"Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator noises. Upon further inspection, the customer advised that they could hear what sounded like a fan hitting ice or failing. Upon arrival, I could not hear any unusual noises from the unit. I disassembled the FC section and while doing so, I found some frost on both rails (photos). I found no ice build up on the evap cover. Removed the evap cover and found a good frost pattern on the evaporator and no signs of ice build up. I placed the unit in diagnostics and tested the evap fan and damper in test #3 and the unit is operating as designed. I could hear a slight chatter from the damper, but its normal noise. I tested the element and it is within ohms range. Tested the thermistors and all are within ohms range as well. Based off the info the customer provided and my findings, it appears that the FC door was not closed completely allowing warm air inside and creating some ice build up on the evaporator. Once the unit went into defrost mode, the ice ice was melted at he unit continued operating as designed. I contacted techline and spoke to Scott and advised of the complaint, my testings and my findings. Scott documented the info and advised to not replace any parts as the unit is operating as designed. Provided SR#7735561469. I advised the customer of my findings and recommended they monitor the unit and to call in for service if the unit makes noises again. I leveled the unit and tested door functions and the doors are closing properly. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

I pulled the unit out and tested the elements and both are within ohms range. I turned the unit on bake and tested voltage and found both element getting 240V. Placed the unit in diagnostics and checked error codes and found F6E4. Following the tech sheet provided by the manufacturer, I removed and replaced the main control and placed the old broil element in the unit as it is testing good and retested the unit. "Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator icing up in the freezer section. Upon further inspection, I found the unit unplugged. Plugged unit in and disassembled the freezer section to monitor the evaporator. I found only the top two coils of the evap had frost pattern and the cap tube was beginning to accumulate a large amount of frost. I tested the element and it was within ohms range as was the thermistor. I pulled the unit out and checked the compressor and found it at .43amps. I advised the customer that the unit needs a sealed system repair and I verified the unit sealed system still within warranty through our claims department. I recommended the customer contact lg to schedule the repair as t(e unit will need the compressor, dye drier, access valve and main control and possibly the evaporator. Unit left unplugged for safety and no water leaks observed during service. Job completed."

Notice the led is not blinking Indicating control failure. Checked resistance of drain pump at J6 pin 3&6 . Resistance should be 17.8-21.8 and is only 1.6. The drain pump has taken out the control. Need to replace drain pump and control.

The customer advised the unit does make a little bit of ice but that the unit seems to be leaking water on top of the ice that they already make. Looked at the icemaker and found the tray bowed and leaning inward towards the middle. Found frost buildup inside of the icemaker section causing the icemaker to catch and leak water out the side. Advised customer that they would need to replace the icemaker for repair. Cleaned out the ice debris and replaced the icemaker. The unit began to work and operate as designed.

"Arrived on site to inspect dryer noises. Upon further inspection, I tested the unit and could not duplicate the noise. I removed the top panel and found the belt fraying. I disassembled the unit and found the rollers not turning properly due to the amount of entries built up on the axles and the tension pulley roller seized to the axle.

Found compressor off on arrival. If you set the unit colder, compressor will come on and run. Frost pattern seemed fine. Changed out thermistor and control since fan and compressor are both acting properly. Called in to tech line, sr7735554001. Spoke with Andy who advised against further repairs since unit is outdoors, unit must be brought inside for a minimum of 48 hours and checked after. Page 4 of use and care guide lists location requirements as indoors with temperatures between 50 - 110 degrees, which unit currently is outside of. Advised customer on findings and that no further repairs will be made until unit is brought indoors and given time to adjust."

"WRF767SDHZ02 Arrived to instal previously diagnosed and ordered parts. I found the issue was due to the filter being severely restricted and after removing it and reseating the joint at the top of the door, the issue ceased and I tested water flow multiple times prior to drip testing. I allowed a paper towel to sit during adjustments of the cabinet and there were no additional drips during the duration of the repair. Operational test good, no leaks observed during service."

Arrived on site for fridge lights being out. I found the freezer and top fridge lights out. I found the front left light in the ceiling was bad. I replaced th led and found the other lights all came back on. Job complete.

KDTE204KPS1 Arrived to inspect power loss. I was unable to recreate the issue and there were no stored error codes. I did find the power supply cable was incorrectly attached at the junction box and it was reverse polarity. I corrected the issues and tested. No leaks observed during service.

"Arrived onsite for washer making noise. On inspection I put the unit in diagnostics mode and during the spin cycle the unit started squealing. I replaced the gearcase,clutch,slider and rotor. I found where the icemaker had overflowed and caused ice buildup on the fascia and at the base of the ice bucket freezing it to the door. While I was onsite the unit went thru a harvest and did not overfill the mold but it did fill it to the top of the front of the mold. I removed all the ice from the fascia, ice bucket, and freezer door. I raised the front leveling legs to keep the water from seeping out of the mold when freezing. I explained to the customer to monitor and let us know if there is still an issue. There were no water leaks present at the time of service. Call complete."

Arrived on site for filter not able to be removed. Upon arrival confirmed issue and found side panel to filter cap had popped loose. Repaired side panel and found filter could be removed safely p. No leaks present call complete

KDTM604KPS1 Arrived to instal previously diagnosed and ordered parts. I removed and replaced the sump assembly and tested. The noise issue was resolved and the unit operated as designed. No leaks observed during service.

"Arrived on site for over the range microwave, inspected unit and work area. Customers complaint was unit not heating consistently. I tested unit and found it heating perfectly but did notice the fan was making older noises than normal. I removed unit and found it the fan flap was not opening because while being installed it got bent. I fix the flap and tested unit is now operating as designed. Job completed."

Arrived on site to replace both spray arms and gasket. Replaced all parts test unit for 25 minutes no leaks present job complete.

Called techline Leon DR#7735548292 and explained to techline about the customers complaint and techline said its normal buzzing noise from compressor. Unit is operating as designed and no leaks where observed during service. Job completed."

Arrived onsite for washer getting unbalanced after a few loads. Upon arrival inspected unit. Customer stated after about four loads she would have to adjust the front right leg. Inspected unit. Opened lid and found tub sitting off towards the right. Took level and found unit needed adjustment. Adjusted rear right and front right. Tub was now center. Ran test and unit is now functioning properly. Job complete.

"Arrived on site and found impeller is spinning freely when ice motor is activated. Replaced impeller, spacer, motor, and separator and ice is now dispensing properly, job complete"

"Arrived on site for range, inspected unit and work area. Customers complaint was upper bake did not work. I tested unit and found the bake igniter open. I replaced igniter and tested. Unit is now operating as designed and no leaks where observed during service. Job completed."

Arrived on site to test unit for lights flickering when on low. Test unit and and replaced 2 back lights and lights will look like flickering due to the hertz being used. Normal operation of unit job complete.

"Arrived on site for oven, inspected unit and work area. Customers complaint was unit making noises after turning off and taking to long to heat. I advised customer that even though cooktop is gas the oven is electric so they will take a bit longer to heat. The noise shes hearing is the cooling fan after turning off the oven. Unit is operating as designed and no leaks where observed during service. Job completed."

Arrived onsite and found a failed actuator causing unit to not to agitate or spin. Replaced actuator. All checks good. Unit is now operating as designed

"Arrived on site for fridge making a rattling noise. I inspected the unit and work area. I tested the icemaker, compress and fan I found them all working normally. I tested the damper and found it rattling. I replaced the damper, reassembled the unit and tested it. It is now working as designed. Job complete."
