Arrived on site to follow up on oven tripping the breaker while in standby. Upon further inspection I pulled the oven out on my oven dolly and gained access to all the wiring and connections and examined closely. I did not find any evidence of damaged or defective wiring or connections so I decided to change the controls first since the oven stoped tripping once the controls were disconnected per last technician. I replaced the controls and reset the breaker and the breaker was no longer tripping. I tested the bake and broil and it was operating without issue. I let the ovens run for about 10-15 minutes and suddenly there was a pop and the breaker tripped. I advised the customer I could come back later in the day when the ovens cooled down so I could pull it out again and checked everything. The customer said he will need to reschedule for Friday. Arrived on sote to install previously diagnosed parts. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that the machine has not been frosting up like it had on the previous trip. She also advised the ice has been dumping properly as well. I found a few gaps in the liner but found no issues with the slides. I used silicone to wedge the gaps between the liner and cabinet and re-assembled the door onto the slides. I tested the unit and found the door closing, making a good connection all the way around. The unit is now working and operating as designed. Call complete.

Arrived on site to test unit WED5050LW1 for not turning on. Upon arrival tested unit, motor energized but drum failed to tumble. Gained access to internal components; found motor bearing failed, with shaft spinning but bearing remaining in place. Also found worn idler pulley and belt. Replaced motor (279827) and repair kit (4392065). Reassembled and tested; drum now properly tumbling with all irregular noises eliminated. Unit is now running as designed, job complete.

Arrived on site for an electric dryer model MED4500MW0 that wont start unless the push to start button is held. Inspected unit and work area. The customer stated that they got the electrical fixed and now the unit wont run unless the push to start is held. I tested the unit and confirmed the customers complaint. I checked the push to start switch and found it had failed. I replaced the push to start swit h W11625516 and tested the unit. The unit began to work and operate as designed. Call complete.

Applied power; compressor energized and began to cool, with all other components engaging properly, isolating fault to a shorted heater. Replaced heater (WP2323198) and reassembled unit. Applied power; all components energized with breaker no longer tripping. Advised customer to clean condenser coil for optimal performance. Arrived on site for refrigerator KRFC136SPS00 condensation. Found unit condensating on the vertical mullion rail. Energized rail but was not functioning. Verified 120vac to rail. Replaced rail WP12722803AP. Unit is now functioning properly

Arrived on site to diagnose the dryer for a squeaking noise during operation. Tested the unit and confirmed the squeaking was coming from the idler pulley. Disassembled the dryer by removing the front panel and drum to inspect the support components. Due to wear on the pulley and the age of the related components, replaced the complete dryer repair kit, including the drum support rollers, idler pulley, and drive belt. Reassembled the unit and ran multiple test cycles. The dryer operated quietly with no abnormal noises, tumbled properly, and heated as designed. Unit tested good. Job complete.

Arrived on site for a washing machine model MVWX655DW2 that is leaking and going off balance on every cycle. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised she knows it leaks when it runs but it also seems to leak when its not in use. I found water trace behind the washer and against the wall. See photo. I gained access underneath and found evidence of a gearcase leak and the splutch and cam assembly both worn. I checked the suspension and found the suspension was completely shot. I found the basket wobbling on the drivae shaft, indicating a hub failure. I attempted to remove the wash plate and found it seized onto the drive shaft. Unit will need a gearcase, cam assembly, hub assembly, belt, wash plate, and suspension for repair. A leak seemed to be coming from the hot water hose coming to the machine and I advised the customer they will need new hoses. Arrived on-site to test the unit for not heating properly. The customer stated that she is unable to bake sourdough correctly and that food is not cooking within the expected time. Installed a thermocouple inside the oven and preheated the unit to 350F. Opened and closed the oven door to simulate placing food inside, then monitored the temperature for 30 minutes. The oven cycled properly and maintained a steady temperature of 350F. Repeated the same procedure at 450F and monitored the unit for an additional 30 minutes. The oven again cycled properly and maintained the selected temperature. Contacted Tech Line to document the findings and obtain further guidance. Per Tech Line, the unit is operating as designed, and no additional repairs or part replacements are recommended. Arrived on site to diagnose the dishwasher for a unit that would not start and had an unresponsive control panel. Verified the customers complaint by attempting to power on and start a cycle. The control was not responding to button selections. Performed diagnostics and found the keypad had an internal short, preventing proper communication with the control. Replaced the defective control board/keypad assembly, restored power, and tested all control functions. Ran the unit through a diagnostic cycle and verified proper operation. Arrived on site to diagnose a dishwasher with the upper rack falling down during use. Inspected the upper rack assembly and found both rack adjusters broken, preventing the rack from being properly supported. Removed the damaged adjusters and installed new upper rack adjusters on both sides. Reassembled the rack and tested its operation by sliding it in and out several times and loading it to verify proper support. The upper rack now operates smoothly and locks into position correctly. Unit tested good. Job complete.

