While applying lokring, lokring failed. Called tech line for assistance. Explained that if failed lokring were cut off, there would not be sufficient steel line to add another lokring. Tech recommended returning with Mini-hacksaw to preserve as much line as possible and solder an extension sleeve joining the condenser line. Provided SR#7735421228. "Arrived on site to install previously diagnosed and ordered part. Per previous techs diagnosis, I was to remove and replace the front left orifice holder. However, I found the screws were broken off in the old holder and I did not have any screws sent with me today. I removed the cooktop and was able to get the broken screws out the orifice holder. I reassembled the unit and took a screw from the back left burner and placed it in the front left to hold it in place and make is usable until I can return with two new screws. I am ordering the screws and scheduled return service for 01/06/23. No gas leaks detected during service and unit does not need the front left holder.; ordrng 2 WP3368921 (Torx screws)s"

"Arrived on site for a refrigerator that is not cooling properly. Inspected unit and work area. Found unit was cooling but wasnt making very much ice and was above temperatures in both departments. Gained access to the back and found a leak at the return line from the condenser. Resealed the weld at the condenser line and attempted to charge the unit up with nitrogen. Found nitrogen holding at 125 psi for 20 minutes. Vacuum down the unit and found Dino pressure. Went to charge the unit and found the the R 600 kit I had was leaking from the shut off valve. Spoke to CS and was advised to attempt to charge the unit up anyway. Attempted to charge the unit and found that the compressor would not run. Found the compressor overloading indicating a closed refrigerant line. Bled out the system and attempted to re-weld the line. Was unable to correct the issue and due to a leaking R600 kit, we will need to reschedule the customer. Spoke to the office and they have already rescheduled the customer to 1/9. ; O-emld tckt"

"Arrived onsite for Fnt Lft Burner Won't Turn Off / Hot Light On & On Light On . Upon arrival unit is unplugged. Restored power and Cooktop on and cooktop hot lights remain on continuous. Disconnected right left element and both lights continue lit. Contacted techline for assistance. Tech had me check voltage at p10 connector at control and am getting 120 from pin 2 to ground. Tech determined that the Infinite switch needs to be replaced. Tech gave SR# 7735414175. Also customer states that the oven does not maintain temperature after it is preheated. Test oven by preheating to 350 and got 361. Cycled unit and the low is 306, 350 average is 339. Control is not allowing me to get into calibration. Ran diagnostics and calibration shows is set to zero. I am getting a 20 degree difference from my thermocouple . Need to order and replace control and left front infinity switch. "Arrived on site for washer having off Balance loads, inspected unit and work area. Entered diagnostics and retrieved error codes F0E3, F0E5 and F2E1. I then Cleared the error codes and ran a diagnostics cycle and it passed on every step. While in diagnostics I found that the gear case was making loud bearing noises, I tilted unit backwards and found no oil. Installed new parts and calibrated control to new gearcase. I then ran a diagnostics cycle and everything passed with nothing from normal. Unit is now operating as designed. No leaks where observed during service.

"Arrived on site for a dryer that is not drying clothes. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that they can run 355 minute cycles and clothes are still barely dry. She advised that no matter what cycle it is, including time dry, that the unit has problems. Ran the unit on a normal dry cycle using a vent test kit and found the vent tester reading poor airflow circulation for all dryers. I tested it with the vent hose removed and found good airflow circulation for all dryers. I did advise the customer that the issue is going to be with her venting and found their vent hose was about 7 feet long and had collapsed on top of each other several times. Did advise the customer to change their vent hose to a periscope style vent hose due to the positioning of their exhaust going through the house. I also advised that if they have further issues past that, the issue most likely would be with their venting going through the house. The husband had advised that they believed the dryer vented into the attic which probably is causing their issue. The customer is going to go ahead and try to figure out where the venting is and correct it and will call back if any other issues persist. Call complete."

"Arrived on site to inspect dryer noises and burning odors. Upon further inspection, I tested the unit and immediately I heard the banging noise and could smell so,etching burning. As I disassembled the unit, I found a sheet metal screw in the front drum seal on the left side (photos). Once disassembled, I pulled the unit out and removed the element and found the middle metal plate badly warped and so,w lint on the element that was burning. I tested the rollers and tension pulley and found they needed to be replaced as does the drive belt. I removed and replaced the element, both rollers, tension pulley and belt. Cleaned the unit (before & after photos) and reassembled the unit. Retested and the unit is operating as designed. No lint observed at the end of service, job completed."

"Arrived on site to inspect dishes leaking water. Upon further inspection, the customer provided a photo of water on the floor at the bottom the door left side. I placed the unit in diagnostics showing no error codes and tested. Unit operated as designed. I removed the toeplate and outer door panel and retested several times and could not duplicate the leak. After approximately seven tests, the unit finally began to leak at the bottom left corner of the door. I traced the leak back to the top left side the door where water was leaking through the door gasket. I removed and replaced the gasket and cleaned the water from the door and areas of the leak and retested. Unit is operating as designed with no further leaks. I recommended the customer monitor the unit and if they see it leaking again to call it in for service. No water leaks observed at the end of service, job completed."

"Arrived on site to inspect range oven temps. Upon further inspection, the customer advised that their inspector advised the unit oven was too hot at 40 degrees over preheat temp (390/350). I advised the customer that its normal for the unit to get hotter than the preheat temp. Using my multimeter, I placed my thermal lead in the center of the middle rack and tested temps on Bake at 350 degrees. My preheat temp was 456. Next four readings were 289, 376, 299, 368 for an average temp of 357.6 degrees. I advised the customer that the unit is operating as designed. I tested the cooktop burners and they all are operating as designed. No gas leaks detected during service, job completed."

Arrived on site to diagnose a refrigerator that was leaking. Found icemaker fill line was frozen due to previous issue. This caused it to fill outside of the icemaker and run into bottom of freezer. Line is clear and no leaks found during testing. Job is complete.

Arrived onsite for f7 error code. Tested and reset heater function in diagnostics and found unit is now operating as designed. Advised customer on repair. All checks good. Advised customer on use and care.

Arrived on site for a washing machine that is unresponsive and wont power on. Inspected unit and work area. Found the unit full of water and the control not doing anything. Checked underneath and found the drain pump cover and connector disconnected from the actual drain pump. Re-fixed the connector back onto the drain pump and immediately heard the unit drain out and allow the control to start working. Ran the unit through an auto test in the unit ran as designed. Call complete.

After further inspection I found the magnetic strip around the slider separating and replaced slider then reassembled and tested unit and found washer could complete cycles as designed. "Arrived on site to diagnose washer that was not running loads, wouldn't go past sensing. Examined unit and could not get it to enter diagnostic mode. I checked wiring and found a broken wire in the harness going to the drain pump. I repaired the broken wire with a solder seal, and tested control and drain pump. Found both had shorted when wire failed. Replaced control and drain pump. Ran unit and verified all working as designed. Call complete."
