Checked freezer door gasket and it checked good. Checked door function for proper opening and closing and it checked good. Checked liner to cabinet and it checks good with no gaps. Instructed customer on the opening and closing of the freezer door and to make sure nothing is blocking it from closing all the way so it makes a good seal. Unit checks good with no water leaks.

KRFF507ESS00 (French Door Dual Evaporator Refrigerator) - Arrived onsite install control,UI and evaporator cover to french door dual evaporator refrigerator from prior visit’s diagnosis. Removed RC evaporator and used steamer to remove frost build up. Installed new cover and reassembled. Removed front UI and rear HV control. Installed new replacements. Reassembled. Powered unit on. Unit began cooling as intended. All water connections were dry at time of service.

WTW5000DW1 (Top Load Washer) - Arrived onsite for customer complaint of top load washer not spinning out clothes. Ran diagnostics and found error codes F7E1 (Basket Speed Fault). Ran RPM test and found control not recognizing basket moving. Checked control and found J2 connector on board burnt. Tilted unit up and to check shifter. Found shifter burnt. Removed faulty shifter and control. Calibrated unit. Unit calibrated. Tested unit. Unit now fills,agitates,drain and spins with no issues. All water connections were dry at time of service.
