Arrived onsite and found unit operating properly but some low temps causing freezing temps in the left fridge veggie drawer. Unit had since equalized but I covered half of the return port to repair with foil tape to improve resilience. Unit is now operating as designed.

Arrived on site for refrigerator with bad tasting water. Upon arrival confirmed taste of ice cubes and tested water directly from cutoff behind unit. Found water coming into unit was tainted as well and instructed customer they would need o get ahold of maintenance to test water and possibly install a pec fill line. "Arrived on site to install previously diagnosed and ordered part. Per previous techs diagnosis, I removed and replaced the control panel and assisted the customer in connecting the unit to WiFi. Customer main complaint is that steam goes up into the control panel and causes the control panel to malfunction. I suggested placing a strip of foil tape on the underside of the panel to help block the steam from getting inside the UI. The customer agreed to the tape and I placed a strip of foil tape on the bottom of the panel (photo). Unit is operating as designed, job completed."

Arrived onsite for a MW that is leaving grease on the cabinet. Upon arrival I ran the vent motor on both speeds and found that it cam on and ran normal and found that it had good suction. Upon speaking with the customer I found that they cooked with a lot of oil which is causing the issue as the unit is moving the steam and most of the oil particulates out but Some of oil particulars may stay in the air after they turn the vent off and get stuck Tuesday cabinets. I advise the customer to leave the event running for a while after they are finished cooking to see if that improves the situation or not but other than that the unit is operating as designed. "Arrived on site to inspect dishwasher leaking water. Upon further inspection, I found the space where the unit sits was empty. After looking around the home, I found the unit sitting in the pantry and also found damage to the wall to the left of the unit (photos). Unable to diagnose the unit, I notified the office (MS) and advised of my findings and was advised to not move the unit as it will need to be installed before servicing. I inspected the unit where it sat for any visible damage to the tub or inside the unit and found packing styrofoam inside the tub at the back near the element (photo). Inspected the cabinets and found water damage on the right side of the cabinets (photos). As I was leaving the home, the builder arrived and contacted another builder and advised that the unit did not need servicing as they had already corrected the issue which was the water hose from the valve under the sink to the inlet valve on the unit had been installed incorrectly and cross threaded. Arrived onsite for a washer making a grinding noise during the rinse cycle. I tested the washer in diagnostics and the unit completed the cycle and worked as designed. The only issue is the belt was very loose. I changed the belt and tested the washer in a quick wash cycle with a load of towels. The washer completed the cycle and works as designed and sounds normal. I went over piling the clothes and detergent use and amount with the customer. "Arrived onsite for a refrigerator to replace previous diagnosed parts. The unit was unplugged and off on arrival. I powered the unit up and I found the three way valve working properly. The compressor would start up immediately when powered up after it had been running. I punctured the system and found no refrigerant in the system. I replaced the compressor, RC evaporator, and drier. I added an access valve on the new compressor. I vacuumed the system and charged it with 5.50 ozs of R134A. The unit is cooling down and is working as designed. Call complete."

The customer showed me what it was doing and while running a timed cycle the door just opened on its own. This falls under service pointer W11646951. I installed a door latch kit and adjusted the switch brackets. I tested the unit and it completes a two minute cycle now with the door remaining shut and its heating properly. Call complete.

"Arrived on site to diagnose dishwasher not draining properly. On arrival found unit full of water and throwing an F8E4 error. Removed flood tray and emptied water. I tested the drain and got it to drain, but water was backing up into the sink. With sink backing up water may also be backfeeding to dishwasher. I ran the unit after I drained it and didn't see any leaks, but water back into sink again. Advised builder to address slow drain sink and follow up if any issues present. Call complete."

"WTW8127LW1 GP arrived on site to inspect washer making loud noise. Customer stated that in certain cycles it sounds like rocks in a blender and the basket would not stop spinning unless they cut power to the unit. Upon inspection I found that the gearcase oil had leaked out and there was an excessive amount of debris on the upper shaft. Replaced the gearcase, rotor and slider. Reassembled and calibrated the unit. Ran diagnostic cycle and the unit completed it with no errors. Informed customer of my findings and advised them on use and care of the unit. No water leaks observed during service. Also found that the pan underneath the unit was not properly installed."

Arrived onsite for previously diagnosed parts. I tried to use the spacer that were sent to help level the door. They were to small to go on the hinge. I used a washer from my truck to lift the door. You can only use 1 washer or the sleeve for the hinge does not fit back on the hinge correctly. I got the door pretty close by using the 1 washer and adjusting the feet. No water leaks detected during service.

Stopped testing and disassembled the unit to find the teeth on the bun stripped and the teeth on the gearcase rusted and stripped. Tilted the unit back to inspect the gearcase components and found the cam teeth beginning to strip and the belt with slack in it. Once I received authorization to replace parts, I removed and replaced the gearcase, cam, belt and hub and calibrated the unit. Retested the unit in diagnostics and it is operating as designed. Arrived on site for cooktop burner flame to big on the low setting. On interior found 2 burners that there was no simmer just high and medium. Adjusted the valve so the burners have a simmer flame. No gas leaks detected during service.

Cannot access evaporator due to ice formed covering back of shelves and lower container. Arrived onsite for dishwasher with flashing light. On inspection the display has 6g9 on it and the last digit was going between 6 and 9. There was no reason to the ui. I turn the unit off for a few minutes and it return to the same thing on the display. Ordering a control box and ui. No water leaks detected during service. Arrived on site for a dryer that has no power. Inspected unit and work area. Went to check voltage at the terminal block and found the terminal block blown on the line one side and the power cord completely detached on the line one side from the terminal block. Went ahead and replaced the terminal block and fixed the wiring but I did advise the customer that their power cord is no longer able to be used and they will need a new power cord to complete the full repair. Call complete.

"Arrived on site for a washing machine that is not starting any cycles and has water inside of the drum. Inspected unit and work area. Confirmed the customers complaint and found the whole basket full of water and clothes. The customer use the shop vac to vacuum out the water out of the tub. Checked underneath the unit and found, the drain pump cover had dropped causing one of the wires to be separated from the drain pump connector. Spliced on a spade with some shrink wrap to repair the wire connector. Tested the unit and the unit began to work and operate as designed. Call complete."

"Arrived on site to install previously diagnosed part. Inspected unit and work area. I replaced the control and turn power back on to the unit. Found 120 V at the terminal block but no voltage at the control. Checked continuity on the wire harness and found continuity, and as soon as checking, continuity, found the control come on and illuminate, indicating an issue with the thermal fuse turned the power back off and checked all my loads. Found all loads checking good except for the drain pump which was shorted out. Ordering the drain pump and in-line thermal fuse and will return with the control as well just in case. Rescheduled the customer to 9/19. ; ordrng 1 W11397505 (In line fuse) and 1 W11462456 (Drain pump) and 1 W11572097 (Control)"

"WDF331PAHS1 GP arrived on site to inspect dishwasher not drying dishes. Placed the unit in service mode to check for error codes and found none. Ran service test and checked for amp draw on the heater and it is within operating range. Advised the customer on detergent use including type and the recommended amount, informed them about the use of rinse aid. The unit is operating as designed with no water leaks observed during service."

Arrived onsite for unit not cooling after previous repair. Upon arrival inspected unit. Found unit low on charge and not cooling properly. Inspected and found leak at evaporator. Took pic. Disassembled and replaced evaporator and dryer. Pulled vacuum and held. Charged per spec and tested. Frost pattern looks good and compressor is running. Customer will monitor temperature over 24 hrs. Job complete
