Upon further inspection, I found the customer had their builder adjust the power cord to allow the unit to be pulled out and properly diagnosed. The customer advised that once the unit reaches preheat, they can place their hand on the bottom panel, and it's not hot. I pulled the unit out and tested the unit on Bake at 350 degrees. I tested voltage at the bake and broil elements and found 244V at each. I tested amp draw to the bake element and found 0 amps. I stopped testing and cycled power to the unit and removed the harness from the bake element and ohmed the element. I found the bake element open. I removed and replaced the bake element and retested on Bake at 350 degrees, and the unit is operating as designed. Job completed W11545804"

"Arrived on site to inspect oven model WOES3030LS01 tripping circuit breaker. Upon further inspection I found that the oven circuit breaker had been tripped I reset the circuit breaker and the breaker tripped after about 2 minutes while the oven was in standby. I reset the breaker again and it did not trip in standby again while in standby. I gained access control and measures voltage and current draw. All checks were normal. The oven tripped while drawing 16.8 amps. Tye cut it breaker is rated for 30. I set to broil for 10 minutes and switched to bake at 500 degrees and it did not trip. I set a bake time for 2 hrs and informed the customer that due to the unit tripping in standby, it is highly likely that there is an electrical issues I called safety to document 20986306"

Arrived on site to inspect oven tripping the circuit breaker. Upon further inspection the customer reported that the oven tripped the circuit breaker while in standby. I removed the oven and measured the element and checked the wiring and connections. Both elements tested good and there were no shorts found. I measured proper incoming voltage. I tested the unit on bake and measured the amp draw from the elements and measured 12 ohms bake and 16.7ohms broil. While I was testing the relay on the control stopped supplying voltage to the elements. I tested the limit switch and it was closed and operating as designed. I replaced the control due to a faulty relay. I tested the unit again and it did not trip and continued to function as designed. W11649136

"Arrived on site for a washing machine model WTW4815EW0 that is not completing cycles. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that he was running his washer four times two weekends ago and that 2 out of the 4 didn't complete. He said the ones right after each uncompleted cycle did finish but figured he would call in to have it looked at. Alright, tested, the suspension and found the suspension was good. I checked the basket and found the basket not wobbling on the drive shaft. I ran the unit through diagnostics and found no stored error codes. I ran the unit through an auto test and the unit ran as designed. I ran through multiple tests even with clothes in the washer and could not get the machine to replicate the failure. I did advise the customer that because there are no stored error codes, no visible components failed, and the unit not acting up, the only other issue would have to be the loads he was running. I advise the customer to keep an eye on the unit. And to contact us if any further issues persist. Call complete. No parts were installed."

Arrived on-site for a washing machine model WTW4816FW3 to install previously diagnosed parts. I replaced the control W11603810 and calibrated the unit. I ran the unit through diagnostics and found the unit working and operating as designed. Call complete. No leaks were observed during service.

Arrived on site to diagnose dead refrigerator WRS315SDHM13. Checked voltage at outlet; found it dead. Checked breaker; it was on and reset successfully. Rechecked outlet; still dead. Arrived on site for unit tripping breaker. Upon arrival spoke with customer informed me house is nee and that they just moved in a breaker trip immediately. Set unit to broil and allowed unit to reach 350 degrees unit reach temp and didn't trip. Turned off broil and set bake to 450. Unit reach temp and did not trip breaker monitored unit for 20 minutes unit still did not trip breaker.Set timer for 1 hrsnd customer will monitor and let unit do factory burn off. Customer will turn init off after an 1 hour mark job completed

"Serviced ice machine KUIX535HPS01. Customer reported the unit was full of ice, then shut off, and the ice melted. Found machine off upon arrival. Turned it on and ran diagnostics. All thermostats checked good. Noticed a leak from the recirculating pump and found the water level sensor was not allowing enough water into the reservoir. Replaced recirculating pump w11542867 and water level sensor w11542868. Tested unit and confirmed ice production started. Advised customer to allow at least 24 hours for the bin to fill. NO WATER LEAKS OBSERVED DURING SERVICE."

Arrived onsite to install ordered parts for a WTW5105HW1 washer. Only 2 suspension springs were packed so I couldn't install them.Also the wrong control is packed in the box. I installed the UI w11478519 and tested it. Unit wouldn't spin so I inspected the splutch and found it damaged. I replaced the splutch w10721967 and actuator w11481722. Unit is spinning and agitating as designed.

Arrived on site to install an ordered icemaker for an WRS315SDHM08 refrigerator. The icemaker was packed wrong so im ordering an w11700250 icemaker for return visit. No leaks detected while on site. ; ordrng 1 W11700250 (Icemaker)

Arrivec on sitw fluff dryer tripping breaker. On arrival verified voltage at outlet and dryer terminal were correct. I found no loose connections at motor or element. Found no ground or shorts and allowed dryer to run for 20 minutes then breaker tripped. Found breaker would continously trip even after dryer was unplugged. Instructed customer breaker would need to be replaced. Dryer works as designed call complete.
