I cleared the code and continued with testing and found the unit not getting enough water. I removed the inlet hoses and found a sandy substance inside the screens of the valves along with pieces of the interior of the hoses. I advised the customer of my findings and removed and replaced both valves and retested. Unit is operating as designed. "Arrived on site to inspect range not working. Upon further inspection, I found the display blank and unit non-responsive. Checked the breaker and found it to be a GFCI breaker and was tripped. I cycled power to the unit and gained access to the terminal block. I found the power cord harness twisted together at the block and corrected. I tested the unit on Bake at 350 degrees and while testing, I checked amp draw to the bake element and got 10amps, and at the broil element and got 14amps. Voltage was good at 247V. While testing amp draw, the unit cycled to the broil element and the breaker tripped. I cycled power again and advised the customer they needed to contact their builder and have the breaker replaced. Due to a language barrier, I notified the builder by text and they called me back. I spoke with James and advised of the previous repairs and the breaker continues to trip. I recommended they have someone come check the breaker and outlet and repalce the breaker as it continuously trips when using the unit. I advised that the breaker is a 40amp GFCI and the oven is only pulling 15amps. James advised he would have someone check it out. I requested that James have his person provide a receipt of service on the replacement of the breaker to my customer for future reference if the breaker continues to trip. I advised my customer that his builder rep was going to send someone to replace the breaker and provide a receipt that they need to keep. I contacted Whirlpool Safety and advised of the complaint, previous repairs and SR number received. Info documented and attached as a safety call to SR#7740673530. "Arrived on site for a washing machine that is not spinning out clothes. Inspected unit and work area. I found the unit in the kitchen because the customer had swapped out her washer with another unit. The customer advised that the unit quits in the middle of the rinse cycle and they have to run the unit on a drain and spin to complete the cycle. I ran the unit through diagnostics and found an F8 E1 (long fill) and F0 E5 (off balance load) error codes. I tested the valves and found proper voltage going to both valves but the unit was not hooked up to water. I went ahead and replaced the valve assembly and tested the unit. I could not test the water functions but I found the unit draining, henning, and agitating as designed. I tested the unit and suspension and found everything working properly. I advised the customer that if they are washing too few items and big items, the unit can not balance them and it will stop the cycle if it can not adjustments unit will reverse directions multiple times and shut down if it can not balance. I also advised the customer to confirm their settings, because this UI / Software has sometimes set spin to off, and i verified customers normal / normal setting had spin shut off. "Arrived on site to pull out unit and inspect oven further and to diagnose and repair issue. Upon further inspection, we pulled out the unit safety and found that the base that the unit sits on is severely warped and un level. We also found that there is a lip at the front of the cabinet cutout that is causing the the front part of the frame to be sitting in this lip instead of the unit being supported by the feet. Because of this, the microwave door was unaligned and caused the issue with the switches and other compments due to the misting of the switches. We replaced the interlocks, magnetron inverter, and microwave control. We also replaced the bulb and wave guide cover. When installing the unit back, we placed 4 shims to ensure that the unit is not sitting on the frame anymore. The door is closing properly, and the unit is operating as designed. "Arrived on site to inspect dryer not heating. Upon further inspection, I checked the dryer cycling temperatures. The temperatures are measuring normal. I ran an airflow test and found that the dryer is getting good airflow. I left instructions with the head of maintenance that the dryer is operating as designed and that it is possible that the proper cycle was not being selected for the right load size or material of clothes. I advised that the dryer uses moisture sensors on all cycles except timed dry, and based on the type of load, these sensors will reduce the time that the dryer will stay on. No parts installed."

Freezer door closed and sealed properly. found unit refrigerator door right side bottom overlap tag gapped sufficiently to explain the new symptoms. Advised that if frosting continues a freezer door may be needed to resolve due to possible insulation deteriorating. No parts.

