Replaced actuator under parts warranty. Didn't feel any binding in the cam / splutch. I tested the unit and heard a weird electrical noise, but it stopped and unit worked perfectly fine. Advised Darrell that if actuator fails again we need to replace the cam / actuator / capacitor and control, to resolve any possible backfeeding or control issues. Call complete."

"KOCE500ESS11 Arrived to inspect microwave RF emissions after cabinet corrected by builder. I found the builder corrected the cabinet issue and the chassis was no longer sitting on the oven vent at the lower front of the unit. The microwave door had been jarred loose at some point and I was able to correct the outer door mounting and tested the unit. I found emissions steadily below the 5mW at 2 limit around the perimeter of the unit, except for approximately 1.5 seconds during the rotation of the liquid within the unit, per revolution. Per customer request, I contacted the MFG, tech Kurt, file #7735466866 to report the issue and ask for guidance. The MFG tech said unit is within limits and no further repair needed. Operational test good."

I vacuumed the system to 380 microns and then monitored for an additional 15 minutes. Holding vacuum, I charged with the MFG prescribed amount of refrigerant and tested. The ice maker housing require adjustment and after correcting, the ice bin gasket sealed as designed. Operational test good, no leaks observed during service."

"Arrived on site to inspect dryer shutting off too soon and clothes not drying. Upon further inspection, i tested the airflow using my vent test kit and the unit passed both tests. I tested the unit on the customer setting of Normal/Medium heat. While testing, I rubbed my fingers across the sensors and found the heat was not coming on as it should. Using a wet rag, I tested the sensors again and got the same results. I found the eco boost selection was on. Turned the eco boost off and retested and found the heat would turn on more frequently but would not stay on for very long. I removed the front panel and tested the coils and found them out of range. Removed and replaced the coils and retested and unit is operating as designed. No lint observed during service, job completed."

Arrived on site for a refrigerator that has an a line doors. Inspected unit and work area. Found the issue with the unit is that the flooring underneath the refrigerator is unlevel causing the doors not to align properly. Adjusted the feet to where the doors were aligned but the unit would not rock. Tested the unit and the unit is working as designed. Customer advised they were having issues with her icemaker spitting out small and large cubes. Tested the unit and found very minimal water pressure coming to the icemaker. Checked the water dispenser and found the same issue with water flow. The customer had another filter so we swapped out the filter and water back in flow through as designed. I did advise the customer that they just needed to replace the water filter. The unit is not working as designed. Call complete.

"Arrived onsite to install previously ordered parts. Upon arrival Customer explained about continued heating issues. Replaced power cord W11023766 and bake/ broil ignitor harness W11198972. Test unit by preheating to 350. At the 6th cycle unit attempts to ignite with 9 clicks 3 times, then never attempts again and temperature drops completely. Contacted Tech-line for assistance. Tech mentioned Service pointer for similar unit to this one. Sp # W10622771. Tech recommended checking DSI ( main control) system. Tech said during operation the ground is opening up and not allowing gas valve to turn on. Remove bake burner tube clean ground and bend ignitor. Believes that ground is issue during heat expansion. Tech gave SR# 7735449070. Checked all grounds and and tested. Grounds are good. Checked gap between ignitor and burner tube per Service pointer and is larger than the recommended 1/4 . Adjusted ignitor to 1/4 gap and test unit. Pre heated oven and burner ignited every time on 1st spark. Watched unit cycle several times and ignites everytime on 1st click."

"Arrived on site for range intermittently staying on. Upon arrival found no errors in diagnostics. Found following results for hardware Sensor(1.071k), bake element(22.3), broil element(16.1). Ran oven for 45 minutes and got an average of 337-343 when set to 350. Called techline and spoke with Tj sr#7735387347. Went over burner operation as well as oven but found no failures during tests. Tighten down infinite switch connectors and found arching stopped. TechLine instructed unit is operating as designed but instructed to bump up oven calibration. Increased it to 10. Informed customer of findings. Call complete"

Arrived onsite for IM not working. On inspection found the FC was -2 and RC was 36 and the IM was not responding to test mode. I pulled the IM out looked to make sure the fill was not frozen. Did find a frozen fill tube. I dumped the ice that was in the tray retested the unit. Test worked this time it dumped and refilled the tray. I dumped the out and reran the test again. It dumbed the ice (water) and re filled the tray. Informed the customer to give it 24 hours to produce ice if not to call us back. No water leaks detected during service.

Arrived onsite for simmer going out on dual burner. On inspection found the simmer would not ignite when turn to simmer on the cooktop. I could here the gas coming out of the orifice but it would not ignite. I saw the orifice was 57 I installed a 75 orifice in the unit. Now there is enough gas being pushed through the burner to ignite the simmer flame on the burner. The cooktop is operating as designed and no gas leak detected during service.

Customer stated that not all the time, but some of the time the unit goes off balance and stops the cycle, extending the cycle. Last occurrence unit walked, knocked into another appliance and pulled the socket outlet off of the wall. Current load were sheets. Took picture of king size sheets that were all to one side of the machine causing a out of balance pause. Adjusted sheets and ran load. Unit completed without error. Called warranty tech line. I tested power to the control and found line 1 had no power. I removed the UI and pulled the unit from the cabinet. I found line 1 was loose at the wall. I secured the wiring and found line on restored. I reinstalled the new UI and still found no response. I removed the UI and installed a new main control and the original UI.I found the unit now powers up and functions properly. The foam strip at the lower keeps falling off into the blower wheel. Arrived onsite for a refrigerator not making ice properly and the RC drawers not opening correctly. I found the icemaker defective and replaced it. I found ice build up in the fill tube. I removed the ice and ran a fill test. I found the icemaker filling correctly and the fill valve not weeping. The drawers need to be lubricated. They are hard to open because the glides are dry. The bottom drawer jumped the track because of this and was stuck. Returning tech needs to check the icemaker and make sure the fill valve did not start weeping again when returning to grease the slides of all the RC drawers. I corrected the drawer. Found gap on bottom of RC cabinet. Used silicone to seal gap. Ran force defrost heater and will not energize. Test heater and has 80 ohms of resistance.
