Arrived on site to inspect oven model KOEC727SPS00 door outer panel separating and falling off. Upon further inspection, I found that the factory adhesive had failed and caused the door to separate. Arrived on site to inspect washer WTW4816FW3 with clothes wet at the end of the cycle. Upon further inspection, I placed the unit in diagnostics showing error code F8E1-long fill and F3E1-pressure sensor fault. I cleared the codes and continued with testing and found the unit is operating as designed except the valve is not dispensing enough water. The customer advised that the unit makes a loud screeching noise, as well. I removed the water hoses from the valve and found debris inside the screens and the hot water hose has rust around the connector. I tilted the unit back and inspected the gearcase and its components and found signs of the belt slipping on the pulley. I removed and replaced the cam assembky, belt, and valve and calibrated the unit. Retested in diagnostics and the unit is operating as designed. I checked for error codes and found none. I found that due to the debris built up on the hot water hose, it now leaks at the valve. I turned the hot water off and I recommended that the customer replace the hoses soon. Arrived on site for ice not releasing from plate due to a defective evaporator thermistor. Removed defective thermistor, installed a new evaporator thermistor, ran diagnostic all test passed.

Arrived onsite for unit leaking. Upon arrival customer stated a tiny bit of water would come below the freezer door. Found fan running and no issues with condensation inside the cabinet. Inspected the top of the door and found slight condensation on the white liner. Inspected the liner on the unit and found slight gaps. Sealed the gaps with truck stock and advised customer that the only issue seen right now is the gaps in the liner. Advised to leave the door shut for 1 hour so the sealant can harden. Arrived on site to diagnose range with complaint of handle coming loose/off the unit. Inspected the door assembly and tested operation of the range. Found the vent handle damaged and unable to secure properly to the door assembly. Further inspection found both the left and right side trim pieces cracked/broken, preventing the handle from mounting correctly and causing instability when opening and closing the door. I powered both ovens off and preheated on bake to 500 degrees temperature reached without tripping breaker product is working as its designed. No parts used.

WTW5100HC3 Arrived on site for a washer not draining or going through cycles. On arrival, I ran diagnostic and found error codes F7E6 motor circuit open. F7E7 motor is unable to reach rims. And F7E1 actuator has failed. I used part #w11481722 actuator from another other. I calibrated then tested product is working as its designed no water leaks visible from the main water supply.

Arrived on site for dryer WED6150PW0 with issue of dryer turns off not completing cycle. Upon arrival inspected unit. There is no power to unit. Found breaker in tripped position. I restored power and breaker tripped as soon as cord was plugged in. I inspected harness and all rear components and are good. Also I noticed L1 and L2 are swapped. I corrected them but should not have been the issue since both are 120v. I restored power to breaker and this time breaker did not tripp. I ran a timed dry cycle and after about 10 minutes tripped the breaker. I restored power and retest. This time breaker tripped after 2 minutes. I replaced motor 279827. Test unit and new motor has an odd electrical sound. Need to re order motor and also ordering harness to have on hand. Upon arrival customer stated unit would not initially start a cycle following delivery; however, customer was eventually able to run a cycle successfully and unit has since operated normally. Entered service mode and found F0E5 (off balance detected) error code stored. Cleared fault code and ran diagnostic test cycle with all components properly engaging throughout operation. Unable to duplicate failure and found no functional component issues at time of service. Provided customer education regarding proper load sizing, load distribution, and cycle usage to prevent off-balance interruptions. Also advised customer that if control becomes unresponsive, cycling power may reset the control logic. Unit is running as designed, no leaks detected, no parts installed, job complete.

Arrived on site to inspect washer MVW4505MW1 lid locked. Upon further inspection, I found the unit lid in the open position and full of clothing and water. The customer removed the clothing items and I tilted the unit back and found the drain pump harness completely separated from the main harness. I removed and replaced the lower main harness and when I plugged the unit in, immediately, the drain pump came on and pumped the water out of the system. I calibrated the unit then placed it in diagnostics and cleared the F9E1-drain pump failure error code and tested. The unit is operating as designed and no water leaks observed during service, job completed. W11643701

