"Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator freezing items in the fresh foods section. Upon further inspection, the customer advised that items are freezing on the top shelf at the back wall and against the side wall that backs up to the freezer section. Also, items are freezing the in the top crisper drawer. I tested temps in the FC section=9 degrees. I test temps in the RC section at the top shelf and found it at approximately 40 degrees. I tested temps in the top crisper drawer and found 33 degrees and the lower crisper drawer at 44 degrees and I noticed the UI temp settings were set at FC=2 and RC=43. I explained to the customer how the unit operates as the unit only has one evaporator that cools the entire unit. I explained how the thermistors detect the temps and determine when each section has reached suggested temp settings. I explained how the cold air will run down the back wall and anything that is blocking the gaps between the back wall and the shelving can and will freeze. Also placing items against the side wall the separates the RC from the FC can and will potentially freeze. After researching the crisper drawer temps settings, I found the customer had the settings on meat, which is the coldest setting, which will explain why the produce has been freezing in the crisper drawer. I changed the setting to produce, which is the warmest setting and advised the customer that the cooling will take 24 hours to change and correct itself. I recommended the customer monitor the unit and contact our office if cooling temps didnt change. Unit is operating as designed. No water leaks observed during service, job completed. "Arrived on site to inspect dishwasher seal loose or coming off. Upon further inspection, I checked the door gasket and found it properly installed. While checking the unit over, I found the tub seal was tucked behind the cabinets on both sides (photo). I tested the unit in a normal wash cycle and at the beginning, when the drain pump comes on, there was no abnormal noises. I canceled the the wash cycle and turned the drain pump on and again it operated as designed. Arrived onsite for broil feature not working correctly. Upon arrival I found the ignitor to be working and flame to be present. The reason as to why he was getting raw food is because the oven is not hot enough within 5 minutes of preheat to cook the food. Unit is operating as designed at time of service. "Arrived on site to test unit for strong gas odor. Upon arrival customer stated whenever the oven is in use it produces a strong gas smell to the point they have to open windows up. When unit is now in use there is no gas smell. Tested unit, unit is receiving proper voltage and has correct polarity. Started a bake cycle, when burner tube ignited noticed the flames are being pushed away from the burner holes too far. Also noticed the air shutter is open too much causing an improper air to gas ratio and allowing a larger amount of unburned gas into the atmosphere, producing a strong gas odor. Closed air shutter to about 10% open and tested unit, smell has been eliminated and the flames are now burning blue and a lot cleaner. I ran the unit three diagnostics and found an F4 E3 (wash motor not running) error code. I did confirm that the wash motor would not run. I replaced the washer motor and tested the unit. I found the unit working and operating as designed with no leaks present during operation. Call complete. W11025157.

"Arrived on site for a refrigerator that has an ice ball forming in the freezer section. Inspected unit in the work area. The customer stated that the unit was working just fine in terms of temperatures and everything else but that she was having water leaking and forming an ice ball right underneath the icemaker. I did confirm the customer complaint and found water leaking from the icemaker. I found that the icemaker itself was unlevel and spoke to SW. Due to the fill tube being on the other side of the icemaker, I was advised to just go ahead and adjust the icemaker to a more level position to see if that fixes the issue. Readjusted the icemaker and advise the customer to call back if any other issues persist. Call complete."

Arrived onsite for previously diagnosed parts. I replaced the harness and the unit will fill but when in agitate I noticed the agitator to spin in one direction and stop. I also noticed the cold valve to be trickling water into the basket. Water pressure at the line is good indicating a valve failure. I found error codes present. F7E5 F8E. These indicate shifter failure and long fill. I replaced the actuator and the unit goes through cycles with no issue now. Valve will need to be replaced for cold water to fill properly. "Arrived on site to replace previously diagnosed control, replaced and calibrated unit, ran diagnostics all components are now running properly, customer stated that unit goes off balance even on smaller loads, inspected tub and found about 50% of the holes are not punched through, will need to replace basket to fix issue ordering basket office to reschedule ; ordrng 1 W11172199 (Basket)"

"Arrived on site to install new regulator to resolve low gas pressure/inconsistent flame. Replaced regulator and tested unit. Took some time before flame would finally ignite, and once it did flames were perfect. Adjusted igniter on bottom center burner and retested. Found in retest that unit was no longer dispensing gas afterwards. Removed gas line and found gas is running through line, but no longer moving through regulator. Tried to apply some pressure to plunger and got no improvement, tried again and plunger freed, and then stuck. Regulator was defective. Ordered new regulator and set return visit for 11/20. WRS555SIHZ00 Arrived to inspect no ice. I found the ice maker would not find the home position consistently and I removed and replaced. Further inspection revealed a significant amount of ice within the ice bin lower half and all around the ice chute area. I found the chute door would not consistently close and several times it stayed approximately 1/2 open. Office to order separator. No leaks observed during service. ; ordrng 1 W11678832 (Separator)

Arrived on site to test unit for unit leaking. Test unit and found damaged tub gasket on left side creating a leak. Replaced tub gasket test unit and unit test good job complete.

Arrived on site to test unit for console locked. Tried to unlock the unit and would not respond. Replaced console test unit and unit test good job complete.

Arrived on site to test unit for no power. Test unit and found light switch turned off under sink. Turned light switch on test unit and unit test good job complete.

Arrived on site to test unit for unit not working. Test unit and found unit working as designed at this time. Unit is filling with water and draining no leaks present no water at float. Job complete.

"Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator leaking water. Upon further inspection, the customer advised they have found water puddling in front of the unit and it doesnt happen every day. I checked the freezer bottom and found a block of ice (photo) that led up to the evaporator drip pan. I found food debris at the drip pan/drain hole as well. I removed the ice and debris and pulled the unit out and removed the drain tube to find debris inside the tub blocking water flow. I cleared the tube and re-installed and it and tested. Unit is operating as designed. No water leaks observed during service, job completed. No parts installed."
