"Ive been on site for a refrigerator that is condensating on the Mullins. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that all three of the center millions on in between all of the refrigerator, deli, and freezer doors are all sweating. Did confirm the customers complaint and checked the door Moen and center Millie in between the refrigerator and deli drawers. Checked all connections and found connections were good. checked temperature between the freezer in deli drawer million and found the outer edges registering 67.8?F and center of the mullion showing 51.2?F. I unplugged the condenser fan for 10 minutes. I called Whirlpool Techline and spoke to Chris SR# 7737179869. He had me take temperatures again across that freezer top side Molean and I found the outer edges registering 74.6?F and the center of the mullion registering 51.4?F to 53?F. He advised that based on these checks, the issue would be with the other loop inside of that million. He advised that, since the temperature of barely changed in the center and the sides were going up, he would be sending the unit to review and advise the customer that whirlpool will be contacting me, or the consumer based on the next steps. Arrived onsite for a washer that just stays in sensing and will not start or do anything else. The customer stated that when this started it wouldnt drain or unlock and there were lights that kept flashing. I checked stored error codes and found an F9E1. The customer had removed the water from the basket so I tilted the unit back to engage the pressure switch and activate the pump. The pump didnt come on and I checked voltage at the pump. I had 18VAC across the pump but when I checked blue to ground I had 118VAC. I tested the black wire from the control to the pump and found it open. I replaced the lower harness and tested the machine. The machine is working as designed. There were no water leaks present at the time of service. Call complete.

"WDT970SAKZ2 Arrived to inspect code and no operation. F9E2 and F8E4 were stored in memory and I cleared for testing. I found water within the catch tray, the cause for the F8E4 and removed. The drain line was incorrectly routed around the outside of the left rear leg and there was no drain loop in the drain line. I correct the drain loop missing issue and correctly routed the drain line, to prevent the rubber connector from kinking. I tested the unit in automatic test mode and found that when the lower arm operated, water would leak from the lower pan to right side wall joint. The joint had the appearance of separating slightly and water could be surging and leaking from the area. The unit was possibly incorrectly manufactured, damaged in shipping or damaged during installation and cannot be determined. The customer is calling to get a replacement and if they are not provided a replacement, the tub assembly W11409866 will need to be ordered and installed. No leaks of the water supply observed during service."

Arrived onsite for a DW that is leaving water at the bottom at the end of the cycle. Upon arrival I found that the was water left at the bottom of the unit I put the unit in diag and found no codes then I ran the unit and found the unit drain and washing properly. The check valve operated properly there was a high loop in the drain hose and there was no debris in the pump it the filter well. Due to the seemingly random nature of the issue I and replaced the control and tested the unit and found the unit operating as designed.

Arrived on site for a wash machine that has water level concerns. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that a lot of her cycles dont seem to start with any water and she is curious as to whether the unit is actually washing the clothes. Found most of her settings were on the extra power button and explained the extra power button and how that works. The customer advised that she just was never told how this unit worked and that shes been using the quick wash cycle since its the one that seems to work the best for her. Went over the use and care guide and the unit is working as designed. Call complete.

"Arrived onsite for a refrigerator that is not producing ice, upon arrival I performed a temp test and found Fc9* and failing after the door was opened. I checked for codes and found e5 stored I ran a harvest test and found that the ice maker harvested then I read a fill tested and found that the ice maker is filling with water. I suspect that the ice maker thermistor has failed I am ordering the ice maker and and having the office reschedule; ordrng 1 W11658802 (Ice maker)"

Arrived onsite for intermittent heating. Upon arrival inspected unit. Found issue was the switch housing not making contact with latch arm. Made adjustment to switch housing per service pointer and tested. Tested multiple times and unit heated every time. Job complete

"Arrived onsite for refrigerator icemaker not working. Last tech replaced the filter so I found that the valve was not letting any water out replaced it tested and still no water. Pulled the filter out and the icemaker and the water started to,work. Customer has a whole house filtering system and a water softener. Informed the customer that she did not have to use a filter in the unit."

"Arrived on site for will not start, upon arrival customer states that unit operates just makes grinding sound. Ran diagnostics and there are no saved error codes. Ran a spin test and immediately heard grinding from cam area. Raised unit to inspect lower components. Found the actuator has failed causing cam to be stuck out of position and grinder teeth from cam. Need to replace actuator and cam. Replaced actuator W11481722 and cam W10721967. Test unit and is operating as designed. No leaks present at this time. Job complete"

"KRMF706ESS01 Arrived to inspect ice in FC chamber. I found vapor trails and frost deposits near the upper sealing surfaces of the FC gasket. I removed and replaced the gasket and tested. The unit sealed as designed. Operational test good, no leaks observed during service."

Arrived on site to test unit for unit leaking. Found unit leaking from right side. Found water coming from tub gasket. Replaced gasket test unit and unit test good job at this time. Job complete.

"Arrived on site to test unit for tripping breaker, customer stated that dryer work perfect in there previous location but they moved in a week ago and the dryer is tripping breaker every 5 minutes, inspected connections in terminal block and found it wired properly, customer stated that the breaker was replaced 2 days ago and it has not tripped since, explained to customer that because of AFCI breaker that it will trip again and will need to be reset, at this time unit is running as designed, job complete"
