Arrived onsite for a MW with no power. Upon arrival I found that the unit had no power. I checked power at the outlet and found that the outlet had no power I checked the breaker and found that it had tripped. I reset the breaker and used my outlet tester to che polarity and found that it was good the I checked voltage and found it good too. I check the power cord and found that the neutral and ground were shorted to one another. I gained access to the inside of the unit and found that the ground and neutral at the filter board where touching I corrected this and reinstalled the unit and tested it and found The unit operating as designed.

Arrived on site to inspect top load washer running unbalanced. I found the unit not leveled properly causing the basket to be almost touching the front of the cabinet. I raised the front feet and centered the basket within the cabinet. I then ran a high spin test and found the unit running smoothly with no shaking. I also found error code F0E7. I walked the customer through connecting to WiFi and updating the software. The unit now operates as designed. No leaks observed during service.

Arrived on site for a washing machine that intermittently has grinding noises during operation. Inspected unit and work area. The customer showed me a video and advised that the unit tends to do it more often on heavy duty loads but that they have other loads thatll run just fine. Ran the unit through it a speed spin and found what sounded like something wobbling underneath. Gained access underneath and found the rotor bolt missing. Check the slider and from the slider had also been worn. Replace the slider and added the new rotor bolt on. Tested the unit and the unit began to work and operate as designed. Call complete.

"WT7300CW Arrived to inspect debris within basket area. I found and verified particles of debris from the basket area and the customer had examples on a paper towel. Inspection of the tub area from below the unit showed that most of the tub was clear and there was only an isolated area that showed debris still within it, likely to rinse away in the next several washes. I removed the wash plate cap and found a removed considerable deposits. The wash plate was seized onto the driveshaft and could not be removed without having to destroy it and replace, so a simple inspection of the tub assembly could not be performed. I tested within service mode and during the high speed spin portion of the test, the bearings could be heard making excessive noise. I advised the customer of my findings and they will monitor performance of the unit and replace it when failure occurs. No leaks observed during service. Warranty applied to service."

Arrived onsite for a dishwasher not draining. I found the plug not knocked out of the new disposal. I removed the plug at the drain port of the disposal and tested the dishwasher. All is working as designed. Call complete.

"Arrived on site for a refrigerator that is fluctuating in temperature. Inspected unit and work area. The customer showed me a temperature reading device. He has in his refrigerator and showed that the temperatures were fluctuating between 34?F and 44?F. Advised that he was concerned with the unit because of the fluctuations in temperature. Ran through diagnostics and found all parts of machine operating and working as designed. I did advise the customer that his machine is measuring air temperature and not product temperature. I explained that even though the air temperature will fluctuate above and below their set temperature, the product temperature will not have as wide of a swing. I asked the customer if hes had any issues with food spoiling and he advised that they have not but he just was concerned due to an issue where some of their food seemed a little warm over a week ago. Did advise him that everything appeared to be working and operating as designed. The customer also advised that his door mullion was having a hard time engaging in the slot at the top of his refrigerator and was causing issues with the door closing properly. Adjusted the door mullion up on his door to engage on the mullion assist. The unit is now working an operating as designed. Call complete."

While running diagnostics, came across a bad recirculating pump, and reservoir anchor clip will need to order and return. Contacted whirlpool, unable to get SR#due to numerous call drops. "Arrived on site to inspect unit for not cooling on either FC or RC. Customer stated husband pulled unit out and scratched flooring. Used floor protector and pulled unit out. Upon closer inspection found unit to be unplugged since issue arose. Inspect unit found compressor and 3 way valve engaging as intended, as well as compressor pulling 1.2- 1.3 amps. Then exposed both evaporators to visualize frost pattern. Freezer compartment had no frost and RC had no frost on evaps. Then applied bubble solution to visualize a leak, found section of cap tube separated where it should have been soldered to suction tube entering cabinet above RC evap and visually confirmed leak from that area. Called tech line to discuss what was found, SR7737756326. Unit will be submitted for review as location of leak is not in a position for repair."

KDFE204KPS1 arrived on site to inspect a dishwasher leak. Tested the unit and found water coming from the rear right of the unit. Pulled the unit out and found the heating element wasnt fully seated. Tightened the connectors and ran another service test and watched for leaks. No leaks were observed after service.

Arrived on site to diagnose washer leaking water from the bottom. On arrival saw a small puddle in the front left corner of the washer. "Arrived onsite for a refrigerator that is not maintaining proper temp. Ice build up behind bottom drawer causing drawer not to closing properly. Upon arrival I found all of this to be true. Being that this is our 6th trip out For the same issue I connected techline and advised Nate of all of the repair and trips we have made on the unit, we then tested resistance across the defrost thermistor at the control and found that it was showing OL. We then tested it through diag mode and it passed. He mentioned that the thermistor may be faulty and the Evap cover may be leaking air which and cause this issues. Then was given sr#7737761995. Upon further inspection of the unit I found that the drain tube was sealed up and not clogged, the customer also mentioned to me that the butter that she keeps in the right door of the RC will have condensation on it. I found that there is a tear in the gasket on the side which cause this as well. I ordered the gasket, Evap cover, and some permagum to help seal the new cover when we replace it. Arrived on site to replace damage. Front panel. Replace panel and tested. Unit is functioning properly. Job complete.

On arrival verified complaint of hum. Identified sound as the fan motor. Replaced the fan motor W11441128 and found no debris inside it. Hum was coming from motor. Reinstalled and ran operational test. Job complete.

Arrived onsite for cooktop knob not working. On inspection found the insert for the knob missing. When you turn the knob it would not turn the gas stem. Installed new knob and the unit is working as designed. No gas leaks detected during service.

Arrived onsite for a dishwasher with an F6E1 error code. I found the console separating and causing the problem. I replaced the console and tested the machine. All functions are working as designed. Call complete.

WRF767SDHZ02 arrived on site to install a previously diagnosed and ordered part. While replacing the wire harness the connection on the tub for the overflow tube broke off. Ordering a new outer tub for R/S.; ordrng 1 W11219115 (Tub)

"Arrived on site for a refrigerator that has moisture and water leaking into the refrigerator section. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that the unit leaked again inside of the refrigerator section and that they were wondering if this was the same issue as before. I gained access to the freezer evaporator and found no ice or water residue in the freezer section. Checked the air channel and found individual moisture droplets, but no ice buildup in the actual air channel. I called Whirlpool Techline and spoke to Robert SR# 7737762382. He advised that this is a common with this style refrigerator, and that moisture will build up in the air channels and will leak from time to time onto the top shelves of the refrigerator. He advised that this is normal operation and there is nothing that can be done about it. He advises the customer will just need to wipe off the top shelves from time to time with a paper towel, and that the unit is working as designed. Call complete."

Arrived on site to install previously diagnosed and ordered parts. I was unable to remove the gearcase due to it being seized to the basket. I instructed the customer they will be better off replacing the unit at this time. No leaks observed during service.

"Arrived on site to replace basket and associated parts due to slamming basket. On arrival I found the cabinet has several noticeable bends and folds / pinches from the basket slamming. Cabinet is in need of replacement as well, and bringing a tub since it also was slammed around. Left assigned parts with the basket and unit in apartment storage garage. Arrived on site to inspect dryer. The customer found the breaker tripped and has reset it. The customer has not had any issues since. I found good supply voltage and correctly wired. The unit has good airflow and heat. The unit is operating as designed at this time.
