Found no rinse agent in the dispenser at time of service. Advised homeowner on proper water temperatures and that usage of rinse agent is absolutely necessary for proper drying. Also advised homeowner due to majority of plastic dishes in the unit and the way plastic transmits heat, that her dishes will not dry as well as glass or ceramic dishes. Checked operation of fill valve and found it to check good. Ran unit through a automatic diagnostics cycle and found unit to function properly. Checked drain loop at garbage disposal and found a y connection breaching the drain line with a RO system discharge line. Advised customer that RO system must not breach dishwasher drain line. Customer showed me pictures of a thermometer in the freezer that shows it getting to 10 degrees and one time it totally defrosted everything in the freezer. Found ice build up under ice bin causing bail arm for icemaker to contact bin and register it is full of ice when it is not. Removed ice build up and tested unit. Found all is functioning properly at this time. No water leaks were found at time of service.

WOD51EC0AB01 (Wall Oven) - Arrived onsite for customer complaint of wall oven not powering on after self clean. Removed control panel and found thermal fuse blown. P&L are as follows;WPW10545291 (Thermal Fuse) $29.97,WO380 $159.99. Subtotal 189.96 plus taxes. Removed blown fuse and installed new replacement. Reassembled and powere up unit. Unit powered up. Tested both upper and lower ovens. Both heats as intended. No other issues found.

Kitchenaid refrigerator KSSC48QTS02. Arrived on site to diagnose a refrigerator that is building frost around the ice dispenser. When I arrived at home found no failures to unit and homeowner advised me issue resolved itself after they place the appointment. Tested all functions of unit and found out early cause through dispenser and no failures to icemaker system. Advised homeowner ice may have been lodged in the ice door and prevented it from closing properly causing a temporary air leak and frosting. No repairs necessary at this time. No water leaks were found at time of service.

WFW75HEFW0 whirlpool washer Arrived on site to test unit for turning off. Found unit would shut off one or two seconds after being powered on. Was able to enter diagnostics and running check cycle with no issues. Determined this was an error in logic. Replaced ccu and tested unit. Unit working proeprly, no leaks detected. No lbh due to new apartment.
