WDP540HAMZ0 Arrived on site for a dishwasher leaking water custer thinks its the seal. On arrival, the client stated that the dishwasher is no longer leaking . It leaked once, and she thought something might have been stuck in the seal. I ran diagnostic no error codes. The product is working as its designed no parts used no water leaks visible from the main water supply.

Arrived on site for dishwasher KDTM405PPS1 that is not filling with water. Tested unit on arrival and found ir does fill with water. I ran a wash cycle ans verified that all spray arms are working, drain is working, and heating element is also working. I can find no failures with the unit, and whatever issue might have been present seems to be resolved. No parts used.

Arrived on site to install previously diagnosed and ordered parts. Per previous techs diagnosis, I found oil in the evaporating pan. When I pierced the drier, I found no pressure in the system. Using my nitrogen, I pressurized the system to find a leak in the yoder line coming out of the cabinet. I removed and replaced the compressor, access valve, and UV drier and cut the Yoder line and brazed a coupler onto the line. Pressurized the system again with 250psi of nitrogen and checked for leaks in the repair and found none. I vacuumed the system down to -30/0 psi and monitored pressures. Pressures held for approximately 15 minutes, then I installed 77g of R600 refrigerant and allowed the system to equalize. I plugged the unit in and monitored temps and the evaporator and the unit is beginning to cool and has a good frost pattern. Unit is operating as designed and no water connections to the unit, job completed. WPW10143759, W11506635, W11455472

Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator KBFN502EPA05 freezer (FC) drawer not opening properly. Upon further inspection, the customer demonstrated how the freezer drawer is difficult to open. When I tested it, I found it giving a lot of resistance. I tested the ice bin slides as well and found the left side slide doesnt slide out. After a few minutes of forcing it to slide out and working the slide bearings, it finally began to function properly, but it appears that it might have a slight bend in it. I could see the grease was hardened and clumped up on the slides bearings. The customer demonstrated how the RC doors slam when they close on their own. I advised the customer that with the heavy door panels on the outside of the doors, they will slam like that and theres not anything that can be done to adjust it other than remove the panels. I advised that the normal stainless panels that go on the doors is very thin metal and lightweight. When inspecting the unit for leveling, I found the unit trim is touching the cabinet trim at the bottom, but is out approximately 1/8 inch towards the top. I am ordering the FC drawer slides and ice bin slides and office to schedule return service. Upon return service, returning tech will need to adjust the leveling so that the trims are touching and flush. Arrived on site for an electric wall microwave oven combo unit that is shutting off after 25 seconds. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that they had issues getting the microwave to start, and an issue with the air fry option. I tested the microwave three separate times and found the unit working and operating as designed and completing each cycle. I tested the air fry option and found the unit working as well. I ran the in it through diagnostics and found no stored error codes. I had the customer show me how they were using the oven and found the customer having difficulty starting because the customer was pressing the start logo on the screen instead of touching the push to start knob. I went over how to use the product and went through the use and care guide. The unit is working and operating as designed. Call complete. No parts were installed.

Arrived on site for unit not washing properly. Upon arrival found weep holes on both sprays arms has clogs. Majority of them. Ran test cycle with cup right side up for 1 minute and compared the water amount and was half full. Cleaned spray arms and ran another minute test cycle and found cup was full. Arrived on site to replace previously diagnosed parts. Upon arrival removed unit from cavity and proceeded to replace both blower motors (W11598119) and both controls (W11261167), (W11261169). Reassembled unit and restored power. Entered service mode, cleared all stored fault codes, and manually activated each component successfully. Ran bake cycles in both oven cavities and verified proper heating operation with no interruptions or fault recurrence. Unit is now running as designed, job complete.

Arrived onsite for panel issues and water level. Customer stated they cant see the water fill up as much. I explained to the customer that frontloads are hard to see the water level due to the little amount to actually show in the drum but assured them that there is a lot more water sitting in the bottom of the tub and its just hidden. Addressed the panel and found digits to overlap and no telling on if its on cold temp or hot temp as the whole selection stays lit. I replaced the W11325580 console and unit now shows leds and digits as designed. Call complete. No leaks.

