Took a photo of mod/Ser tag, product exterior front, product surroundings, product area of potential concern full, mid, and close, and breaker outside. Verified voltage and polarity are correct, On arrival inspected unit and found no signs of arcs or damage. Visual inspection of the harness shows no signs of damage Terminal block is wired correctly and is tight no twists in power cord removed). Removed power cord from wall. Replaced Bake and broil elements and main control. Checked continuity between element casings and terminals and found OL. Removed ground strap. Reconnected power. Ran bake element and broil elements in then ran bake cycle at 500 with ground strap off for 30 mins. Verified amp draw was under 16amps max. Stopped cycle, disconnected power,and reattached ground wire. Reconnected power and Set bake at 500 Advised customer to run for 1.5 hours and turn off cycle, repair has been completed per instructions in SP w11490386 , spoke to TL7741129024 and spoke to safety, and submitted picture of breaker and advised of sp W11525530 for GFCI manufacturer. Advised customer if it happens again to replace breaker. If problem persists call customer service. unit is working as designed job complete replaced bake element, broil element, and main. Parts are labeled and set to be returned per wpl safety request?"

"Arrived on site four a refrigerator that is leaking water and wont make ice. Inspected unit and work area. The customer explained that the unit we'll go several weeks without making eyes and then we'll make ice for a week or two before quitting again. She also advised that the unit is leaking water from their drip tray onto the floor. I did confirm the customer's complaints and tested the ice maker. I found the icemaker harvest with the door opened. I also found that after opening the door, water dribbled from, underneath the drip tray down the front of the freezer door onto the ground. I removed the drip tray and found minimal water underneath the drip tray in the cover but found water coming out from under the cover. I lifted the cover and found waterthrought the entire bottom of the dispenser area. I gained access to the fill tube and attempted to dispense water. I found no leaking from the dispenser tube or dispenser itself. The customer advised that it usually tends to gather moisture when the unit is not making ice and will stop when the unit does make ice. I checked the bottom of the freezer door and checked the wire harness. I found one of the wires barely hanging on and split. Ordering the freezer door and the office will need to contact the customer about a return date due to an out of stock and PSP item. I changed the defrost setting to standard, and advised the builder to capture video if noise comes back. Only observation of note was that a good amount of the interior did seem to have some glazing on it, so this may be contributing to the noise. Continued to inspect standpipe and drain and found 6 inches going down standpipe with no mold/mildew on the tip of the drain hose. Ran 2 drain cycles and did not smell. Continue to use bleach and poured 16oz down standpipe. Ran consumer cycle and started smelling from the standpipe with the bleach smell. Called techline and spoke with Joe SR#7741132141 and stated the smell is not coming from the unit and its coming from the standpipe. Call documented. Unit is functioning as designed . "Arrived on site to inspect washer noises. Upon further inspection, the customer provided a video of the noise and i found, from the video, that while the unit is agitating, the washplate/agitator barely move and the clothes don't move. I placed the unit in diagnostics showing error code F0E3-overload. I cleared the code and continued with testing and while testing, I could hear any abnormal popping noise during agitate and spin. Once testing was completed, I tilted the unit back and gained access to the slider and clutch and found both worn (photos). I advised the customer of my findings and contacted techline and spoke to Boyd. I advised of the previous repairs, SR number, and my findings. Boyd provided a text to my cell phone and I provided photos of my findings with the slider and clutch. Boyd recommended replacing both parts and if there is play in the gearcase, to repalce it as well. Boyd documented my findings onto the same SR#7740967700. "Arrived on site to inspect wall oven microwave combo unit with the microwave door not closing and light staying on. Upon further inspection, I found the microwave heating element support broken and the element resting on the bottom of the microwave. Using an element support from my van stock (W11724411), i installed the support and adjusted the element, and then using my microwave tester, I tested the microwave and found it operating as designed. The customer advised that once the microwave is done and they remove their items and the unit is off, after approximately 20 minutes or so, the unit will begin to chime as if it had just finished cooking in the microwave. I placed the unit in diagnostics and checked for error codes and found none stored. I could not get the unit to duplicate the issue. The customer also advised that the unit will reset itself randomly and provided a photo of the units display when it reset. Also, the customer advised that they have to push in on the microwave door to get it to close. I had the customer demonstrate on how they close the door and they 'gently' closed it and then pushed in on the right side to get the interior light to turn off. I advised the customer that, per the manufacturer, the door should be allow to 'slam' closed and I demonstrated on how it should be allowed to close. Also advised that the switch on the right side interlock could be slightly shifting causing it to not recognize that the door is closed. Due to the issues with the unit resetting itself and turning itself on and chiming, I am ordering the control panel. When I return to replace the panel, I will adjust the switches as well. Due to the availability of the panel, office will need to schedule return service once it arrives.; ordrng 1 W11598176 (Control panel)"

Moisture is present in the elements and indicates a burnoff was never performed. After both ovens reached 500 degrees they are holding and I advised the customer to run the unit for 2 hours before shutting off. Customer understands and will let the burnoff be performed. Arrived on site to diagnose dryer making grinding noise when running. Spun drun and heard noise coming from the blower wheel. Removed housing and found 2 bra wires wedged into the blower wheel. "Arrived on site to inpsect dryer, making unusual noises. Upon further inspection, I gained access to the inside of the dryer and found that the inner vent was vibrating against the chassis and causing a rattling noise. I applied sound pads and applied some aluminum tape to ensure that the vent was not vibrating or banging. I reassembled the unit and tested it. "On arrival verified complaint of unit making noise and off-balance, the visual inspection of the unit confirms that the installers damage the rear plate of the washing machine. Further inspection of the unit found that the gear case seems to have been damaged during installation as well and has dumped oil all over the floor. WMH31017HZ3 Arrived from previous visit to install parts. I tested door switches again before moving forward and top far one was stuck causing the fuse to blow out. First visit i didn't have fuse had to order. I replaced both parts upper interlock and fuse product is working as its designed. I used a cup a water and ran for a few seconds water was nice and hot.

"Arrived on site to test unit for not operating properly. Upon arrival customer stated all the dishes have a white film after cycle is complete. Entered diagnostics, found no stored error codes. Started a cycle, all components are properly engaging including the heater. Inspected unit, found hard water buildup on the tub walls and door. Advised customer how to properly run a cleaning cycle and how often. Also advised to run hot water at the sink before starting a cycle especially on a quick cycle wash. Hard water build up must be eliminated in order for dishes to come out clean. Unit is running as designed, no leaks detected, no parts installed, job complete."
