MVW6230HW1 Arrived on site for a washer F9E1 . On arrival I ran diagnostic no error codes client told me that the lid lock would try and lock but didn't work . I checked ohms and with lid closed and open it had incorrect readings. Further inspection I found a broken wire harness. I replaced both parts lid lock and wireharness then ran diagnostic still didn't work . I called my leader and he told me check capacitor because product would power on but didn't do anything else. I checked MF on capacitor and it had a OL I installed new capacitor and it still didn't work I ordered new control and ui control and actuator. I rescheduled client for 3/24/25 no water leaks visible from main water supply. Arrived on site for a dryer that won't heat. Inspected unit and work area. I checked voltage and found proper voltage and polarity. I gained access to the heating components and found the thermal cutoff open. I replaced the thermal cutoff and timer due to the venting being right out of the side wall and having good airflow. "Arrived on-site for refrigerator not cooling on arrival. Confirmed failure and found the equalized pressures in a vacuum, as well as run time pressures at negative thirty on the low side and five psi on the high side. Eventually, I found that there was a leak in the drier, and I replaced the drier with wpw10143759 uv drier. Pull the vacuum and recharge system with 5.75 ounces of r134a. Found even f4ost pattern on entire rc coil and informed customer er to allow for 24hrs to stablize temps and 72 hrs for ice bin to fill. Call complete"

"Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator not dispensing water, but making ice. Upon further inspection, I tested the water dispenser and no water dispensed. I found the ice bin full of ice and tested the ice maker and found it harvesting and filling with water. Once I closed the FC door, the unit began to make a loud noise as if the evap fan was hitting ice. I gained access to the evap fan motor and found a large block of ice on the left side of the fan and the fan blades were rubbing on the ice. The ice build up was coming from the ice maker fill, tube leaking. I adjusted the fill tube and removed the ice from the evaporator fan and retested and it is operating as designed. I gained access to the reservoir and found it frozen. Defrosted the reservoir and retested the water dispenser and it is operating as designed. I made recommendations for food placement in the fresh foods section as all of the shelves have food items that are pushed all the way back to the back wall and blocking the airflow which can cause the reservoir to freeze if it's getting too much cold air blowing on it. Unit is operating as designed and no water leaks observed during service, job completed."

"Arrived on site for a refrigerator that stopped cooling. Inspected unit and work area. The customer had the unit unplugged prior to arrival. He advised that the unit was working fine, and then it just completely quit cooling. After plugging in the machine I heard all fans kick on but the compressor hum lightly and kick on overload. I found that the compressor had a locked rotor and would not spin. I attempted to replace the start device to see if that would fix anything and found no difference in the machine's ability to run the compressor. "Arrived on site to inspect washer error codes. Upon further inspection, I placed the unit in diagnostics showing error code F2E2-UI disconnected. Cleared the code and continued with testing and the unit operated as designed until the last wash mode test. At this time, the unit began to agitate, dispense water from the valve and go into a spin all at once. While testing, when the hot water valve came on, I found moisture built up on the control panel fascia just under the UI from the steam leaking through the opening at the back of the lid between it and the panel. When I gained access to the UI and main control, I found more moisture built up inside the panel. I removed and replaced the control panel fascia and calibrated the unit. I placed the unit into diagnostics and only observed this stored error code. I ran through component testing, and the components are operating as designed. Upon futher inspection, I found that the drain hose is not installed correctly and because of this installation and the position and length of the drain hose, the water in the washer was getting siphoned and causing the error to trigger. I informed the customer that the drain hose installation is very important to the function of the washer and will need to be addressed and fixed. No parts installed"

"Arrived on site for a microwave that won't start a cycle and has a display that won't read out. Inspected unit and work area. The customer explained that anytime you closed the door, the microwave begins to run and of you leave it long enough, there will be a burning smell coming from within the microwave cavity. He also explained that the display does not read out correctly and you cannot understand what it says or press any buttons to try to make anything work. I did confirm both of the customers' complaints and found that the machine would need a control, door switch assemblies, and at least another magnetron. "Arrived on site for customer complaint of unit tripping the breaker. I plugged unit in, and it was tripping the breaker. I disconnected all wire harnesses, control, heater, fans, and compressor. Inspected all wiring, I didn't see anything obviously wrong. I reconnected everything, unit tested good. If problem continues, will need control, fan harness, main harness, power cord."

Arrived on site for washer stuck in drain loop. On arrival confirmed issue. Found drain pump at 20ohms and wire harness intact. Found control w11608056 had failed and replaced it under s-code S153E. Found unit working as designed with no leaks call complete

Arrived on site to diagnose refrigerator with door not fully closing. Examined unit and found a gap in the top left corner of the RC door. Used heat gun to heat gasket and mold to mullion/liner. Advised customer to heat and shape gasket if need be if it gaps again. Floor is a bit off level and causing some sag. Customer will address and follow up if any more issues arise. Repair completed. "Arrived on site to test unit for squeal noise. Upon arrival customer presented video of the issue, during spin unit starts to squeal really loud. Inspected gear case, found oil has began to get pushed out. Bearings within gear case has failed. Replaced gear case (W11449840), splutch assembly (W10721967), shift actuator (W10913953) and belt WPW10006384). Ran a diagnostic cycle with all components properly engaging. Ran a calibration cycle successfully. Unit is now running as designed, no leaks detected, job complete."

Arrived on site to diagnose front load washer not draining. Tested unit and found drain barely moving any water. Customer unstacked unit. I was able to disassemble and found a bra pad stuck in the trap. Removed debris and ran unit. Verified proper drainage and unit working as designed. No leaks found. No parts needed. Call completed.

"Arrived on site to inspect washer making a very loud grinding noise. Upon further inpsection I placed the unit into diagnostics and observed a shifter error. I gained access to the underside of the machine and found that the splutch assembly was worn due to being in the half shifted position. The actuator was not operating properlywhich led to this failure. I also observed that the belt was worn. I replaced the splutch, actuator and belt and recalibrated and tested the machine. "Arrived on site to inspect dishwasher not starting. Upon further inspection, I found that pushing the start button would cut power to the display. I gained access to the control and found that it was not mounted properly to the panel which caused multiple buttons to be depressed which resulted in the machine becoming confused and powering off. I correctly installed the control, and this fixed the issue. No error codes present and the machine is operating as designed no water leaks observed during service. Arrived onsite for dryer making noise. I found a whistle noise coming from the rear. I found the dryer vent connector to be making the noise as the connector has slits on the end causing air to escape and make the noise. "Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator, making noise and torn right RC gasket. Upon further inspection, the customer advised that ocasionnaly she would hear a loud noise from the refrigerator. The noise was not presenting itself at the time. I examined the evaporator cover and found no evidence of ice. I ran all fans to check operation and noise levels. There is a chance that the fan was striking some frost or ice. I set the defrost setting to the standard, and the customer will monitor if the sound returns. I am ordering the right RC gasket.
