Arrived onsite to inspect dryer making a lot of noise since last repair. I found that the vent hose was not attached. I opened up the unit and bypassed the door switch to test the unit with the front off. I found a buzzing sound coming between the bulkhead and the chassis. I added sound pads and tightened everything back up. I tested the dryer and it sound normal and is working as designed. I connected the vent hose. I advised the customer to get the house vents cleaned because of the build up I found in the chassis. I removed the lint. Call complete.

"Arrived on site for a dryer that is taking a grinding sound as the unit is running. Inspected unit in work area. Customer advised that sound husband pretty much just on my way Im not sure exactly what happened but still wanted to have the unit checked out. Tested the unit in a normal dry cycle and found the unit heating, tumbling, and ventilating as designed with no abnormal sounds present. Remove the front panel and check the blower wheel for any cracks. Did not find any evidence of any damage done to the blower wheel. Did explain to the customer that it is possible that something was stuck like a piece of jewelry or a screw of some kind. Was unable to replicate the failure and the unit is working as designed. "Arrived on site to diagnose oven that is not heating items evenly while cooking. Issue has occurred in both ovens, and issue has been ongoing almost since purchase. Checked Temps and found them correct. Called tech line, SR 7734397504. Tech Line rep advised the only 2 things that we can address that can affect this are the level of the unit and if the vent is crushed. When I checked the level I found the left side 1/4 lower than the right, and found the vent on the lift side had some bends in it as well. I straightened the vent and advised the customer can attempt to shim the unit 1/4 on the left. If these solutions do not change the behavior of the unit there is no other repair we can attempt or make, unit working as designed or has uneven insulation causing imbalanced Temps. Call compete."

"Arrived on site to inspect washer error codes. Upon further inspection, I placed the unit in diagnostics showing error code F9E1. Cleared the code and continued with testing. When the unit was in drain mode, the drain pump was loud and rattling and failed to pump the water out of the unit. I found a large amount of debris at the front bottom portion the bellow at the drain ports. Cleared the debris and pulled the unit out and inspected the drain pump filter. I found a few pieces of debris in the filter, but not enough to keep it from draining. I removed and replaced the drain pump/filter and retested the unit. Unit is operating as designed. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

"Arrived to instal previously diagnosed and ordered parts. I evacuated the system to the outside and noted a large amount of charge, indicating a very low likelihood of any leaks. I R/Rd the compressor, dye drier and service port and then vacuumed the system to 380 microns. After allowing it to set for an additional 15 minutes, I charged with the MFG prescribed 68 grams. The unit cooled as designed and liquid leak testing revealed no issues at any of the existing or new joints. Operational test good, no leaks observed during service."

I placed the filter back in the filter head and retested and it failed to dispense water. I removed and replaced the filter head and placed a new filter in the unit and it is operating as designed. "Arrived on site to follow up on refrigerator that has barely made any ice since icemaker was replaced. I checked Temps and found freezer at 1, and RC / Pantry at 42. I found some of the RC shelves were obstructed, blocking airflow. I also found the condenser coils were covered in dust and animal hair as well. The icemaker is cycling and filling fine, unit is just not producing ice due to higher than normal Temps in the RC. Advised customer that condenser coils should be cleaned regularly and to monitor RC temp. Once it drops, ice production should be normal. Call complete."

"Arrived on site and inspected refrigerator and found freezer temperature is 3 degrees, took pictures. Fresh food temperature is 58? , there is some juice boxes blocking airflow from damper but this should not have raised temperature that high. ran test three and damper is opening and closing properly. When damper is open air can be felt exiting it. just inside a vent temperature is 29 to 34?. Spoke with CS, fresh food harness that contains thermistor is no longer available to be ordered as a new part however it is still possible to splice in a new thermistor and this may make a difference but it is not guaranteed. Arrived on site for a washing machine with a strong sewage smell. On arrival the customer stated they had a plumber out and eliminated the water supply to the unit. They also found they could smell it in the room behind the washroom. I was able to smell the dead animal/sewage type smell upon entering the washroom. I gained access to the bottom of the unit and inside the tub. I found nothing abnormal. I could also not smell anything abnormal in these areas. I ran a diagnostics cycle on the unit and found the smell was slightly amplified when draining. I found the unit fine and informed the customer of my findings.

"Arrived on site for a washing machine that is going off balance. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that every single load they run goes off balance and makes a strange sound. Ran the unit through a high-speed spin and confirmed the sound. Let it out the top while the unit was spinning and found the basket bouncing every which direction. Took to dispense the basket by hand and found that the basket was not spinning evenly. Remove the basket and leveled out the gearcase driveshaft. Found the driveshaft unlevel. Also found the basket torn up at the bottom. Spoke to W and was advised to order the basket, gear case, spanner nut, and suspension. Ordering parts and the office will need to contact the customer about a return date due to an out of stock and PSP item.
