"Arrived on site for a washing machine that is not draining. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that they were in the middle of a wash cycle, and that there was a message that popped up while the unit still had water in it. They advised that they were able to get the unit drained out to get their clothes out b7ut they tried again without causing k these and had the same issue. I gained access to the control and found proper resistance through the drain pump circuit. I checked the drain pump and found the drain pump impeller a little worn. I went ahead and replaced the drain pump and tested the unit. I found the unit working and operating as designed. I test the unit again just to be sure and found the drain pump wouldn't drain again. I lifted the machine and started wiggling the drain pump wires. I found the drain pump kick on and start to drain indicating a short in the wire harness. I replaced the wire harness and test at the unit. I found the unit working and operating as designed with no leaks present during operation. Call complete. W11568984 and W11700916."

The customer advised that part of the ice maker broke, and when it broke, it got into the ice container and started mangling the ice container bin. He also stated that he is getting icr building up in the bottom of the freezer section. I did confirm both of the customers complaints. I replaced the ice maker and ice container. I also found d the ice in the fre3zer being caused by a clog i. The drip pan and drain tube going to the drip tray underneath. I removed all ice obstructions and was able to flow through the drain tube. I found water being able to flow freely.Do the drip tray underneath. "WRS335SDHM07 Arrived on site for unit making loud noise and continuously running. Upon arrival, customer stated the evaporator fan motor continuously runs and will shut off occasionally. Customer had freezer temperature setting to 4 bars and refrigerator setting to 3 bars. Confirmed fan motor shuts off when doors are open. Customer has no complaints on cooling. Proceeded to switch temperature setting to 1 bar. After a minute and a half, fan motor naturally shut off. Switched temperature settings back to customers preferred setting and fan motor kicked back on. The noise the customer is hearing is coming from the evaporator fan motor. Proceeded to replace WP2315549 evaporator motor. Tested unit and now, unit is functioning as designed. Customer is happy with the results. No water leaks detected at this time. No parts needed."

I tested the right rear burner in both right rear and left front positions but found the element would not work. I tested the left front element and found both recepticals working. I went to replace the element and found the one sent with me was the wrong one. Ordering the correct element and rescheduled the customer to 2/6.