This happened when we replaced the timer, and still seems to happen after. We ran a full and it worked ok. Arrived on site to inspect dishwasher accumulating buildup and debris and not cleaning properly. Upon further inspection, I placed the machine into diagnostics and observed error code F7E1. I gained access to the heater and found that it had failed and measured OL. The failed heater prevented properly cleaning and drying. Arrived on site to inspect ice machine KUIX535HPS01 making too much ice or not making it at all. Upon further inspection, when I opened the door, the interior light was off and the unit would not turn on. I wiggled the unit and the external drain pump turned on then the light turned on. Before I could place the unit in diagnostics, the power button light started flashing telling me the bin thermistor is open. I placed the unit in diagnostics and tested and found the water flow getting slower and slower as it continued to fill. I removed the filter and the water pressure was flowing as designed. The unit is operating as designed and when I was removing the bin thermistor, the interior lights turned off. I pressed the power button and nothing happened. Once I had the new thermistor installed, I wiggled the unit again and the external drain pump turned on. I pulled the unit out onto my floor protector and removed and replaced the external drain pump and tested for leaks. I installed a new filter that the customer provided. Arrived on-site to diagnose a noise during the spin cycle. Tested the unit and confirmed the noise was originating from inside the gearcase. Reviewed the customer-provided video, which further confirmed gearcase failure. Inspected underneath the washer and found oil leaking from the gearcase. Replaced the gearcase (W11807607) and slider (W10734521). The washplate was seized to the gearcase shaft and had to be broken apart for removal; replaced the washplate (W11510461). Tested the unit through diagnostics, and it is now operating as designed. Job complete.

Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator WRS315SDHM12 not dispensing water. Upon further inspection, I tested the water dispenser and found nothing happening. I checked the ice bin and it is full. I pulled the unit out and tested the valve and found it getting voltage, but water is not dispensing which tells me the solenoid is not opening. I removed and replaced the dual valve and retested and the unit is operating as designed. No water leaks observed during service, job completed. W11645245

Arrived on site for block of ice in bucket. Upon arrival found block of ice in the rear of bucket and ice maker fill funnel. Proceeded to monitor fill tube and found slow drip. Valve is weeping. Arrived on site for washing machine lid locked and unit full of water. Upon arrival found unit locked full of water. Some controls respond but unit will not move out of locked position. Removed display to inspect control and removed top panel to check latch. Found a ground wire that wasnt connected. Connected ground wire. Also Found both control and latch defective. Replaced both W11735316 control and W11670519 latch. Re assembled and leaned unit back to check ohms on drain pump. Pump has 19.4 ohms and is within spec. tested unit. Unit is now working as designed. No water leaks at this time.

Arrived on site to look at model WTW4307SW0 for customer complaint of unit running drain pump constantly. Found issue with the control board. I was unable to access diagnostic mode with control board issue. Ordering control, valve, lower harness. Arrived on site for a dryer MED4500MW0 not drying. Unit is heating and tumbling. Tested the airflow and found it very restricted. Advised customer to get the vents cleaned before using again.

Arrived on site for washer making grinding noise. Cx stated that grinding noise would happen when it startd to agitate. Checked agitator and it was good and tight. Removed and replaced splutch and belt. Ran normal wash and washer filled and beging to agitate and no noise was present. Washer is working as intended.

Arrived on site to freezer building up ice. Verified door gasket not sealing. Checked cabinet between doors and it is flat. Gasket i received has 2 small tears on the corners. This is a framed in gasket. Ordering freezer door. Will use brackets if needed on return. ; ordrng 1 W11435360 (Door)

Arrived on site for a refrigerator ED5FHEXVB00 not cooling. The evaporator was frozen causing the issue. I checked resistance at the control from p7/p2 and got an open circuit. The harness has already been replaced so i called techline. They believe its a harness issue in the chassis and cannot be repaired. Case#24471540. Advised customer of my findings.

Arrived on site for no freezer lights and right sode door not staying closed. Found defective leds in feeezer compartment, replaced leds all leds powered on,found right door not staying closed,replaced top hinge and added shim kit,reassembled unit tested door operation unit working as designed. Arrived onsite for knocking. I found the rollers failed, drum dented, and front panel not aligning with top. In order to repair unit repair kit, new drum, and new front panel are needed. Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator WSR57R18DM02 no cool. Upon further inspection, I found the unit pulled out and the rear cover removed. I plugged the unit in and found the condenser fan turns on as does the compressor. I gained acdess to the evaporator and found no frost pattern on the coils. I found no signs of a refrigerant leak. I am ordering the compressor, access valve, UV drier, evaporator, and CNOTE-2 HOUR JOB and the office will schedule return service. Arrived on site for over temperature alarm always being on. Customer says she feels freezer is not cold. She has not had any ice. Refrigerator = 38f, freezer = 14f. Arrived on site for loud noise. Ran diagnostic loud noise while recirculating pump running diagnosed a defective pump. Replaced the recirculating pump and bin thermistor ran diagnostic all test passed. Wpw10511923,w11542867

Arrived in site for oven heating improperly. Upon arrival tried to take picture of model and serial sticker but its scratched off. Set unit to 350f with thermal coupler inside oven. Unit heated to about 440f and then flame cycles off. As unit cooled down the flame never cycled back on. Put unit is test mode. Temps offset has not been adjusted. Found error code fd6 for miscommunication between temp sensor and control. Would like to order and replace temp sensor, control,and igniter. Also found rubber gasket for door ripped and will need to replace. Unable to find parts without model and serial number. Will report findings to extended warranty.

