanking noise. I disassembled the unit and found all four rollers, tension pulley and belt needing to be replaced. One of the rollers was seized to the axle; one was broken away from the axle and the other two were in bad shape. The belt was fraying and the tension pulley was in bad shape. "GW397LXUS06 Arrived to inspect buttons not working on control. I was able to view three traces on the ribbon cables for the touch sense assembly that were corroded and not allowing continuity. I quoted the customer for the membrane assembly and due to cost, they elected to not have the repair performed. No gas leaks detected during service.

"Arrived on site to inspect previous issues with intermittent no water dispensing and no ice production. Upon further inspection, the customer advised the unit was functioning properly up until a few days ago when it stopped dispensing water again, but then after a few days of not using the water dispenser, it began to function again. I tested the water dispenser and its operating as designed. I inspected the switch behind the UI and the UI. Tested the UI and its operating as designed so that eliminates it being the UI or switch. With the RFID control recognizing that the bypass and filter are in place and when removing either, it recognizes this by showing Err on the UI this eliminates the RFID board from being at fault. In isolating these two boards, directed me to the main control being at fault. I explained my findings to the customer and recommended replacing the main control. I removed and replaced the control and retested the water dispenser several times. The unit is operating as designed. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

"Arrived onsite for ventless half size LG front load dryer. Complaint, taking 3 times to dry loads of clothing. Mattress cover in unit. Found it had been run once and was tucked into itself and still wet. Unstacked and loosely loaded into the dryer and ran a bulky item cycle after verifying the condenser was clean and clear of debris blockages. Advised customer that the unit is a ductless dryer and has to condense moisture to remove it from the clothing and this process can take twice as long as conventional dryer design. It is also crucial the the loads are small to medium and large loads such as bedding and large quantities of clothing at once though they may wash well, will not be able to dry in me cycle due to preventing proper air flow through the clothing. Unit is cleaned and operating as designed at time of service.

Arrived onsite for washer not cleaning clothes. On inspection found during agitation cycle that the tub was spinning with the agitator. Gain access to the bottom of the unit found that actuator was not attached to the clutch. Fixed the issue and now the agitation is separated move separately from the tub. No water leaks detected during service.

"Arrived to inspect cooling issues after electrical storm. The customer described an issue where the unit would cool erratically after an electrical storm occurred. I entered service test mode and found error 10 x1-753D, 108 x255-0D, 107 x16-0D, 721 x23-9D, 508 x93-5D, 109 x29-50D, 300 x33-1D, 304 x141-1D, 716 x1-132D, 714 x1-132D, 715 x1-132D, 802 x1-111D, 100 x4-50D, 103 x14-50D, 106 x255-0D, 112 x2-50D, 102 x11-50D, 105 x3-71D, 111 x1-71D, 303 x39-0D. I manually tested all fans and found the only one that would actually operate and show RPMs as well, was the FF fan, even though it was listed as an error in the service test modes. Testing other fan loads showed they all had the 13.6VDC (within 2%) present, but none had the PWM trigger present and only the FF had PWM triggering. I deduced the issue was within the control and removed and replaced. All fun ns returned to the unit with all fans operating as expected. No leaks observed during service.

"Arrived onsite for unit leaking water. Upon arrival. Removed top panel and bottom front panel and ran normal cycle. Ran unit and inspected all hoses, valves, and bellow. There is no water leaking from components. Found drain filter and bottom of bellow completely clogged with debris and water leak is from under door at bellow. Clean bellow, and drain filter. Test unit and water now drains smoothly and no leaks present. Job complete.

Arrived on site for a washer that is making a banging noise and also squeaking when in spin. Upon arrival I put unit into diagnostics and ran a cycle and heard the banging and squeaking. I then checked the under chassis and found that the tub was banging agains the chassis and the squeak was coming from the chassis flexing. I leveled out the unit to. Compensate and tested unit and found that loud banging was gone in the squeaking as well. Job complete.

"WDT730PAHZ0 Arrived to inspect no operation. I found the unit would not power on and that it was incorrectly connected by the installer. After power was applied, the unit would not fill and the water supply was off. At that point all functions were present within a service mode test and the unit operated as designed.
