Arrived on site to inspect dishwasher with standing water in sump between cycles. Upon initial inspection I found that the drain hose to the dishwasher was not installed properly (without high loop) and also an RO system line is in conjunction with the dishwasher drain hose. In this configuration it can lead to a high probability of back flow into the dishwasher. I installed the drain hose correctly and placed the unit into diagnostics. I did not observe any error codes. I ran a test cycle on the unit and the test cycle went through without any issues. I advised the customer of my findings and that the unit is operating as designed. No parts installed no water leaks observed during service.

Arrived on site to inspect microwave turning on as soon as closing the door. Upon further inspection I found that the just the turntable was activating as soon as I closed the door. I found that the control was bad with a stuck relay. I also notice that the interlocks were not making good contact either the strike. The customer advise that he has just moved in and that whenever they want to use either oven, the wall oven with tripped a breaker within five minutes during pre-heat. I tested the unit and confirmed the customers complaint. The customer has a double wall oven that is about 6 inches off the ground inside the cabinet. I did explain to the customer that because of the installation, I would not be able to pull the unit out without potentially causing damage to the front cabinet. I explain to the customer that they would need to make the unit accessible prior to service. The customer called his contractor and we discussed the matter. He asked if switching the oven over to a standard breaker would solve the issue which I explained it most likely would. "Arrived on site for a washing machine. That is not spitting out clothes. Inspected unit and work area. I ran the unit through diagnostics and found an F0 E5 (off balance load) error code. I ran the unit through a diagnostic test and found the unit working and operating as designed. I checked the suspension and found the suspension was good. I did find that the flooring was wood, and when the unit was spinning, I could feel the whole floor vibrating. I called Whirlpool tech line and spoke to Jake SR# 7739786521. He advised that if the unit was empty and spinning, caused the floor to shake, the flooring would be exacerbating the off-balance issue. He advised that the customer should move this washer to a concrete style flooring to ensure that the unit does not go to far off balance. However, if not possible, he advised that off-balance loads may be more prevalent due to the flooring. Advice to make no repair at this time. Call complete. No parts were installed."

"Arrived on site to test unit for leak. Upon arrival customer stated when they were trying to install the filter they left that water on, when taking old filter off water started spraying. They installed the new filter, 3 days later a major leak appears in from the unit. RC compartment flooded and leaked water out. They immediately shut the water off and made a service call. Upon inspection found no visible damage or leaks. Turned valve on and tested all components, while running water dispenser no leak appeared. Also while running ice maker fill no leak was found. All tubing looked in good shape with no punctures. Removed filter, filter is installed properly and is sealing good. "Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator noises. Upon further inspection, the customer provided a video of the noise which sounded like a metal on metal vibration and was very loud. Customer advised the noise was coming from the back of the unit. I placed the unit in diagnostics and tested the compressor in test 4. Once the compressor came on, the unit was quiet as designed. I tested the unit several times and forced a short cycle defrost and could not duplicate the noise. I removed the back panel to gain access to the compressor and found the filter drier in a position to where it could be touching the panel and vibrating when the compressor comes on. I pushed the drier, access valve and suction line back away from the panel and found the discharge tubing had come loose from the condenser grommet. I adjusted the discharge tubing with the grommet and retested the unit again and still could not duplicate the noise. I recommended the customer monitor the unit and if the noise continues to contact our office Monday morning. Unit is operating as designed. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

"Arrived on site to inspect cooktop burners not igniting. Upon further inspection, the customer advised the front left and right burners dont ignite properly and the front left burner knob is not lined up. I found the front left burner valve stem badly twisted (photos). I tested all burners and found the front left and right take too long to ignite. I made the unit accessible and gained access to the burner valves. I removed and replaced the far left front and rear burner valve manifold and tested. Valves are operating as designed. I adjusted the front left and right burner heads and adjusted the flame heights on all burners and retested the unit and it is operating as designed. Allowed the customer to test and unit continued to operate as designed. No gas leaks detected during service, job completed. W11381267"

"Arrived on site and installed new freezer door and installed gasket kit. Verified proper fitment of door, no gaps present. Humidity in the home was at about 20%, which is low and should not create moisture. I did notice that there is a vent directly about the refrigerator blowing straight down which may be contributing, but temp seems fine. Customer will follow up if issue returns. Repair completed. Arrived on site for dishwasher with standing water Inside. On arrival confirmed issue and found drain pump was weak but trying to pump out water. Replaced pump w10876537 and tested unit. Found it draining as designed with no leaks. Also instructed customer to reattach RO system drain line to seperate area away form dishwasher Drain hose connection to prevent any pressure or backflow issues. U it works as designed. "Arrived on site for washer not agitating or spinning out cloths. On arrival found all components except hub intact, found no rubbing or failure or oil around gearcase, cam, or belt. Found hub drive worn down completely and called techline Sr#7739776864. Was instructed to order W11385424 retainer, W10528947 hub because new retainer thats been installed isnt correct to type needed for commercial unit, added a test hub to washer and verified rest of unit works fine. Rescheduled customer for 08/30/24 to complete repairs.; ordrng 1 W10528947 (Hub) and 1 W11385424 (Retainer)"
