I ran a diag cycle a found that the wash motor did not run. I then ran the unit in a regular wash cycle and found the same. I pulled the unit out and tested the elements and both are within ohms range. I turned the unit on bake and tested voltage and found both element getting 240V. Following the tech sheet provided by the manufacturer, I removed and replaced the main control and placed the old broil element in the unit as it is testing good and retested the unit. "Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator icing up in the freezer section. Upon further inspection, I found the unit unplugged. Plugged unit in and disassembled the freezer section to monitor the evaporator. I found only the top two coils of the evap had frost pattern and the cap tube was beginning to accumulate a large amount of frost. I tested the element and it was within ohms range as was the thermistor. I pulled the unit out and checked the compressor and found it at .43amps. I advised the customer that the unit needs a sealed system repair and I verified the unit sealed system still within warranty through our claims department. I recommended the customer contact lg to schedule the repair as t(e unit will need the compressor, dye drier, access valve and main control and possibly the evaporator. Unit left unplugged for safety and no water leaks observed during service. Job completed."

"Arrived on site to follow up on refrigerator with freezer not cooling properly. Customer showed me printout of digital thermometer temps. Unit rarely goes below 30 in the FC. Found compressor off on arrival. If you set the unit colder, compressor will come on and run. Frost pattern seemed fine. Changed out thermistor and control since fan and compressor are both acting properly. Called in to tech line, sr7735554001. Spoke with Andy who advised against further repairs since unit is outdoors, unit must be brought inside for a minimum of 48 hours and checked after. Page 4 of use and care guide lists location requirements as indoors with temperatures between 50 - 110 degrees, which unit currently is outside of. Advised customer on findings and that no further repairs will be made until unit is brought indoors and given time to adjust."

"Arrived onsite for a refrigerator leaking water and dripping inside fridge and within the ice container. I found where the icemaker had overflowed and caused ice buildup on the fascia and at the base of the ice bucket freezing it to the door. While I was onsite the unit went thru a harvest and did not overfill the mold but it did fill it to the top of the front of the mold. I removed all the ice from the fascia, ice bucket, and freezer door. I raised the front leveling legs to keep the water from seeping out of the mold when freezing. I explained to the customer to monitor and let us know if there is still an issue. There were no water leaks present at the time of service. Call complete."

I charge the unit up with 125 psi of nitrogen and found pressures hold for 15 minutes without dropping. Vacuumed down the unit to -31 psi and found pressures hold again for another 15 minutes. Charged the unit up with R1 34A and found pressure is equalizing at 140 psi and zero psi. The unit begin to cool and operate as designed.
