arrived on site to inspect washer making grinding noise during spin cycle. Upon further inspection, I placed the unit in diagnostics and tested. No error codes appeared so I continued with testing. During agitation, the unit made a screeching noise, but other than that, the unit operated as designed with no error codes at the end of testing. I removed the washplate and hub ad inspected both and both looked good. I removed the cam and inspected it and found that it was worn and possibly slipping causing the screeching noise. I replaced the cam with a new one and tested the unit extensively on gentle agitation and heavy agitation with ad without water in the tub and the unit did not make any screeching noises. The unit operated as designed. No water leaks observed during service, job completed.

arrived on site to inspect dishwasher not working. Upon further inspection, I placed the unit in diagnostics and tested with no error codes at the beginning of testing. When unit was to dispense water into the unit, there was no water. I looked underneath the sink at the water connection and found that the water line was turned off. I turned the water on and continued with testing. Unit operated as designed with no error codes at the end of testing. I recommended some tips on use and care for the unit to the customer. No water leaks observed during service, job completed.

Upon further inspection, I found that the unit has been used in a long time as it was completely dry and there was no water in the drain hose or drain reservoir. Before I placed the unit in diagnostics, I disconnected the drain hose from the disposal and found that the plug in the disposal had not been knocked out which is causing the dishwasher to not be able to drain. I knocked the plug out and reconnected the drain hose to the disposal and placed the unit in diagnostics. No error codes showed so I continued with testing. The unit operated as designed with no error codes at the end of testing. No water leaks observed during service, job completed.

There was a previous washer of the same model in the home before this one that made the same noise. Whirlpool has since switched out to an entirely new washing machine and customer is now experiencing the noise with this washer. set washer into diagnostic cycle and could not duplicate the noise the customer has the video of. arrived on site to inspect cooktop flames not correct. Upon further inspection, I found that the front middle burner flame was yellowish orange and very high. I found that the burner gas sleeve that is located in the center of the burner that helps regulate the gas was not engaged and was sliding down inside the burner on top of the orifice and blocking gas flow. I adjusted the sleeve and placed it back on the burner until it snapped into place and tested the unit. The burner operated as designed. No gas leaks detected during service, job completed.

Upon further inspection, I found that the unit had standing water in the tub and the drain pump had been engaged and the unit still wasn’t draining. The customer advised that the unit is approximately two months old and they were the first to use the unit and it never drained from the first use. I looked underneath the kitchen sink to inspect the drain hose to the disposal and removed the drain hose from the disposal and found that the disposal plug had not been removed. I removed the plug and re-installed the dishwasher drain hose to the disposal and placed the unit in diagnostics. The unit showed error code 6/4-float switch stuck. Using my wet vac, I vacuumed the water from the unit before starting diagnostics. I cleared the error code and continued with testing and the unit operated as designed and the drain pump operated good. No water leaks observed during service, job completed.

MFI2570FEZ02 Arrived on job for complaints of no ice. Removed ice bin and found ice blocking sensor arm. Removed ice and check arm operation normal. Wait until ice maker finish harvest. No leaks detected. Job complete

Arrived on site for washer not working or starting cycle. Found error codes, f5e1 and f5e2 lid lock error. I found bad lid latch. I replaced lid latch, unit tested good. No leaks at time of service.
