"KBFN502ESS02 Arrived to inspect cooling issue. The evaporator had frozen and I inspected the evaporator. The defrost thermistor showed 7.95 Kohm and was well within specifications. I found the RC thermistor had dismounted from the housing and was laying against the evaporator, causing thermal misread and creating the temperature and frosting issues. I removed ice form the evaporator and corrected thermistor position. Operational test good, no leaks observed during service. Warranty applied."

The customer advised that the unit does dispense ice, but it does not dispense water regardless of what you do. Attempted to run the water dispenser and found no activity coming from the refrigerator at all. checked the user interface and found all connections working. Gained access to the water valve and found one of the connectors not fully seated on the water valve. Seated the connector onto the water valve and test the unit again. "Arrived on site for a washing machine that is completing cycles, but is not washing well. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that the unit will make it through a wash but the clothes are not coming out clean. She also advised the unit is making sounds that it has never made before. I ran the unit through diagnostics and did not find any stored error codes. Ran the unit through an auto test and found weird noises coming from the agitator during agitation and spin. Found the agitator extremely loose. Removed the agitator and checked the basket. Found the basket wobbling from side to side, indicating a stripped hub assembly. Replaced the hub assembly and reassembled the unit. I ran the unit through diagnostics testing and the unit began to work and operate as designed. Call complete."

Arrived on site for a refrigerator. That is not making ice. Inspected unit and work area. Did confirm the customers complaint and ran the unit through diagnostics. I checked temperature in the freezer and from the freezer sitting at 1?F. Found all components tests pass except for the icemaker error codes. Fixed the top to be even with the cabinet. tested the unit and found the dryer operating as normal. The customer advised that sometimes when they open the door, they have lint that will come out of the dryer. They asked if there was supposed to be some sort of felt liner somewhere to help catch more than lint. I did explain to the customer that their dryer was set up properly and that lint inside of the dryer could indicate an issue with airflow. did find that the dryer had a huge loop and did explain to the customer that they may want to shorten their vent hose going into the wall. "Arrived onsite for a dishwasher that beeps three times and starts draining the stops and starts it all over again. I powered the unit up and found it beeping and the UI changing to different selections on its own like the UI was shorting out. I checked the junction box and found proper polarity and 121VAC. I changed the UI and had the same results. I removed the outer door and disconnected all of the loads from the main control except the UI, powered it up, and it no longer did it. I connected one molex connector at a time until they were all connected and it was working as designed. I checked stored error codes and found a F9E2. I ran the service cycle and the unit completed the cycle and worked as designed. When I hung the outer door on the inner door and squeezed the two together to put the top screws in the door the unit started beeping and jumping between all the selections again. When I leaned the outer door out and away from the inner door it would stop. I inspected the harnesses and tried to move them around along with pressing on everything on the inner door and could not duplicate the problem. I pressed on the UI against the outer door and the unit would start acting up at times. I called techline and spoke with Rich SR# 7736888886. Rich advised replacing the harnesses and possibly the UI again. Im gonna order the harnesses and UI along with everything that mounts in the inner door. Turn the water back on and ran the unit through an icemaker jump. Found the unit continuing to cycle and would not shut off. When I hadnt replaced the icemaker and tested the unit. Found the unit cycling as designed but the icemaker did not fill. Checked the fill tube and found frozen over. steamed out the ice buildup and checked the diagram for any fill tube heaters. Found that this unit does not have a fill tube heater. Cycled the unit again and found the unit working in operating as designed. I did advise the customer to keep an eye on the unit and to call back if any other issues persist. Call complete.

"WRS315SNHM06 Arrived in to inspect mullion too hot. I found the mullion was extremely hot, likely in excess of 120?F and inspected. The lower right of the cabinet had been crumpled and the metal was folded over itself, just below the gasket sealing surface and above the door hinge. The unit had been dropped from a significant height at some point prior to being installed in the customer location. I was able to re-form the metal and sealed the affected area with MFG approved sealant. The gasket required re-forming and re-bedding as well. Further inspection revealed the condenser fan was not installed onto the motor shaft and there was no cooling of the condenser and compressor, leading to the extreme system heat on both low and high sides. After correcting the issue, I noted the system cooling down to acceptable limits. I advised the customer to contact us if there are further cooling issues. No water connections to unit."

"WTW5057LW0 Arrived to inspect no operation. I found the unit had power, but the drain pump would not operate. I discovered the drain pump harness had failed near the connection with the main harness and I removed and replaced the lower harness assembly. Testing revealed the unit regained all normal functions. No leaks observed during service."

Arrived onsite for dishwasher not cleaning. On inspection found the pod that never dissolved. Customer said it has never worked well since they moved in a few weeks ago. On further inspection found the water was turn off to the unit. Ran the unit in diagnostics mode heard the water entering the unit and heard the water from the spray arm on the door. Heard the unit drain. The unit is operating as designed and no water leaks detected during service.

