The door was very close to the stone countertop and making contact with the tub in the right side. I found it was touching the counter, closer to the cabinet. I adjusted the chassis and lowered the unit to allow 1/4 inch of a gap between the UI and counter. I cleared the error and tested the unit in service test mode and it completed without generating any additional errors. Operational test good, no leaks observed durning service.

I removed and inspected it and there was an area that was burnt open. I replaced the element WP3387747 and tested the unit and it heated and cycled. The internal temperatures were well above expected limits and I cleaned the thermistor. The issue persisted and I found greatly reduced airflow. There was a large amount of lint that I removed from within the unit and I advised the customer to have their venting system professionally cleaned. Operational test good, lint removed from unit.

I discussed detergent with the customer and they were using tablets after pre-rinsing and with softened water. I advised one teaspoon of detergent with their type of usage and the lowest setting of rinse agent. I discussed the importance of purging the cold water from the hot water supply at the kitchen sink, prior to using the machine. The customer has city water and pre-rinses their dishes prior to use. They were filling the detergent cup completely. There were signs of over-detergenting in the form of detergent residue throughout the tub and I advised them on the type and amount of detergent of 1 tablespoon of bleach based (Cascade liquid with Clorox) detergent, purging the cold water from the hot water supply at the sink prior to use and the use and setting of rinse agent. There were no stored codes and I ran the unit through a service test mode cycle and it performed as designed and did not generate any errors. Operational test good, no leaks observed during service. The customer was not available to sign the receipt.

The customer has city water and pre-rinses their dishes prior to use. They were filling the detergent cup completely. There were signs of over-detergenting in the form of detergent residue throughout the tub and I advised them on the type and amount of detergent of 1 tablespoon of bleach based (Cascade liquid with Clorox) detergent, purging the cold water from the hot water supply at the sink prior to use and the use and setting of rinse agent. There were no stored codes and I ran the unit through a service test mode cycle and it performed as designed and did not generate any errors. Operational test good, no leaks observed during service. The customer was not available to sign the receipt.

MHW6000XG1-Arrived on site for unit has error code f6e1. Tested the unit and found the unit will not spin or agitate. Found voltage to the mcu but drum will not rotate. Found the mcu is defective. Replaced the mcu and tested the unit. Unit works properly and all water connections were dry at the time of service.

WDT720PADM2 Arrived to inspect no power. I found the unit unresponsive and no lights. The junction box connection on the neutral side had came loose and I corrected the issue. I tested the unit in service mode, which had no stored error codes. Service mode completed with no additional errors. I discussed the importance of purging the cold water from the hot water supply prior to use, the correct type and amount of detergent for the customer's use and the usage and amount of rinse agent. Operational test good, no leaks observed during service.
