"Arrived on site for a dishwasher that is not heating. Inspected unit and work area. Ran the unit through diagnostics and found an F6 E4 (float switch open) and F6 E3 (oversuds) error codes. Ran unit through an auto cycle and found the unit working operate as designed. The customer explained that they have run this cycles six times in a row and the drying light never comes on or finishes the cycle. If I was that the unit will quit midway through the cycle and no light will show at the end of the cycle. He has tried to run clean dishwasher cycles and run the unit without soap and has had no luck. I called whirlpool tech line and spoke to Austin SR# 7737806772. He advised that because the customer has already run clean marsh cycles on the unit and has the float switch and over setting error codes, at this point, he would replace the control. Replaced the control and tested the unit. The unit began to work and operate as designed. Call complete."

"Arrived on site to install previously diagnosed and ordered part. Per previous techs diagnosis, I removed and replaced the evaporator harness and removed the frost/ice using my steamer. I found frost at the opening of the FC section (photos). I placed my flashlight inside the FC section and closed the door and found the upper left and right corners of the FC door gasket are gapped (photos). I adjusted the liner and added silicone to the gap to help close it up. Tested the unit and it is operating as designed. I recommended the customer monitor the FC section and if they continue to find frost build up to call the unit in for service, at which time, returning tech will need to contact the manufacturer to report their findings. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

Arrived on site to inspect gas cooktop. The customer informed me the LF burner does not ignite. I found it sparking and igniting but the flame is deformed. I removed the burner head and found it very clogged. I cleaned off the burner head and tested. The unit now operates as designed. I re-adjusted the flame heights. "Arrived on site to inspect microwave/oven wall unit combo microwave door not closing properly and damaged. Upon further inspection, I found the oven outer door glass shattered and the microwave outer door glass trim dented (photos). When I opened the microwave door, I found the arm was broken and the door would would open more than 90 degrees. The customer advised that they went to open the MW door and it flung open on them and hit the oven door and broke the glass in the oven door (photo). With the unit turned on at the control, I raised the chimney to expose the junction box and wiring to the box. I wiggled the main harness and the unit came on. Cycled power at the breaker and gained access to the harness inside the junction box and found the neutral wire not installed properly. I re-wires the neutral and adjusted the L1 and secured the harness and cycled power to the unit. Retested and the unit is operating as designed. Job completed."

"Arrived on site to inspect condensation build up in the refrigerator. Upon further inspection, the customer showed me the condensation build up in the RC section on the drawers and shelves. I find no moisture on the RC door gasketI found the unit not properly leveled during installation. When I inspected the freezer section, I found frost built up on the rails and FC drawer. When I closed the FC door, I found the door would pop back open and was not sealing properly. I found a foam spacer at the back right corner of the FC drawer that was making contact with the FC switch but pushing against the drawer. I removed the foam piece and closed the FC drawer and found it closing and sealing as designed. After leveling the unit, I checked the RC section and found the condensation had reduced and when closing the door, I could hear the suction noise at the drain tube. I recommended the customer monitor the unit and if theyre not satisfied to call it in for service. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

Arrived on site to test unit for left front burner not coming on. Test unit and found bad switch. Replaced switch test unit and unit set good job complete.

On arrival verified complaint of noise during cycle. Ran cycle and identified a noise similar to something possible vibrating or bouncing. Opened unit up and isolated sound to only being when motor is running as I removed tub. This should indicate not the rollers bouncing. Attempted to remove vibration with my hand as I touched the blower housing in multiple places and had little effect. Replaced motor and blower for possible internal vibration still little effect. Added damping material under blower housing to reduce some vibration of maybe the housing is bouncing. Verified all bolts aAre tight and heater housing is not bouncing as well. Checked for vibration between motor mount and base and it is properly secured. As well as made sure there was no vibration between bower housing and motor mount. Reassembled and still making the noise. Made sure there was NO damage to unit cabinet and there was no vibration in the cabinet. Spoke with SW and requesting another tech to take a look for second opinion. Video recording sent to SW on service thread. I advised the cooktop will get hot due to the oven vent being located under the control panel and directs the oven airflow out towards the cooktop. Using my multimeter, I placed my thermal couple in the middle of the center rack and tested temps on Bake at 350 degrees. My preheat temp was 432 degrees. My next five readings were 323, 396, 334, 385, 351 for an average temp of 357.8 degrees. I advised the customer that the oven temps are on point and no repairs are needed at this time. "Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator not making ice. Upon further inspection, I found the ice bin empty and placed the unit in diagnostics and checked test 56 for ice maker errors and found none. Took unit out of diagnostics and found the unit was in defrost mode upon arrival. I tested temps in the FC=15 degrees. I put my gauges on the recently completed sealed system and found pressures at -1/152psi. I could hear some gurgling going on inside the cabinet. I tested the ice maker and fill tube and they operated as designed. I advised the customer that there could possibly be an issue with the sealed system with it having some contaminates in the system and recommended they monitor the unit for a few days to see if it makes ice. "Arrived onsite for dryer not finishing a load set on sensing setting. On inspection I took a dish tow and got it wet. Through it in the dryer and started it up on the normal setting. It said was done in about 5 minutes. I took towel and wiped down the sensing bars in the dryer really good. Restarted the unit and dried for 25 minutes. When it got to 10 minutes left i through in another wet towel. It went from 9 minutes left back up to 15 minutes left. The customer said that was the first time she has seen time add to the dry time. I informed the customer to try with a regular load and if it stops half way through call us. Will go back with the wiring harness, sensor bars. The unit is operating as designed and no water leaks detected during service. I told her that I will leave the call open for a few days.; O-emld tckt"

Arrived on site for agitator not functioning. Upon arrival inspected unit. Found it agitator came unattached and fractured at the wash plate area. Will need to order and replace upper agitator section and wash plate. Office to reschedule.; ordrng 1 W11614636 (Agitator) and 1 W11510461 (Washplate) and 1 W11510462 (Agitator cap)

Arrived on site for washer making a screeching noise during finale rinse/spin. Upon arrival confirmed noise failure during rinse after finding no error codes in diagnostics. Found fabric softener side of inlet valve wasnt opening fully causing noise. Replaced valve and tested unit. Found noise no longer present and unit working as designed with no leaks. Call complete

Arrived on site to install previously diagnosed and ordered parts. I removed and replaced the door seal and used the manufacture approved adhesive. The customer got their vents cleaned prior to the appointment. I tested airflow and found great airflow now. The unit now operates as designed.