Arrived on site to diagnose dishwasher not cleaning dishes properly. Started diagnostic cycle and retrieved F4E3 error code indicating wash motor failure. Tested unit and confirmed the wash motor was receiving proper voltage from the control board but the motor was not responding or circulating water. Removed dishwasher and replaced defective sump and motor assembly. Reassembled unit and ran multiple test cycles to verify operation. Unit is now washing correctly with proper water circulation. Arrived on site to diagnose a dishwasher with a damaged front panel. Upon inspection, I observed that the front panel was dented and scratched on the lower right side. I carefully removed the front panel to prepare for the replacement. After unboxing the new front panel, I aligned it properly with the mounting points and securely installed it. Arrived on site to diagnose dishwasher leaking during operation. Started a test cycle and monitored unit through fill and wash functions. Found water leaking from the left-hand side of the door area. Inspected door seal and found the tub gasket damaged and no longer sealing properly against the door, causing water to escape during operation. Arrived on site to test unit WTW4955HW3 for cycle not completing. Upon arrival customer stated cycles consistently stall during rinse phase and do not complete. Entered diagnostics and found F3E1 (pressure system fault) and F8E1 (long fill) error codes stored. Cleared fault codes and initiated diagnostic test cycle. During fill operation, drain pump energized continuously and would not shut off, indicating pressure sensing failure within the control. Inspected pressure hose and verified no punctures, kinks, or restrictions present. Proceeded to replace control (W11608056). Completed calibration cycle successfully followed by diagnostic test cycle with all components properly engaging throughout fill, agitation, drain, and spin operations. Unit is now running as designed, no leaks detected, job complete.

Arrived on site for left side knobs hard to turn . Also customer mentioned 30 oven broiler is not working . Found broil not sparking . Found far left manifoil valve stem bent . Arrived onsite for unit leaking and FC door issues. Customer syated the leak stopped after I cleaned the drain. Customer called in due to another company stating they need a door. I inspected the door and found old trails and the wire harness starting to separate. I advised the customer they will need a door or else their cooling might stop functioning. Customer understands, I did remove the metal pan cover to ensure no more rust clogs the drain but as of now it is clear. Ordering LW10728959 DOOR SS for repair due to harness starting to separate, office will need to RS and I also cleaned the coil due to build up. No leaks during service. Arrived on site to inspect dishwasher KDFS424SPS0 door auto open needing to be turned off. Upon further inspection, the customer advised that they need the auto open functi9n turned off. They advised that they have gone through the process of turning it off per their owners manual they printed from the manufacturer website. Following the same owners manual page, I found that the door auto open function is turned off, but the door opener is not responding. I gained access to the latch bolt and removed and replaced it. I placed the unit in diagnostics and tested and the door did not open at the end telling me the volt is turned off. The unit is operating as designed and no water leaks observed during service, job completed. W11772451

Arrived on site for a dryer RED4516FW0 not drying. Found unit is heating but not getting good airflow. Unit vents straight outside. Inspected the lint housing and found it completely clogged with a ball of lint. I removed it and tested the airflow again. Unit is heating and tumbling as designed now.

Arrived on site for refrigerator KRFF302ESS01 with failed RC gaskets on both doors. Examined and confirmed both RC door gaskets are moldy/dryer rotted and splitting woth magnet coming out. Both gaskets not available at time of service. Set return trip for 5/29 to install both door gaskets. Customer requests call with time frame for 5/29 appt. ; schdld next appmnt for 5/29 FRI !

Arrived on site for refrigerator KRFF507HBS04 that is not cooling. Examined unit and found start device clicking, and compressor does fire. Compressor stops and clicks after. Since compressor is running, this indicates a bad start device. Replaced start device with new W11615506. Tested and confirmed compressor comes on and stays on and cools. Unit working as designed. Repair completed.

Arrived on site for a refrigerator WRF736SDAM14 leaking. Accessed the valve and it had a steady drip from the housing. I shut the valve at the wall off. Arrived on site to test unit NTW4519JW2 for noise. Upon arrival customer stated unit produces abnormal noise during both spin and agitation. Entered service mode and initiated diagnostic test cycle. During agitation, verified motor running with no load engagement. Inspected lower drive components and found splutch bolt had backed out, preventing proper cam engagement and kicking belt off. Further inspection showed excessive wear on cam assembly and belt. Proceeded to replace splutch assembly (W10721967), belt (W11239857), and actuator (W11481722). Completed calibration cycle successfully followed by diagnostic test cycle with all components properly engaging throughout operation. Provided customer education regarding proper loading procedures and cycle selection. Unit is now running as designed, no leaks detected, job complete.

