Using my multimeter, I tested amp draw at the black wire on the harness at the junction box and found no amp reading when the control relay turned the element on. I pulled the unit out and found the right side harness connector not connected to the element. I reconnected it and retested and unit is operating as designed. Element is getting 7-9amps as designed. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

What I did know was the other dishwasher had not worked for a while and when the old dishwasher was still in place the garbage disposal got replaced and the knock out plug was still intact. "KSGG700ESS6 Arrived to inspect heating issue. I found the unit would fully preheat, but secondary ignitions were sporadic. I replaced the igniter and tested, finding that after the bake tube and igniter assemblies were warmed, ignition was still sporadic. Closer inspection revealed the mounting plate for the igniter was incorrectly placed during manufacturing and causing the flame to miss the igniter. I was able to correct the issue and test. The unit resumed normal operations. No gas leaks detected during service."

Arrived on site to inspect unit for bad smell coming from the unit. Upon closer inspection found smell to be hot water coming into the unit from the plumbing of house having sulfur smell. Job complete.

"Arrived on site to inspect washer error codes. Upon further inspection, the customer advised the unit will show the error code 5C-drain pump issue. I found the unit door locked. I placed the unit in diagnostics and tested the drain pump manually and once in manual test mode, the door locked and it skipped the drain pump and went straight to testing the valves. I stopped testing and retested in a quick wash mode and the unit continued to fail to drain. I tilted the unit back and drained the water from the unit at the drain pump filter and removed the filter and it was clear. I inspected the impellers on the pump and they were good. Tested voltage and the drain pump is getting good voltage (120V). I researched the part through our parts vendor and found the drain pump currently out of stock. I reached out to our parts department and was advised there is no ETA on the part as its on back order. I advised the customer mod this issue and advised that I would order the part, but cannot guarantee if or when well get the part. Arrived onsite for a dryer that is making a noise when the drum is turning after we took the unit apart to replace a roller. Upon arrival I ran the unit and heard the noise(it was a squeaking noise) upon further inspection I found that the noise was caused but the drum not being installed properly I corrected it and tested the unit and found unit operating as designed

"KRMF706ESS05 Arrived to inspect door closing issue. I found the left RC door open approximately 1/4 farther than the right. The ice maker housing required pressing back and after, that issue was corrected. The ice bin door required adjusting, as the two door strikes would contact the housing and required lifting of the door to close. The chassis required substantial level and squaring, including the doors. The crisper door slides required lubrication. If further issues with the ice bin door continue, contact tech GC. No leaks observed during service."

Arrived onsite for previously diagnosed parts. On inspection turn the fan on and can hear it ramp up and down. I installed the new fan a new control board. The fan is now operating and not ramping up and down anymore. The unit is operating as designed.

"Arrived on site for a dryer. That is not completing cycles. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised the unit will go about 30 to 40 minutes before the unit will stop tumbling. She advised that the unit will act like its continuing forward, but nothing is actually tumbling or drying. He just has that the dryer itself will get really hot and will need to cool down before she can start running another load. Just the unit and confirm that the unit was heating and operating as designed from a cold state. I went ahead and replaced the motor assembly due to possible issues with that but did notice that the customer has a spring style but knows that is sneaking in different directions prior to going into the wall. The customer advised that she has a two-story home, and that it then leads to the roof. I did it by the customer that it is possible that her vent hose may be causing an air flow issue, and that she may need to rearrange her venting to illuminate this issue. I test the unit and the unit began to work and operate as designed. Call complete.n"

I found the light on inside the unit, but the control panel UI was non-responsive. I removed the top panel and found the diagnostics LED flashing on the main control. I removed the vent cover and found the damper door broken/missing and the vent box cover not covering the vent opening properly (photo). I removed and replaced the damper assembly and sealed off the gaps with foil tape and placed the vent box cover back on the vent area and advised the customer they would need to contact their builder to have them put a larger cover on the vent area in order for the damper to function properly. The customer took photos of the vent area before I replaced the damper and sealed off the gaps. Tested the unit and the vent area is no longer leaking cold air into the kitchen and the damper does open a portion of the way but it is being blocked by the box cover that needs to be replaced by the builder. "Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator door light not turning off. Upon further inspection, I found the door open indicator lit up on the UI. I tested the RC door switches, deli switch and FC door switch and found the FC door switch frozen in the open position. I found that due to the freezer section being too packed with food items, the door is not closing and sealing properly (photos). I found the Fc door switch had ice inside the housing and was frozen. I was able to get the ice to break free and removed the ice and the tested the switch and it is operating as designed. I had to reshape the FC door gasket to get it to seal properly. Tested the FC door operations and it is operating/sealing as designed. I made recommendations to the customer for proper placement of their food items in the unit. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

Arrived onsite for cooktop center burner not igniting. On inspection the burner lights the simmer flame first and then the large flame second. I had to an adjust the burner so it did not take 4 to 5 seconds to light. Now ignites in 1 to 2 seconds. The unit is operating as designed and no gas leaks detected during service.

"KVWB406DSS0 Arrived to inspect intermittent power loss. I found when moving the main supply to the control area, the lights and motor would intermittently lose power. Adjusting the harness connector pins fully corrected the issue and I was unable to recreate it. Operational test good."

Arrived onsite for not draining and found unit operating with failed wiring harness. Repaired wiring harness to restore function. All checks good. Unit is now operating as designed. Looks like possible complications due to excessively heavy loads bottoming out the tub.

Arrived on site for vent trim coming apart. Ran diagnostics and confirmed all components are functional. Set and verified temps at 250f. Call complete.

"WOC75EC0HS20 Arrived to install previously diagnosed and ordered parts. I found the left switch bank required replacement and the front border panel required straightening. I installed the blower assembly and tested. Using shims, I reinstalled the unit and corrected the front lower vent making contact with the cabinet, ensuring the issue will not return. During reinstallation of the interior light, one of the leads pulled away from the bulb housing and will require replacement. "On arrival verified complaint of knocking noise. Found damper was the knocking noise. Replaced damper motor and verified function. No longer makes knocking sound as well, ice bin was frozen solid. Cleared of ice and advised customer to monitor moving forward. Job complete no leaks detected during service."

Arrived on site to test unit and customer cancelled at the door he said he fixed it job complete.

Arrived on site for clothes get hot but remain wet. Upon arrival ran vent test and test failed. Removed vent hose and test still fails. Removed back panel to inspect blower. Found lots of lint trapped in blower housing. Removed all lint and test unit. Vent test now passes. Unit is operating as designed. Job complete

On arrival verified complaint of F21. Ran diag cycle and found all components activated correctly but a lot of suds. Found Suds causing failure. Advised to inform customers of proper use and detergent levels. Job complete no leaks detected during service.