Arrived on site to diagnose microwave making a popping noise when turned on. Tested the unit and confirmed the popping noise occurs shortly after starting a heating cycle. Removed the outer cover and performed diagnostics on the high-voltage components. Found the high-voltage diode and capacitor to be faulty. Further testing revealed the high-voltage transformer is also defective and contributing to the issue. Due to the failure of multiple high-voltage components, the microwave is not operating safely or correctly. Will order a new high-voltage transformer and return with the required parts. Arrived on site for an oven WOED5030LZ01 not getting all functions. I verified the issue and replaced the console w11659265. After setup i found an option to edit the model number. Also hooked up wifi. Unit has all functions now. No other issues found.

Arrived on site for a refrigerator model GX5FHTXVQ07 that is not making ice. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that everything else works, but the ice maker is not harvesting ice. I took the temperature of the freezer and found it at 13 degrees fahrenheit going through a defrost. I found the bail arm had been lifted into the off position. I pulled the bail arm down and found the unit harvest and fill as designed. I gained access to the compressor and did not find it hot or overdrawing amperage. The unit it appears to be working and operating as designed. No parts were installed, and no leaks were present during service.

Arrived on site for a range WFES3530RS0 with the oven not working. Found the control locked up even after cycling the power. The incoming power at the terminal block is correct. I replaced the control w11707168 and heated to 250 degrees on bake without any issues. No other issues found.

Arrived on site to test unit WGD5600XW1 for not drying. Upon arrival performed vent test and verified poor airflow condition. Inspected flex vent hose and exhaust routing behind unit and found gas supply line pressing against vent hose, restricting airflow and nearly collapsing vent path. Adjusted unit positioning and corrected vent routing. Retested airflow and verified vent test now indicates proper airflow. After further discussion with customer, determined drying concerns are primarily occurring during automatic sensor cycles rather than timed dry operation. Suspecting failing moisture sensor harness and weak gas valve coils contributing to inconsistent cycle completion. Recommend replacing moisture sensor harness and coil valves to resolve issue. Arrived on-site for a refrigerator model WRSF5536RZ00 that is making a beeping noise constantly. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that the unit cools just fine, but the refrigerator makes a beeping noise 2-3 times a day. She said the door light stays off, but they dont understand why the machine still beeps. I was unable to replicate the issue but found the door switches working properly. I called Whirlpool Techline and spoke to Jonathan SR# 23683929. He had me run a few tests, and when we removed the UI, it started making the noise. I found that when the UI rattled, it would create the beeping. We tried adjusting the wires behind it but it still was beeping when the door was shut. Jonathan advised me to replace the UI. Ordering thebauI and the office will need to contact the customer about a return date due to limited parts availability. A rabbed on site for a washing machine model WTW6157PW1 that was going off balance and now wont start a cycle. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised he was running a load with a blanket in the machine, and when he came home, the machine had walked out into the middle of the floor. He advised that since he removed the blanket out of the machine, the machine wont start. I tested the machine and found the latch assembly trying to lock the lid and continuing to try locking for 10 seconds. Standing close, customers stated that the washer would stain the clothes and would not rinse out the Soap properly. ran diagnostics and no fault codes ,during component test, Notice that the incoming water through the drawer was spraying Sporadically. removed and replaced drawer w11413340 also lowered the water pressure at the wall for the customers house. it was very high and was hitting the top of the tub ring, causing the splash over and leak, which was a complaint from the customer. Ask a customer. How much soap she would use? And she stated when she washed her babys clothes. She would use 1/2 a cap full, advised to cut that in half or even less, When wash your babys clothes. she said shed use a full cap when she washed their clothes, advised her that status too much soap. The soap is super concentrated that can leave an excess of suds and cause, Soap to build up and stay on the clothes advised to cut that in half. Also advised her to cut her softener, which is what is staining the clothes in half. its too thick, and it does not dissolve properly. Ran auto test on wash machine and it filled, agitated, Drained and spun washer is working as intended.No leaks detected that time of service

I modified the hoses for them to fit inside the water valves using 1/4 connection and 5/16 connection. I had the client dispense a few cups of water. WMH78019HZ05 Arrived on site from previous tech visit. I tested the door switches, and they were good . I used my fuse jumper, then tested. The product is working well . I tested the light ,blower fan ,I tested with a cup of water it warmed it up. I didnt find any other issues besides the failed fuse. I installed the microwave back. Then tested one more time, the product is working as its designed.

