Upon further inspection, I placed the rack in the very center of the unit and placed my thermal couple in the center of the rack and began testing on Bake at 350 degrees. My readings were 312, 398, 323, and 396. The average of my readings was 357. I advised the customer that the unit is operating as designed and instructed the customer that when the unit reached the 350 degree mark and beeped to wait another 15-20 mins to place food inside the unit. Also, when placing food inside unit, place rack in center of unit and place food in the middle of the center rack. Job completed.

Arrived on site for no bake operation, found valve had not been switched to allow for gas flow into both oven and cooktop, flipped switch under unit, found broil igniter is working and lighting every time. Found bake ignitor is not igniting on every time. When unit is lit and burning temperatures are not registering correctly found temp sensor is reading almost 70 degrees off. Will need to replace bake ignitor and temp sensor. Unit will need to be pulled out to replace, customer will either need to sign waiver or have unit pulled out for tech. Upon further inspection, I placed my thermal couple in the rc at the bottom, lowest area of the compartment under the crisper drawer and let the thermal couple read. My reading after approximately 7 mins was 38 degrees. I placed my thermal couple in the fc at the bottom of the compartment under a frozen food. After approximately 5 mins, my reading was 3.3 degrees. I verified that the compressor was warm and the lines were good as the customer advised that she felt the compressor does not come on enough. The Evap frost pattern was good as well. At this time, this unit is operating as designed. Customer advised that this unit is a replacement unit from Whirlpool as she had many issues with her previous refrigerator and wanted be pre-cautious with it. No water leaks observed during service.

Model MVWB835DW3, Arrived on call for cleaning performance issue from washer, checked for error codes and got f0 e3 which is a overload error, found that customer is putting to large of loads in the unit and instructed customer max load is 5-6 pairs of jeans and as for comforters nothing above a size twin any larger than that they must be taken to a laundry mat, also instructed customer on soap usage , liquid soap to the number 1 on the cup, also customer says that tub only filled with water about 2 inches one time, checked hot and cold water flow and has good water flow, then ran normal cycle to check the amount of water fill and water fill is good, no water leaks at time of call, call complete.

arrived on site to inspect dryer not drying clothing. Upon inspection, I tested the unit with my thermal couple by placing it inside the unit and turning the unit on timed dry mode. Unit heated up to 230 degrees as expected and temp decreased to 119 degrees then climbed back up to 228 degrees. I verified ohms at the fuse, cutoff and sensor. While testing, the unit was making a loud screeching noise. Upon further inspection, I found that the idler or tension pulley was weak and rubbing against the motor. Office to order dryer kit and scheduled return service for 06/12/18 LSO. No lint observed during service.
