He advised that the unit makes a grinding noise when the unit goes to spin or agitate, which is what he initially called for. I changed out the suspension and tested the unit and diagnostics. I did confirm the customer's complaint and checked underneath. I found no evidence of any gear case leaks or drops in the drive shaft. I found during the shifting portion that the actuator shifter was having a hard time shifting and when I looked at it, it hadn't properly shifted all the way into agitation. I also found the belt and splutch assembly worn and stripping. I replaced all three parts and tested the unit. The unit began to work and operate as designed with no abnormal sounds present. "Arrived on site to install previously diagnosed and ordered parts. Per previous techs diagnosis and techlines recommendations, I removed and replaced the control panel and tested. Once I plugged the unit in, the panel display failed to come on. I verified voltage 126V at the power cord and at the filter board in and out. I removed and replaced the main control and retested and got the same results. When I went to replace the harness ordered, I found it did not include the UI harness. I advised the customer of my findings and contacted techline. While on hold, I researched the model number and found no documentation for this model. I notified the office (SR) and advised of my findings and situation. SR contacted the manufacturer and is waiting for a response for the correct part numbers and parts breakdown sheet. I spoke to Chris from techline and advised of the complaint, history, and my findings today. "Arrived on site to inspect washer not spinning out the clothing. Upon further inspection, I placed the unit in diagnostics showing error code F7E4-basket re-engagement failure. I tilted the unit back and gained access to the slider and found the metal ring on the slider was broken/loose and was not seated properly. "Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator lights not working. Upon further inspection, the customer advised that the fresh foods drawer lights are not working; the water dispenser is loud when dispensing; and the compressor is making a loud noise when it comes on. I checked the RC deli drawers, and they do not have lights. I found what the customer was referring to as the deli lights to be the vent and deli thermistor at the back of the top drawer. I tested the dispenser and found the noise coming from the valve area. I removed the water filter and retested, and the noise is still there. Gained access to the valve at the bottom of the unit and retested and found the valve is vibrating on the housing. I adjusted the valve and retested, and the dispenser/valve is operating as designed. I placed the unit in diagnostics and checked for error codes, and found none. Tested the compressor in diagnostics test 40 and could not duplicate any abnormal noises. I advised the customer of my findings and repairs and recommended getting a video of the noise should it happen again and then call it in for service. "Arrived on site for a washing machine that is not advancing through cycles. Inspected unit and work area. Customer advised that they have two issues. They advise that one of the issues is certain cycles do not complete, specially larger loads like towels or blankets. The other issue is that they're getting a weird sound when the unit spins. They stated that they believe that there might be some change underneath the agitator, causing the issue. I ran the internet through diagnostics and found an F8 E1 (long fill) error code. I ran the unit through an auto.Test and during the course of the filling portion of the diagnostic cycle, i found the hot water not being drawn in and checked the wall valve. I found the hot water had not been turned on at the wall, causing the issue. I ran the unit through the entirety of the diagnostic cycle and found the unit working and operating as designed. I checked underneath the agitator and found part of a keychain stuck underneath the agitator causing the sound. I ran the unit back through diagnostics and ran a spin cycle. I found the unit began to work and operate as designed with note, abnormal sounds present during operation. Call complete. No parts were installed"

"Arrived on site for a dishwasher that is not washing dishes and not drying dishes well. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that the unit does turn on and attempt to wash but that he is not getting dishes. Clean out of the dishwasher and that the dishes still come out wet. Around the innet through diagnostics and did not find any stored error codes. I ran the unit through an auto.Test and found the spray arms, not moving very well. I inspected the spray arms and found paper debris stuck inside of the spray arms, causing the issue. I removed all the junk from within the spray arms and checked the filter. I found the filter completely clogged with debris. I asked the customer if he had ever cleaned out his filter, which he had replied he had not and did not know that there was a filter to clean. I removed all the debris from the filter and top cover of the filter housing and retested the unit. I found the spray arms moving and operating as designed. The unit is now working and operating as designed. Call complete. No parts were installed."

WFES3030RS0 Arrived on site for a oven with gasket issues. On arrival I verified issue gasket wasn't staying on I replaced and tested product is working as its designed.

WED8127LC2 Arrived on site for a dryer stopping mid cycle. On arrival client stated time dryer worked great but normal cycle turns off after a few minutes. Further inspection client did have eco boost on while running normal cycle i instructed client to turn it off when using normal cycle. Product is working as its designed no parts needed.

Unit has not been used. Arrived on site for dishwasher not draining. Found drain kine and supply line not connected. Customer says he disconnected when it wasnt working. Found drain line on the wash motor and not connected to correct location. Out drain in right olace and tested. Unit is working as designed. No parts.

Unit 6205. Arrived on-site for dryer not heating. Verified no heat. Customer also said the timer wasn't working. The voltage at the tblock is incorrect. Only getting 120v at l1 to neutral and l2 to neutral. O volts at l1 to l2. It also popped the breaker while I was on-site site. Made no repairs until the power is fixed. No parts used. MEDP575GW1 Arrived on site for a dryer with missing and broken parts. On arrival I found the drum seal was torn off and the drum was damaged. I'm ordering the drum returning parts not needed office to reschedule for client. ; ordrng 1 W10545923 (Drum)

Cx stated washer would not do anything and just click. Verified issue with lid lock. Checked fault codes in diagnostics. Unit had f5e3 lid fault. Removed and replaced lid lock. Tested unit and it locked and started fill. Job complete.

Customer stated timer knob would just spin and dryer would not start. Removed knob and timer post would not turn. Dryer timer was seized. Removed and replaced dryer timer. Tested knob and timer. Both would rotate properly. Tested dryer and it turned on and heated. Job complete.

Arrived onwite for oven failingnto reignite often making unreliable for baking. Was able to correct the issue by adjusting the bake ignitor stem. Unit is now operating as designed. No parts.

Arrived onsitw for low and thin ice production. I found the water to fill quicker with the filter out indicating a clogged filter. Customer has construction going on in the back and I advised to replace the filter more frequently as they are messing with waterlines. I still found the fill to be taking too long. I replaced the valve and unit now fills quicker as designed. Customer stated she will order filters and replace them more frequently due to construction. No leaks. Call complete.