Arrived on site to test unit KOEC530SPS00 for cycle start issues. Upon arrival customer stated microwave will intermittently not start a cycle. Tested unit and was able to duplicate concern by softly closing microwave door. Verified left interlock switch was not being fully depressed, resulting in intermittent no-start condition. Inspected door engagement and found hinges and latch alignment within specification; condition occurs due to incomplete door closure pressure. Advised customer to allow hinges to fully close door firmly to ensure proper switch engagement. Also advised that if cycle does not start, applying slight pressure to the left side of the door will fully engage switch and restore operation. Unit is running as designed, no parts installed, job complete.

Upon arrival, customers stated that the refrigerator would start to melt in the freezer section. It happened on a regular basis. The ice would start to melt , food on the top Shelf would start to defrost, checked freezer temperature, and it was set to recommend setting. while removing food from the freezer section, found that there was a bag of peas that was stuffed back against the back wall of the evaporator panel And it was blocking the venting on the middle shelf. Advised customer that will decreased the airflow drastically in the freezer section. Especially after refrigerator comes out of defrost, and it cannot cool down fast enough. that can cause ice to melt. Advised customer, just to put frozen items that are in containers that are large. That cant fallback behind the shelf or blick vent.Cx Also stated that her ice maker was not dumping. Ice and it would just keep filling. Verify that the ice maker would not go to full harvest. Removed and replaced icemaker w11700250, tested the icemaker and it harvested and filled with water.refrigerator is working as intended.No leaks detected at times service

Arrived on site for drawer issues. Opened freezer door,found middle drawer unable to extend out,removed freezer door found upper drawer adapter not installed correctly to liner preventing middle drawer from extending out. Removed upper drawer reinstalled left side drawer adapter reassembled unit tested drawer operation unit working as designed.

Upon arrival, set oven to 350, ran up to 350 with no issues. Aloud oven to cycle three times and average temperature was 353 degrees.No issues with temp or breaker tripping. oven is working as intended.

WFW560CHW4 Arrived on site for a washer with no power. On arrival, I verified no power. I was unable to run diagnostic. The control board has failed. I tested the drain pump part, which was good . I replaced the control board. Washer powered on ran diagnostic no error codes. I was unable to fully test due to the client not having hoses for the water connection. I recommended the client when they have hoses to run a cycle. No water leaks product works as its designed

Arrived on site for microwave not heating. Upon arrival inspected unit customer opened door immediately noticed light not coming on found left side interlock tab faulty broken off and needs to be replaced. Ordering harness with both interlock return set 06/01; ordrng 1 W11449277 (Harness with interlocks)

Arrived on site to install previously diagnosed parts on a washing machine model MVW7232HW2. Inspected unit and work area. I replaced the gearcase W11449841, wash plate W10902814, and rotor W10915701. I tested the unit and found the machine begin to work and operate as designed with no leaks present during service. Arrived on site to inspect washer WTW4855HW3 washer not starting a cycle in apartment 10209. Upon arrival, I found no power in the apartment and water in the tub. I advised the front office staff that I cannot properly service the unit without power and they would need to contact our office to reschedule once there is power. Job completed.

Arrived on site for console touch pad coming apart from console glue is failing. Removed door and inspected gasket and vent no sign a steam issue accuring. Called PR reported my findings recommended replacing console. Replaced console customer will monitor job completed

Arrived on site to test unit WTW4855HW3 for pump running. Upon arrival customer stated drain pump constantly runs unless power is removed. Applied power, drain pump immediately engaged indicating a pressure system fault. Entered diagnostics and found F3E1 (pressure system fault) error code stored. Per S code S153EB, followed TSP W11766193. Both model and serial number fall within the rework. Cleared error code and reset control, cycled power, drain pump still immediately engages. Inspected pressure hose, found no kinks, punctures or restrictions. Valve is not leaking. Pressure switch on the control has failed. Replaced control (W11607637) and applied power, drain pump no longer immediately engages. Ran a calibration cycle successfully. Unit is now running as designed, no leaks detected, job complete.

