"Arrived on site to inspect the wall oven tripping the breaker. Upon further inspection, I found that the oven was tripping the breaker after 10 seconds of operation. I pulled the oven out and examined all the wiring. All the wire appeared to be good. I started the burn off procedure by replacing the bake and broil element and the control, and removed the ground from the electrical connection. I set the oven to 500 degrees and started the bake process, and ran for 30 minutes. I attempted to correct the stud and found the mounting screw would not fully seat. I switched the orifices and retested and adjusted the flames on all burners and the unit is operating as designed except the center burner head is not secured/grounded properly. Suds may have been pushed out of the vent hose, evidence of suds on the bottom framing member. Advised customer to run another cycle, mid cycle inspect inside the tub and if too many suds are present, start using less soap. If leak reappears, touch and feel if it is soapy or just water. Ran diagnostic everything seemed good further inspection found fc frozen uploaded photos. WFES3530RS0 Arrived on site for a range tripping breaker. On arrival verified issue flipped breaker back on. I installed control board bake and broil element. Removed ground wire preheated to five hundred degrees temperature reached without tripping breaker. Rewired ground back on and preheated to five hundred degrees temperature reached without tripping breaker. I checked polarity and voltage readings were correct product works as it's designed. Recommend client to contact home builder if it happens again. Whirlpool are out of service on weekends.

"Arrived on site to inspect range not working. Upon further inspection, I found the unit display blank and checked the breaker to find it's a GFCI breaker and was tripped (photo). Cycled power and unplugged the unit and removed and replaced the bake and broil elements and the main control. Completed a burnout test on Bake at 500 degrees with the ground wire disconnected at the terminal block. I tested voltage at the bake element and found 242V at the terminal block, 10amps at the bake element and 14amps at the broil element. Once the unit completed the burnout and reached preheat temp, I unplugged the unit and reconnected the ground wire to the chassis and performed another burnout on Bake at 500 degrees and the unit completed preheat as expected. I advised the customer of my repairs and testings and recommended that should the unit trip the breaker again to contact their builder and have them replace the breaker and if the unit continued to trip the breaker to call it in for service. "Arrived on site to test unit for not draining. Upon arrival customer stated she was washing a comforter and it would not drain the water during that cycle. Inspected harness, found drain pump wire broken. Repaired broken wire with a butt splice and secured harness to prevent future failure. Tested unit, unit is now draining. Ran a diagnostic cycle, all components are properly engaging and unit is now running as designed, no leaks detected, no parts installed, job complete."

F9E1 F0e1 MHW5630HC3 Arrived on site for a washer with draining issues. On arrival verified issue ran diagnostic and found error codes F9E1 AND F0E1 cleaned error codes. Took apart and found the filter full of animal hair uploaded photo and removed hair put back together and tested product works as it's designed no water leaks visible from main water supply no parts used.

Arrived onsite for unit not cooling top of unit. I found the evaporator frosted on the top. Fan was running but I found the thermistor to be sitting loosely causing defrost not to complete. I defrosted the evaporator and fit the thermistor back into place. No errors were found indicating no failures are occurring. Unit is now operating as designed. No leaks present. Call complete. No parts installed.

Arrived onsite for dryer not starting. I found the vent to be clean but lint present on the connector from the dryer. I found the fuse to be open on continuity causing the dryer not to function. Customer will have vents cleaned and I replaced the fuse. Dryer is now operating as designed. Call complete. Installed WP3392519 thermal fuse.

MED6630HW0 Arrived on site for a dryer with drying issues. On arrival verified issue tested ventilation to home it was in bad condition causing dryer to over heat and turning off after a few minutes. Timed dry worked good but isn't good for the dryer when ventilation to home is in bad condition. Instructed client to clean vent to home ASAP no parts used thank you.

MHW6630HW0 Arrived on site for a washer leaking water. On arrival found small amount of water in the pedestal. Took apart washer found a little bit of water on left bottom side I cleaned out filter it hasn't been cleaned out for awhile. I replaced drawer because it has signs water leaking tested product working as its designed no water leaks visible from main water supply.

"Arrived on site to test unit for not heating. Upon arrival customer stated unit tumbles but does not heat. Verified issue, not heating. Unit is receiving proper voltage. Tested fuses and sensors, found high limit thermostat reading open. Replaced thermostat (279816) and tested unit, unit is now heating and is running as designed, job complete."

"WFES3330RS0 Arrived on site for a range tripping breaker. On arrival verified issue client flipped breaker back on i installed control board ,bake and broil element. Removed ground wire preheated to five hundred degrees temperature reached without tripping breaker. Rewired ground back on and preheated to five hundred degrees temperature reached without tripping breaker. I checked polarity and voltage readings were correct product works as it's designed. Recommend client to contact home builder if it happens again. Whirlpool Safety not in business on the weekends."