Arrived on site to install previously diagnosed and ordered parts. Per previous techs diagnosis of a failed filter head, water dispenser spigot, and ice maker, I removed and replaced ordered parts and tested the unit. The unit is operating as designed and no water leaks observed during service. I verified that the dual valve and the reservoir tubing connection to the incoming water hose were secured and dry. Arrived on site to replace previously diagnosed parts. Upon arrival found unit had not been manually defrosted. Removed frost and ice buildup from evaporator compartment. Proceeded to replace evap motor (12002744), harness (W11260592), and jazz board (WPW10503278). Programmed control to code 12 and restored power to unit. Verified all components properly engaging, including evaporator fan and defrost circuit operation. Unit is now running as designed, no leaks detected, job complete.

Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator KRFC236SPS02 ice maker not working. Upon further inspection, I found the customer had the ice maker tray sitting on the countertop, along with the sensor which was damaged/cut harness. I inspected the ice maker inside the freezer section and found the remaining harness wires hanging down from the ice maker housing. The unit is cooling properly at this time. It appears that the ice maker tray lost position and water filled the tray but spilled into the ice bin and created a sheet of ice. Alao found stress marks on the ice tray. Arrived on site to replace the dryer belt previously diagnosed as broken. Disassembled the unit and removed the drum to access the drive system. Installed new dryer belt and reassembled the unit. Arrived on site to test unit WDF332PAMS0 for water pooling internally. Upon arrival customer stated unit continues to overfill and leak while not in use. Inspected unit and found water actively dripping from inlet valve, confirming valve is weeping and allowing uncontrolled water entry into tub. Proceeded to replace valve (W11684258) and retested operation. Verified valve is no longer leaking and no unintended water flow is present. Unit is now running as designed, no leaks detected, job complete.

KDFE204KPS3 Arrived on site for a dishwasher with clean light flashing and beeping. On arrival, the client stated he tried everything to stop the beeping and flashing lights but nothing worked. He decided to flip the breaker and leave it off until his appointment. I flipped the breaker back on and ran diagnostic no error codes . The dishwasher went through the whole cycle, with no issues. Further inspection I found water in the drip pan thats what was causing the issue. I ran a rapid wash and no signs of any water leaks. I checked the gasket, and everything looked great. I recommended to use less soap and watch the spray arms match sure nothing stops them from turning. Product is working as its designed no parts used no water leaks visible from the main water supply.

Arrived on site to replace the previously ordered control board and main control unit on the dryer. Carefully removed the defective components and installed the new control board and control unit. After installation, conducted thorough testing of the dryers operation, including running multiple cycles to ensure all functions were working correctly. Arrived on site for a washing machine model WTW5057LW0 that wont start. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that the unit will not make it past the locking portion of the cycle. She says it locks and then does nothing until it says done. I tested the unit and confirmed the customers complaint. I checked underneath and found no issues with the wire harness. I replaced the capacitor W11395618 and tested the unit. I still had the same issue. I gained access to the control and checked resistance through the motor. I found proper resistance across both windings, indicating a good motor and wire harness. Inchecked resistance through the shifter and found it slightly out of range. I replaced the actuator shifter W11481722 and tested the unit. I still found the basket wouldnt attempt to spin. I went through the tech sheet and found the issue was with the main control. I replaced the main control W11513246 and tested the unit. The unit began to work and operate as designed with no leaks present during service. Call complete.

Arrived on site to install previously diagnosed and ordered part. Due to the User Interface (UI) failure, I removed and repalced the UI and cycled power five times. I placed the unit in diagnostics and calibrated the unit. After calibration, I tested the unit in diagnostics test mode and the unit is operating as designed. Arrived on site for a dryer WED8127LW1 not tumbling. The dryer was taken apart when I arrived. I inspected the dryer and found the motor damaged where the belt attaches. The rollers and pulley are in good shape but the belt was frayed. I used the belt 661570v and replaced the motor w11549461. Seated the new belt and tested. Unit is heating and tumbling as designed now. Unit vents straight outside.

Arrived on site for washer MHW5500FW1 with issue of door hard to close and making noise when spinning. Found light assembly was not fully installed into bellow on previous visit and hitting against cabinet . I reinstalled light and noise is now gone. As far as door, the closure of the door is correct. I explained to customer that there will be a little tougher close than with the old worn out gasket. Unit is operating as designed. Job complete
