Tested both ovens by preheating to 350?F and verified that they reached and maintained the correct temperature without overheating. Upon inspection, found that heat from the oven door vent is directed upward toward the control panel and knobs, causing them to feel hot during operation. This condition is normal and within manufacturer specifications. Reviewed temperature specifications with the customer and explained that some heat transfer to the knobs and control area is expected when the oven is operating. "Arrived on site to diagnose washer WTW6157PB0 that consistently has odor after sitting for a day or two. I examined the unit and standpipe. Found hose is proper depth in standpipe. I examined the washer and saw nothing abnormal on the top end. I lifted the unit and checked for anything stuck in the bottom of the tub that may be collecting mildew. Found nothing had slipped past the ring. With nothing stuck in the unit, the odor is likely coming from softened water / mixture of detergent and idle time. I recommended customer runs some hot water cycles every few days to flush any standing water and flush out bacteria and odors. Customer clarified the unit drains fine, the odor remains. Unit working as designed with no water leaks. No repair performed."

Further inspection revealed that the bottom clips had come loose, causing the glass to separate from the door assembly. Entered diagnostics mode and confirmed multiple stored error codes: F1E1 relay board failure, and F2E1 shorted or stuck keypad. Attempted to activate the blower fan manually and found that it is not operating. A non-functioning blower can cause the internal electronics, including the control and relay boards, to overheat and become damaged. Refrigerator container is empty, customer turned that ice maker off due to issue. I ran diagnostics and all test passed except evaporator fan on Test 3. REN test several times and fan will not run. Ran temperature test in both sections. Got 5 in freezer and 38 in refrigerator but noticed there is no airflow. Also found unit out of level and leaning forward. Also found sheet of lent covering condenser. I cleared all lent from condenser and leveled feet. Ordering evaporator fan motor and control. "Arrived on site for dryer WED4850HW0 with issue of tripping breaker. Upon arrival inspected unit. Breaker is in tripped position . Unit is running on a 30 amp Eaton gfci breaker. I turned breaker back on. I test polarity and is correct. I got 121v from L1 and L2 to neutral and zero from neutral to ground. I ran a vent test and passed. I ran a time dry with high heat to observe heat cycle were performing correctly. I continued to allow unit to run and did not Tripp the breaker. After series of questions with customer, it appears that it is intermittent and not tripping breaker all the time. I cannot duplicate a breaker tripping issue at time of visit. Per Technical Service Pointer #: W11525530 with this model, I gave customer information about the breaker tripping nuisance for her brand of breaker. The unit is operating as designed. Job complete"

On arrival, confirmed, failure, and upon further inspection found a miswiring defect inside the oven sensor with the prongs slightly bent in the wrong direction, causing an intermittent disconnect issue. I did verify unit. Has the correct voltage and polarity? And after checking oven tips found oven is heating as designed. And I reported findings to tech line along with photos in sd. "Arrived on site to install previously diagnosed parts on a refrigerator model WRS331SDHM08. Inspected unit and work area. I replaced the compressor W11557671, drier WPW10143579, and access valve W11506635 and charged the unit up with 250 psi of nitrogen. I found pressures hold for 15 minutes. I vacuumed down the unit to -30 psi and found pressures hold again for another 10 minutes. I charged the unit up with 64 g of R600 refrigerant and plugged the machine in. I found the unit to begin working and operating as designed. Call complete."

Applied power, drain pump immediately engaged indicating a pressure system fault. Entered diagnostics and found F3E1 (pressure system fault) error code stored. Per S code S153EB, followed TSP W11766193. Both model and serial number fall within the rework. Cleared error code and reset control, cycled power, drain pump still immediately engages. Upon arrival customer stated unit produces a clicking noise during operation and clothes remain excessively wet at the end of the cycle.Entered service mode and ran a diagnostic test; unable to reproduce the clicking noise but observed lateral basket movement. Removed washplate and found the hub nut stripped. Replaced hub nut (W10528947). Inspected bottom end components, found splutch assembly worn and actuator arm loose. Replaced splutch assembly (W10721967) and actuator (W10913953). Performed calibration cycle successfully. Ran full test cycle verifying all mechanical and electrical components properly engaging with no abnormal noises present. Unit is now running as designed, no leaks detected, job complete."

Performed further inspection and found that the electrodes and blower belt are worn out, and the heating element is showing signs of failure. Arrive on site for a washing machine model MVW4505MW1 that is not advancing or draining. Inspected unit and work area. I found the unit flashing an F9 E1 (long drain) error code and the basket full of water on arrival. I put the unit it on a drain and spin and checked underneath. I found multiple repairs made to the existing wiring but could not visibly see a split. I checked voltage at the control and found the control trying to activate the drain pump with 120V. I checked resistance at the drain pump and found proper resistance. Inreplaced the wire harness W11643701 and tested the unit. The unit began to work and operate as designed. Call complete.

"WCGK5036PS00. Customers stated that the back left burner continues to burn after being shut off. Verified issue with back left burner. Removed cooktop section and checked venturi tube for any cracks or gapsnone found. Checked orifice; it seemed partially plugged. Removed orifice, cleaned and cleared it. Reinstalled orifice and cooktop section. Tested back left burner multiple timesit lit properly, and when shut off, there was no excess gas. Cooktop is functioning normally. No gas leaks detected."

"I arrived on site for a dryer model, WED5010LW1, that won't close the door. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that the unit has had a hard time closing the door since they bought it and that recently, it's gotten to the point where it will pause in the middle of the cycle and not complete. I did confirm that the drier door was not fully closed and found the strike broken. I replaced the strike 279570 and found resistance at the bottom of the dryer door, causing the door not to stay closed. I attempted adjusting the inner door and hinges and could not get the door to stay shut when running the machine. I spoke to GC and was advised to order all pertinent parts that could be needed for repair.
