ED5FHAXVS00 Arrived on site for a refrigerator leaking water . On arrival verified issue water was leaking from bottom left side only . Further inspection found icemaker has been leaking water and settling at the front bottom. I uploaded a photo of the two inch thick ice build up from the leak. I ordered an icemaker and rescheduled the client for 2/21/25. Found freezer evap completely frozen over, with 2 inches of ice on the door side of the cover. Checked circuit at control and found open line for heater circuit. Removed cover and steamed out evaporator harness and found a shorted / cut wires going to heater. Tested heater and found heater is good. Replaced evap fan harness, and control to resolve. Customer advised on proper procedure to defrost unit. Found the liner at the bottom front of FC has a massive chuck scraped / broken out, due to likely ice on bottom drawer. This has created issues with unit properly sealing. Drawers had broken wheels as well. Advised customer we have resolved the defrost issue, but any other issues that stem from the damaged liner will not be covered. Unit is now working as designed. Added picture of liner to SD. Arrived onsite for dishwasher not cycling and leak present. I confirmed the dishwasher wasn't going through wash cycles during testing and found a F4E3 wash motor error present. I inspected the inside of the door as customer stated and showed a video of the leak coming from the left hand underside. I found the vent gasket to not be seated properly causing water to escape. I fixed the gasket and replaced the motor assm. Unit is now running as designed and after multiple diagnostics test unit doesn't leak. Call complete. Installed W11025157 MOTOR ASSM.

I ran component testing and found that all components are operating as designed. I ran a test cycle with 5 towels and monitored the function of the machine. I advised the customer on proper detergent usage and amount as too much detergent can cause clothes to become unevenly dispersed before the spin. Tested unit, found all components properly engaging in diagnostics and no error codes stored. Suspension is dampening properly. Removed wash plate and inspected, basket is not stripped and attaches to the gear case shaft properly. Inspected splutch, found white residue and shavings indicating the cam is not locking in fully. Arrived onsite for dryer taking long dry times. I found the ecoboost option on when in use and when I got to the back of the unit I found the dryer vent caved in. I confirmed this was affecting airflow and lint is also present inside vent. I advised the customer to get a new dryer hose and to have his vents cleaned. When the vent was off I found the dryer cycling as designed and heating as designed. No issues present with the unit itself customer will need to get a new hose and have the vent cleaned. Customer agreed and will get it done. I advised customer to not use ecoboost option as it is used for energy saving leading to temps being cut short. Call complete. No parts installed.

"Arrived on site to inpect dishwasher making a lot of noise. Upon futhrt inspection, I placed the dishwasher into diagnostics and observed no error codes. I ran a test wash and couldn't replicate or any abnormal noise. The customer advised that the operational noises still seemed too loud. I measured the noise level with decible meter and measured 54-62 called whirlpool techline to document my findings and see what they suggest at this point. According to the manufacturer, there is no noise rating for this dishwasher and that since the machine is operating without mechanical issues, that this noise level is at the expected and reasonable level. I verified that the temperature is good in both sections. I tested the ice maker by running a test and observed how the ice maker is operating as designed. The motor is not showing any signs of failing or issues. I gained access to the water filter and found that the filter was bad and needed to be changed. The customer provided a new filter and I changed it. At this time the ice maker and refrigerator are operating as designed. "Arrived on site to inspect microwave not heating. Upon further inspection, using my microwave tester, is tested the unit for 30 seconds and it failed to heat and was making a loud humming noise. Removed the unit from the cabinets and gained access to the magnetron, capacitor and diode and tested the components. I found the three mentioned parts had failed. I removed and replaced the magnetron, capacitor, and diode and retested and unit is operating as designed. Once I had the unit reassembled and placed back in the cabinets, I retested and it continued to operate as designed. Job completed. No one available to sign for receipt. "Arrived on site to diagnose washer that was making noise when agitating. Customer showed me a video of noise making a noticeable clack when reversing direction while agitating. Noise did seem loud in video. Ran unit and confirmed whiplash clicking from direction reversal agitation. Checked bottom end and found no abnormal movement / play / damage. I added some tension to the slider spring to ensure it wasn't making contact with the rotor at all. I tested again and found the amount of noise I heard as consistent with this model, and advised my customer that some whiplash and clicking is normal since the bottom end does allow for minor play. Customer is not satisfied with the unit and feels the noise is too loud, and could cause issues down the road. Called and reported findings and previous gearcase repair to tech line, SR7740967700. Techline does confirm that some whiplash noise is normal, and if there is no excessive play or visible damage / scraping, they have no recommended repair and this is working as designed. Customer wanted to also notate their dissatisfaction with the unit and would like an exchange. Advised to contact customer service for further assistance as unit is operating within its designed parameters. No parts replaced at this time. Call completed."

