Arrived onsite for refrigerator not cooling in both sections. Upon arrival inspected unit. Internal fans are running and lights are on. Checked compressor compartment. Monitored compressor and found cold to the touch after hours of being plugged in. Compressor is pulling.2 amps-.9 amps but then shuts down after about two min. Called SW for confirmation. SW advised to remove control cover and monitor LED. LED signified error. According to manufacturers recommendations the PCB board would need to be replaced and if that does not correct the issue the compressor would need to be replaced. He advised that if the current repair did not work, the issue would have to be with the customer not diluting here fabric softener with water and therefore not allowing proper siphoning out of the drawer. Arrived onsite for a cooktop that is giving a gas smell when the right front burner is used. I checked the orifice sizes per the previous techs notes. The main orifice is a 99 and it calls for a 105 which would be larger. Both the left and right burners have good flames that are already at the burner grates and have a small amount of yellow tipping. I explained to the customer that going to a larger orifice would create a larger flame and more yellow tipping. The customer agreed to keep the orifices it has in the unit. I tested for gas leaks with my electronic gas leak detector and showed the customer that as soon as the burner lites the detector stops going off. I went over turning the know slowly to allow the burner to light and help prevent the initial gas smell. The unit is working as designed. There were no gas leaks present at the time of service. Arrived onsite for a refrigerator that is getting above 50 degrees in the RC and the FC fluxuates up to 5 degrees. I tested the thermistors and fans from the UI and all checked good. I tested the RC evaporator thermistor at the main control and it read 11.64kohms. I tested the RC thermistor at the main control and it read 8.85kohms. I found the coil frosted up causing the reading on the RC thermistor and causing the poor cooling in the RC. The unit had frost on the suction line back to the compressor. I found two spots on the back of the unit under the main control and towards the center sweating and water running down the back from this. I called techline and spoke with Scott. He stated this can happen when the line is completely frosted up and that we need to address the defrost issue and this will stop. "Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator ice maker not working properly leaking from underneath. Upon further inspection, the customer advised that the ice maker is making blocks of ice and water is coming out from the bottom of the unit. I inspected the ice maker and found the ice bin damaged and the ice bin door gasket not sealing properly. I placed the unit in diagnostics and tested the ice maker and it harvested as designed and filled as designed as well. I found where the ice tray is badly stressed from harvesting and recommended replacing it. Also found the right RC door gasket torn and allowing warm air to leak inside the RC section. I pulled the unit out and found a small amount of water under the unit. I removed the drain tube and found it clogged causing the drain tube to back fill with water during defrost and leaking out at the top onto the floor. I removed the debris and re-installed it and sealed the gap in the gasket with silicone. I am ordering the ice bin door and right RC door gasket and will return with all prescreened parts. I scheduled return service. No water leaks observed at the end of service."

"Arrived onsite for a coffee maker that is tripping the breaker and has a minor leak at the bottom. I removed the top and found some minor surface rust under the upper solenoid valve. I tested the unit and found the tee at the solenoid valve cracked and spraying a mist of water and steam out. The solenoid and the fittings will need to be replaced. Ordering 2EA W10661107 seal, W10661110 discontinued (fitting), W10661112 discontinued (fitting), & W11363605 solenoid valve. "Arrived onsite for a refrigerator not cooling correctly in either section. I found both evaporators frosted over with frost coming out of the evaporator covers. I tested all thermistors from the UI and they tested good. I put the unit in test 38 and ran a forced defrost. I had 125VAC from the main control to the FC defrost heater but no amperage. I suspect a blown thermal fuse or possibly a bad heater or open bimetal. Ms stated she has had water leak out from the deli drawers so the drip pan could be cracked or bowed but its not visible at this time. Need to install a drip pan kit per SP W11092686. Could need to replace the fan and harness along with the UI. I went over defrost instructions with the customer and had the waiver signed. Ordering W11249952 evap motor, WP12729128 defrost heater, W11330971 UI control, and W11457241 drip pan kit. Marking all other parts as use on return visit. Weighed the call for 2 hours. Arrived on site to test unit for light in RC not working properly. Found no voltage to lights on Orion board p8 connections. Door switches tested good. All connections secure and no signs of broken damaged wires. Scheduled for 01-25. SR#7735519996; ordrng 1 W11336586 (Control)

Arrived on site to test unit for grates not sitting straight making cook wear not sit correctly. Test unit and found grates where damaged. Replaced left side and its straight. Arrived on site for Fridge not cooling properly. I inspected the unit and work area. I found the return vents clogged with ice. I gained access to the freezer and found the drain tube clogged. I cleared the drain tube and the return vents. I also found the icemaker not cycling but receiving power. I found gaps along the inner and outer liner. Arrived onsite for washer not starting a cycle. Upon arrival customer stated unit will stay In sensing mode then go to done. Ran unit in normal mode and could not duplicate any issues. Ran diagnostics and found stored error code F7E 1 tachometer missing or wrong signal. What customer seems to be intermittently experiencing reflects Service pointer W11632927. Ordering capacitor harness and motor. Also ordering actuator and control board. Arrived onsite for refrigerator not cooling. Upon arrival inspected unit. Unit is powered on and fans are running. Inspected compressor compartment. Compressor is s warm to the touch. Amp draw at .03-.04 amps. Compressor not running efficiently. Copper cap tube (took pics). Unit will need compressor replacement. "Arrived on site to inspect range front right burner not working. Upon further inspection, I tested all burners and found the front right burner not coming on. Customer advised that when they use the cooktop and oven at the same time, the breaker will trip. I removed the back panel and found the front right burner switch was blackened at the connector. I removed the cooktop and tested voltage at the element and got no voltage. Checked the switch for voltage and no voltage read. I removed and replaced the switch and retested and still no voltage. I traced the harness and found where the black wire to,the front right burner switch had gotten pinched and arced (photos). I am ordering the main harness and scheduled return service for 01/23/23. Unit was left unplugged and the breaker turned off for safety. I notified maintenance and the front office of my findings and return service date.; ordrng 1 W11532661 (Main harness)"

Arrived on site for a refrigerator that still condensating freezer gasket. Inspected unit in work area. Confirmed customers complaint. I called whirlpool tech line and spoke to Adrian SR# 7734108491. He had me take some photos of the condensation and the gaskets previously installed. He advised that the gasket needed to go further down on the door and that they are going to attempt to fix the gasket one last time before any further advisement. He gave me the part number needed for the gaskets an advise to order to to ensure that the gasket goes all the way across the door. Ordering the part and rescheduled the customer to 1/26 per the customers request.; ordrng 2 W11159728 (Gasket)s

WT1201CW Arrived to instal previously diagnosed and ordered part. I removed and replaced the failed hinge and tested. The lid functioned as designed. No leaks observed during service.