MVW7230HW0 Arrived on site for a washer that keeps running. On arrival, I verified the issue. Power failure to the control board. I replaced the control board calibrated then tested product is working as its designed no water leaks visible from main water supply.

Arrived on site for a refrigerator model WRF767SDHV04 that is not making ice. Inspected the unit and work area. The customer advised he turned the icemaker off after it stopped anyways. I took temperature of the ice box and freezer and found the icebox at 16 degrees and the freezer at 4 degrees. I checked and found the condenser coils covered in lint. I removed the lint buildup up and ran the unit through diagnostics. I found all tests pass except the icemaker fill test. I gained access to the fill tube and found it frozen. I checked vo,tage going to the fill tube heater and found proper voltage. I replaced the fill tube heater W11087201 and ran the test again. I found the fill tube thaw and begin to fill the icemaker as designed. Call complete. No leaks were present during service.

Arrived on site for dishwasher KDTS424SPS0 with issue of F8-E4 error code. Upon arrival, test unit and is leaking from behind unit. Found dent at top left corner with broken weld. Uploaded picture. Need to replace tub. Customer contacted vendor and is having unit replaced per 30 day return policy. There is no work to be performed. Job complete

Arrived on site to diagnose a microwave combination unit displaying an Open/Close Door message. Tested the microwave through multiple start/stop cycles and found all door switches and latching components operating properly. During testing, I observed that the issue only occurred when the customer closed the door either too softly or with excessive force, causing the door to bounce and preventing the interlock switches from engaging consistently. Demonstrated the proper method of closing the microwave door with a firm, steady motion. After instruction, the unit recognized the door correctly and started every time with no error messages. Verified proper operation through multiple tests. Unit is working as designed at this time. Job complete.

Arrived on site for a washer WTW4855HW3 with the pump running continuously. I verified the issue and the serial number. Arrived onsite for defrost issue, upon arrival I found a second heater installed in front of the evaporator, tested continuity on original heater and it checked good. Harness checked good aswell. After reaching to service management I found the defrost heater to heat up and function as designed, removed 2nd heater and replaced the main control, ui, and freezer thermistor, advised customer to let the unit cooldown and to see if its cooling properly before stuffing with product. Call complete. No leaks.

Arrived on site to test unit MER8674AW0 for not heating. Upon arrival customer stated unit will preheat but will lose all heat after. Entered service mode and tested elements; broil engaged, but bake did not. Inspected element and found it shorted, requiring element order for return visit. Arrived on site to inspect dishwasher WDF332PAMS0 start button not working. Upon further inspection, I attempted to place the unit in diagnostics and when I pressed the start button, nothing happened. I pressed it several times and the unit failed. I gained access to the control, inside the door, and pressed on the start button and could hear the start button being engaged by the button tree. I removed and replaced the main control and retested and the unit is operating as designed. No water leaks observed during service, job completed. W11683481

Arrived onsite and isntalled the right hand track and slide upper drawer w11161915. Set and secured. Unit is now in good working order. Addressed shelf alignment and water spout issue as well with maintenance. No leaks.

Arrived on site for refrigerator WRFC5036RZ00 with issue of left door not closing correctly. Upon arrival, inspected unit and confirmed issue . Found mullion is out of position. Arrived on site for a refrigerator model WRFC5236RZ01 that is not cooling properly in the freezer section. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that she had come home with groceries and put b everything in the refrigerator and freezer. She went to bed and the next morning, the frozen items she out in the freezer werent frozen and they had water and frost in their freezer. She said she called in for service but it hasnt done it since. She said temperatures seem to be back to normal and she is making ice. I took temperature of both compartments and found the freezer at 1F and the refrigerator at 39F. I found no evidence of any defrost issue and found all fans running. I gained access to the rear and found the customer has crown molding that prohibits the air divider on the rear to make a proper seal against the wall. I gained access to the compressor and found it warm but not hot. I did not find any lights flashing on the inverter, indicating any issues with the compressor or inverter. I advised the customer that the issue may be with a door being left open, but she will need to address the airflow movement due to the installation issue. The u it is working ajd operating as designed. Call complete. No parts were installed.

Unit in apartment 3225. Arrived onsite for dishwasher WDF332PAMS0 not washing. Inspected and tested. Found wash motor failure, motor not energizing and giving F4E3 error. Replaced sump and motor assembly W11613570. Tested and unit is now functioning properly. No leaks present at this time. Job complete

Arrived on site to diagnose venthood RH2630XJB1 that is not flowing well. Examined unit and ran the blower. Found on both high and low the flow is minimal, and blowing very weakly. Unit does vent through the front and not through the cabinets. Unit will need a new blower to properly resolve the poor flow. Ordering blower / switch.