Arrived on site to replace thermal fuse. Replaced thermal fuse test unit and unit ore heated to 350? and blower working at this time. Job complete. Advised customer that if the thermal fuse goes out again they will need to replace the blower due to blower not working at 100% at high temp. Thermal fuse blew when customer was using self cleaning.

"Arrived on site to inspect microwave oven combo unit error code. Upon further inspection, I placed the unit in diagnostics showing error code F1E6-magnetron error. I pulled the unit out and gained access to the magnetron and inverter board and found the wave guide burnt at the top (photo). I removed the magnetron and found it burnt as well (photo). I advised the customer of my findings and advised i would have to call the manufacturer on Monday to report my findings and create a file. I reassembled the unit and removed the microwave fuse for safety. I advised the customer that the oven is still operable. Also advised that once I receive the file number, I would text the number to the phone number on the ticket and someone would contact them within 3-5 business days to discuss a resolution. WTW4855HW1 Arrived on site for a washer not working correctly. On arrival I ran diagnostic no error codes client complaint was clothes going to one side then getting off balance product was balanced when i arrived. . I replaced control board I've already replaced all other parts nothing more to replace. I calibrated and tested product its working as its designed i made sure it was balance don't see any issues at all . If there is a call back please send another tech for a second opinion.

"Arrived on site to inspect dishwasher error code. Upon further inspection, I placed the unit in diagnostics showing error code F8E4-leak, F9E2-drain pump failure, and F2E1-UI stuck key. Cleared the codes and continued with testing and the unit operated as designed. I checked for error codes at the end of testing and found FAE2-vent motor failure. I gained access to the drain pan under the unit and to the vent inside the door. I found water in the drain pan and the vent motor extremely hot. Also found the customer has a water softener system and are using the incorrect detergent as there is detergent build up on the element and at the base of the door in the tub. I removed and replaced the float switch assembly and retested and at the end of testing, I found the vent error and drain pump error again. Also, found the control panel lifted on the right side as the plastic mount is broken which could be the issue for the stuck key error if liquid has gotten inside on the UI. I am ordering the control panel, main control, vent, and drain pump, along with CNOTE-LSO PER CUSTOMER REQUEST and office to schedule return service. No water leaks observed during service. ; ordrng 1 W11414073 (Vent) and 1 W11629912 (Main control) and 1 W11622495 (Control panel) and 1 CNOTE (LSO PER CUSTOMER REQUEST) and 1 W11412291 (Drain pump)"

Arrived on site to test unit for unit leaking. Test unit by removing the from panel and found leak coming from dispenser. Will need to replace the inner door due to rust and new dispenser. Rescheduled for 2/21 for AM per customers request ; ordrng 1 W11559689 (Inner door) and 1 W11412300 (Dispenser)

"Arrived on site to inspect washer with lid locked and nothing working. Upon further inspection, I found the unit display flashing the error code F9E1-long drain. I placed the unit in diagnostics and cleared the code then tilted the unit back to find the lower main harness had been re-wired at the drain pump. The tub was full of water at the time of arrival. I tested continuity at the drain pump harness and found it was bad. I tested the drain pump and it is within ohms range. I removed and replaced the lower main harness and tested the unit on a drain and spin cycle and the unit failed to drain. I tested the control at the J6 connector and found no voltage going to the pump. I removed and replaced the main control and retested and was able to get the water drained from the unit. Calibrated the unit and tested in diagnostics and unit is operating as designed. No water leaks observed during service, job completed. W11513246, W11643701"

MEDB765FC0 Arrived on site for a dryer making nosies. On arrival verified issue heard nosies coming from the pulley. Replaced repair kit and tested product works as it's designed .

"Arrived on site to test unit for ice not dispensing. Upon arrival customer stated water will constantly enter the bin causing ice to clump up into one big block. Verified issue, removed housing and found major ice buildup around the fill funnel area and onto the ice maker frame. Once ice built up and the ice maker started a harvest, tray clipped the ice causing the ice tray to break. Removed ice and replaced ice maker (W10873791). Ran a harvest cycle and a fill, when filling noticed spray pattern was being affected by calcium deposits in the fill funnel. Cleared out deposits and test again, ice maker is now filling properly. Unit is hooked up to an under the counter RO system and pressure is slightly too low. Advised customer to get the pressure issue resolved for the fill to work at its optimal performance. Unit is now running as designed, no leaks detected, job complete."