I dried off the evaporator completely to test frost pattern. Contacted GC for assistance. Explained issues and sent in picture of frost pattern. Need to order sealed system repair. This is a R600 system with aluminum capillary tube. Lock ring kit needed. Ordering compressor, evaporator, access valve, and dye dryer. Customer will monitor unit. I explained sealed system tech will verify system and repair if necessary. "Arrived on site to inpsect washer not draining out all the water and also leaking. Upon further inspection, I placed the unit into diagnostics and observed no error codes. I checked the underside of the washer and found no leaks or evidence of leaks. The amount of water left in the very bottom of the tub is normal and is designed to keep a small amount of water. The customer informed me that there is an issue in the plumbing near the washer and is leaking. This appears to be the source of the leak (photos). I ran a test cycle, and all components are operating as designed. I ran a quick cycle in consumer mode, and the unit is operating as designed, and no leaks observed during service. "MVWB835DW4 Arrived on site for a washer making nosies the last 10 minutes of the cycle. On arrival client showed me a video and it's confirmed the last 10 mins would make the nosies. I looked under the washer and removed the rotor, and the slider was worn out i replaced rotor and slider and product worked as it should. But I was considered about the last 10 minutes i asked client if she could call me if sounds come back . Client contacted me and said the noise is there but not loud. I contacted my manager and he directed me to order a main control and a clutch I also ordered a stator returning parts just in case. "On arrival verified complaint of tripping breaker. Took a photo of mod/Ser tag, product exterior front, product surroundings, product area of potential concern full, mid, and close, and breaker outside. Verified voltage and polarity are correct,inspected unit and found no signs of arcs or damage. Visual inspection of the harness shows no signs of damage Terminal block is wired correctly and is tight (no twists in power cord or twists in power cord removed). Removed power cord from wall. Replaced Bake and broil elements and main control. Checked continuity between element casings and terminals and found OL. Ronnected power. Ran bake element and broil elements in then ran bake cycle at 500 with ground strap off for 30 mins. Verified amp draw was under 16amps max. Stopped cycle, disconnected power,and reattached ground wire. Reconnected power and Set bake at 500 Advised customer to run for 1.5 hours and turn off cycle, repair has been completed per instructions in SP w11490386 , spoke to TL 7741098083 and spoke to safety 7741023806, and submitted picture of breaker and advised of sp W11525530 for GFCI manufacturer. "Arrived on site for unit leaking water. Upon arrival, customer presented photos showing water leaking from the front. Proceeded to inspect bellow and found foreign objects obstructing weep holes. Cleared all objects and cleans weep holes for any restrictions. Ran diagnostics and found no leaks. Found no tears on the bellow. Advised customer to clean the inner door glass and bellow every 2 loads and inspect weep holes for no further obstruction. Customer agreed. Unit is functioning as designed. No water leaks detected at this time. No parts needed"

"Arrived on site for a washing machine.That is not dispensing fabric softener. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that recently they've been noticing that they're fabric softener dispenser is still full at the end of the cycle. I checked the dispenser housing and did not find any clogs. Alright, tested both valves on the cold side and found minimal water flow coming through one of the valves. I replaced the cold water valve and tested the unit on a quick wash cycle. I found during the rants portion of the cycle. Water flow was dispensing into the fabric softener drawer and cleared out the fabric softener. The unit is now working and operating as designed. Call complete."

"Arrived on site to test unit for long dry times, tested unit found air blowing from lint trap, vent test and it came in as completely restricted, advised customer to not use unit until the vent has been cleared by a professional, at this time job complete no parts installed"

"Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator compressor constantly running and ice crystals in the freezer section. Upon further inspection, the customer advised that their concern was that the compressor continuously runs and they're afraid it's not good. I advised that the compressor is set to run for 96 hours, then it will go into defrost mode; therefore, it's normal to sound like it's constantly operating. When I opened the freezer door, cold air escaped, and once the warmer room temp air went inside the freezer, the glass shelves began to fog/frost up, which is normal. I advised the customer that with the unit cooling for 96 hours straight, the freezer is going to get very cold to the point where one can see the cold air moving when the door is opened. I placed the unit in diagnostics and changed the compressor run time to 8 hours in test #7. I found the unit is operating as designed. I leveled the unit andntestedmthe doors operations and they are closing properly. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

"Arrived on-site for dryer, not heating on arrival. Confirmed failure and found the heating element core broken along with the cutoff. After replacing 279973 cutoff, wp8544771 element i tested the dryer and found it working as designed but found evidence of a clog in the venting of the home and instructed the customer to get a drier vent cleaning done prior to using the dryer to help ensure that it lows the risk of something breaking further. Unit works as designed call complete"

Arrived onsite for previously diagnosed parts. I got the tub and basket out with the gearcase and started assembling new tub and basket. I found one of the gearcase screws missing and when I installed the new tub I found the air trap plug to be broken out. Tub was damaged during shipping and did not realize until re assembled. Will need to order a new tub and gearcase screw. Ordering 1xWPW10249633 gearcase screw and W10324648 Tub. Office to RS. Arrived onsite for unit tripping breaker upon further inspection replaced control W11649136 ran bake at 500 with ground detached breaker immediately tripped tested amp draw on bake 13.4 broil amp 14.4 advised customer the breaker is faulty they need to get in touch with there builder for the breaker issue called techline sr#7741079395 also called techline to advised of findings sr#7741100714

"Arrived on site for ice overflowing. Upon arrival, found unit making too much, causing ice to spill on the floor when opening door. Proceeded to check both thermistors, making sure the tip of the bulb are both reading same temperature and found thermistor reading 1k ohm lower than the new one. Confirmed 12v going to thermistor. Proceeded to replace WPW10511923 thermistor. Ran diagnostics and passed with no issues. Unit is functioning as designed. No water leaks detected at this time"

"Arrived on-site for dryer, not working properly. On arrival confirmed failure and found that the operating thermostat on the bottom left hand side behind the dryer was completely burnt up and damaged. Anne had burnt up the wires connected to it, causing the heating element to run continuously. When the unit was turned on. And overheat, which is also what led to the thermal fuse breaking originally. Replaced 279838 element be ause it 2as close to grounding out, rep,aced broken stat with wp3387134 and repaired damage wiring. Tested unit it and found temps fluctuations and dryer over all working as deaigned. Call complete"
