Arrived onsite for a washer making a grinding noise. I found a floor drain located under the washer with a 1/2 drain hose from the ice machine going to it. The washer was missing the legs and the rotor was rubbing the drain hose when it was loaded causing the noise the customer heard. The customer is going to get the legs installed on the machine and correct the drain hose. I did find wear in the plastic on the rotor caused from rubbing and cutting the drain hose but the magnets and the rest of the rotor were fine. I tested the washer and it works as designed

Arrived onsite for a dryer taking multiple loads to dry. I found correct voltage to the dryer. I tested the dryer and found it not venting. I tested the temp and found it cycling between 135-175 degrees with the vent hose removed but with it connected it would reach temp but the temp would not drop very fast at all indicating a restricted house vent. The dryer is working as designed but the house vent has to be cleaned.

"Arrived onsite for a range not getting to temp and taking a long time to heat up. I tested the range and found both heaters warming up but very slow. I checked the power supply at the wall and found the outlet wired incorrectly. L1-L2 = 120VAC, L1-N = 240VAC, L2-N = 120VAC. I showed the customer and explained how needs to test the outlet. "Arrived on site for dispenser and lights not working,found broken wire on deli ui harness replaced harness assembly tested deli ui working dispenser working correctly.

Arrived onsite found unit operating with leak from clogged evaporator drain. Repaired by removing and clearing evap drain tube and reinstalling and thawing ice in evap drain tray. Unit is now operating as designed. All checks good.

Arrived onsite and completed alignment repair of unit and restored function. Switch alignment is correct and switches are not needed. Unit populated f4e1 error when activating the microwave relay in diagnostics. Cleared code and continued testing. Determined there was an additional problem of arching in the wave guide. Symptoms of buzzing accompanied by flickering kitchen lights at the same time as the buzzing. Also some flacking and slag in the wave guide and a burn mark on the upper guide cover. Advised front office on findings.

"Arrived onsite for a wall oven that is showing a code when you attempt to use it. Upon arrival I found the unit showing f9e0. Product not wired correctly, upon inspection I found that the Wiring at the wall was correct.. upon further inspection I found that the control smelled burnt, one of the relays on the board was the source. I installed the new control and tested the unit several times and found unit operating as designed. "

"Arrived on site for a refrigerator that is not making ice and is spewing water all over the top of the refrigerator. Inspected unit and work area. Did confirm the customers complaint and found the fill tube at the top of the refrigerator had split open causing the water to spray everywhere when the unit was trying to fill the icemaker with water.. Replaced the fill tube and tested the unit. The unit began to work and operate as designed. Call complete."

"Arrived on site for a wash machine that is going off balance on most loads. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that they have had nothing but problems with this washer due to issues with the pedestal that was separately from this unit. They advised that this unit has had multiple issues going off balance and wobbling and walking on the floor. I checked the suspension and found the suspension was good. Did find the unit unlevel so I did level out the unit. Ran the unit through diagnostics and did not find any stored error codes. Rather than through an auto test and the unit ran as designed. I had the customer grab a load of clothes and we ran the unit through a delicate cycle which she advised always goes off balance. We were in the unit all the way through the rinse cycle and I found the unit was spinning out as designed without walking or Vibrating as the customer described. Customer requested that we put the unit on the drain and spin again with it with the clothes to see if it was still doing the same thing. We ran the unit on a drain and spin on a high speed spin and found the unit drain and spin as designed. I advise the customer at this point, I could not vault anything with the unit. I advise the customer to call back if any other issues persist. Call complete."

Arrive onsite for not drying well on sensor drying functions regardless of load. Tested outlet thermistor resistance at the control and determined in range. Heat cycling is 155f at the exhaust within 7 minutes according to design. Customer uses dryer sheets. Reset and calibrated function. F2E1 stuck button error only. Cleared code. All checks good. Advised customer on cleaning sensor bars for using the sensor options and to consider not using dryer sheets. No hard failures or component failures detected

Arrived onsite for dishwasher with strong burning smell. Found scale and scum built up on the heater. Tested function and found all base operations functioning as designed. Provided instruct on cleaning the scum with dishwasher magic and white distilled vinegar on a schedule.

Arrived onsite for slow or no ice production in the ice machine. Found very slow trickle of water when calling for water. Verified valve failure.

Arrived onsite for dryer not powering on. Upon arrival inspected unit. Unit does not power on. Verified supply voltage and found no voltage. Checked breaker and was tripped. Flipped breaker but noticed that the breaker would automatically trip again. Unplugged unit and tried and breaker did not trip. Inspected unit and found block mis wiring. Secured block and tested. Unit is now functioning properly.

Arrived onsite for oven racks hard to slide in and out of oven. Stainless falling off glass on door. Outer glass has failed and needs to be replaced . Contacted techline for assistance. No repair to be made at this time. Job complete

Arrived onsite for a DW that would close properly. Upon inspection I found that the unit was twisted in its mount. I adjusted the unit and tested the door and the unit itself and found it operating as designed.

"Arrived on site for broil coming on during bake. I inspected the unit and work area. I found fault code F5E1 door latch motor. I entered test mode and found the latch motor working. I tested voltage from line 1 and line 2, I found 120 vac. I tested the bake and broil relay, The bake and broil elements coming on as designed. I preheated the oven to 350 degrees and found the oven reading 350 when it was actually 289. I tested the oven sensor and found it reading properly. I installed the new control and preformed a temperature test. It is now working as designed. Job complete."