"Arrived on site to test unit for ice buildup. Upon arrival customer presented issue, thin layer of ice is forming under the ice container. Per previous tech recommendation, replaced UI (W11387387) and tested, all components are properly engaging. Also found ice door gasket has deformed, flattened gasket and closed door to form the the ice maker assembly housing. Unit is now running as designed, no leaks detected, job complete."

"Arrived on site to test unit for not entering a spin during a cycle and latching issues. Upon arrival customer stated during a regular cycle, unit will not go into a drain and spin. Will need to be put into a drain and spin manually to wring the clothes out. Also it will cancel the cycle before agitation starts. Tested unit, mid spin a screeching noise appeared failed gear case. Replaced gear case (W11454372) and ran a calibration cycle successfully. Ran a diagnostic cycle and heard a rubbing noise coming from the splutch. Replaced splutch (W10721967) and actuator (W10913953) and tested unit, all noises have been eliminated. Noticed bottom of the agitator has scraping marks as does the basket (images attached). Ran a regular wash cycle, unit filled and before agitation, the cycle canceled and drained out with all the lights off. Replaced control (W11307244) and valve (W11210459), also replaced capacitor (W11395618) and lid lock (W11307244) as precautionary. Started a quick wash cycle and monitored incoming voltage, voltage stayed a steady 120V. Unit filled with water, right before progressing to the wash portion, all lights shut off and unit drained all the water out. After draining the water out the wash LED illuminated but there was no progression in the cycle. Will order additional parts. Returning tech to call techline. Ordering parts, rescheduled for 02/07.; ordrng 1 W10919191 (Wash plate) and 1 W10832724 (Motor)"

Arrived on site to test unit for left front and right front burners not working. Test unit and found both burners getting voltage but not coming on. Replaced large and small burner test unit and unit test good job complete. W11396790. W11396792

"Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator frost build up in the freezer. Upon further inspection, I found a sheet of ice on the bottom of the freezer and a frozen water drip coming from the evap drip pan. I pulled the unit out to gain access to the drain tube and found the evap cap tube plug wedged in the drain. I was able to get the plug removed and water from the evaporator drip pan began to flow out of the tube. I cleared the ice from the freezer section. Unit is cooling properly. Unit is operating as designed and no water leaks observed during service, job completed."

Arrived on site to test unit for upper spray arm falling on to heating element. Found upper spray arm stuck on heating element replaced heating element and upper spray arm test unit and unit test good job complete.

"Arrived on site to inspect dryer taking too long to dry clothing. Upon further inspection, I checked the previous cycle settings and found the settings on Regular Normal with a small amount small load of towels. With the door open and the door switch closed, I tested the unit on timed dry and found the unit operating as designed as is could see the element illuminating in the back right vent area. Using my vent test kit, I tested the airflow to the unit and found the unit passed/showing good airflow and the vent tube at the back of the unit is installed correctly and not restricted. I made recommendations for use and care and explained how the other settings use the sensors versus the timed dry usage. No lint observed during service, job completed."

Arrived onsite for unit not starting cycles. Drain operates normal. The unit will not start a cycle even the diagnostic test cycle. I replaced the control and tested the unit. Unit is now going through cycles and operating as designed. No leaks present. Call complete. Installed W11637583 CNTRL-ELEC.

Arrived on site to test unit for power loss. Found FC evap motor interfering with voltage and causing unit t reboot. Recomend FC evap motor and control replacement. Scheduled for 02/07. ; ordrng 1 W11578030 (Evap motor)

"Arrived on site for a washing machine that has water level issues. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that they had noticed part of the paint coming off of the use your interface and wanted to know if there was a way to resolve that issue from happening. I did explain to the customer that the reason why this happens is because of steam from the hot water. I showed the customer that the lid is leaning towards the back near the user interface, which causes the steam to rise up that way. I did explain that this is normal operation and that the only way to resolve the paint issue is to use a touch up spray paint to fix the cosmetic issue. The customer advised that the unit works otherwise and that no further service is needed. Call complete. No parts were installed."

"Arrived on site for a refrigerator that is not making ice. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that the unit stop making ice for several days and then all of a sudden started making ice again. They advise that they have not had any other issues since it came back on, but still wanted to have it checked. I found the ice container full of ice but found some cubes stuck between the ice maker bail arm and the ice maker. I removed the ice cluster and found the ice maker began to harvest a new batch. I showed the customer what was likely the issue and the customer advised that they were unaware that how to open the ice container. I showed the customer how to remove the ice container. And how to resolve this issue, if the the problem persists. Call complete. No parts were installed."

"Arrived on site to inspect dryer noises. Upon further inspection, I tested the unit and when it began to operate, it started making a loud squealing noise. Disassembled the unit and found the tension pulley roller seized to the axles and the back right roller almost seized. I removed the tension pulley roller and rear rollers and cleaned the unit including the axles. Installed new rollers and tension pulley roller and removed and replaced the three rollers on the bulkhead, one with part number WPW10314173 from my van stock. Reassembled the unit and retested and unit is operating as designed. No lint observed at the end of service and no gas leaks observed during service, job completed. 4392067, WPW10314173"
