"WDT531HAPM0 Arrived on site for a dishwasher leaking water. On arrival nobody was home , home builder said the door is open . I came into empty home and ran diagnostic on dishwasher, water was already on. No error codes showed up no water leaks either it ran multiple diagnostic test and no water leaks anywhere not under the sink or under the dishwasher. I uploaded multiple photos after diagnostic and customer test no water leaks . I cannot find water leak signs no water leaks. No parts installed no water leaks visible from main water supply. Nobody can sign either nobody hose"

Arrived onsite for middle burner too low. I found the center burner to be warped and have grease around it. The burner couldn't get a full flame due to the center cap being warped. I replaced the center burner and unit looks and functions as designed. I also explained to the customer that having a full house humidifier can cause the burners to wig out and could play into what he is seeing as the moisture will make the flame not as strong. Customer understands and he stated he is going to get rid of it soon. No leaks are present and unit is operating as designed now. Call complete. Installed W11475513 center burner cap.

Arrived onsire for dishwasher not cleaning dishes. I found no errors stored however when testing the unit i found the pump and motor to be making noise as if the bearing is going out. The pump and motor is failing and needs to be replaced. I replaced the pump and motor and it now sounds normal. The pump and motor was replaced recently and still falls under 90 day warranty. "Arrived on site for a washing machine that is not draining. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that since the previous repair, the unit may have worked for a couple cycles, but stopped draining again and she was told by the previous tech, that if they still had issues with that repair, that they would need a wire harness. I found water at the bottom of the basket and checked resistance through the drain pump. I found it open. I checked resistance at the drain pump and found proper resistance indicating a bad harness. I replaced the wire harness and tested the unit. The unit began to work and operate as designed. Call complete. W11643701."

Arrived onsite for unit not spinning. I found the unit to spin however customer stated it won't spin fast. I found out customer does mini loads. I advised customer that mini loads will throw the washer off as it cannot balance the clothes evenly and there was also a overside issue. I explained to the customer that the new units do not require a lot of detergent like the older units. I went over use and care with the customer and explained to her that if they see the unit feathering a lot there is a balance issue present and they will need to either lighten or make the load heavier. I suggested the customer use only a basket full of clothes and to make sure there is no bare metal exposed during the spin/feather. No issues present with unit at time of service. Call complete. No leaks present. No parts installed.

Tested unit with heater exposed and and found heater not cycling after 2 minutes. Proceeded to replace 280148 thermal cutoff and still will not cycle. Check heater relay on control and is closed during no operation. Continued to replace WP3387747 element. Retested and now unit will not heat. Checked cut off thermostat and found tip of thermistor reader melted on both new and original part. Check resistance on new element and is good. Ordering WP8577274 thermistor and 280148 thermal cutoff. Also checked airflow and found poor airflow to the unit (picture attached). Advised customer to have ducts cleaned. Customer agreed. Split door and began a diagnostic cycle, after a couple minutes of running the cycle opened door and found unit is over sudsing even though no soap was added. Continued running cycle and found soap is getting pushed over the lip. Advised to customer to run a few cleaning cycles to removed any soap buildup and to switch to liquid detergent due to dishes being rinsed before being put into the unit. After cleaning cycles are ran and soap buildup is removed, unit should return to optimal performance with no leaks. "Arrived on site to follow up on refrigerator that is leaking into the RC. Examined drain and found drain frozen over woth 3 inches of ice on top of the drip pan. I used a borescope camera and checked the drain from the bottom and didn't see any obstructions from the bottom. I steamed out and cleared the top, and found the likely cause is the liner / foam restricting the drain where its angled and running right under the FC. I added a fabricated aluminum drain heater, but this may bot fully resolve the issue and its likely a collapsing liner. Spoke with on site manager and notified him that there is nothing else we can do if its a collapsing drain and the heater does not work. No money collected, talked with GC who advised to cover it under 1 year warranty since our last service didnt fully resolve. Call completed."

"Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator noises. Upon further inspection, the tenant provided a video of the noise and advised he recorded the noise at the bottom of the unit. The noise sounded like the condenser coils vibrating. I placed the unit in diagnostics and tested the evzp fan and compressor and could not duplicate the noise. Tenant advised the noise is intermittent. I removed the toeplate to gain access to the condenser coils and found the coil loose on the left side. I adjusted the brackets and tightened them and then adjusted the coils and placed some sound tape (W11113654-van stock) under the coil on the left side to tighten it to the space between the coil and bracket. I leveled the unit and retested the compressor and the unit continues to operate as designed. Recommended the tenant co tinue to monitor the unit and report any further issues to the maintenance personnel. I reported back to maintenance my findings and repairs. Arrived on. Site for dryer tripping breaker . Found one of the terminal wires wasn't attached to terminal al block and making contact with cover . Replaced terminal with block kit 279320. Dryer is now heating and breaker is not tripping . No lint build up found . Job complete