Customers stated that the unit stopped working after they had a power outage. Verified fault code F9E0. Miswired fault code, ran microwave with water in a coffee cup, and it got hot. ran oven on broil And the broil elemnt started to get hot, powered off unit for about 2 minutes. Turned unit back on. remove connectors from both relays and reseated.checked voltage from neutral to L1 120vac, neutral to L2 120vac. Started bake cycle and had 220vac coming from Bake relays. Pushed oven back into wall, turn on oven and set bake to 350. Oven heated to temp with no issues. advised customer, If the error code does pop back up to give us a call. oven is working.As intended

Arrived on site to inspect washer model WET4024HW0 not starting a cycle and not spinning or draining. Upon further inspection, I found that the lid hinge had failed and causing the lid not to lock properly. I also found that the drain pump has failed. I vacuumed the standing water out of the washer and ordering the hinges parts and door lid in case needed. Returning with prescreened parts. Office to schedule return service. Arrived on site for no ice. No issues with cooling,unit freezing and cool correctly good air flow to ice box. Removed housing replaced the icemaker, fill tube heater, adapter,gaskets,installed liner gasket,replaced the mian control and ui. Upon arrival, customers stated that the machine, it sounded like the motor was continuously running, but it would not start cycles. The unit was unplugged ,plug unit in and ran diagnostics. Only fault code was an F9E1 drain pump fault code, clear fault code and start a cycle. The lid would continuously lock and unlock, unplugged unit removed and replaced lidlock w11670519. Plugged unit back in powered up unit and drain pump started to run and would not stop.unplugged unit removed and replaced control board w11633359. plugged unit back in and pump did not come on. started cycle, Lid locked and unit started to sense and started to fill with water, canceled cycle, And unit drained out. washer is working as intended.No leaks detected at time of service

Arrived on site to test unit for not working properly, customer stated that clothes is coming out dripping wet after cycle completes, tested unit found all components activating but pump is not pushing water out, inspected filter, did not find any restrictions, replaced pump W11458345 and tested unit is now running as designed no leaks detected job complete

Arrived onsite for OTR microwave WMH31017HS12 making noise when in use. Customer had video. Tested and confirmed noise from turn table motor, grinding sound. Also found support worn. Replaced motor W10642989 and support W11245707. Tested and unit is now functioning properly. Job complete

Arrived on site to replace previously diagnosed control, replaced control W11413274 and tested but motor is still not fully engaging, verified that the motor is getting proper voltage, replaced sump assembly WPW10671941 and tested, unit is now running as designed no leaks detected job complete

Arrived on site to diagnose range displaying F9E0 error code indicating a miswired power supply. Verified the error and removed the rear access cover to inspect the terminal block and incoming power connections. Found the unit had been wired incorrectly at the terminal block. The black power wire was connected to the neutral (white) terminal, and the white wire was connected to the L1 terminal, causing the miswire fault to appear. Corrected the wiring configuration by properly securing the black wire to the correct power terminal and the white wire to the neutral terminal. Inspected all remaining connections to ensure they were tight and properly installed. Reassembled the unit and restored power. Tested range operations and confirmed the F9E0 error code cleared. Verified unit heats and operates properly. Unit is now functioning as designed. Job complete.

Arrived on-site for a washing machine model WTW4816FW3 that wont advance. Inspected unit and the work area. The customer stated that the machine would start, but then it wouldnt wash. I ran the unit into diagnostics and found an F8 E1 (long fill) error code. I checked both valves and found the cold water valve barely drawing in water. I found adequate water pressure from the valve at the wall. I replaced the inlet valve W11210463 and tested the unit. The unit began to work and operate as designed with no leaks present during servic. Call complete.

WTW5057LW0 Arrived on site for a washer that is noisy when spinning and shaking around. On arrival, I ran diagnostic no error codes. I checked if the unit was balanced, and it wasnt. I balanced the washer ,I tested the suspension they were in great shape. I looked under the washer and checked the belt,splutch gearcase, and motor. All parts were in good shape no oil leaks. I calibrated, and then I did a quick wash. Everything looked great, then I did a drain n spin, no sounds coming from the washer . It ran the whole cycle without shaking or making nosies. The product is working as . designed no parts used no water leaks visible from the main water supply .

Arrived on site for dryer making a loud noise. Ran dryer and confirmed noise. Removed top panel. Confirmed noise coming from the front of drum. Removed front panel. Found a nail stuck between the felt and the drum. Removed and cleaned. Unit now runs properly. Call complete. No parts.

Arrived onsite for dryer WED560LHW2 only working on timed dry and quick dry selections. Confirmed issue. Disassembled and found moisture sensor disconnected at harness. Secured connection, reassembled and tested. Unit is now responsive in sensor dry selections. All selections are now functioning. Job complete
