Installed new pump and during testing found that the new pump has a leak in the front where the tab that holds and tighten the pump to the chaise of the unit. I tried to tighten the tab down with no success. Ordering a new pump for customer and the pump in the unit needs to be returned to Appliances Express for a refund. "Arrived on site for a washing machine that was flooding water all over the place after the freeze. Inspected unit and work area. Turn on the water valves and immediately saw water shooting out from inside of the consul area. Disconnected the water and found that the valve had completely broken due to Ice buildup in the freeze. Plug the unit in and found 125 V going to the washer but no activity on the washer control itself. Attempted to run the unit into diagnostics or start a cycle and was unable to. I order a wiring harness for the FC and returning the fan motor for evap and the thermistor. No water leaks detected during service. I was able to enter service test mode via the right UI controller and found F3E1, F6E9, F6E4, F1E0 stored in memory and I cleared for testing and repair. I removed and replaced the left UI and expansion board and tested. All functions returned to the left side, but the right UI would not accept commands. I was unable to clear any further codes in either UI and ruled that out. Office to order the UI and we will have both LH and RH in hand, incase of need. Arrived to install previously diagnosed parts but the water supply line was not receiving water because it was disconnected from the main water valve. I advised customer if I installed icemaker and water valve it would still not function so they decided not to do anything with icemaker. I gained access to the drain tube and replaced it with new one. I then gained access to the evaporator and used steamer to remove all ice build up and to make sure it would drain correctly. I removed the filter and retested and the water dispensed as designed. Customer advised that the filter has not been replaced in a long time. I placed my filter bypass in the filter head and retested and it operated as designed. I found mold on the filter head as well. I tested the ice maker and found the motor is bad. . "Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator leaking water onto the floor and accumulating at the bottom of the freezer. Upon further inspection, I removed the bottom drawer from the FC section and found a slab of ice at the bottom. I found the FC evaporator drain tube clogged with ice. I pulled the unit out and removed the back cover and found the drain tube clogged with debris. Removed the tube and cleared the debris and re-installed the tube. Using my steamer, I removed the ice from the drain and tested with hot water from my steamer and the drain is clear. Customer advised the ice cubes are coming out hollow and they recently had another company replace the ice maker. I found the ice maker was installed correctly and was tilted causing the all,of the water to flow to the back (motor area)and the cubes were coming out hollow. I reseated the ice maker and tested and it is operating as designed. No water leaks observed at the end of service, job completed."

Inspection of the drain area within the FC revealed a dime-sized piece of foam that was loose in the area and able to move into the upper portion of the drain and then away from it, causing the intermittent overflow through the FC chamber. I removed the debris and tested and the drain worked as designed. In the unlikely event there are further issues, the drain will require a stint, but it is unlikely and should be ad unless necessary. No leaks observed during service. Warranty applied to service."

The customer stated it only did it once and hasnt errored again with them using the oven since. I tested low fan speed on both ovens and found upper 1312 rpm lower 2137 rpm. I called techline and spoke with Austin to verify if the speeds listed in an older service manual were correct and he said yes low speed range is 400-3000 rpm. I explained to the customer both fans were within range at this time. I rebooted the oven and erased the error. All is working as designed at this time.

The customer advise if they had a load that they had washed back in December that never finished and left water at the bottom of the washer. Since then, whenever they go to start a cycle, the unit will just flash them. Did find an F9 E1 (long drain) error code flashing on the screen. Placed the unit into a drain and spin and found that the unit would lock and unlock but then do nothing. Gained access to the control and measured resistance to the drain pump. Found it open. Checked underneath and checked resistance on the drain pump and found 19.8 ohms of resistance. Checked through the harness and found that the neutral wire from the control connector and the drain pump connector was open. Found the neutral wire split underneath the washer. Add a male and female connector to both wires and reconnected the wiring. Tested the unit and the unit began to work and operate as designed. Call complete."