"WRX735SDHZ07 Arrived to inspect water issues and door switch. I found the filter that was recently replaced, was badly restricted with debris. I advised the customer on my findings and they will replace the filter when they are ready. The LH RC door was badly deformed in the door switch contact area and the customer had been taping the switch down, to prevent false alarms and other malfunctions. I advised there is a MFG approved part, but the customer elected to continue to tape the button down

Arrived onsite for cooktop igniter coming on at the same time. Explain to the customer that when you first ignite a burner all the igniter come on. The customer was leaving the knob on the ignite setting and all the igniter were firing off. Explain that you have to turn the knob a little further to turn the igniter off once the flame is present. No gas detected during service.

Arrived onsite for a dryer that has a chemical burning smell when in use. I ran the dryer on a timed dry cycle at max heat and the unit was working as designed and venting properly. "WMH32519HZ07 Arrived to inspect blower issue. I found the blower would not go on at any setting, and would only hum on low and medium. I removed the blower assembly and found the start winding open and the high was as well. I replaced the blower and tested and the unit operated as designed. The damper was missing the flap and required replacement. Venting was incorrect and lImited flow approximately 80% and I advised the customer to contact the builder to correct the venting issue."

Arrived on site to install previous diagnosed part. I gained access tonthebupper blower motor and replaced it with new. I reassembled the unit. I found the old blower motor come detached from the motor assembly. The unit is working as designed. Job complete.

Arrived on site and inspected water and found tub and basket are not centered. Adjusted feet until spacing is equal inside washer cabinet. "Arrived on site for a dryer that has a check vent light that stays on during automatic cycles. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that on any other cycle besides time to dry, the unit seems to flash the check vent sign and they have checked their lint trap and vent hose for any restrictions and have found none. Pulled up to use and care guide and did it show the customer that the check vent signal is meant to show that theres some kind of airflow restriction inside of the dryer vent. Ran a vent test kit on the unit and found good airflow for gas dryers but poor airflow for electric dryers. Checked behind the unit and found that the vent hose was kinked in two separate areas due to where the vent hose goes into the wall. I did advise the customer that with how they have to Set up the dryer, they may want to switch to a periscope style vent. I did explain to the customer that if there are further issues, they would need to check in their ducting going out of the home to see if theres any kind of restriction up into the attic or out of the home. The unit is working as designed. Call complete."

"Arrived on site for a refrigerator that has a filter light that wont turn off. Inspected unit and work area. Customer advised they would replace the filter but that the order filter light had not ever turned off. I asked the customer if they had reset the filter light on the user interface. The customer advised that they did not know how to do that. Went to head and showed the customer how to reset it. After the reset was made, the unit stopped showing the filter light. Went over the user care guide and answered all the customers questions about the unit. The unit is working as designed. Call complete."

Arrived on site to diagnose a refrigerator that is randomly tripping the breaker. Found no failures to unit at this time and advised customer that appliances are not intended to be put on gfci or afci circuits as intentionally ungrounded parts can cause the circuits to trip.

Arrived on site to diagnose a dishwasher that filled on its own. Tested unit and found all is functioning properly at this time and no leaks were found at time of service. Advised customer on findings and issue most likely occurred due to low pressure during cold weather.

Arrived on site to replace previously ordered parts for venthood. Found control does not come with bracket. Corrected mounting issue with existing brackets and all is operating properly at this time.

"Arrived to inspect no power. I found no faults with the unit and the customer said the issue occurred during recent power issues. I found the breaker had tripped and when setting the unit back up, the clock would not go to manual mode and could not be reset. I removed and replaced the control and the clock issue was resolved. Arrived onsite for a dishwasher not draining correctly. I found the drain hose elbow collapsing causing the issue. I put a twist in the hose to correct the issue and tested the unit. The unit drains properly and is working as designed. I did find the door rubbing against the screws the installer mounted the dishwasher with because it was not mounted correctly thru the brackets. The brackets are missing and the W11573757 right side tub plug is missing. These parts and the mounting screws would be needed to install the and machine correctly. I explained to the customer that this is an installation issue and since it is past 30 days they would need to contact the builder who would need to contact Whirlpool. Call complete.

Arrived onsite for a microwave that is not powering on. I confirmed the filter board was not passing voltage. I also found the upper vent knockouts were not removed to allow the unit to vent properly. I removed the knockouts. I replaced the board and tested the microwave. All is working as designed. Call complete.

Arrived onsite for a dishwasher not dispensing detergent correctly. I ran diagnostics and found the spray arms not moving correctly because some plastic was in some of the holes. I removed all the plastic and tested finding the dispenser not opening correctly every time. I replaced the dispenser and tested finding the unit working as designed. There were no water leaks present at the time of service. Call complete.

"Arrived on site to inspect dryer not heating. Upon further inspection, the tenant advised that the unit heats, but they have to pull the unit out away from the wall to get their clothing to dry. I tested the unit with the door open and the door switch closed and find the element illuminating in the back left vent area. I checked the vent tube at the back and found it badly crimped and too long. Using my vent test kit, I tested airflow to the unit and the first two tests failed (photos). I removed the vent tube from the unit and retested and the test passed. I found lint on the back panel when I removed the panel to inspect the components at the back of the unit. I removed the element and found the middle metal plate warped and slightly cracked. I removed and replaced the element. I removed part of the vent tube at the back to shorten it and give the airflow a direct line of flow to the tubing going outside and removed and large amount of wet lint from the tube and retested airflow and the unit continued to fail. I tested the new element and it is operating as designed. I advised the tenant of my findings and repairs and then contacted the landlord and advised of my findings and repairs and that the vents need to be checked/cleaned as its a fire hazard. No lint observed at the end of service, job completed."

I tested the unit and found that unit was heating, I adjusted the connections on the control and tested the unit several times and found unit operating as designed p, even in the baked potato setting.
