"Arrived on site to test unit for freezing food in RC. Upon arrival inspected unit, found fill funnel is leaking causing ice buildup on the FC fan shroud. Also caused the damper to be frozen shut causing freezing air to constantly be sent into the RC. Replaced diffuser (W11645127) and attached fill tube extension (WPW10496649) from truck stock to the fill funnel. Sealed around the back liner and tested, fill funnel is no longer leaking and damper is opening and closing properly. Unit is now running as designed, no leaks detected, job complete."

Arrived on site for a washing machine that will not drain. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that they were in the middle of a wash.Cycle and the unit would not drain or unlock. They must they were able to remove the water and get it unlocked but they didn't try again. I did confirm the customer's complaint and checked resistance from the control down to the drain pump. I found it open and checked again at the drain pump. I found proper resistance at the drain pump indicating a failed wire harness. I replaced the wire harness and tested the unit. I found the unit working and operating as designed. Call complete. W11643701.

"Arrived on site to inspect washer noises. Upon further inspection, I placed the unit in diagnostics showing no error codes. Continued with testing and the unit operated as designed until it went into spin mode, at which time, the unit began to make a loud metal on metal screeching noise. Tilted the unit back and removed the Pulley shield and found belt residue in the shield and found where the belt had been slipping on the pulley and motor pulley. Removed the pulley from the cam and found gearcase oil on the cam and pulley. I removed and replaced the gearcase, cam and belt and calibrated the unit and retested. Unit is operating as designed. "Arrived on site to test unit for long dry times. Upon arrival customer stated unit takes multiple cycles to dry clothes, up to 6. Also mentioned that there is no lint on the screen after cycles. Ran a vent test and found poor airflow. Disconnected vent and ran another vent test, airflow good. Advised customer that there is some sort of issue with the venting system. A restriction is causing all the moist hot air to stay inside the drum and causing long dry times. Advised to hire a professional company to get the vents cleaned out. Contacted techline to document SR#7740862501, per techline vent test is showing unit is running as it should. No parts recommended. If customer has any questions she can contact WPL or the office. Unit is running as designed, no gas leak detected, no parts installed, job complete."

"Arrived on site to inspect washer leaking and not filling with cold water. Upon further inspection, I found the unit in a closet in the garage. Placed the unit in diagnostics showing error code F0E4-spin limited by water temp. Cleared the code and continued with testing. Customer advised the unit won't spin and they're not getting cold water. Also advised of previous company's repairs to include the gearcase, valve, suspension rods. The unit completed diagnostics and i gained access to the valve and found the hot and cold hoses switched on the valve which would explain why they're not getting cold water. I corrected the hoses and retested and unit is operating as designed. I did find rust on the top panel and at the top of the front panel, along with a dent in the top right corner of the top panel. Also found moisture on the underside of the lid. Customer advised previous company did the damage to the unit and i recommended they contact their extended warranty to make a claim. Unit is operating as designed and no water leaks observed during service, job completed."

Arrived onsite for unit continuously draining and popping up F8E4. I found a drain electrical problem error. I replaced the drain pump. Units issue still persists. I fixed the drain line as it was kinked and not ran behind the dishwasher but it did not solve the issue. I found the float switch showing open on both positions whi h is leading to the drain pump constantly running and popping the error up. Will need to order a float switch and control just in case. Ordering W11545764 Float Switch and W11462459 Control. Office to RS as I was not able to ask customer. "Arrived on site to install previously ordered and diagnosed parts per previous technician. I installed the latch and strike and found that the door is still pushing itself open. I pulled the unit out and found that the leveling was off and 6 weight was not evenly distributed, causing the door to go out of alignment. I also found that the unit was sitting too high and too close to the counter. I made sure that the unit was sitting square and made some minor adjustments to the hindges so that they were operating correctly. The customer also expressed a separate concern that she wanted the door to open only about 6 inches and no further. I explained and showed her how the door is designed with the hinges and that it has a slow open feature. The door was opening like it is designed. After making the adjustments and leveling, the dishwasher is now latching properly. However, the unit will need to be mounted to the cabinet by the builder since the unit had to be lowered during the adustemt and leveling. WPW10653840 WPW10544004 no water leaks observed during service."

I checked the valves and found them to be completely clogged with sand, rocks, and debris. "Arrived on site to follow up on washer not starting cycles / not spinning. Based on previous repairs performed I replaced the wiring harness to resolve. Unit seemed to be dropping voltage to clutch, and was likely due to broken wiring. Once I replaced the harness I ran the unit in spin. Found it would high speed spin. I did notice once I cancelled that cycle that the unit would not unlock at all even in diagnostics. I broke off the latch and replaced it. I tested the unit again. Found that with the latch and bezel on the unit would recognize the lid is closed and properly start a cycle. Unit was in another room so I did not have access to water, but I was able to run it on an extension cord. Allowed cycle to run until I could hear valves humming and unit said filling. This shows everything should be working as designed. Unit is being moved to the garage, and customer will follow up with me if there are any other issues with the repair. The customer advised that she's not sure if the unit is working like it should or not, but she wanted to have it checked because the reason why her bold washing machine when atlas, because it was shaking excessively. She advised that some loads go through others.Seem to be going off balance as well. I checked the suspension and found the suspension was good. I did find the unit severely unlevel due to the flooring. I adjusted the feet on the water and ran the unit through diagnostics. I found no stored error codes and ran the unit through an auto test. I found the unit working and operating as designed. I did advise the customer that part of their issue would have been due to the unit being unleveled, but did explain that loading is going to cause a lot of these issues.
