"Arrived on safe for a washing machine that is not completing cycles. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that certain loads will finish washing the other loads won't. I ran the unit through diagnostics and found an F0 E5 ( off balance load) error code. I ran the unit through an auto test and the unit ran as designed. I checked the suspension and found the suspension was good. I checked the basket assembly and found it properly secured to the drive shaft. I asked the customer about what types of loads were running when the clothes did not finish and she advised that one of them was a load of blankets. I did advise the customer that because this unit is suspension based, any kind of uneven distribution within the basket can cause off balance issues, depending on the load. I did advise that this is most common on bulky. Loads or really light loads, such as sheets. I went over loading procedures, and the unit is working and operating as designed. Call complete. No parts were installed."

"Arrive on site to install previously diagnosed parts. Turn inspect units and work area. I replaced the fuse, capacitor, and diode and then went to double-check my switches. I found one of the upper switches.Was stuck and would not make or break. In order not to replicate the same tissue with the fuse blowing, I left the unit it unplugged, but the unit will need a new upper interlock assembly for repair. Ordering the parts and rescheduling the customer to 3/4. ; ordrng 1 W11551558 (Upper switch assembly) and 1 W11551761 (Lower switch assembly)"

"Arrived on site to diagnose refrigerator making noise pretty consistently. On arrival examined FC for leaking icemaker. Found an ice formation at the bottom left side of the evap cover. I added some silicon around the fill tube, but didn't see a run when I cycled the icemaker. I did feel like there was some moisture infiltration, so I also sealed the liner. When evap fan kicked on I could see that the blade was wobbling and not spinning in place. Replaced evap motor and verified abnormal gyrating was gone. Unit working as designed. Parts used - WP2315549."

"Arrived onsite for dryer not heating. The reason to the timer not going down is due to the dryer not heating. I found all the continuity to check good on the heater and thermals. I checked the outlet and found my L1-L2 only at 108v, L1-G 124v, L2-G 8v, L1-N 124v, L2-N 124, N-G 0v. I checked the breaker to see if one side was tripped and after resetting issue is still present. The breaker is rated at 15amps and whirlpool suggests a minimum of 30amps. I suspect the breaker cannot handle the dryer and is not able to pull correct voltage to their new dryer. Nothing wrong with unit at time of service. Call complete. No parts installed. I documented photos of the breaker."

Foudn amp draw was 10 for bake element and 15 for broil. Found some damage on terminal and harness and replaced w11707167 harness and wpw10245259 block. Tested unit 2ith ground wire off and preheated to 500. Reattached wire and tested oven twice after letting temps drop to 300 both times and found oven heating as deaigned without tripping g breaker. Reported findings techline under Sr#7741074486. Call complete"

I ran the unit in high speed spin, and found it would only move at low speed and stop. I checked the drive system and found the slider ring had separated and was dropped down by 1/4 inch. Replaced slider and retested. Found unit is now properly reaching high speed spin RPM, and did start and progress through a normal cycle. Repair completed. Parts used - W10734521."

Contacted GC for assistance, tested all the components surrounding the bake element, element tested within range 19.5 ohms, TOD tested good. Bake element is not receiving the proper voltage. When testing K1 relay black and red wire to bake element terminal, found it receiving 240V on both sides. All indicators point towards an issue with the main harness. Will need to order main harness and additional parts to ensure completion on return visit. Ordering parts, rescheduled for 03/07.; ordrng 1 W11245671 (Main harness) and 1 W11261167 (Control)"

"Arrived on site for unit making clanking noises. Upon arrival, customer present video recording and the sound occurs when it agitates during the pre soak. Ran consumer cycle to recreate issue and issue occurred after the initial fill is done when unit is agitating. Sound only occurs during the second pulse going counter clockwise. Upon closer inspection, found wash plate to be bouncy when agitating. Proceeded to replace W10752283 wash plate. Ran test and now stopped bouncing. Continued to check underneath tub and found excessive amount of debris (picture attached). Cleaned all debris and reinstalled unit back to original state. In addition, lowered all legs so rotor will not run on the floor on a heavy load. Called techline and spoke with Glen (cannot provide SR# due to system being down) and has no other recommendations. Unit is functioning as designed. No water leaks detected at this time."

I tightened down the washplate and tested the unit. Water pressures are good and the unit is completing full cycles. I ran a calibration. The unit wasn't filling up correctly due to the washplate floating and the unit could not sense the water level correctly. Unit is now operating as designed. No leaks present. Call complete. Replaced the lp kit and the coils. Symtpoms are still persistent. Advised cuetomer that the length and diameter of duct is incompatible with the dryers design specs and is resulting in short flame cycling. Low heat and poor airflow combo causing long dry times. The customer advised that the unit was not agitating during two different cycles and that she thought there might be a pr9blem with it. She did say that the unit would complete each cycle, but she wasn't sure if the clothes were actually washed. I ran the unit through diagnostics and found an F2 E1 (UI stuck key) and F0 E3 (overload) error codes. I ran on the unit through an auto.Test and the unit ran as designed. I showed the customer both fast agitation and slow agitation and the customer advised the alow agitation was what she was seeing. I did tell her that is normal operation and that each cycle will have parts of the cycle that use slow agitation as a part of the programming. Ran a cycle, diagnostics cycle progressed through each step and passed. All components are properly engaging. Customer suspects that an extended soak cycle was selected which can take up to 7.5 hours, but he is not 100% sure. Replaced OWI sensor (W11612329) as precautionary. Noticed soap buildup in the unit, advised customer to run a cleaning cycle to remove any buildup and switch to liquid detergent due to soft water system in the house, and dishes being rinsed before a wash. Customer will start a regular wash cycle and monitor to make sure unit does not take longer then 4.5 hours on a regular wash. At this time unit is running as designed, no leaks detected, job complete."
