arrived on site to inspect washer showing F3E1 error code. Upon further inspection, I placed the unit in diagnostics and checked error codes and found F3E1 and F7E9 codes. I removed the codes and began diagnostics. Unit operated fine until the spin test when I could hear a warped grinding sound. At the end of testing there were no error codes. I checked for movement at the front of the basket by pushing up on the front of the basket and it moved approximately 1/4 inch possibly more. I turned the basket by hand and could hear a grinding noise. I believe that this unit is In the beginning stages of bearing failure and will need a tub assembly and I will request a rotor and stator as well as a second person due to it being a stacked unit. Office to get authorization for tub assembly, rotor, stator and second person schedule return service. No water leaks observed during service.

arrived on site to install previously diagnosed and ordered parts. Removed and replaced the dryer kit, tension pulley bracket and placed a dryer sound pad in the unit. I did not have the tools to replace the motor and blower wheel; however, I found that neither are needed to eliminate the rattling noise coming from the unit. What I found is that the drawer stand that the unit sits on is vibrating against the bottom of the unit chassis. I attempted to adjust stand and a chassis by placing a piece of folded up cardboard and placed it directly under the chassis where the motor sits and I was able to get the vibration noise to a lower tone. I explained to the customer of my findings and tested the unit with the customer and they were satisfied with the lower noise. No lint observed during service. Job completed.

ED5PHEXNL00 Arrived to inspect noise. I found the custom had pulled the prior to my arrival to gain access to the electrical outlet. They described an issue where the unit would make a rattle/vibration noise about every two hours. The noise would persist for up to 30 minutes. I found the return line from the condenser to the cabinet was very close (1/8”) to the condenser and was very likely to be intermittently making contact. I corrected routing and tested. I verified the condenser fan operating correctly and noise free. I tested water dispensing and ice maker harvest and there were no noticeable noises. The evaporator was ice free. I feel the issue was vibration from the return line and has been corrected. No leaks observed during service.

arrived on site to inspect dryer taking a long time to start. Upon arrival, I meet with the customer and she demonstrated what the issue was that she is having with the unit. She advised that she places her clothes in the unit and pushes the power button then pushes the start button. I questioned the customer on how she attempts to start the unit and she again demonstrate that she pushes the start button (quick tap on start button). I advised the customer that when pushing the start button, she would need to hold the start button for approximately three seconds and the unit would start and I demonstrated for her the difference in tapping the start and holding my finger on it for three seconds. I placed the unit in diagnostics and checked for error codes and there were none. I verified all connections and verified ohms at the fuse, cutoff and element and I verified that the unit was heating properly (212 degrees). No lint observed during service.

As soon as the unit filled and began to wash, the unit began leak at or near the diverter. I immediately shut the unit off and quoted the customer for repairs..$210.98 for sump/motor assembly, DW625 $179.99 and total with tax was $423.23. Customer advised that he would purchase a new unit and paid the diagnostics fee of DW100 $108.24. I ran the drain pump again to drain any excess water from the unit. Maytag Washer Model MHW7000XW0. Arrived onsite for the washer with a broken door handle that needs the door replaced that the customer already has. I found the outer door broken. I removed the door and replaced the outer door. I reinstalled the door and made sure the door opened and closed properly. Call complete.

Also found freezer is built up heavily with ice, will need new door seal for freezer. User interface will not go into diagnostics and is not accepting all commands. Will need to replace UI as well. arrived on site to inspect refrigerator making loud noise and frost buildup in fc. Upon further inspection, I found that when the unit kicks on the condenser vibrates badly making a loud noise. Also, I found that the fc door would not close on its own and there was a small amount of frost buildup on the food inside the fc. I checked the gasket for any gaps and the gasket was sealing properly. The fc light did not come on, but once I pushed the switch in and released it, the light came on. I verified the ice pattern on the evaporator and there was no ice buildup on the Evap. I moved the unit out of its space and then placed it back and leveled the unit. I then placed a piece of foam in between the condenser and the chassis and the loud noise stopped. After leveling the unit, the fc door closed on its own like it's supposed to. I found small gapping between the chassis and the fc chamber on both sides and sealed it using manufacturers approved silicone. Advised the customer that the unit

Model WRT518SZFM00, Arrived on call for icemaker not making any ice and and water is dripping in to the ice bin and freezing the ice bin cubes in clumps, found that ice maker is making ice but when fills with water it runs in to the ice bin is the complaint, found that sleeve that is over the fill tube was not inserted in to the fill cup properly, inserted sleeve in to fill cup and tested and no leaks, all checks good, call complete.
