Explained taste likely due to water supply or filtermanufacturer recommends flushing two gallons to clear charcoal particles that can cause abnormal taste. "Arrived on site to follow up on refrigerator WRS325SDHZ12 that was getting ice stuck between the door and chute. Customer had a cube stuck on arrival, and I was able to see where it wedged. After clearing that cube, I was able to recreate cubes getting stuck several times. I called tech line for recommendations since this issue has been ongoing SR21810012. Tech line had me check the level of the unit, which was actually leaning towards the FRONT. This was causing the ice produced and dispensed to bunch together in the front of the bin, and when dispensing it was causing cubes to dispense faster than intended. I leveled the unit to raise the front end and tilt towards the rear, and retested. This keeps the cubes building towards the rear, with the dispenser auger being designed to pull cubes to dispense. After 10 attempts I had 1 instance where a cube got stuck, which was after hitting the dispenser paddle and letting off very quickly. Once a full cup dispenses and you let off, unit is no longer dropping excessive cubes. In the event issue continues to repeat, only repair that can be attempted is a new FC door. Call completed. No water leaks observed."

I was able to get them all into alignment, but the door is still partially stiff. This is likely due to defective closer being unloaded/off. Reordering closer / bushing / hinge. Customer showed me they had been washing 3 blankets when issue happened. 2/3 blankets were still in the washer. I examined the unit and advised the customer that with this many blankets, the unit could not balance and would bang. Customer mentioned one catching between the tub and basket, which is an indicator that the unit had items up to the top, which was also slinging water when spinning. I ran the unit with the lid up with 1 blanket to demonstrate proper loading and function, and advised against overloading. Unit itself is working as designed, and all mechanical checks passed. "Arrived on site to install previously diagnosed and ordered parts. Per previous techs diagnosis, I installed two screws, two studs, and the handle to the unit door. The customer advised that the unit is not heating. I opened the unit door and found the rinse aid dispenser empty. I placed the unit in diagnostics, showing no error codes and tested. While testing and having the outer door panel removed, I tested voltage to the element at the control and found 121V. I retested and gained access to the junction box where i tested amp draw to the components and found the element getting 7-9amps as designed. I retested one more time and when I opened the unit door, steam came out of the unit. I advised the customer that the unit is operating as designed and explained my testings and findings. Also found out the customer has a water softener system, so I explained how the softener can effect the operations of the unit and made recommendations for use and care, as well as detergent and rinse aid use. "Arrived on site to inspect washer WTW4816FW3 drain pump constantly on. Upon further inspection, I plugged the unit in, and immediately, the drain pump turned on. I placed the unit in diagnostics showing error code F3E2-pressure sensor fault. I verified the model and serial numbers to the numbers in the service pointer W11766193. I gained access to the main control and removed and replaced the control. I calibrated the unit and tested it in diagnostics. "Arrived on site to inspect ice machine model KUIX535HPS02 not producing ice. upon further inspection, I placed the unit into diagnostics and tested all functions and found there was no water flow into the reservoir. I removed the filter and tested again and found the water flow to be restored. The filter was restricting the flow. The customer provided a new filter. I installed the new filter and tested the unit and it is now operating as designed. No water leaks observed during service."

Arrived on site for a refrigerator JBSFS48NMX00 with a damaged door. Found both doors are separating due to an installation issue. I called techline and they couldn't find the part number for the outer door. Both inner and outer doors will need to be replaced. I advised the customer to call trade care per techlines advice. "Arrived on site for washer WTW5100HC2 with issues of dented cabinet and sometimes leaks water. Upon arrival , customer states that the water occasionally leaks from the standpipe and showed the dents and dings on cabinet. I contacted claims and am told that these accidental damages are covered under the 3rd party warranty . I test and inspected entire unit. Unit fills and washes correctly. There are no leaks coming from unit. When Inspecting hoses found all lower components covered in thick, greasy , stick substance. Unit is going to need to be completely rebuilt. Ordering gearcase, wash plate , Cabinet, shield, belt, cam, actuator, motor, capacitor, spanner nut, leveling feet, and 2 hour weigh time. "Arrived on site for freezer not cooling. On arrival, confirmed issue and found unit of fifty degrees.But upon further inspection found no leaks in the system or uv dye, anywhere. I pulled a vacuum and waited thirty minutes to see if unit had a leak and could not verify any leak, then recharge system with fifty grams of r six hundred and waited until the coil was completely frosted over and found temperatures drop between fifty and sixty degrees within fifteen minutes of running. Informed customers will allow twenty four hours to unit to stabilize temps.Call complete."