Arrived onsite for oven door not closing correctly. On inspection found that the left side of the door did not close all the way. Pulled door and replaced the hinges on the door. Arrived on site for a dishwasher that is flashing an F2 E2 (UI unresponsive) error code. The customer advised this code generally appears at the end of the cycle and that they were having consistent issues with it. Did confirm the customers complaint and replaced the user interface assembly. Ran the unit through diagnostics and the unit began to work and operate as designed. Call complete.

Arrived onsite for gas cooktop clicking. Upon arrival inspected and found customer was experiencing normal operation. Igniters are in series but only the burner which the gas valve is opened will ignite. Instructed customer that this is operating as designed. Job complete

"Arrived on site and found Test 56 shows E5, cleared error by cycling power to refrigerator at breaker for 1 minute. Icemaker passed test 57, passed 45, passed test 36, freezer temper is 3 degrees, icebox temperature is 19. Spoke with techline they recommended also running 58 which passed. Checked thermistor at control and it is correct. Tech line recommended replacing icemaker heater I believe it may be intermittently freezing. If issue continues and icemaker will be needed customer is aware they are back ordered. Tech line should also be contacted again on return visit 7736885590"

"Arrived on site for a dryer that smells like smoke. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that the house was her daughters house and she was unsure as to what exactly was going on with it. I plugged the unit in and immediately saw sparks coming from the back of the unit. Unplug the unit and remove the back cover. Found that the high limit thermostat had completely blown and the wire harness surrounding it. I had completely grounded against the blower wheel housing. The unit will need a new wire, harness, fuse, and I limit thermostat for repair. Ordering the wire harness and rescheduled the customer to 7/25.; ordrng 1 WPW10450286 (Wire harness)"

Arrived onsite to install previously diagnosed parts. Upon arrival I installed the new door seal and screws and tested the unit and found unit operating as designed. No leaks

Arrived onsite for a no cool refrigerator. I found the evaporator completely frosted over and put the unit in a forced defrost but the heater was not turning on. Diagnostics showed a failed defrost thermistor. The customer stated that he had only had the refrigerator for a couple of months but could not find the POP at this time. I explained that I would order the parts needed for the issue and went over defrost instructions explaining to fully defrost 48 hours before we return but also explained that he needed to contact the office and send in the POP for the repair to get covered under warranty. "Arrived on site for washer, inspected unit and work area. Customers complaint making really loud noises. Inspected the cam and belt area and found no gear oil only the grease that comes on the gear case shaft. Im ordering a belt and returning with pre-screened parts. Returning tech to install belt, cam, screws and gearcase. No leaks where observed during service. Arrived onsite for burner not working. On inspection found that the middle burner was turning off got between high and simmer. This is a known issue that the valve has to be replaced. Ordering a new valve; ordrng 1 W11246817 (Center burner valve .)

"Arrived onsite for dryer not drying. On inspection the cutoff sensor was open. Replaced the cutoff sensor and retested unit, the unit is operating as designed. It is now heating."

Arrived onsite for a vent hood that is having issues where the grid filters will not come out. Upon inspection I found that the only way I could remove the was to use a plastic trim removal tool to pry them out. I contacted Austin at tech line and told him of my findings and it was determined that this issue may have created by an installation error. Up further investigation I found that the back of the hood was not lined up with the rest off the unit I adjusted this and test fitted the grill filters and found that the fit better and were easier to remove and install. Mrs. tested herself and was satisfied with how the filters fit and came out and when back in. sr#7736873389.

Arrived onsite for unit not draining properly. Upon arrival inspected unit. Ran Darwin pump and was energized. Ran auto test and failed during drain cycle. Tilted unit and drain pump kicked on. Arrived on site for refrigerator not cooling in fc. Upon arrival confirmed issue and found evap fan making a. Grind8ng noise when running. Also found center foam air guide broken and was able to repair damaged foam. Replaced evap motor and instructed customer to give unit 24 hrs to stabilize temps. Call complete

Arrived onsite and found dislodged hinge spring. Repaired by installing hinge spring to secure door tension. All checks good.

"Arrived onsite for a washer is not spinning out the clothes upon arrival I found F7e4 and f7e1. F7e7 codes stored I found that the agitator spun faster that the basket with clothes in it. I replace the the cam and the actuator and tested the unit with clothes in it again and found no change. Im ordering the basket, gears and the motor. Arrived onsite for a microwave/oven combo with the microwave cavity light not working after the bulb was replaced. I found 121VAC going to the light transformer when the door was opened but no voltage out of the transformer. I replaced the transformer and the light is working as designed. Call complete.
